More than perfect!

SKM was absolutely amazing for our wedding on Feb. 13th!! Their whole team was so on top of everything from the lights, to the videography, to playing great songs! We got so many compliments on their company and are still receiving compliments! Dave was such an incredible MC. He kept the energy up, hit every thing we wanted from song dedication to speeches etc. He made the reception unforgettable! Chad was amazing with the videography, I swear he was everywhere he needed to be without being ask. He was very on top of it! And the DJ played great songs and kept the audience hyped! On top of amazing staff, they offer everything! Our package included a DJ, MC, light coordinator, Photobooth attendant, videographer, draping, photo montage, and monogram. Overall, SKM was absolutely unforgettable and I will be recommending them to all of our friends and family! Thank you SKM!!!

A magical wedding with SKM

Gary was amazing to work with at SKM. He truly made our wedding night perfect and engaged everyone. He was great at hyping everyone up and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Amazing job!

SKM did a fantastic job providing MC and DJ services for our wedding! The music was perfect and had our guests on the dance floor all night long. They also did a great job getting everyone hyped for our grand entrance. They made sure that everything was to our liking and really went the extra mile. We highly recommend SKM!

Amazing photobooth and uplighting

We used SKM for the uplighting and photobooth for our wedding and I could not be happier that we did! I didn't realize I could be blown away by a photobooth but I was! The design on the printouts was perfect and our guests had an absolute blast and it was the perfect favor. Our photobooth attendant (I'm so sad I didn't get his name) was INCREDIBLE. He was such a great hype man and had amazing energy. So many people complimented him and had fun with him!
I also want to give a shout out to Kelsey for being incredible to work with. She always answered me so quickly and was so kind and thoughtful throughout. I am confident if I used them for more services I would not have regretted it based on what I saw. Thank you!!!

Amazing DJ company with the best MC I've ever had

Used SKM for our wedding and was so happy we did! The entire wedding went extremely smoothly and a lot of that was thanks to SKM.

We were planning the wedding from overseas in a complete different time zone, but SKM worked with us to make it happen and make it comfortable. The emcee took meetings with us at odd hours of the night and even gave us some great ideas to use at the wedding. We also had a bit of a different wedding because we hosted some games and did some Chinese cultural things. I was shocked to find out that our emcee actually knew quite a bit of Chinese!

What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond even on the little things. I remember seeing someone spill a drink on the dance floor and the emcee quietly went over with a rag and wiped it up.

The music was great, the lighting and set up was spectacular, but most of all the people involved were amazing. I couldn't ask for more.

Brendan was the best DJ we ever had!

Brendan was the best DJ we ever had! He kept the lines of communication open at all times during the planning process.
We were exhausted from dancing, every time we tried to leave the dancefloor, he would play another irresistible song, and we ‘had’ to keep dancing!
He was very professional, knew exactly how to read the crowd so he played all the right music to keep everyone in a party mood.
We will definitely ask for him specifically when we plan our next event!

DJ Gary Jenkins

We had Gary as our DJ/MC for our wedding in Scottsdale and he was so good and such a joy to be around that we wanted to write him a quick 5 star review.

Gary set the tone from the beginning with his professionalism, presence and fun attitude. He got to know my fiancé and I on a call he prearranged a week before our wedding that way he knew what to expect and tailored the experience to the wedding party and guests.

I highly recommend Gary for your wedding if you would like the ultimate experience. He was terrific!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish!

I found SKM at a bridal show and after experiencing Gary’s amazing personality and skills, I knew I had to book him immediately. Fast forward to wedding day and SKM really did hold up to its namesake and made some special kind of memories for us! From being a great guide and support system through the stressful bits, to ensuring everything went off flawlessly with our other vendors, Gary and his team were everything I hoped for and more! I could write pages about this experience, the thoughtfulness and time put into our event, the fun they created, and the kindness and respect we received every step of the way. Gary went above and beyond, even factoring in special memorials for my grandfather who sadly passed before my big day. I will forever recommend this company for any wedding, corporate, private party or any event where you want to create those special kind of memories. I know we did!

Spectacular experience with SKM!

I honestly couldn't have expected a better entertainment company than SKM. Not only were they all incredibly kind, but they were very flexible with any accommodations we requested during the usual craze of a party, whether it be changing the mood lighting for one of our Indian fusion dances or incorporating more Hindi music in our DJ playlist. Their professionalism was consistent throughout the whole party as well. Gary was especially a vibe on the dance floor with his killer dance moves to "Moves Like Jagger". I am so grateful they could help us host my parent's 25th anniversary and make it all the more special. I highly recommend SKM because they are more than just a company you hire for one day: they are family.

The Best Entertainment Company in AZ!!!

SKM Entertainment truly encompassed the most wonderful, professional, exciting, compassionate, and enthusiastic people we could have had for my parents' 25th anniversary party!!! Our MC for the night was none other than Gary, who blew us all away with his warmth, energy, and insaneeee dancing skills that he brought to our dance floor. I would recommend him and this company for any and every single event you could think of. Moreover, every single step of the way, everyone at SKM made us feel like family, rather than clients. It made planning the music and lighting that much more fun and not stressful. My sister and I also needed high quality mics for our performances/speeches for our parents and their sound mixing/quality were just top-notch! The joy they exuded with all of our guests made all of our guests telling us repeatedly how much they enjoyed the energy of our DJ/MC at our party. I cannot commend this company enough for how beautiful they made our parents' and family's much anticipated night. We adore everyone at SKM and are so so grateful to have met them for our party. :)

DJ Dave was so amazing we wish we could do it over

2 words: dj Dave.

This guy definitely made the wedding. All.our guests were raving and my sister in law wants him for her wedding... though he sadly can't travel that far (we wish).
He kept the kids busy, and entertained and involved.
He had great music variety. Played all the "must have" music. Had a great mic voice. Him and his team Danced with us and quickly became part of us.
Great communication, did a zoom call because we were 3 hours away!
Kept checking on us and kept us apprised of any changes.

Photo booth was fun! Guests loved it. Fill 4x6 prints. I think our only wish was that we could have had the mini ones as well.

Best ever!

We have used SKM for many years for all of our Corporate events. We have used them for photo booths, DJ and many other things. They are amazing to work with. We have a favorite DJ that we request and as much as I don't want to share him with all of you he is to AMAZING to not share....if you want smiles for days and energy that you can't stop, DJ Gary is your guy. He never stops moving, always has a smile on his face and will do whatever he can to find a song if he doesn't have it. (which is not usual). SKM is the way to go for any of your entertainment needs. We can not recommend SKM Entertainment enough! From the very beginning of planning, the staff was very helpful and accommodating! They did a great job helping us and communicating what was needed to make our wedding day run smoothly. Gary was incredible! When we booked with SKM we heard nothing but great things, especially about Gary. We were pleased with how personable and fun he made our wedding. Best Choice Ever

SKM Entertainment killed it for us. We had a customized intro that they were able to do for us. Our playlist required different genres (Rap, Hip-hop, Country, R&B) and the mix was incredible. I do not remember a moment when the dance floor was empty. Have gotten a lot of compliments as well.
ALSO GET THE MC, worth it, the MC makes the process so much easier and keeps the flow as well.

Wedding experience!

This review is long overdue!!! We met with Leslie in our first sync and she instantly understood how we wanted to combine our favorite genres into our wedding. My husband grew up with country, I grew up with Latin music, and we both love pop and rap! And Leslie got it! Her and her partner at the wedding did an an AMAZING job! Everyone was dancing, they were great at interacting with people, and she had great ideas to get her crowd pumped! I’m so glad we went with SKM and has Leslie! She was like a Jack of all trades, from music, to organizing the day, and ensuring we were right on time for everything. Lastly, she gave great recommendations and we ended up paying for the light upgrade it was perfect! Our wedding was truly a party thanks to Leslie and her team!

Ask for Dave the DJ, he was awesome

We hired SKM for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone. Dave was our DJ and he was fantastic. He put in the prep work in getting to know us and our aspirations for the evening. Dave was on-time, dressed professionally, and communicative. He played the songs we selected and also played other songs that were within the style of the evening. His microphone work was excellent and kept people engaged all evening. He provided confetti cannons that made for some great photographs and memories. Party like a rockstar

We asked for it and got it… From being able to pre-plan the music selections, to meetings with the DJ and MC, the entire experience was fun and simple. So amazing!

Me and my now husband first met Dave from SKM at a wedding last year. We saw how incredibly talented, funny, professional, and kind he was and we knew from that very moment that we NEEDED him for our wedding.

Making sure that Dave was a part of our special day as our DJ/MC was seriously the best decision we ever made for our wedding.

Not only did we receive prompt responses from him, we got a dedicated meeting with him ahead of the wedding to go over everything we wanted. He was so detail oriented and wanted to make sure our wedding was absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond for us.

Fast forward to wedding day! Words can’t describe how amazing he was!! I want to relive the night over and over again. His energy filled the entire room and the dance floor was ALWAYS full of people dancing and singing, having the time of their lives!

Countless people have told us how it was the absolute best and most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. I credit Dave for this! I knew if we had him at our wedding it would be absolutely incredible and I was right!

Family still raves about our dj!

THANK YOU GARY!! When we met with SKM Entertainment in the beginning they took the time to get to know us and figure out what we wanted in our MC/DJ. After that we were matched with our MC/DJ and we could not of had a better fit! Gary was AMAZING! We had a call with him a few weeks before the wedding just to go over details and things but he really took the time to get to know us and had great advice for the day before and day of as well!

We had a smaller guest count of about 42 guests but he had EVERYONE out on the dance floor dancing and engaging with them! We have family members that STILL tell us that he was the best DJ they have ever seen and had great conversations with him! THANK YOU for everything you did! You had amazing energy, great personality, and lead everyone to an amazing time that night! We had a blast!!

Amazing!!!

SKM DJ'd our wedding on 5/1/21. We cannot begin to say enough good things about this company. From the get go, they reached out to set a pre-planning meeting, walked us through the process of getting everything set up, and explained their online portal which was super easy to use. 3 weeks prior to the wedding, Gary (the DJ) reached out us to get to know us, walk through music selections, and to gauge how we wanted the day to go. The day of, Gary and his assistant DJ could not have been more pleasant. They were responsive to any requests and it felt like we had known him for years. We can't thank SKM and Gary enough for how wonderful they did, 10/10!!

A Night to Remember

SKM was AMAZING. Gary was our MC and he did a phenomenal job. He had such positive energy and added a comedic punch to our wedding which only helped set the tone for the evening. Our videographer Chad also did a fantastic job. We felt like he was always present when you wanted him to be and we are so looking forward to seeing our wedding video. In fact, we had a photographer issue and SKM went out of their way to make sure we received all of the video footage so we could capture those moments and turn them into photos. We also had a photobooth and we LOVED seeing the photos so quickly after our event. Overall, SKM was professional, helpful, and I only wish I had used them for other services to help alleviate any other vendor stresses. We highly recommend them!

We made the best choice with Gary

Our wedding was originally scheduled for March of 2020, however the pandemic had it's own plans. SKM and Gary, our MC, were understanding through every hiccup in the process until our wedding FINALLY happened April 25th! Gary made the entire process go so smoothly. There was no request that he did not fulfill. He was even patient with the last minute changes that we asked for. We couldn't be happier with him or the DJ Lauren. They made the night incredible.

Amazing experience

SKM was wonderful, they dj/mc’d my wedding on April 10. 2011 and did a phenomenal job!! They were helpful with having to reschedule, and overall I love that there are 2 people (a dj and an MC) that come to the event. Having 2 people allows one to be fully controlling the music while the other interacts with guests. There were also many fun moments (such as options on the garter toss, a final dance with my husband and I, and the newly wed game) that I wouldn’t have traded for the world. Thanks SKM for making our day so special!

Absolutely amazing.

Gary with SKM literally made out wedding. We couldn't have done it without him. The amount of experience he has plus his liveliness made our wedding unforgettable. If you are on the fence about SKM, jump over! They are worth every single penny and out did themselves tenfold. We are referring them to everyone we know who's getting married in the future. Gary asked us what we wanted our guests to think as they left the wedding and our answer was "fun." And boy he made that happen. Everyone at the wedding from our guests to our wedding party had the times of their lives and it couldn't have been done without Gary. He made it not only fun, but personal and was with us every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without them. The lighting was breath-taking, the photobooth was fun, the scheduling was one point, the professionalism was fantastic, the vibe was fun and exciting, and working with Gary was one of our favorite parts of the wedding and words can't describe how amazing he was. Skm was amazing

Dave was our MC, Sam was our DJ and we also had a videographer and a photo booth operator that I did not catch their names, but they were all amazing! I had so many compliments about Dave and the photo booth! Our wedding on January 31, 2021 went off perfectly and the SKM team was a big reason why!

Great Quality and Easy Communication

Energy! Energy! Energy!

The number one thing about this wedding DJ company is that they have so much energy! Its amazing how you start at 4pm and end at 11pm and the time flies because how much fun you're having! I was only a guest, but I will for sure hire them for mine! Do you know what its like having the boring same old, same old DJ tunes? Not Fun! SKM allowed me to play something from my phone so I could dedicate a song to the bride and they were playing bangers alll night! Definitely a great company :]

Energetic, Fun, and simply the Best!

SKM has to be the best of the best in Arizona. I've been to many weddings and I have never had so much fun in my life. Gary is the best dj I have ever seen. Too see him join us on the dance floor, make sure everyone has fun and be able to switch up plans for us last minute really showed that he cared and everything still worked out perfectly. They also did a lot of special surprises for us that no one saw coming. Our family and friends still tell us how much fun they had and how great the music and MC was months after our Wedding. It's great that they had a photography package as well!

Best Part of the Big Day

SKM is hands down the best entertainment company that I have ever experienced! The process to get a contract with them and to meet with our MC was effortless, and the day of was perfect! The energy that Gary and Sam brought with them made sure that everyone at my reception was asking about them. I have gotten several compliments on their work! The best wedding entertainment ever!

From start to finish, SKM was on top of their game. We had our first initial consultation with Lea Ann where she set up a google hangouts call, explained all the packages, and asked us detailed questions to get to know us. We chose the package where we got to choose our MC, and we knew Gary would be the perfect fit for our day based on his video from their website! We loved his style, his energy, and his fun/caring personality! We planned this wedding from Michigan but were able to go out to Arizona before our big day. Gary met with us 4 months before on a weekend out of his personal time and he was so great. He gave us the full run down on how the typical day goes and listened to all our wants! Communication with him was spot on throughout the whole process!

When it came to our big day, Gary and Miles blew us away! First and foremost, everything was set up so nicely (speakers/uplighting/etc.), the sound quality during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was top notch! Before my bridal party and my hubby and I went into the reception, Gary gave us this fun pep talk, pumped up my group, and got us all excited for the fun night ahead! From that moment it was a party all night long! Gary and Miles played all of our favorite music and stuck to our timeline to the tee! My guests were raving ALL night and the next few days about how amazing Gary was at keeping the party alive and they all wanted to hire him for their weddings (even though we are all out of state)! Gary even got out on the dance floor and busted a move (he's got the moves btw) with us and our guests, it was soo much fun! I didn't even realize it was the end of the night because we did not get off the dance floor! SKM seriously made our wedding the standard for all other weddings!

We cannot thank SKM, Gary and Miles enough for making our day THE BEST DAY EVER. I am SO thankful to have chosen SKM for our entertainment! So brides and grooms, go and book SKM and Gary! You will not regret it!!

The best day!

I can’t say enough good things about SKM. The communication was top notch from the very first day we reached out to inquire about our wedding. Since we were having a destination wedding, we relied a lot on reviews during our search and SKM took the cake by far (now we know why)! They really made an effort to get to know us and our story to give us the best day based on our personalities. We were even making last minute changes to our package a week or two before the big day and it was such a breeze. A special shout out to Gary, who was the real MVP at our wedding. He is truly amazing at what he does. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without him. We had a blast and our guests still rave about how great he was!

Best part of our wedding

Our DJ was Justin and he was exceptional. He was friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of the whole process. He helped us create an amazing timeline and worked with us on the songs we still needed to choose. Most importantly he made sure everyone at our wedding was having an unforgettable time, but specifically that my husband and I had an unforgettable day. Justin was our favorite vendor, and please believe this is high praise as we were blessed with many fantastic vendors. SKM Entertainment - DJ Dave Bernstein

DJ Dave from SKM was perfect in every way. We had our initial meeting with him over FaceTime as we lived far and it was as if we had been working together for months. The reason our wedding was amazing and is still being talked about is because of DJ Dave - his timing was perfection, he was a one-man team doing the work of three people, our guests loved him, he made our intimate wedding of 40 people feel fun but his personalized touches made our evening something we will always remember - allowing us to have a private final dance at the end of the night to soak in all the emotions was the perfect way to end the perfect wedding. Thank you DJ Dave!! Everyone should request him! You will be lucky to get him!!

Ashley and her DJ (so sorry, day of was crazy I never got her name) were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very easy going, I was organizing the wedding myself with a 4 month deadline and Ashley (MC) did a great job of accommodating our requests and really tailoring the wedding and music to our taste. Our DJ was even a huge Star Wars fan so that was a perfect fit with our Wedding theme. My now husband lived in Ireland and we were able to do skype calls so he could be included. The day of improvisation was amazing, Ashley helped put a boutonniere back together right before the ceremony, the music during was perfect timing for the ceremony. We forgot our lightsabers for our first dance and the marriage certificate and she rearranged the flow of things so the guests never even knew we had to go get them. She kept the flow of the wedding perfect and I got so many compliments on the flow because their never seemed to be a lull in the excitement. She kept the whole day together and on schedule which was important because the park had a strict time for no noise we were able to keep to. I would recommend these two and the company to anyone that wants a truly personalized, fun, exciting, and smooth wedding. Can't thank them enough for the great work they did!

Ok, so SKM was recommended to me by a friend who used them for her wedding. My venue also had them on their list of vendors for their all-inclusive packages. Then I met DJ Dave at an open house at my venue, and just clicked. Things just really seemed to line up, so we booked with them. I wasn't given a guarantee that I would get Dave at my wedding, which was a bummer, because we loved him. So, a few weeks before our wedding, we emailed SKM asking (perhaps pushing a little) to get Dave to be our DJ. Lo and behold, they placed Dave with us, and I am SO SO SO glad they did. Dave absolutely killed it! He was a magician with our playlist, totally entertained our guests, and I guess somehow ate dinner at some point during the night (I say this because I literally do not understand how he ate so quickly that my guests and I didn't even notice!). He made the night so personal and fun, I cannot put words onto this review that express how glad I am that we got our DJ Dave! Initial Consultation:

We met with Nicole who answered all our questions and concerns. She went over music styles, genres, and wedding activities to show us how versatile they could be. She asked us numerous questions about ourselves and our tastes in music to properly match us with an MC and DJ. Altogether, she spent over two hours with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Photo Booth:

The photo booth was one of the highlights of the night. Everyone loved the booth, props, and instant pictures available to our guests. Our only complaint would be that it took over a month to receive the digital copies of all the photos taken as promised.

Lighting:

We opted for several up-lights, which added to the ambience of the night. They were in sync with the music to make it really feel like an awesome party. Our package came with a lighting technician, who we never met, but did an awesome job.

DJ:

The DJ that came with MC Justin was fantastic. They played all the requested songs we wanted including 70s, 80s, 90s, and current hits and meshed some other songs in perfectly that really made the night flow. The music was always on queue and there was never a dull moment

MC Justin:

Justin is a gem of SKM. Upon our first meeting with Justin, we loved him immediately. He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to ensure we had our night planned down to the minute, exactly as we envisioned. He used his extensive experience to bring ideas for our night while incorporating our own. He was also easily reachable with any updates or concerns up until the wedding. On the wedding night he was upbeat the entire time, was constantly communicating with us, taking requests from guests, segueing each event into the next, and making the night feel like one amazing party. We constantly receive compliments from our guests about how awesome Justin was. We would recommend him for ANY event you have planned.

Dave was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, professional, attentive throughout the entire evening, interacted with our guests beautifully, detail-oriented down to the time champagne was poured and the cake knife was on the table, kept the party going and knew when to make time for slow-dancing... and most amazingly of all, he was so genuine in his happiness for my husband and I. Best decision we made for our wedding! Gary, our DJ/MC, was AMAZING! We had so many compliments during and following our wedding regarding Gary. Dave was an amazing DJ and helped make our day special. My husband and I did not do any fog machines or light shows and do not feel like it was missing. We wanted to just dance with our friends and family and incorporate a few games. One thing that was a bit of a bummer was that they forgot to have my dad pray before the meal, but he made up for it by having him pray before dessert. The music he played was perfect and exactly what we asked for. He made sure there was a good mix. I really liked how we were able to add songs on our own to a playlist. Dave was very easy to get ahold of and really got down to what we wanted our wedding to be like. I appreciated how much he cared about my husband and I and our love story!

My fiance and I got married in November of this year and had SKM booked as our DJ. Our experience with them was top-notch from the very first meeting we had with Miles. He really took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our expectations for the ceremony and reception. From there, he was able to pair us with the perfect DJ for our event. We immediately clicked with Justin when we met over coffee to discuss song selection and timeline of events, and he further exceeded any and all expectations on the day-of. His attitude and positivity just radiated throughout the crowd. Our guests were so complementary of the wedding reception and said we had the BEST DJ they've ever seen. The music selections and his interaction with our guests made it a party to remember! EVERYONE was out on the dance floor and had an amazing time. We also booked a monogram and uplighting through SKM, which turned out looking beautiful and really enhanced the venue space. Thank you, SKM (and Justin!) for helping us create the party of a lifetime and hands down, the best wedding ever! You rock!

We LOVED having SKM as a part of our wedding! If I had to do it over again, I would select them 100 times over. Our DJ was Kevin and he was phenomenal and such a pleasure to work with. We are so happy we didn't go anywhere else. My advice to other couples: DONT try to go to other places for the sake of a "cheap" price. The money we spent on our entertainment was well worth it. Where to even begin? I'm almost positive they called me before my email was actually even sent. That's how fast they are. Due to a bad experience with a horrible dj company at a wedding I was 100% set on what I didn't want and I was not at all afraid to share that with SKM and they were determined to make sure we didn't have a bad time. We were able to book a meeting with them within a few days of sending our inquiry and we knew immediately that we liked them. They showed us all their different packages and options but never once did it feel like they were trying to sell us on something we didn't want. We booked with them that day and were set up with a portal to start selecting wedding music. This portal was great because my music tastes constantly change so I was able to adjust what I wanted without having to constantly bombard someone with my emails.

We worked with Kevin as our MC and he was amazing. He was communicative with us and really helped us figure out what we wanted. I didn't get a chance to grab the name of the dj but he was amazing too. There was never a lull in music and even when the dj and mc stepped out to eat we were given beautiful music to enjoy with our dinner. Every song that I wanted to hear played was played and that makes for a happy bride.

The reception was such a good time. I have a now husband that does not dance and they had him on the dance floor all night. Kevin was checking in on me to make sure I was happy and never once was there a point that I was unhappy. Not only did they deliver on every promise they made but they exceeded.

SKM entertainment blew my expectations out of the water! They were so professional and really made my dream day come together in the most amazing way. Being a wedding amateur, I was nervous about the flow of the reception but they handled everything and kept the whole night on schedule. They had unique ideas of how to incorporate everything I wanted so that it would flow perfectly with additional things that I had not even thought of! I have received more compliments about my DJs than any other aspect of my wedding. Would recommend 100%!!!

SKM was incredible! We first saw SKM at a bridal show and loved how they got the audience up and moving. We really wanted our wedding to be a big party for everyone, young and old, and get everyone included and involved on the dance floor. SKM has some incredible tricks up their sleeves to get even the most conservative grandpas up onto the dance floor! Our MC was Gary and he did an absolute wonderful job. He cut a specific section of a wedding march version that I wanted to walk down the isle to and had perfect timing as requested for music during the ceremony. During dinner, he went around to the tables to take music requests and we received multiple comments from guests on how much they appreciated that and truly enjoyed talking with him. The music choices were on point throughout the entire night. The music selections changed as the average guest age changed throughout the night which was perfect. Gary coordinated a couple really fun things like a HUGE conga line and even did a little dance follow along. The lights were perfect for our venue and my mom had made a video/slideshow of us which SKM was very accommodating to play on their projector and screen. One of my favorite parts of the night was the farewell circle at the end of the night that SKM suggested. We really consider SKM one of the main reason our wedding was so fun for us, our families and all of our friends!

SKM was one of the best things about our wedding. We had a lot of stuff go wrong on the day of, but Kevin helped to keep the stress level down and the energy up. The music was selected perfectly for our tastes! I will be recommending SKM to all brides in the future, and will use them for any large events I may have as well. Kevin was so personable and really made sure to keep everything true to us as a couple. We are so happy we chose SKM!!

I loved this vendor, Miles did a great job. From the beginning of meeting with him to discuss our wishes, to building our playlist.
The entertainment, photo booth and lighting was awesome. Miles brought two Dj"s and was our MC.
The dance floor was packed all night with our guest dancing.

DJ Kevin is hands down THE BEST DJ in the world. No joke. Worth every penny. I was planning my wedding while out of the country and he was nothing but helpful and understanding. Having the ability to go on SKM's website and manipulate my own playlist and figure out what things I wanted at the reception was also an extremely convenient feature they offered. I met with Kevin roughly 2 weeks before my wedding and I instantly knew he was the man for the job. I got so many compliments from the guests regarding Kevin and the SKM staff. I would most definitely recommend not only SKM, but Kevin as well for all of your DJ needs! I could not be happier with my wedding reception and I attribute that to Kevin. I had no idea of where to start when looking for DJ services for my wedding. SKM was the first and only company we met with. They hooked us as soon as we had our initial meeting with them!

I tried to research what the average cost for a wedding DJ in the area is, and to be honest, SKM was a little more pricey than my initial thought. However, we absolutely made room for them in our budget once we met with them and saw how AWESOME they are. Each of their DJ's go through a training process and aren't even allowed to take on an event until they pass. We were set up with an online planner to fill out music for the entire night. (Awesome when I was saving tons of random songs as they popped up on the radio during my year of planning.) We even decided to add a photobooth at the last minute and it was perfect and hilarious.

We met with our DJ Kevin a few weeks before the wedding and he was, in a word, glorious. He made me feel so at ease and I knew we wouldn't have to worry about anything on our night. I had so many people comment an how awesome he was, and already referred him and SKM to the events team at my work.

Planning, communication, day-of, billing, etc. ALL aspects of working with SKM were so easy and professional. If you are planning a wedding, GO WITH THEM!

Look no further when looking for a DJ service for any party/event! My parents celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary, and hired Nathan from SKM to MC their party. What a GREAT experience! Nathan really got to know my parents before the party, and by doing this, the party they threw for 75 people was amazing and enjoyable....thanks to Nathan and SKM!

Shorty after the anniversary party, I became engaged! It was time to start planning the wedding of my dreams. When it came to the DJ/music/entertainment, I immediately thought of SKM. No question about it....they were my ONE AND ONLY choice. This time, we were able to work with Justin (we met him as he was the original contact for my parents party, but was unavailable for their event). Justin was AMAZING! He also got to know my husband and I, and helped us plan a great night for our 200 wedding guests. Justin was so personable, I actually had some guests ask me days after if he was a friend of the family!

Justin helped us with a couple of "surprises" throughout the night, and they went off flawlessly! If you have a special surprise, or something out of the ordinary to do during your night, SKM is amazing at pulling it off flawlessly and without spoiling any surprises. During our first dance, we wanted to end it with a "bang". We had a "leaf launch" since our wedding was in the fall and the whole wedding was wrapped around fall-like colors etc. Justin and his assistant (I am sorry I do not recall her name), surprised all 200 guests with the "launch", and people were talking about it for days. We also asked for some special sound mixing for a portion of our night while everyone was on the dancefloor, and that was also flawless and so memorable for our guests.

Whether you are planning a party/event for 75 or over 200, SKM Entertainment should be on the TOP of your contact list!

KEVIN! Ryan and I got married on March 19th and Kevin was a huge part in making our big day as perfect as it was. He was such an amazing fit for us and we received SO many compliments that he kept the party going all night long. I would highly recomend SKM to any of my friends or other future brides that want their wedding to be an awesome party. God bless Justin at SKM. He was a rockstar. He figured out what we wanted when we didn't know what we wanted. And he has some serious dance moves to boot :)
The entire process at SKM was seamless, even being from out of town. We had 48 hours in Scottsdale 6 months before the wedding to meet with potential vendors and sign contracts. Miles and his sales staff were great (first off, flexible since we were running late). They were very informative and took us through the whole process start to finish. I had no idea what "up-lighting" was, let alone how many I needed for our venue. Luckily, this wasn't SKM's first rodeo and they figured it all out for us.
We met with Justin, our emcee, via video conference and he was great - patiently listening to our likes, dislikes, etc. Come the wedding day, everything went off seamlessly. Justin directed traffic, making sure we and guests knew what was coming next AND the dance floor was full the whole night... He really knew how to read the crowd and keep engagement high.
Here's a bit of advice, brides, don't get too caught up in stuff/ details that don't matter and let these guys do their job. They're experts.

We found SKM at the Phoenix Bridal Show. They were very attentive, because my fiance was in Alaska for work, they offered to facetime him during a conference with our DJ! On the night of our wedding we had a DJ and an MC and they were both so amazing they went above and beyond for us. Especially NATHAN, he took the time to come out and show my wedding party dance moves, took requests, and made sure we kept on schedule while also allowing a few "unplanned" things to happen. We couldn't be happier with them! Thank you!!

SKM, especially Nathan and his partner, were absolutely AMAZING at my wedding. They went above and beyond in every sense. At one point I saw Nathan go over to our caterer to fill them in that my husband and I were supposed to be served rather than go through the buffet line, which wasn't even a task of his, but he did it anyway. There is not one bad thing I could say about them. The whole reception went seamlessly and everyone raved about how great the games and music were that they had recommended. Nathan was very interactive from getting the guests pumped up about our grand entrance, to teaching our guests how to dance, to picking the exact right words to share how my husband and I felt. The night was truly magical and I owe it all to SKM. You guys rock!

SKM/Justin was absolutely terrific! We really enjoyed working with Justin who was on top of his game! He made our wedding so entertaining and fun for our guests. We have had some many compliments on SKM since our wedding!!

SKM is the most amazing company! Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of all of their hard work! Our MC Justin did an amazing job keeping the crowd energized and engaged through the entire night. He was always one step ahead, making sure out photographer and videographer were in place and knew what exactly was going on and when. Justin ! Justin! Justin!! Wow is all I can say!! I am still getting messages and requests for you almost 2 weeks later .. I just wish I could do it again .. It was that fabulous !! For every wedding couple, they have THE most important part of their wedding .. Maybe photos or flowers but for me.. Growing up in the music industry.. It was all about the music and party!!! Justin Rocks!! We had a small destination wedding at the Montelucia and were nervous about how much our guests would dance. We did not get off the dance floor the entire night! It doesn't get any better than SKM Entertainment! They were a preferred vendor for our wedding venue and after looking them up and reading reviews we decided to make an appointment. As soon as we sat down and Nathan started going over all of the details and different ideas they had to offer, we were sold! We were completely impressed at how professional and organized they were throughout the entire process. They had a variety of different ideas and examples for us which really helped us shape how we wanted our wedding to go. Justin was our DJ/MC and he was fantastic! He kept everyone up and moving and got everyone involved from the bridal party entrance to the cake cutting to the group dance at the end of the night. When we first met with him he asked us ‘what do you want people to say about your wedding’? We wanted people to say that it was a full-on party with everyone on the dance floor off their seats the entire time and he delivered! He really read the room well and knew when to slow things down or when to switch things up and add in a fun game or dance. We highly recommend having Justin as your DJ/MC as he is a natural at what he does and he really knows how to through a party! We still get many compliments about him even months after our wedding and we are so thrilled that everyone had as much fun as we had hoped for!
