The best decision we made for our wedding

Snuffin’s was phenomenal as our wedding caterer! The food was incredible; several guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. The chicken was amazing, and I never imagined I could be impressed by vegetables. The service was also flawless. The entire team was professional, attentive, and seamless in their execution, making the evening feel effortless.

Annie went above and beyond throughout the process, even recommending other amazing vendors. We tried several other caterers during our search, and none came even close to the quality and attention to detail that Snuffin’s delivers. Truly exceptional from start to finish!

Best Caterer Hands Down!

From our first tasting and consultation to our bubble send-off at the end of the night, Snuffin's did a fantastic job catering our wedding. It's hard to find a caterer that has both delicious food and high quality service, but we found that with Annie and Snuffin's! Every single detail was perfect and I received multiple texts the next day from guests praising the food! Annie and her entire team were amazing to work with and it meant so much that the owner herself was in attendance and catered to us personally. I know weddings are expensive, but if you are looking for the one thing to invest in, this caterer is the one to choose!

BEST experience with Snuffins!

My husband and I had the BEST experience with Snuffins for our wedding! We worked with Austin for nearly 1.5 years before our date, and she was exceptionally helpful, organized, and responsive. Austin helped us to create our own menu and pick beautiful place settings that would fit within our budget, and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out! Guests are still talking about the food from our reception - everything was just perfect. Snuffins coordinated with our venue seamlessly during the planning process, and we were so impressed with their attentiveness to detail and expertise. Snuffins also handled various aspects of setup and cleanup, the transitions between appetizers/dinner/dessert were so smooth, and all the staff members were incredibly helpful and professional! My husband and I also loved the basket of food Snuffins sent us off with - it included samples of each dish and dessert that we had served at the reception! Such a special and thoughtful detail! I cannot say enough good things, and we highly recommend Snuffins!!

Amazing wedding vendor!

Michael and the rest of the team at Snuffin’s was amazing to work with. When we first contacted them, Michael was great about giving a detailed explanation of how they operated, the options they provide, and the cost and breakdown associated with each option. He was very responsive to communicate (both email and phone) and when he wasn’t available, another member of the team was able to answer questions on his behalf and let us know when he’d be back. They provided a complementary tasting which was delicious and put our mind at ease and were able to make recommendations and adjust to the customization requests we made. We had last minute requests the week leading up to the wedding day and they were able to accommodate that well. As a bonus, Michael is a sommelier and gave guidance on wine pairings and amount to buy and advised us where to buy the wines from!
We ended up going with the bacon tots and crab cakes for appetizers, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans and seasonal salad for sides, along with roast beef and basil glazed salmon for the main. On the day of, the execution of the buffet style dinner was seamless, and they even served plated meals for the bride and groom. The touches for the presentation of the menu, table and wine bar set up reflected the attention to details and gave us and our guests a wonderful experience. At the end of the night, they even packed a picnic basket with all the food along with wrapping all the leftovers so we could easily take it with us. Overall, we can’t recommend Snuffin’s highly enough as they provided a stress-free planning process and impeccable execution for our special day!

Snuffins did my catering for my wedding 08.19.22!!! The communication with Annie was superb, she was very professional and very helpful during the entire process of our wedding! You simply must work with Snuffin’s!

Working with Snuffin's Catering was the best decision we made for our wedding. The food was delicious and custom-tailored to our guests' dietary restrictions. Their staff at our event were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly.

We want to specifically commend the hard work and dedication of our event lead, Austin. We started working with her before the pandemic, and she stayed in constant communication and offered support and insight along the way of multiple postponements and other Covid challenges.

Snuffin's services and staff made our day so easy, and our guests enjoyed the food!

Top notch food and service!

Snuffins was a delight to work with and did an excellent job rolling with the punches when we had to delay our wedding 3 times due to Covid. When we were finally able to celebrate, they cooked an incredible menu that suited our tastes perfectly and received rave reviews from all our guests. Even now a month after the event, friends and family still comment about how delicious the food was! The service was spectacular and we loved the basket of leftovers they made for us at the end of the night. An excellent value for the price!

Fabulous to work with.

Who would have thought that we would be planning a wedding for 22 months, but that is exactly what happened (thanks Covid)! Working with Snuffins was great the whole time. They worked with us through 3 date changes and even some food changes. Wry responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. They were fabulous. Would highly recommend. Sounders scarf was not part of the original table setting!

Catering for our wedding

If you are looking for a caterer, look no further! Snuffin's catering offers amazing food, an amazing staff, and an overall amazing experience. We were thrilled with how easy they made the whole experience, from tastings to finalizing the menu and rental equipment. Day of the wedding Austin made sure all of the tables were set up correctly, that the buffet was displayed beautifully, and that her staff was doing everything in a timely manner. All of the appetizers came out warm and the buffet food was delicious! On top of that, Austin went above and beyond helping coordinate our wedding ceremony and the rest of the day. Without Snuffin's our day wouldn't have been as incredible as it was. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication that was put into our special day!

Excellent food and service

After we had our tasting session with Austin, we were sure we found our caterer. Everything tasted excellent, and the grilled cheese shooters were a hit! The guests not only mentioned how great the food was, but how wonderful the bartender and catering staff were throughout the event. Snuffin's is a Win-Win!

Our daughter and son-in-law decided on a "mini-destination" wedding at Thornewood Castle (we live in Anacortes/they live in Seattle and most guests were coming in from out of state), so we were not familiar with caterers in the area. Snuffin's was on Thornewood's preferred caterers list and after viewing their website and menu, I was quite sure we wanted to use them as they had a beautiful website, were familiar with our venue and provided the type of food we wanted to serve. It wasn't until meeting Austin at our initial tasting, that I KNEW Snuffin's was the right choice. Not only was the tasting delicious, Austin made sure to secure all the important details that gave me the confidence that our event would be executed successfully. One of the things that gave me that confidence was that Austin would be the "Captian" of our event and would take us from the planning stages through the entire event. (The other caterer I looked into did not provide that). I was able to call and discuss details with her and was always given the time needed. As the event drew closer, of course there were some unexpected bumps (party rental place overselling the flatware we had chosen a year ahead, rain when we had been planning a garden wedding), but Austin helped us navigate everything successfully and our daughter's wedding was the gorgeous event we had planned. Oh, and the food was amazing too! To me, the execution was almost more important than the food being fabulous, (all it needed to be was good enough right?) as we had a strict timeline, but the food was absolutely delicious - even better than the tasting. We received many compliments from our guests. I would say it was a win-win for sure! I only wish we lived closer to Snuffins so that we could use them for all of our future catering needs. Maybe we just need to plan all our events closer to them!

Truly thankful

Weddings need to have good food, period. The food is always going to be a huge part of your special day. The food has to be good, not only for your taste buds but for all your lovely guests... haha lets be honest we all know that there is always that one person at a wedding saying " I hope the food is good, I'm hungry ". You DON'T want to disappoint your guests with food that is not good, served cold, and handled terribly... Thats why we went with Snuffin's Catering. The food was so good! So good that at clean up time, the leftovers were about the size of two dinner plates...thats pretty good. This tells you how good the food is and lets you know you've invested your money well. We had our wedding during covid-19 and cleanliness was not just a priority but a huge must/need and Snuffin's respectfully did a professional job at serving/ Handling food. Thanks a ton!

Ps. If you get a chance to work with Austin, rest assured that your catering experience will be outstanding. Thank you Austin for being a huge asset to our special day!

Excellent food

If guests were raving about the flowers they could not stop talking about the food. We picked Snuffins because they were the least aggressive catering options at an open house event. I’m not someone who likes to be attacked and be sold too hard that I should go with a company. Snuffins had food my now husband loved, they were much more attentive in a non aggressive way and they made sure everything went smoothly. We were thankful for the food they sent home with us to the hotel for the two of us. Honestly, so organized and the food was delicious.

Perfect Choice for our Winter Wedding

Snuffin's Catering provided us with an excellent experience throughout our entire wedding process. After our initial consultation with Cherie, she provided us with recommendations and cost saving options to help keep us within our budget. On the wedding day, they provided excellent service to our guests and helped us to have a seamless dinner experience. Our guest loved the food they served. Snuffin's also helped us to put on a spiked hot chocolate and coffee bar which our guests really enjoyed. It is easy to see why they are a preferred caterer for our wedding venue. We experienced no issues at all with Snuffin's Catering, and I recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area.

Delicious!

Snuffins did an amazing job catering our wedding! Their process was seamless and Sharon always responded to my questions as quickly as possible. The day of the wedding, there were several servers and bartenders and they were dressed very professionally. We even had a dedicated server just for the two of us! We decided to go with their salmon and beef shortribs. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the shortribs were so tender. I also wanted to surprise my now husband with a special meal and asked Sharon if it was possible. She had no issues with it and he was surprised! At the end of the night, they even gave us a take home basket with a small sample of each of the different foods. Highly recommend hiring Snuffins! You will not regret it!

What can I say, but I was so happy we hired Snuffins for our wedding. The food was fabulous, and they made the whole process easy. I trusted them with one of the most important days of my life and they delivered.

A wonderful wedding caterer!

We planned our ceremony from across the country, and choosing a caterer was a tough choice. We hired Snuffin's because of our wonderful experience meeting Annie and tasting the appetizers that we eventually chose for our reception. They were flexible with several menu and bar changes and always answered our questions in a reasonable amount of time. The reception dinner and dessert flowed almost seamlessly and my husband and I were very impressed with the staff and the service.

We used Snuffins for our wedding at Historic 1625. From our initial meeting to the wedding itself, the entire process was amazing.

Food and Drinks: We did a layered dip as an appetizer and a taco bar buffet for the main course. It was hot and delicious. We were able to buy our own alcohol and have them serve it (major plus!).

Service: Wonderful! The head server carried our plates to our table so we wouldn't spill.

Planning: Annie is so knowledgeable and flexible. I changed my mind so many times and she was so patient and kind throughout.

My venue required that we choose from 4 caterers. We were uninterested in the first couple of caterers but then we came across Snuffin's and were blown away!! Everything from our initial meet-and-greet to the clean up at the end of our wedding, Snuffin's was fantastic! During our initial meeting at their location in Gig Harbor we were shown around the office, storage areas and kitchens. They thoroughly explained their wedding day flow chart and organization skills and then led us into a well lit conference room with various dishes for rent on display and a set table with ice waters. Their lead Chef came in and brought us freshly made samples of their most popular hors d'oeuvres (Delicious!). They were not pushy at all and really took the time to get to know us. Their communication skills are top notch and never made me feel silly when I started to get nervous as the Big Day neared. Even though they were a little bit late on wedding day they were swift and professional in their set up. ALL linens were draped beautifully with NO WRINKLES. The colors and details were spot on. They were all dressed very professionally and were exceptionally kind to our guests when appetizers were passed during cocktail hour. Their attention to detail was amazing! When we finished our ceremony and were urgently ushered to the location of our license signing, they followed us and brought us water, appetizers and a drink of our choosing! When my husband and I got to the end of the buffet line, one of the staff was waiting there to take our plates to our seats. AMAZING! And to top it off, they lined the kitchen as we were getting ready to leave for our big send off and said their congratulations and goodbyes, then they had a beautiful basket of food tied with a flower and fresh sprig of Rosemary waiting in our Limo. You guys were AMAZING! Thank you so very, very much!

We had a venue that only worked with certain vendors and Snuffin's was one of them -- and we're so glad we chose them! The food was delicious, and although I was tempted to go back for seconds and thirds, I refrained (barely). They even packed up a huge basketful of leftovers for us to take with us (including wrapping up two of our cupcakes to enjoy later as well).
Planning the wedding with them was great as well. I didn't have a huge vision and am not a big event planner, and they made it simple (and dare I say, fun?) to pick out cutlery, plates, napkins and food.
I knew they were totally prepared and professional and had no concerns whatsoever about them being ready and on top of things on our wedding day.

Snuffin’s catered my daughter’s August 2017 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! Sharon Snuffin and her staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the 10 months we worked with them in assisting us in making decisions on food, linens, table settings, etc. that worked with our budget and would ultimately lead to the big day being exactly what my daughter envisioned. When the wedding day finally arrived, Mandy and her team were absolutely flawless in their service and a joy to work with. Mandy was the calm to my crazy; she made much-appreciated suggestions and I felt nothing but confidence in her and her team’s abilities. And the food was amazing! The on-site grilled flank steak couldn’t have been more tender or the chicken more moist. We received so many compliments on all of the food items - from the appetizers down to the rolls. There is no question that Snuffin’s will be our go-to caterer for any future events! Our deepest gratitude to Sharon and her staff!!

Snuffin's is an AMAZING catering option for your wedding. After our initial meeting with Jennifer, we were sold. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful, a straight shooter (which I so appreciate), and has a wealth of knowledge...especially when it comes to local vendors. But let's get to the food...

The food is perfection. I've never been to a wedding where so many guests comment about the food - it really was a huge hit! The extra special thing about Snuffin's is that they put together a to-go basket for the bride and groom to enjoy once they are back at their hotel...it's fantastic!

And finally, the staff. The staff is exceptional. They are attentive to not only the bride and groom, but all guests. They do an excellent job with setting up all of the tables. And they move mountains to make sure that all of your details are managed (for instance, one of the staff stood over our cake with an umbrella as it started to rain - wow!).

I highly recommend the gorgonzola and pistachio crostinis and bacon-wrapped tots for your appetizers. And while the beef is ah-mazing, our guests RAVED over the Tuscany chicken.

I also highly recommend attending one of their open houses! You are able to taste a lot of their food and meet some local vendors, too.

Snuffin's Catering did an incredible job at our wedding! I got so much feedback from everyone that the food was amazing! We had three action stations for dinner and an ice cream station to go along with our other desserts. We got the noodle station, the slider station, and the tuscan vegetable station. All very delicious! For apps, we had the blackberry/brie tart, sun-dried tomato tart, and smoked salmon/cucumber bites. These were amazing! I thought maybe having two tarts was going to be strange, but they were so different in flavor, that it turned out great. We were both very impressed with how well the whole dinner turned out! We worked with Jennifer, who made us feel very good about the whole thing. She was very easy going and gave us recommendations when we asked. Snuffin's is really great, they know what they are doing, and make your experience very enjoyable!

Quality and peace of mind come in the form of Annie Butcher from Snuffins. The food was absolutely delicious, with some of our guests reporting that the salmon they had at our wedding was the BEST salmon they had EVER had. Annie not only provided guidance and expertise on the food but coordinated all our rentals and truly made our day seamless. If you are thinking about going with a cheaper catering vendor, don't do it. Snuffins may be slightly more than other caterers, but the value, cohesiveness, professionalism, deliciousness, and overall coordination is well worth it. You will not be disappointed by Annie and her amazing staff. Thank you Snuffins!

Snuffin's catered our wedding dinner and it was fantastic! Jennifer was wonderful in getting all our details nailed down, had helpful advice, and was patient with us through the whole process. The food was wonderful, and was even better at our wedding than at our tasting. We had several guests comment on how great the dinner was, many saying this was one of the best wedding dinners they'd ever had. They also worked with our venue (Historic 1625) frequently, so Jennifer and the venue coordinated behind the scenes, leaving my husband and I to be able to actually enjoy our wedding and spend time with our guests, rather than worry about the details. For the type of wedding we wanted, we were wanting to pay for the food and service so that everything could be taken care of for us - we aren't DIY people - and we were very happy with Snuffin's. Highly recommended!

Snuffin's was the first and last caterer that we met with during the planning stages of our wedding - we didn't have to look any further after Sharon Snuffin won us over with her organization, experience, love for what she does (and delicious appetizers that we got to taste)!

I can't count how many times my mom and I made the comment "I'm so glad we chose Snuffin's" throughout the months leading up to the wedding. Sharon was so responsive and full of knowledge and advice and made us feel at ease and excited for the big day because we knew every little detail would be taken care of.

Snuffin's truly lived up to its wonderful reputation on our wedding day - the staff was so congenial, the food displays were beautiful and delicious, the used dishes were cleared immediately and we even had a visit from Sharon herself, despite her busy shedule. It became a personal experience for us - and we felt blessed to get to know Sharon through having Snuffin's as our catering vendor. We even got sent home with a bride and groom basket of food, appetizers, wine and beer. It was such a treat as we realized our increasing appetites while driving away from the venue.

We will recommend Snuffin's again and again and are so happy that we got to work with them on our big day - a choice we will never regret!

Snuffins catered our daughter's wedding recently and we couldn't be more pleased. Sharon, the owner, was very attentive to every detail. She responded to any and all questions in a very timely manner. And the food was delicious! I don't know how they got the chicken so tender for 250 guests but they did! Everyone was talking about how good it was. Also the staff was very professional and efficient as well as congenial. We couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely be telling others to use Snuffins They are the best! And the nice thing is, if you hire them, you won't have to worry about how things will go, because it'll be great!

Snuffins was a preferred caterer for our venue (Events on 6th) so we did a taste-test with them since their menu online looked really good. Our first meeting with Annie at Snuffins was great! The room we were in to try appetizers was cute, and had all their dishware and linens to choose from so you could see it in person rather than having to look through a book. We settled on a buffet style dinner: Cheese tortellini in Alfredo, chicken simmered in tomatoes and artichokes, Caesar salad, bread, and punch (we provided the beer and wine). It was delicious! I had one guest that had a gluten allergy, and when I asked if she could have a special dinner they said it wasn’t a problem, and she was served a plate by the staff. Our caterer manager for the day-of made everything so easy and wonderful, and the servers and bartender were so nice and professional. Before we did dinner, we had a cocktail hour with appetizers (bacon jalapeno tots, pistachio/blue cheese toast things, and caprese salad on a skewer) and drinks while the wedding party did pics. I had a lot of friends say how great the food was afterward. Another thing I loved about Snuffins - they did a beautiful to-go basket for us to enjoy the next day filled with food from the party. Absolutely loved them and would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I fell in love with Snuffin's the minute we sat down for our consultation. I emailed several caterers and Snuffin's is the only one that invited me in to go through my questions without having me fill out a questionnaire or asking me what my budget was. Having never used catering services before I had no idea what I was doing, let alone what I needed to budget for it. We met with Jennifer and she made everything seem so easy! The taste test was delicious and my groom was hooked! We had the Tuscan Countryside and Prime Rib station. Even after our original plan Jennifer was very quick to get back to me when I had questions. She let me add sandwich platters so we could snack on something while getting ready at the venue and a tap setup for the kegs. The Snuffin's staff was FANTASTIC the day of! They had setup down to a science and were wonderful to our guests. During the reception they checked in on my husband and I to make sure we got enough food and had what beverages we wanted. When we got into the limo to leave the reception there was a beautiful goodie basket of food for us to eat later too! The food was so amazing people are still talking about it a month later! We can't thank Jennifer and Snuffin's enough for everything!

Snuffins is beyond incredible. They managed our 200+ person wedding with AMAZING food (people were raving about it all night) and they went above and beyond to manage most of our rentals, logistics, and decor. Annie was the easiest person to work with and her staff was so gracious and kind the entire night. They had non-stop smiles on their faces and were so great with our guests. Annie and her team became like family to us by the end of the planning process--we will absolutely be using Snuffins for any future events, they are truly best in class.

We worked directly with Jennifer. We came in after having an overwhelming experience with the other caterer we had done a tasting with. I was naive going into the whole catering thing and actually even put down a deposit with the other catering company but we weren't please with our experience or the price so we started searching for another option. I grew up in Gig Harbor, so using a catering company from my home town had a special meaning. Getting my first quote from Jennifer/Snuffins gave me a similar feeling as the first catering company, that I was still over my head with how much it was going to cost. I lowered my estimated guest count which was more to make myself more comfortable with the quoted price. We worked with Jennifer to pick out an affordable menu, and we got to choose our own linens and service ware. So that was one less hassle we had to worry about since Snuffins rents and setups up the linens. Jennifer also threw in a hand passed appetizer of our choice for free! That essentially sealed the deal for us. Jennifer was always available to answer our questions via email (they also are available via phone but we didn't need to call). Our guest count ended up being only a few people over our original quote so I was very happy to know we weren't going to go much higher in price. We bought our own barware and cake disposables. We were able to reuse some leftover plasticware from my sister's wedding and save money by buying stuff for cheap off Amazon in the colors we wanted.

The day of the wedding, I only got to peak while things were getting setup, but when I finally got to look at it everything turned out perfectly. The food was great and Jennifer even offered to get my husband and I a drink from the bar so we could sit down and eat. It all came together perfectly and I was so thrilled to have gone with my gut and chosen Snuffins! Would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you Snuffins for doing such a great job at our wedding. Everyone complimented on the chicken dish, so moist and flavorful and our special basil lime spritzer drink :) MY FAVORITE :) The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful and great, so prompt as well. The linens were beautiful and the place settings were well done. The to-go basket was a great gift from you all, as being in my wedding dress, I didn't have too much room to work with and got to taste more of the food the day after. The pudding bar was the best, so glad we decided to go for this as well. Overall I would recommend SNuffins to anyone looking for a caterer. The quality is amazing and I am so glad we went with them for our special day. THANK YOU SNUFFINS FOR EVERYTHING. Everyone at the wedding loved your food and were going up for seconds and more :)

Snuffins was AMAZING to work with. They definitely go above and beyond the call of duty. Annie patiently listened to all my worries, ideas and changes throughout the year and offered solutions and opinions. Hi Annie,

I just want to let you know how happy we were with our event Saturday. We had so many compliments, not only on the food, but on the staff as well. Jennifer and her team kept everyone happy and well cared for. The set up process was extremely streamlined, and clean up was incredible. Our grill was left cleaner than when we use it! Our garage area was used for set up and staging, and was swept out when they left. We did not have one complaint or concern. The food choices worked out great and everyone was commenting on how delicious it was and how nice the servers were. Thanks to all of you for making our event special and stress free!!

The day I met Jennifer I knew I made the right decision. Jennifer was Profesional and honest. She worked with me for almost 1 year and the communication was great and fast and she provided so many helpful ideas and suggestions. We selected Snuffin's Catering for our magnificent wedding at Thornewood Castle. It was truly the most amazing day of our lives and at the center of it all was Snuffin's. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for all that they did to make it a truly perfect event.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh despite temperatures in the 90's. The drinks were cold, glasses were kept full, guests were happy and everything went better than I ever imagined.

I especially want to recognize Jennifer with Snuffin's - she was so responsive to all of my "But what about this?" emails and I felt she was just as excited about our wedding as we were.

Snuffins – I love Snuffins! They catered my daughter’s wedding and it was fabulous! I have been in the hospitality business for 35 years and have worked with many, many caterers… Sharon and her team are just wonderful!! I think I called Snuffin’s on a Saturday during August – I know… what was I thinking? It would be like calling a restaurant at noon or 6pm?! I think they had 5 events or something that day. Of course Sharon answered the phone herself – I think I remember realizing after calling that it was probably an insane day to call and you would have never known. She was simply wonderful to me and I told her what was going on in my life and I really just needed to get an idea of costs and gave her some basic information – she emailed me the next day which was Sunday before I made it back to Eastern Washington. I was impressed! Before the wedding we visited with Sharon a couple times to do a taste and make some selections for some dessert displays. They were always so helpful and accommodating – come wedding day it just continued. Sharon walked through to check on everything, their staff was fabulous and the food…. Maybe the best chicken ever… It was everything we had heard and more. We actually had friends and family call us the next day to let us know they were so impressed with the food. Snuffins was WONDERFUL!!! First and foremost, the food was absolutely wonderful. I received many compliments from guests about how great the food was. They were so easy to work with, very professional and friendly. We changed details about our menu quite a few times and they were always quick to get back to us. I was a little worried that with all of the changes I had made little things wouldn't get done correctly but to my surprise, everything was perfect. Their team setup the tables, chairs and linens and also cleaned up afterwards which was wonderful! Snuffins even went above and beyond for us. Our original venue fell through and snuffins sent out emails to all of the venues they had worked with in the past and helped us find availability for our date at another venue. I was so happy with my choice to work with Snuffins and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal! First impressions: professional, clean, elegant, kind, workable and reliable. My husband and I had our wedding during Veteran’s Day weekend 2014 and on relatively shorter notice than usual. Sharon Snuffins got us right in on a busy weekend day. We even took the wrong ferry and Sharon was absolutely workable around her busy schedule with events during the day. She showed us her extremely clean and beautiful kitchen, her staff, food, preparations and decorations during the consultation and spent a lot of time with us going through practical yet elegant options for cutlery, décor, and food. The food….hands down amazing! The samples/tasting was to die for! We decided to go with the Northwest Italiano Dinner Buffet package/dish option with Gorgonzola crackers and prongs. During the planning and prep, Sharon was always prompt with responses and ensured we were able to work out all the payments within our budget.

On the day of the wedding Sharon was not supervising the staff, however you would’ve thought she was over everyone’s shoulders ensuring it was the best wedding anyone had been too. The staff was just as friendly and professional as she was, showing a true and healthy reflection throughout her business. The staff was extremely attentive to not just the wedding party, but the guests at every corner, plus I always had a scotch in my hand!

Snuffins Catering is worth every penny and is a must have to share the experience with. Our wedding ended up being one of the greatest I have ever seen due to vendors such as Snuffins. Definitely consider this professional for your special day, business conferences, or other large events.

Snuffin's Catering presented the most amazing menu and delivered 100% on the concept! Our guests are still commenting on the food which I'm sure you are aware can be a challenge for some caterers. The servers were very professional and friendly and accommodated everyone! The special basket they put together for us at the end just topped off the evening! Everything that needed to be hot was hot and everything that should be cold was cold, nothing was dry & everything presented just as it was during our tasting. I loved the time I spent with Snuffin's Catering. They were so helpful and were always there with any questions that I had. They had open houses where you can try the food and it is delicious.

The food was great. The servers were helpful, friendly and professional. Several guests told me that they loved the food. The planning process was made easy and all of my questions were answered. We purchased one of the cheaper buffet options and I was very pleased with it. The presentation was nice and all of the food was delicious. Snuffins did a fantastic job catering our wedding. We chose salmon as one of our entrees and I was worried about it being prepared off-site; however, at the wedding, it was so moist and flavorful and was some of the best salmon I had ever had. They provide exceptional Northwest cuisine and have a creative menu to choose from-- for example, we had brie/blackberry tartlets as hors d'oeuvres and roasted fall vegetables with feta as a side. Their bread presentation was something out of a magazine, it was gorgeous! Not only is their food excellent, the presentation is beautiful and service is professional and friendly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we were on the phone with Annie at least once a day trying to figure out logistics. We got married at my childhood home and Annie came out to help us with our "vision" as far as tents, tables, and lighting would work out. She was always enthusiastic, supportive, and realistic with our ideas. They work with a rental company which ended up being a better value, so it was really helpful to have one point person for catering, tent, and logistic needs. Snuffin's was amazing. We wanted the food to be a big part of our wedding. I worked with Annie, I couldnt have dreamed of working with someone any better. The first meeting my husband and I showed up and everything was set up for us, even down to ice already in the glasses. Thats what I needed details thought out ahead of time. It was first class treatment! They had so much info about my venue ahead of time it put me at ease. They are TRUE professionals. They even gave us a basket of some packed food in our car when we drove away.

We absolutely loved Snuffins Catering. We worked with Marnie and she was awesome! The entire staff there was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Their service was far more than what I expected. They actually watched what my groom and I were drinking and eating, and made sure we had full glasses and provided us with a goody basket to take with us on our wedding night.

The food itself was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We couldn't have received better caterer's!

Snuffin's did a beautiful job on our wedding. We asked them to do our catering a month before the wedding, and they were so responsive and helpful. We asked for a specific, customized menu, and they had no problem turning my ideas into a delicious meal. Jennifer came out for a site visit right away to our backyard/beach venue and helped us figure out the best way to configure everything since it wasn't a normal venue, and lined up the rentals we needed. It was really great to have tents, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and catering taken care of by one vendor, but with flexibility to choose to do some things ourselves. For us it was cake, drinks, and some of the the dishes. We had a great experience with Snuffin's overall. Very professional, delicious food, and flexibility to fit us.

My husband and I live in Germany, so in order to plan our wedding we did everything over the phone or email. Snuffins website was so well organized and easy to use we decided they were the best choice. Snuffins was the perfect choice for our wedding, they knew the location and how to best set up the space for number of people. The food was fantastic and the best part was we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. They set-up (tent, dance floor, tables and chairs) and took everything down, they even put together our cupcake tower and decorated it with extra flowers from our florist. My husband is a very hands on and wanted to be involved in every step of the process, he must have sent Sharon a million emails with little details and random questions, she always responded in a timely manner and put his worries at ease.

The food at my wedding was awesome, not to mention the service and logistics assistance provided by Annie and Snuffin's. We were dealing with a brand new venue 2 hours from my house (Red Cedar Farm brides take note!), but Annie made everything seem so easy. My dad and I are both experienced event producers/planners and Annie exceeded our expectations.

At our tasting, Annie walked me through the entire process and the Snuffin's service philosophy, and I'm extremely grateful that we made the decision to hire such a professional and personal vendor for the wedding. We had a great tasting, and I stayed in constant contact with Annie over the 8 months until the wedding.

The food was super tasty (buffet with salmon, steak grilled on site, yum), the bar was always stocked with no line, and we stayed on schedule the whole night. I would recommend Snuffin's to anyone for any kind of an event - especially a wedding. If I were to do it all again, Snuffin's would be my first call.

Snuffins did a great job with our reception. There were times when I had questions and felt that the wait for a response was excessive. We had some issues with communication of payments and deposits for the venue. But that was mainly because it was a new venue exclusive to Snuffins and they were just figuring it all out. The food was excellent (though I didn't really enjoy it until the leftovers the next day). They took care of all the wait staff and bartender, they were all very professional and did a great job. The captain did a wonderful job at making sure everything was where it was supposed to when I wanted it there. I really didn't have to worry about a thing once the reception got going. It all turned out better then I could have dreamed of.

Delicious Food and Wonderful Service

Snuffin's had us come in and try an array of appetizers so we could decide what we wanted to serve at our wedding. We met with Austin and she was wonderful the entire meeting-giving us tips and suggestions to make sure we got what we wanted and considered all the options and costs. We were casualties of the COVD-19 wedding-so we had to postpone an entire year and Snuffin's was great about it. As our headcount dipped a bit, the cost adjusted accordingly. All of the food was delicious. The waitstaff and bartenders were wonderful, and the food was efficiently packaged up and sent out. I would highly recommend Snuffin's to anyone looking for a caterer!

Had a great Wedding experience!

I highly recommend Snuffins for your next event. They recently catered my daughter’s wedding. Annie went above and beyond to make this day special for us. Her staff and bartenders were so friendly and professional. Snuffins was in charge of our rentals too, and this summer it was extremely hard to get some items. At the last minute I needed more chairs and Annie secured more and also added an extra bartender too!! This made all the difference; there were limited lines and more seating. Everyone I have talked to since the wedding have raved about the food. We had the appetizer buffet. We told people we were serving “light appetizers” but everyone said “That was a meal!! And SO delicious!!) Thank you Snuffins for making our evening special!!

They take care of everything

Annie and her team were professional and personal. She was easy to work with and accommodating as we were organizing from out of town. The meeting to set the menu allowed us to make choices of tableware, and menu items as well as have a taste of some of their appetizers, while not feeling rushed or stressful. Our guests all were delighted with the quality of the food and the basket provided for the bride and groom was so thoughtful!

Jennifer Jack and the Snuffin's team were great! So professional that I never had to think about what they were up to on the wedding day! Everything was set up just like we had discussed, and the food was so good! Jennifer was so helpful in the planning process; she helped us create our breakfast-for-dinner menu, helped with the layout design of the linens and tables, and went the extra mile and helped us figure out the the items that we were providing ourselves! Only slight things I might mention were that emails got a little scarce when they got busy (that might've been because we got married the weekend of the U.S. Open, and I'm an especially anxious person), and Snuffin's is one of the more expensive caterers from our venue's vendor list, but their professionalism and stress-relieving staff were why we chose them, and we were not disappointed. So happy we chose Snuffin's!

We got comments from almost every guest that ours was by far the best wedding food they have ever tasted. It was really as if they were ordering from a high end restaurant rather than a caterer. Truly professional staff, beyond helpful and friendly to all our guests. The only downside was the cost, it was a budget buster for sure, and that we had soooo much food left over. But really, I would choose them again in a heartbeat. Wonderful!!!

We love Snuffins. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They helped us plan our menu and table decor from beginning to end. We attended one of their tasting events and that in itself was alot of fun. Sharon gave us alot of good ideas to help with all of our wedding planning. We would highly recommend them and definately use them again.

Snuffins delievered a delicious beautiful meal! Their presentation was fabulous. On the day of they were prompt, efficient and polite. During our planning process we attended their open house and tried a variety of foods, had a personal appointment where we sampled appetizers and looked through china, silverwear, linens,etc. Annie coordinated everything for us and was an absolute delight to work with. She is very detail oriented and responded to my emails VERY promptly! She was a huge help and our day went off without a hitch. They are expensive, but it is worth it for peace of mind, I promise!

Snuffin's was wonderful to work with, they were able to create a menu that was perfect for our wedding. They grilled our meat entree on sight and it was delicious! They even sent me home with a basket of goodies from the wedding itself which made for a great keepsake!

They were very nice in accommodating all of our wishes. During the wedding I didn't really eat a lot since I was so excited and busy, but they gave us a basket to take home with us and it was delicious! We had salmon, grilled vegetables, noodle salad and chicken. All delicious!

Snuffin's was fantastic. Great service, fantastic servers and bartenders onsite at our wedding, and the food was wonderful. As with any caterer, we occasionally felt like they were trying to upsell us, but were respectful when we expressed our wish to stick with our original menu plan. We'd absolutely use them again.

Marnie at Snuffin's was fantastic! She was very responsive to ALL of my emails and worked with me to make sure that all of our rentals, all of our food choices and linens were exactly what I wanted.

However, the day of, they showed up about an hour and a half late. I showed up to the venue to start getting pictures, etc, and the tables were bare. No linens, no place settings, nothing. I had to leave to finish getting ready but I found out the next day that when the caterer had arrived, they tried to dispute their arrival time with my coordinator until she pulled out the contract with times and details. They apologized and said they would figure out where the wires had crossed to make sure it didn't happen to anyone else. Nice, although not much help to us :)

The rest of the night was perfect. They made sure that we (the bride and groom) had plates of food waiting for us. They also provided a basket of food for us to take that night, complete with a bottle of champagne and silverware and plates, etc.

We had a sweets table with cakes pops and they made sure to refill it throughout the evening, even though I am not sure it was in their job description. Lovely service.

Snuffins catering we knew were good before we went to their fall tasting and hired them. My father's work hires them for their events and we discovered they were pretty good then. We were told by some that they were expensive but when we sat down with an associate and met with the owner Sharon, we discovered we were getting quite a bit with them - more of a service then just delivering and serving food. They added in extra time for helping with set up that we ended up not really needing as we all got there sooner than planned.

The staff was amazing! The bar tender was great to chat with and always had a smile. The serving staff were amazing in getting drinks for us and even bringing us a plate of food. That as a big bonus for me as I had just gotten in line and she told me to go sit while she got us each a plate. They surprised us on the day of which made some misunderstandings before the day not matter :-)

Our venue had a list of caterers that we had to choose from to use for our wedding. We don’t live in the area where we got married, so we didn’t have a lot of experience with any of the caterers. However, our wedding planner couldn’t have been more emphatic about how delicious and professional Snuffins is as a company. They were also the most expensive choice, but based on quality and our initial impression with several of the companies, we decided to go with them.

Jennifer was our coordinator/point of contact, and she was great. She was very enthusiastic, and gave us very good advice on what would and wouldn’t work for what we wanted. They had a lot of experience with our venue (hence being one of their required caterers), and so Jennifer gave us good tips on how to lay out the room, and on décor (table linens and chargers and everything). That really helped us a lot, since we had to plan a lot of that over the one weekend we were back before the actual day. That took a lot of stress off me being worried about how everything was going to look.

Then the actual day- they were fantastic. Seriously, the food was incredible. We went with the “Groom’s Choice” menu (I think that’s what it’s called) and it was soooo yummy!! Tri tip and Tuscan chicken… they grilled the steak on site, which was amazing… and then the chicken. Ok so it’s chicken, right? WRONG!!! It was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. It melted in my mouth. So good. And everything else was super yummy.

Their staff was so wonderful- they kept following my husband and I around with trays of food, which was amazing. Any time we needed anything, one of the Snuffins staff was there to get another drink, something to eat, to clean up the glass that some drunk person dropped on the dance floor… they were everywhere, but not in an overpowering way.

Like I said, they were definitely an expensive option, but the food and service really were amazing. We would recommend them :)

Absolutely loved everything about Snuffins! They were so helpful when it came to planning and organizing all of the details. We recieved so much more than delicious food...the staff was extremely helpful, also. I did think the food was put away a little early, but that could have been partly our fault. My family kind've jumped the gun and started toasting earlier than planned...empty glasses in hand. So, I think the staff felt obligated to pack up the food and start pouring the white wine & cider. :)

Sharon and her team were a wonderful addition to our wedding day! The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding! Sharon was great to work with, she was very responsive to my phone calls and emails as I asked her many questions about planning our event. On our wedding day the serving team was very responsive to mine and my new husband’s needs and had food ready and waiting for us, including a take away basket. Being my own wedding planner Sharon offered many suggestions to help things look a little better and run a little smoother! Sharon usually requires the use of a certain rental company, in order to assure proper infrastructure. I had already booked my rental company at the time of meeting Sharon, and she was willing to work with them, but my advice would be to use the rental company Sharon likes to use and avoid some of the snags I hit.

Snuffins was a little pricier than some of the other caterers we looked at, but they were very professional and took care of all the details. There was a chance of rain, so they set up all the tables inside and at our request, then re-set them all up outside (how we wanted them). They looked professional, set up and cleaned up without drawing attention to themselves, and even sent us off with a basket of food and cake (since we didn't each much at the wedding). Again, they are a little expensive, but the peace of mind was worth it.

We loved working with Snuffins. Every item, at the open house and at our consultation meeting, was a continuous reminder that we were making the right choice. There wasn’t one item that we did not like. They were familiar with our venue, which helped make the planning and layout very simple. The food on our wedding day was just as good as we remembered and people are still talking about how amazing the food was. The “to-go” basket at the end of the night was so beautiful and such a nice touch!

Snuffin's made such a beautiful buffet for my wedding. We were able to pick and choose from a seemingly endless menu of options and Sharon even allowed us to make small changes to her recipes.

The day of the wedding, all of the Snuffin's staff was very professional and courteous. Apparently, though, they had misspelled our names on the menu cards or had the wrong names entirely on them- but they were able to remedy this before I even had time to notice. They also brought the wrong dinner ware that we had ordered and they somehow ended up with 4 different styles of champagne flutes-- I would have understood this if the wedding was very large and they didn't have enough of one type of glass but we only had 32 people in attendance. The food was good, nothing to rave about.

They also had been making requests of us to come to their office to pick up items the day before the wedding and then told us they would charge extra if they had to bring it--which was ridiculous. Sharon did not respond to many of my emails- I think she only responded to one (I probably sent her 3 or 4 total). She did seem to have responded promptly for my mother, who was helping me with planning since I live out of state.

Although I was satisfied with Snuffin's service, I probably would not recommend them to a friend.

The food was DELICIOUS!! Days later, people are still talking about it. It was amazing. The day-of work was excellent - they set things up well and were very professional.

Work beforehand with the staff was hit-and-miss. When we first went to meet with them, before the budget was finalized, they were wonderful. When we went back to try to lower the cost, it was not a very friendly meeting. They were clearly annoyed they had to change things to accommodate our lower budget (though still a very reasonable catering budget to work within).

In spite of that, when it was all said and done, we got amazing food and service for a price we could make work with our budget.

I recommend them - they're very experienced and the food is excellent.

The catering from Snuffins catering was average as far as taste goes but we weren't looking to have people walking away from our wedding raving about the food, we wanted them raving about the wedding...so we needed the money to splurge on other items. The food was good though, and we got a great deal compared to other catering companies that charge rediculous prices for average food. They also let us buy our own alcohol, napkins and cake plates, etc in order to cut down our costs with them. It was great to have that flexibility. They also coordinate with rental companies if you need chairs, tables etc.
