My husband and I hired the So Staged team for our wedding this past January at the Ringling and we couldn't have been happier! Our venue was decorated beautifully and was more than we could've imagined. They were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them! -

My venue required that I bring in all chairs/tables/decor since it was outdoors on a private property. I immediately found So Staged in my research and knew I had to work with them! From the beginning, I worked with Barbie - she was super helpful, responsive, and patient. I planned from Michigan - and it took me a few revisions to nail down exactly what items I wanted to rent, and she was always quick to respond and even provided some recommendations when I wasn't quite sure. So Staged rentals made my vision come to life! I would definitely recommend their inventory to any bride looking to add a special touch to their day! -

Its selection of romantic and tasteful sofas, chairs, tufts, coffee tables and even a chic bar, really transformed our venue space into a sleek, chic "party" setting that our guests loved! Our wedding was in late February, and everyone is STILL talking about how unique and fun it was, partly because of the fabulous furniture and layout! So Staged was super easy to work with; they are prompt and accommodating, even adjusting and adding to our order after it was scheduled. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're 100% happy with your furniture, and make it easy to deliver and pick up to and from your venue. They even included gorgeous throw pillows for us to use throughout our space! So Staged helped make our wedding magical :) -

Awesome rentals
We rented big farmhouse tables from So Staged along with a white side table and some pillows for our February wedding. Barbie was a huge help and made any changes I requested as it got closer to the big day. Everything was good quality and made our big day beautiful! -

We rented a few things from So Staged for our outdoor wedding- the white washed farm tables, grey Louis chairs, and urns and plinths for our aisle. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! We worked with Morgan over the course of a few months - we were able to come visit the show room a few times from looking at all of the rental options, to coming in for 10 minutes do compare colors of table runner swatches. -

best wedding furniture rentals in Sarasota!
So Staged has absolutely beautiful furniture rentals for weddings in Sarasota! We were very pleased with the items that Barbie helped us pick out for our wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club in Sarasota in March 2022- when I described my vision to her, she was able to pick the perfect items that fit my vision perfectly! We did have some challenges with timeliness and responsiveness from Barbie (we had probably 3 months of back and forth trying to get things finalized that ultimately only took about 30 minutes to do)-I think So Staged is extremely understaffed and Barbie is doing a job that should be divided among several people!! However, in the end, we were able to get our items finalized and confirmed, everything worked out perfectly on the day of our wedding which is what is most important :). I would recommend So Staged for beautiful furniture rentals to really personalize your wedding (and your guests will love!!) -
