  Lizzie is amazing!

  We started with Skatell's when my fiance (now husband) asked a friend of mine in Charleston to find a place he could get a simple, unique engagement ring that was a bit modern with some vintage vibes. When she stumbled across Lizzie at Skatell's, I don't think either of them could have imagined the service we would have. She made my husband actually enjoy ring buying! He said he never felt pressured and felt he was truly listened to in what he wanted. She sold him on a ridiculously gorgeous Coast ring that I adore! We went back to her for both of our bands, and they are just as amazing. The customer service is so good, my mom and sister bought from them when we were in trying on bands! The selection is great, my diamond is amazing even when its dirty, and Lizzie made the process seem as though we were working with a friend we had known forever. We will drive up to Charleston for all jewelry needs!

  Skatells was wonderful in helping my now-husband pick out my engagement ring. Our review is specifically about Stephani, one of the associates at the West Ashley location (not sure if she works at the others also, but she works at West Ashley most Thursdays!). She was INCREDIBLE from the moment we went in "just to look around" at engagement rings. She taught us all about diamonds (she's a GIA certifier of diamonds so she is VERY knowledgeable- one of the jewelers called her the "diamond snob" of the bunch) and spent so much time with us that day without once pressuring us to buy anything or make any sort of decision. She gave us her card and walked my then boyfriend through every single step, showing him a variety of diamonds, settings, etc to get me the perfect ring. I felt like he was in SUCH great hands, and knew that she would help him find and design the PERFECT ring. She then also helped him to design a custom necklace using a diamond from my grandmother's ring as a wedding gift for me. She was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Everyone else at Skatells is always nice and helpful as well, she was just the one who helped us the most! We love her and them!!

  Skatell's designed my beautiful engagement ring. We also purchased our wedding bands there. We had to special order my band, and when it came in, it wasn't at all what I wanted. They took the special order ring back, no questions asked, and found another band that matched perfectly. Then they honored the price of the original ring, saving my husband a considerable amount of money. They were wonderful!

  Skatell's has great selection and service. My husband (when he was my boyfriend) picked out my ring all on his own, with the help of the ladies at the store. The ring is gorgeous and very unique--I truly get compliments on it all the time. It's so unique that we had to get a band MADE, but the people at the store were very helpful. They were also great when it came to picking my husband's band and other wedding jewelry and gifts. I definitely recommend this store!
