  Can’t be beat

  Sally and the whole crew at Smoke and Pickles were so wonderful. We were married in June of this year and guests are still talking about how great the food was.
  They were very organized and professional. Sally was incredibly helpful coordinating vendors and providing advice, we could not have done it without her. We could not recommend Smoke and Pickles more highly!

  Amazing Food and great to work with!

  It was great working with Sally and her team! The food was delicious (many people said the best food they've ever had at a wedding), and Sally and her team worked together with us to put together a custom menu and were really helpful with coordinating additional rentals.

  Excellent food, professional, great to work with.

  The food was delicious, especially the beef brisket. Best choice we ever made to use Smoke&Pickles. Highly, highly recommend it. Everyone at the wedding commented on the food saying it was delicious. Thank you so much Sally and Smoke&Pickles!!!!

  Sally and Smoke & Pickles were a delight to work with in catering our wedding. We met with many caterers in the area, but as soon as we met Sally we knew she understood our vision of a locally-sourced, vegetarian friendly wedding. Sally also helped to connect us to the vendor we ultimately used for our wedding rentals. After the wedding, everyone raved about our food and said that it was some of the best food they'd ever had at a wedding.

  From day one, our experience with Smoke & Pickles, and more specifically, with Sally, was nothing but enjoyable. In search of “not your typical wedding fare,” my husband initially suggested we check them out, and after comparing their offerings to several other farm-to-table catering companies in the area, they were the frontrunner by far. As others have commented as well, Sally truly embraces her role and became such an invaluable member of our wedding planning team – we could not have done it without her. The food was fantastic, and many of our guests are still raving about it four months later. Thank you all for bringing such delicacy to our special day!

  My wife and I were very fortunate to have Smoke and Pickles cater our wedding day and to have the co-owner and wedding coordinator Sally make sure the big day went smoothly. Let's start with Sally - she was great to work with, professional, flexible, communicative, and... most importantly she saved our wedding day from being ruined by one of our vendors. Our tent company failed to drop off multiple items and made too many mistakes to mention, but Sally used her contacts with other tent vendors to make sure we had everything we needed. Crisis averted! Sally did all of this with a sense of ease and grace, at no point were we overly stressed. She held down the fort amazingly while we enjoyed the day. Now for the food and catering... Wow! Seriously amazing food. Smoke and Pickles make their dishes from fresh and locally sourced produce, cheese, and fish/meat. We had multiple guests comment on how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. A few examples - we had a cheese and taco bar for the cocktail hour, striped bass for dinner, in season vegetables, and possibly the best strawberry shortcake I've ever had. If Smoke and Pickles had a restaurant, we'd be there! If you're on the fence about using them for your wedding, get off the fence and give Sally a call!

  We loved Smoke & Pickles for our magical day in Jamestown-- people are still talking about the food and professionalism that they had. Sally is AMAZING. She is always there to calm you down and to make the day perfect. The passed apps, cheese table and dinner were beyond perfect. We truly, truly can't thank you enough!

  We recently used Smoke & Pickles as our wedding caterer and they are absolutely top notch! Simply THE BEST food and service we’ve ever experienced. Everything about their food was perfect from the deliciously pickled appetizers to the main course as well as the smoke grilled preparation and presentation was awe-inspiring.
  
  From the beginning we could tell that Sally Huntington was no ordinary caterer. She went far out to her way to accommodate our budget, took our wishes into account at every turn and made wonderful suggestions on the meal choices. In the end, it was truly all about satisfying us and our gathering of 130 family members and friends, every one of whom are still raving about the food and service a month later.
  Having done past events at the location (The Overbrook House near Cape Cod, MA) Sally and her group were able to aid in logistics and even helped with the set up of the chairs for the ceremony and in the reception tent to ensure that the day ran smoothly. Sally is largely responsible for the “success” of the evening. She absolutely knows her stuff and her positive attitude is infectious. Her team was truly wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate having someone like her involved and consider her to be a part of our extended family.
  Smoke & Pickles uses only the best, locally-sourced foods and provides the absolute highest possible level of service with true genuine feeling. Top that off with their uncanny ability to make every event feel as unique as the participants and it’s easy to see why we would recommend them to anyone who needs catering for any event! You can tell when someone really enjoys their work as it shows through in every detail of their actions. That aptly applies to the Smoke & Pickles team.

  Thank you does not begin to do justice to the perfect plates that Smoke & Pickles presented at our wedding. Mark and his cook staff brought our idea of a "sexy farmers market" to life through the food. Every item on our menu burst with individual flavor and a seasonal freshness that can only be found by foraging local farms. From the moment that we sent our Save The Dates we promised our guests "Wicked Good Food" and Smoke & Pickles delivered a delicious food fantasy (the leftovers that they beautifully wrap are heavenly the days to follow, trust me). Weeks later & guests are still talking about the made to order lobster roll bar & the wood grilled flatbreads with cloumage cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh torn basil. Without a doubt food is the focus of what Smoke & Pickles does on the day of your event but what is even more special then the food (yes, it's possible) is the co-owner and event coordinator Sally. She will instantly become your beacon of hope and ray of light as you navigate the overwhelming waters of the wedding world. Smoke & Pickles offers vibrant farm to table food, they encourage you to be a part of your menu process guaranteeing that every bite is your mouth watering vision.. Take advantage of the event space computer mockup that Courtney can design for you as it will become a treasured reminder of the bridal dreams Smoke & Pickles can turn into memories & a unique gift from S&P. Go into the cook space and get a behind the scenes glimpse at the greatness that is Smoke & Pickles; if you are a true foodie when you step inside their world you will shed tears, seriously. A word of advice to any future client... GSally an idea of what you want and then resist the urge to unleash your inner Bridezilla and just go with the flow; allow Smoke & Pickles to dazzle you with the details and fill your belly with an abundance of local love on your big day. PS. The entire staff is fun, phenomenal, knowledgable and deserve 5 stars all on there own!

  Smoke & Pickles is a high-class, responsive, modern, sustainable, locally-focused catering company and I would recommend them to anyone throwing a party. Sally and her team were there for us in the months before our event (wedding) and her staff helped us during the hectic days before. They made sure every single detail was just right, and thought of all the things we didn't have time to think about. The food was phenomenal and the presentation was gorgeous. Timing, planning, execution and service was top notch. Sally kept me calm and her support staff (Arlyn you rock!) is the best. I will call on Smoke & Pickles for any and all future events!!   Smoke & Pickles rocks. I had a hunch they were for us right away - great food sourced from local farms and fisherman, cooked over a big wood fire? That sounded right on a gut level, and everything that followed was exactly what we wanted. We had 100 people and a somewhat-barn-style reception. Sally helped us plan everything, including a menu focused on the most delicious local produce and seafood Rhode Island has on offer in September. Arlyn is a rock star - she ran our whole wedding and maintained an easygoing, cool and collected vibe while making sure everything ran like clockwork. The food was SO GOOD, especially the grilled New Bedford scallops, stuffies, and the smoked bluefish. Our guests were taken aback by the quality of the food, especially in comparison to the generic fare at most big catered affairs. I got a lot of comments like "Best food I've EVER had at a wedding, by far!" Food aside, other perks: these guys know all the local vendors, locations, etc, and were very helpful to us in recommending and coordinating our rentals, tent, and even in dealing with the venue. Also worth noting - eco-sustainability was important to me and my husband, and they make that a priority, even hooking us up with the one local bartending service that actually recycles (Garnish & Drink, also great) and a local flower farm (Skinny Dip!) that let us come arrange our centerpieces on-site amid their fields of dahlias and zinnias. Holler for weddings that don't destroy the planet. Long story short, we managed to have our dream wedding, largely thanks to Smoke & Pickles. They're just smart and hard working and made it super special.

On top of their food, they offer excellent vendor management (rentals, tent, flowers, etc), and help the whole day run smoothly by people-moving behind the scenes.
