  Effortless and Awesome

  From start to finish the planning was made effortless. I could not have imagined the event turning out any better. The entire staff was awesome and made sure the night was flawless. I would definitely book again and recommend . Such a great group of people to take care of your event.

  If there is one word that describes Smooth Sailing Celebrations and Camille it's "class". You won't find a nicer person to work with. If you are looking for an exceptional event coordinator for a yacht wedding look no further. Camille is nothing short of amazing. From the moment my husband and I met Camille, she was attentive and sincere. She answered every question we had, often texting back even when she was busy. She paid attention to every detail from the very beginning to the last moments before the wedding day.
  Camille showed us several yachts and we went with the Aqua Azul Yacht for our August 13, 2022 wedding. We worked with Camille and the owner Dorit who was professional and orchestrated the entire evening perfectly. Camille and Dorit made sure our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. The venue was amazing and our wedding was fantastic, unique, and most importantly FUN from start to finish. I can't say enough great things. Everyone who attended is still saying it was the best wedding they ever went to! The only complaint I have is that the night went so fast...before we knew it, it was time to go home! Dorit and Camille are experts in their work. The Aqua Azul is beautiful, clean, and classy. The staff is wonderful, and the food and drinks are amazing. So happy!!! Thank you Dorit and Camille! You gave us a night we will never forget.

  Best part of the wedding planning process

  Camille was so responsive and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Although we don't have a wedding planner but she was essentially one. She answered all our questions promptly and always had our best interests at heart. I loved that we had someone on our side advocating for us along the way. Our wedding would not have been as smooth if it wasn't for her help. Highly recommend!

  Amazing wedding

  Food- Our guests really loved the food. Cynthia and I personally loved the appetizers. The skewers were amazing!! Everything after was just as good. I especially loved the steak.
  
  Staff- The staff was great at being attentive to our guests when it came to refilling water and the like. They were very prompt with bringing out all the meals as well. I think the real highlight was the bartenders. They made phenomenal drinks, maybe too good if you looked at some of my family at the end of the night haha.
  
  Overall, the wedding was amazing. All the guests really enjoyed themselves, whether they were on the dance floor or on the top deck taking in the sights. It truly was a magical night :)

  Better than imagined

  Camille helped make our wedding absolutely amazing. Every guest had an incredible time and couldn’t thank us enough for inviting them. The Sundancer Yacht is beautiful, small yet not crowded. Perfect for our small wedding (less than 30). Could have easily fit more people, especially post Covid when both decks can be used I wouldn’t be surprised to see 75-100 people comfortably boarded.

  Unique, Low-Stress, Affordable--and Camille is Amazing!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Camille. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive to our every email and note, prompt with answering questions and even anticipating potential problems we might have. We signed a contract with an independently operated boat that—horrors!—was acquired by the corporate-type Hornblower Cruises company several months before our wedding. Before we even saw the email about it, Camille was at bat making sure that they honored the terms of our original contract, including the far better menu options and some quirky/specialized requests that the original vendor agreed to accommodate—like cutting the cake with a sword and bringing our own case of wine from the year I was born. Camille was warm and friendly, professional, and just all around lovely to work with. I wish she could have attended our wedding!
  
  I’ve seen a few complaints about the boats themselves, and I want to make clear that Camille acts as a coordinator (dang, is that word insufficient) between you and the ship. While she certainly will bend her superhuman powers to make sure that the individual boats know what you need, the venues are ultimately responsible for their own actions on the day of your event.
  
  Finally, extra props to Camille for putting up with some pretty weird decisions on our part. My husband and I wanted something easy and inexpensive for New York. I know it sounds nuts to go for a boat in that circumstance, but Smooth Sailing Celebrations was everything we needed: surprisingly affordable, food and cake included, no stupid extra fees like cake-cutting, and they let us do some laughably (under the circumstances) low-key stuff like bring our own microphone and playlist.
  
  Basically, it was as close to perfect as we’d ever want an event as unpredictable and chaotic as a wedding to even be. Compared to the stressful stories we’ve heard from family and friends, our wedding was remarkably stress-free, and Camille made it happen.

She beautifully took care of all my incessant detail requests, answered my millions of questions, and always made me feel like her most important client. Our wedding day being perfect mattered as much to her as it did to us! Both my husband and I, and all our guests were blown away and truly had the most magical day.   We had real problems deciding what we wanted to do for our wedding reception - we previously had booked large hall, then decided to do a much smaller reception and cancelled it, and were stumped as to a good venue for a smaller party. Just three months (!) out, my (now) wife thought that perhaps a boat would be a good idea. I immediately thought of Camille Cerria at Smooth Sailing Celebrations, who I had known through various local organizations over the years. Calling her turned out to be the best thing we ever could have done for our wedding. She literally helped us take care of everything, from finding the perfect boat through nearly every other aspect of planning. Camille is just amazing - she is the type of person who not only is on top of absolutely everything (so you don't have to worry about a thing), but who even checks in when nothing's going on just to make sure you're comfortable. I would have a very hard time coming up with a better experience that I've had with any vendor, wedding-related or not. The end result was nothing short of perfect - my wife and I had a fantastic time at our wedding, and our guests couldn't stop raving about what an inspired choice it was to have the reception on a boat. We are just beginning to receive and review our pictures now, and going through all of them has been a reminder of just how great everything was, from the boat itself to the food (which everyone agreed was far superior to what often is served at upscale wedding halls).   We had real problems deciding what we wanted to do for our wedding reception - we previously had booked large hall, then decided to do a much smaller reception and cancelled it, and were stumped as to a good venue for a smaller party. Just three months (!) out, my (now) wife thought that perhaps a boat would be a good idea. I immediately thought of Camille Cerria at Smooth Sailing Celebrations, who I had known through various local organizations over the years. Calling her turned out to be the best thing we ever could have done for our wedding. She literally helped us take care of everything, from finding the perfect boat through nearly every other aspect of planning. Camille is just amazing - she is the type of person who not only is on top of absolutely everything (so you don't have to worry about a thing), but who even checks in when nothing's going on just to make sure you're comfortable. I would have a very hard time coming up with a better experience that I've had with any vendor, wedding-related or not. The end result was nothing short of perfect - my wife and I had a fantastic time at our wedding, and our guests couldn't stop raving about what an inspired choice it was to have the reception on a boat. We are just beginning to receive and review our pictures now, and going through all of them has been a reminder of just how great everything was, from the boat itself to the food (which everyone agreed was far superior to what often is served at upscale wedding halls). I can't recommend Smooth Sailing Celebrations highly enough to anyone looking for a super-enjoyable, creative, and stress-free wedding. Cheers!

Our guests had a Grand Time! And even more amazing is that we didn't set foot on the boat until the day before our event. All of it was planned by phone and email. You took the time to show us the possibility for Todd and I to not only have the best day of our lives, but definitely the most unique!   I was recommending "Smooth Sailing Celebrations", to any wedding guest who asked about finding this gorgeous boat. I began describing in detail how you took us for a tour around several boats, including the Royal Princess (our final choice). You truly listened and catered to the number of guests, and what we had in mind for that day. Smooth Sailing Celebrations' services didn't stop with the tours either! You truly cared and kept tabs on us; wether it was drawing up our boat contract, lecturing us about getting a photographer on time, arranging for the food tasting on the boat, as well as referring us to a florist and other vending services. It honestly made the wedding planning process that much easier, knowing you were with us along the way. Camille, you did such an amazing job, because you have a heart, and it shows. Your services are not afraid to take that extra step, and should not go unrecognized.

  Our wedding party was filled with joy, cheer, laughter, spontaneity, few rules and unstructured fun for our guests. Everyone loved it. Many guests told me, "Time wen't by so fast! This is the best wedding party I have ever been to!" We had no idea it would turn out like this.
  
  Despite the boat delay due to the medical emergency, Michelle and her team re-bounded well and came through to support us with a great night. We tipped her because she made it happen.
  
  Camille, you advised us well and got into the loop of the conversation with Frank, the boat owner, when we needed you to push for us. Thank goodness you did push for extra time!
  
  Frank, the boat owner, was great to give us the visual of what the best boat parties are like: ones that don't look like wedding hall parties! We enjoyed his enthusiasm for sharing his boat with groups like us.
  
  Again, thank you Camille, for finding this in less than 25 days. How you helped us, was heroic. Even when you were sick, you found a way to make sure we were taken care of.

  I had my wedding reception on the Cornucopia Destiny and everything came out wonderfully as planned. They even allowed guests to board early due to rain. Camille at smooth sailing was extremely helpful and made planning much easier than expected. She was quick with responses and answered all questions or requests I had. The staff on the boat was also very accommodating on the wedding day. I was very pleased with the day and wouldn't change a thing!!
