  Just read a post by Tiffani. I'm a vendor here in Chicago and not only know So Stacy on a professional level, but know about this event. Tiffani was the worst bridezilla I've ever encountered. So Stacy did everything and more for this wretched woman. Many of her tasks I would have NEVER done. Anything written by Tiffani is simply a lie and not to be taken with an validity.

  Just read a post by Tiffani. I'm a vendor here in Chicago and not only know So Stacy on a professional level, but know about this event. Tiffani was the worst bridezilla I've ever encountered.   I'm also a vendor here in Chicago and know about this particular event. Tiffani was the worst person I've ever spoken with. She cannot be trusted with anything. Tiffani was the most demanding and demeaning person I've ever dealt with, and I've been doing this for more than 20 years. She would call while I was in the middle of another event and be pissed that I couldn't speak with her and not return her multiple calls and numerous emails (each more repulsive than the previous) I would love to continue destroying this woman's credibility, but I'm in the process of preparing for another event.
  
  Stacy is amazing to work with. She is beyond attentive to details and so careful in her planning (sorry about the pun) If any bride is reading this post, you need to know that Stacy is the ultimate professional. Do not let 1 unhappy woman (and by unhappy I mean with her life and everything she is) deter you from the most spectacular event planner I could imagine working with.

  I really don't know if we could have pulled off our wedding weekend without Stacy. Her and her assistant were there every step of the way to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Even when we were out on the town taking pictures her assistant made sure to come up and re-do my lipstick when needed! She has such an attention to detail and such great ideas, we are so glad and fortunate we hired her for our special day. We love Stacy and highly recommend her services!!

  Overall Stacy Knocked it Out of the Park

  We couldn't have pulled off our daughters dream wedding without Stacy.
  Her attention to the ceremony decor and small details on the wedding day went beyond our expectations.

  I hired Stacy in 11/2012 for full coordination of my 9/2013 wedding. My purpose for hiring a planner was to make the planning process easier & less stressful for me. I have a very demanding job & my wedding was a destination wedding to Chicago so a good planner was essential to my sanity. However, Stacy did not make wedding planning any easier for me than if I would have planned it myself. I noticed shortly after hiring Stacy that she was somewhat unresponsive to emails and calls. Throughout the entire planning process, Stacy was often hard to get in contact with. I contacted Stacy several times to complain about her service & the unresponsiveness but the further along we got in the planning process, the more I felt like I needed Stacy. I had invested time into her and I had contracts with a few vendors that she recommended. I always felt like Stacy's loyalty was to the vendors and not me. She would only recommend 1 vendor and I would have to request for her to give me more than 1 option. I mean seriously, what happens if you don't like that 1 vendor. I'll tell you what happens, you're left searching for your own vendors. Stacy did the bare minimum with planning. She also is not easy to get along with. By the end, I couldn't stand her. I ended up doing so much of the planning and following up on things myself that I would say that Stacy was nearly useless and she was except for the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Stacy made sure all the vendors were in place and everything on the day of the wedding went beautifully, which justifies giving her 1 star. The day of the wedding was the 1st time that I valued and appreciated hiring Stacy but 1 day doesn't erase 10 months of unresponsive and unprofessional behavior and a full coordination fee. If anything Stacy, may be a good day of planner but definitely not full coordination. Do yourself a favor and plan it yourself or hire a different planner.

I found Stacy very unresponsive and difficult to receive answers from regarding even the simplest of questions. Additionally, she was rude and did not advocate for her client during meetings or vendor consultations. She consistently sided with the vendors and acted in their best interests, not mine. My husband and I ended up terminating her contract. I would not recommend her to anybody.
