We loved having Skylight as our wedding venue. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process, and leading up to the wedding day. Skylight has a great vibe, which was exactly what we were looking for - An elevated, modern industrial elegant blank slate that we customized to our style. Our guests raved about the venue and how they loved it as well. We were able to have tons of flexibility in picking our vendors, which was a huge highlight. The ability to pick our own catering and other vendors made such a difference to our wedding and how personal it felt. They also provided additional decor items that we rented out, which was helpful to not have to find elsewhere. We would definitely recommend Skylight, and if I had to do everything over I would pick Skylight as our venue every time!! -

We had the most incredible wedding at SKYLIGHT! The entire skylight team was able to bring our jungle disco wedding to life! We had multiple stations and installations and Sophie was able to take our ideas and run with them. When we arrived at the venue after initial photos we were so excited with how everything came together and would certainly recommend working with Sophie and the skylight team! Skylight was an incredible venue! The staff was amazing to work with, especially Sophie, our coordinator. She truly brought our vision to life and made the whole planning process so much easier. On the day itself, everything felt seamless - Sophie handled it all behind the scenes. I honestly can't recommend her enough! The entire Skylight team made our experience unforgettable. -

My (now) husband and I had the incredible pleasure of finding Skylight in Denver, CO and had our wedding there on April 13, 2025. First, let me start by saying we had the most amazing experience working with the Skylight staff. From start to finish, every single person at Skylight was so sweet, welcoming, and patient, we were in such great hands!!
We went in person for a intro meeting and after every question I had written down were answered without skipping a beat and we were kicking ourselves for not bring our check book to put down our initial deposit. Thankfully, we were able to do it online as well and had our date booked!
It's a very DIY space and the rental was for a full 24 hours. So we had the confidence going into it that after the wedding was over we could come the next morning to grab our belongings. Once we started getting more into planning and booking the rest of our vendors we realized we were barely treading water and needed help. Thankfully, Skylight offers planning services and we were able to book the wonderful Sophie Shinn to be our Month of Coordinator. Starting two months out from our date, she helped us handle our ceremony & reception layout, answering any and all questions we had, helped recommend any vendors we didn't have booked yet at a great price, collected the COIs from our vendors, an amazing timeline for the entire day, set up all of our personal decor we brought in, orchestrated both of our immediate families for a smooth and quick ceremony rehearsal, and managed the whole day of the wedding with ease. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am to Sophie and the rest of the Skylight staff that helped bring our wedding vision to life. I seriously cannot think of one thing I would have changed or done differently. Without their help, I don't think I would have been as stress-free as I was on my wedding day. Sophie listened to all of our wishes and made it a reality, she seriously knocked it out of the park!!
Also, we had an all vegan wedding, with WongWayVeg (an all vegan food truck) already on Skylights list of preferred vendors, we were thrilled. We had an indoor buffet (in case the April weather wasn't in our favor) and had Green Bus Cafe as our coffee bus outside for a coffee hour after dinner. The outside set up cocktail tables were perfect for people to step out back and relax to some cooler weather before heading back in for dancing with market lights set up inside and out. Rex from Discosapien (our DJ) kept the good vibes going with our premade playlists for every section of the night to perfection. We loved the look of Skylights wood tables and metal chairs, that we based our look around it. We went with a wildflower theme and had the tables decorated with cheesecloth, faux greenery, rechargeable lamps, and mix and match bud vases. We used Skylights in house beverage service for drinks (so convenient!) and even got their in house photo booth, draping, and rented their mobile wall. Everything looked absolutely incredible seeing our vision come to life and hearing our guest rave about how excellent and beautiful everything was. Did I mention that the amazing staff also tore down and boxed up all of our decor the night of the wedding so the next morning all we had to do was load it into our cars? 1000/10 recommend booking your wedding, next event, or party at Skylight!!! Thanks again to Sophie and the incredible Skylight staff for absolutely making our wedding day perfect. We can't wait for the professional photos to come in so I can add them to this post!! We hosted our disco wedding at skylight and it was the perfect venue for us. A key selling point for us was the flexibility of the venue and the ability to stay late to dance the night away! Highly recommend this venue for an artistic, city wedding! -

We recently had our wedding at Skylight, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The venue perfectly matched our style, providing a beautiful backdrop that felt uniquely ours.
What we loved most was the level of customization available. From the decor to the layout, we were able to tailor every detail to fit our vision, making our day truly special. Erin and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration.
If you're looking for a venue that combines elegance with flexibility, I highly recommend Skylight. It was the perfect choice for our wedding! -

This venue rocks!!
We got married here on 4/20/24 and it was a delight. So convenient to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dance party all at the same venue! Choosing the month of coordination package was definitely a lifesaver for us. Erin did a phenomenal job with pre-planning mettings, setting up the decor and running the day smoothly! She pivoted easily when it snowed all day and our cocktail hour had to move indoors. The whole team were incredible professionals. One main reason we picked SKYLIGHT was for the 24 hour rental option beacuse our friends like to dance late into the night. Clay not only did a fantastic job with the alcohol ordering and bartending, he stayed up all night as the after hours venue contact in case we needed anything. The blank slate of the venue really gave us power to create decorations that represented ourselves. We are so grateful to the entire SKYLIGHT team for making our wedding dreams come true! -

After touring and reviewing many different wedding locations, my now husband and I chose Skylight and it was the best decision we could have made! The staff, space, and recommended vendors were incredible in every way and truly made our wedding dreams come true. Working on creating our wedding vision with Jill was not only fun but she truly listened to us while giving us the best advice. She helped us transform Skylight to be the most magical, moody, and romantic space to host a wedding. Clay worked on creating a custom beverage menu with the best specialty cocktails. Jill recommended LovePop as the food caterer and each and every one of our guests commented on how we had the best wedding food they have ever had! Thank you to the Skylight team and their amazing recommended vendors on bringing our wedding vision to life- we had the best day of our lives! -

We had our Spring 2023 wedding here and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better venue. They made sure we barely had to worry about anything and the space is so open that we were able to really make it our own! Staff was amazing, the new bar set up is GORGEOUS, and the outside area was absolutely crucial! Would definitely recommend!!! -

Epic Wedding Venue
We selected Skylight as our wedding venue, and we are SO happy we did. We didn't want to compete with the $$$ mountain wedding, so we went with the "urban warehouse" vibe. We had the best time, and our guests couldn't stop raving about what a cool space it was. Skylight is unique because it's a white canvas--you can really customize and make the aesthetic yours. We also loved that they had a list of reputable/recommended vendors, but didn't require you to exclusively work with their list. The team at Skylight is willing to be involved as much, or as little as you want them to.
We also want to shout out Erin, who worked as our wedding planner. She was essential to making sure our vision came together, that the day of went without a hitch and that we both a great time. Skylight was the perfect backdrop for one of our favorite days ever! 10/10 recommend. -

We can't recommend Skylight enough!
The space is amazing, and can become whatever you want it to be. We appreciated that there were no surprises, hidden costs, or strings- everything was transparent and straight forward. We loved being able to choose all of our vendors (while still having a great starting place/inspo with Skylight's Epic vendor list).
What really sets Skylight apart as a venue is the team. We worked with Jill and Erin, and they were both incredible at every step of the process.
We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID, and they were kind, responsive, and reasonable. As you can imagine, this was ultra stressful for us, and we really appreciated that they were willing to work with us.
We added month-of coordination and it was some of the best money we spent. Erin is amazing and has so much vision. We 100% would have died with out her.
Every single person we interacted with from the Skylight team were kind, funny, and fun- that matters a tonnnn when you're deciding who to work with for your wedding!

I mean the beautiful venue speaks for itself, but I want to emphasize that the team at SKYLIGHT was absolutely amazing! I was basically born to plan a wedding, but once my time came, I knew I was going to need help. Erin and Jill were wonderful helping me plan every detail from the table decor to the vendors to the timeline. I could not have done it without them. Our wedding was beautiful, fun, and just plain perfect thanks to the team at SKYLIGHT. -

Skylight has it all and it's not like other venues where you get contracted into using their expensive vendors. They are very flexible and you can have your picture perfect wedding within a totally reasonable budget. The wedding planners there are amazing as well and we thought the entire experience was wonderful - so happy we chose SKYLIGHT!! -

We loved Skylight! The venue is perfect for making your special day your own. The white, brick and exposed beams with twinkle lights on the ceiling is so beautiful. If you do book this venue, I highly recommend adding the coordination. Our coordinator Melissa was AMAZING! She meet with us multiple times and was able to take what we imagined and turn it into the most beautiful, fun day! Melissa listened to what we wanted and referred us to the perfect vendors! That's another great thing about this venue is you can bring in whoever you want. Melissa really made the wedding planning process as stress free as possible. She really loves what she does and is so good at it! We highly recommended having your wedding here! -

We had our wedding at SKYLIGHT on Aug 9, 2019 and it was perfect! The venue is stunning with white brick walls on the inside and a large moss covered gate in the back of the outdoors space. We had the wedding inside, cocktail hour outside, and the party inside with desserts in a food truck out back. Jill was our coordinator and she was better than I could have expected. I planned my wedding in 8 months during my last semester of grad school, while renovating my fixer upper, and looking for a new job. (I was also working full time as a teacher.) Needless to say, it was busy and challenging. Jill told me what to do and when. She gave timely suggestions and advise. She connected us with "epic" vendors who also exceeded our expectations. On the day of the wedding, she expertly coordinated everything. The day went very smoothly and all obstacles were handled before I knew there were obstacles. Jill stayed till the end of the party and even made us boxes of food to take home so we didn't miss out! Clay, the beverage coordinator, was incredibly patient with me, giving us multiple revisions until we had the perfect beverage selection. Everyone there was always very welcoming and supportive. One last thing, they have a lovely bridal room that was perfect for relaxing before the ceremony and great for pictures while we signed our marriage license after the ceremony. It was a calm place to get away when we needed all night. I'm so grateful that we found SKYLIGHT. They far exceeded our expectations!
Other benefits: They have nice looking furniture (tables and chairs) included in the venue fee. Jill set up my rentals with the vendor, so I didn't have to do anything other than review my reservation and pay. They do a 24 hour rental, so my vendors could start moving in at 10am and I could pick up gifts and left behind stuff the following morning. -

Melissa and the Skylight staff helped make our daughter's wedding magical! They helped us stay on track with our planning and reminded us of things we had not even thought of. Our guests LOVED this atmosphere, especially the fun courtyard where we had a food truck and an ice cream truck set up. Everything was perfect. This is a must use place!! -

When my mother sent SKYLIGHT's information to us in the early stages of our venue exploration, we were immediately taken by the aesthetic. One visit to the venue and we'd booked a date. We're fortunate that we had a one-and-done experience finding a venue; it's a testament to SKYLIGHT's space and the team that runs it.
Jill was our coordinator and we could not have pulled off the event without her. She was attentive and thoughtful through the entire process and patient with us and our tendency to stop by all too frequently for an inordinate number of walk-throughs.
The space is truly magical. They encourage clients to create their own aura and support every effort to do so. We were thrilled with SKYLIGHT as our wedding venue and you will be too. -

Where do I begin?!? Booking our wedding at SKYLIGHT was the best decision we could have ever made. When we started planning our wedding, we were disappointed to see that many of our venue options had restrictions and little flexibility. I had seen an ad for SKYLIGHT on Instagram before they even officially opened, and instantly knew that was going to be the site for my wedding. We met with Jill at SKYLIGHT in January 2018 for our wedding on 11/17/18. We were so impressed that we booked the venue on the spot. Jill was so wonderful to work with. I tend to stress a lot, and she made the process as stress-free as possible. She took everything into her own hands and gave us the most gorgeous wedding. She truly went above and beyond! We absolutely loved the venue, and the ability to bring in any vendor that we wanted. It made our wedding so amazing to be able to pick everything and make it exactly how we wanted it. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at SKYLIGHT, and it worked better than we could have imagined. We had plenty of space, and they flipped the room for us so easily. Everything about SKYLIGHT is so beautiful, from the white brick walls, to the wood beamed ceilings and market lights. You will not regret booking SKYLIGHT, I promise!! -
Jessica Sent on 04/01/2018I have so many good things to say, but the take home message is this: Skylight made our wedding dreams come true, and we will forever be grateful to the beautiful people who worked to make it so.
First off, we won our wedding through Skylight (still cant believe it). As part of recently opening, they offered off a free wedding and we were selected. Now, while this totally meant that they could have asserted themselves with what they wanted since they were footing the bill, or they could have totally cut corners and planned on a budget, but they were so warm and accommodating, and seriously pulled out all the stops. They gave us the gift that we never would have been able to have provided for ourselves.
The people- Ashleigh Glod is the wedding planner that coordinated our wedding who works for the 828 venue company. Let me tell you, that woman is a wedding fairy god mother. She is the perfect blend of calm and getting stuff done. She never showed that she was stressed, even though I saw her schedule and to do list and it made me panic. She was always available to me, even though I know she was still having to attend to all the other weddings and parties she was planning. I was super overwhelmed and Ashleigh provided the perfect amount of support. She was always there to say "I'll take it from here, no problem." She was completely reliable, and I really never worried about much of anything, all you brides know what a gift that is. Ashleigh is made to be a wedding planner, she is a therapist, dreamer, visionary, and friend. Tim and Louise, who own 828 venues, were so amazing and kind.
The venue is just beautiful. White walls make everything pop, it's simple and understated and classic, allowing for any decor to be brought in to bring someone's vision to life. The venue was able to seamlessly transition from our ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. -

Lisa Sent on 03/13/2018We had the privilege of being the first wedding reception at this beautiful new venue and I know everyone wanted it to go well. Jill was attentive to all questions and worked well with the vendors we brought in. The blank canvas of the room itself is a real positive when a lot of venues can look very dated. It is a lot of space to decorate but we added a large center chandelier and it was stunning. With uplighting on walls and other touches, the large room becomes elegant and intimate. Because it is a blank slate, absolutely everything had to be brought in, down to the garbage cans and coat racks! It all makes for a large bill for rentals and decor, but we were able to make it just what we wanted it to be. Skylight made our daughter's vision for her reception a reality.

SKYLIGHT was the only venue that we toured and fell in love with it instantly! It couldn't be a more beautiful space. I would warn that creating your own layout is more stressful than I had originally expected! Table design is not for the faint of heart. Melissa was really really helpful with recommendations and helping us in any way that we needed. We used outside coordination and Melissa and staff always treated her with respect. My biggest complaint is that you are unable to secure a rehearsal date until 3 weeks in advance, and even then, if they got an event, you would lose your time. Luckily, everything worked out with ours! But it is difficult to plan your rehearsal dinner when the rehearsal isn't set in stone. The recommendation to do the rehearsal offsite really didn't work with our situation. Being able to have the space for a full 24 hours offered a lot of great flexibility! And being able to use outside vendors was awesome, just be prepared to put in the leg work to get all of their insurance policies. Overall, it was a great experience. -

Our experience may have been unique in the fact that when we first talked with the owner at the newly purchased Skylight venue, which was still under construction at the time, we were promised a lot of things which ended up changing as local management took control. The biggest reason we chose the venue was BYOB and 2 months before our wedding date, we were informed they received their liquor license so plans changed big time. They tried to be as accommodating as possible but it just created new challenges. There was also no central AC on the day of so it was hotter than usual but again, they accommodated by having two large portable AC units inside. Overall, Skylight is beautiful, and tried to accommodate all the little things that were unexpected.
