I’m so grateful to have Nicole and Audrey take my entire vision of my wedding day and bring it into fruition with the most stunning day! A backyard tented wedding is no small feat and needs experience to pull it together. If you are having any tented event you absolutely need an experienced team and no one better than Sirpilla Soirees! I was not prepared for the reveal of our venue and how stunning every little detail came together. From the backyard I grew up in to my dream wedding venue, the transformation was unmatched. I am so thankful for Nicole and Audrey who thought of everything to help me appreciate what details make a big impact and helping manage our all of our vendors! We still cannot stop looking at pictures from our day and are so grateful for their wonderful team! -

Emma Sent on 12/14/2024Incredible Planning Experience and Perfect Wedding Day
Nicole and Audrey were absolutely incredible. Nicole did so much research and coordination in figuring out if we should go with an established venue or if we should have the wedding at my childhood home. We ended up choosing to have it at our family home and it was the most perfect venue to tell my husband and I's story.
They made the wedding planning experience so enjoyable. My mom and I both come from design backgrounds so designing the wedding with Nicole and Audrey became such a creative collaboration.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Nicole, Audrey and Team were spectacular in coordinating and setting up our home to be ready to host over 200 guests. The reception was under a sailcloth tent and it was more beautiful than I ever imagined.
They made all of our wedding dreams come true. Genuinely the most perfect day of our lives. Could not be more grateful for their expertise and friendship. -

Nicole Sirpilla and the Sirpilla Soirèes team were outstanding! We had 9 months to plan a spectacular event for 300 guests. As busy professionals, my daughter-in-law and I were both impressed and relieved that Nicole was so flexible with meeting us around our schedules. Her software program Aisle Planner was really efficient for ongoing communication and adhering to a strict timeline.
Sirpilla Soirèes has the expertise and curated skills to plan a flawless wedding. It was a perfect execution of everything we hoped for and truly exceeded our expectations. The wedding was elegant and began at Saint Louis Catholic Church. It then transitioned over to the Gervasi Pavilion for the reception. Every aspect of the day was absolutely astounding! From the lineup, the timing, the queues to get everyone moving, the completion of the ceremony, and she coordinated all aspects of the celebration. She also worked really well with the Gervasi team to make sure that the reception was equally as flawless. We threw some challenges in by having phone bags that had to be collected and then redistributed at the end of the evening, and that also went off flawlessly. They were truly the dream team in orchestrating a fabulous event.
Sirpilla Soirèes is a leader in their field and I am grateful to have worked with them as our event planner. Thank you again Nicole and team. -

I've had the privilege of running and creating numerous events in my career, but the experience crafted by Nicole and the Sirpilla Soirées team at this year's Tennis Congress was a standout achievement. Their expertise in weaving the elegance of wedding aesthetics with the dynamic spirit of a sporting event resulted in a truly unique and memorable occasion.
As Executive Director, I've seen what it takes to organize events of this scale, and I can confidently say that Nicole and her team's performance was exceptional. Their attention to detail, from the sophisticated decor that resonated with the essence of tennis to the seamless execution of the event's itinerary, was nothing short of exemplary.
I was really blown away by how Nicole and her team mixed the classy feel of a fancy wedding with the awesome energy of a sports game. If you are in need of a wedding planner, Sirpilla Soirées is the BEST! My husband and I did the Month of Coordinator and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Kate at Sirpilla Soirées made it stress free and the process fun. Everything ran flawlessly and organized to the T. Kate was prompt, communicative and has a great personality, which made it very easy to work with. We really cannot rate her highly enough as she made our dream wedding become a reality. It was perfect to have a stress free wedding day that all our family could enjoy. We cant thank you enough for all you did to help make our wedding perfect. Sirpilla Soirées is definitely worth the investment! -

Working with Kate at Sirpilla Soirees was an absolute dream. I reached out to the company in December of 2020 to inquire about our October 2022 wedding. Nicole responded right away and referred me to Kate who wasted no time getting the ball rolling. From our first meeting, I knew we had made the right choice. Kate is so professional, friendly, organized and easy to work with. She arranged florist consultations to take place at my home so I didn’t have to change my work schedule. She was always willing to meet later in the afternoon to accommodate my fiancés schedule as well. As someone who never had much interested in planning and executing a wedding, Kate made the whole process fun and even enjoyable! Their preferred vendor list is top notch. We ended up hiring almost all of our vendors off of it and let me tell you, they all made our planning and actual wedding day a breeze. When I tell you we couldn’t have done this wedding without Kate, it is the absolute truth. Oh and the design vision packet! What a great tool to have to share with vendors. It is so fun to look back at our design board and then at pictures of our actual wedding and see how it all came together. Kate truly
Made everything run smoothly from our first meeting, to our last dance, to driving our giant van full of wedding decorations to a parking lot for us to pick to the next morning (seriously, she’s an angel). I don’t know how people plan weddings without a professional planner and coordinator and I cannot recommend Kate and Sirpilla Soirees enough. -

Don’t overthink it for another second… HIRE SIRPILLA SOIRÉES! Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible. The best thing Brian and I did was hire Nicole! She made planning our wedding within 8 months 1000x less stressful. She went above and beyond to make our day better than we could have ever imagined! Nicole took what we had always dreamed of our wedding to be and literally blew it out the park! Not only is she the best at what she does, but she is an incredibly kind and sweet person. Do yourself a favor and have Sirpilla Soirées take over your big day...they will ensure it is executed to perfection! We hired Kate as our month-of wedding coordinator to make the final weeks and days leading up to the big day as stress free as possible...as well as THE big day, of course. She was fantastic (as well as her two assistants!) at ensuring our big day went off without a hitch and truly, we had the most peaceful, perfect day. I still to this day have no idea if anything went wrong and if that doesn't go to show you how phenomenal these ladies are, I don't know what will! From helping confirm times and details with vendors, editing and perfecting the master timeline, managing anything and everything unexpected, fluffing/bustling my train, keeping other vendors on time, tearing down the reception venue and helping my parents pack their car at the end of the night...and EVERY little thing in between...Kate handled it all with grace, professionalism, and authenticity. My husband and I could feel she genuinely was excited and eager to take charge and ensure our day went exactly as we had planned and hoped it would. We feel we have gained Kate as a friend in the process and have recommended her to numerous newly engaged friends. Everyone tells you to not "sweat the small" stuff as you begin wedding planning. While this is well-intentioned, the reality is that in the days and weeks leading up to your wedding, your mind will likely be consumed with the "small stuff" and you'll want to make sure you have a strong support system during this time so that you can fully enjoy your day. I knew from the early days of wedding planning that I wanted to surround myself and my family with vendors who felt like friends and who were calm, grounded, flexible, and energized. These were particularly important qualities for our month-of wedding planning. I met Nicole at Sirpilla Soirees back in 2018 at a wedding expo in DC while my friend was getting married. It felt like fate when, three years later, I saw that she had moved to Cleveland and was serving couples in NE Ohio (where my wedding was going to be held!). I was excited to meet with and know Nicole because she already had rave reviews and I loved following her design work online. It seemed like people really loved her!! After meeting with her virtually, I came to immediately know why everyone loves her. Nicole is calm, cool, and collected at all times and she's CLEARLY a professional. She knows what she's doing, is extremely organized, and offers advice without being demanding or pressurizing. I knew that our day would be in perfect hands with her at the wheel--and it was! Nicole ensured that I never sweated the "small stuff" because her and her team were on top of everything. They worked professionally with all our vendors and from my perspective, the day was executed without any major issues. If there were any issues, I would have never known anyways because Nicole and the team handled everything and brought a strong, calming force into our day. Hiring a wedding planner or month-of coordinator is 1000000% worth the investment. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sirpilla Soirees. We are so grateful that we did. -

I don’t even know where to begin!? There really are no words to describe the talent Sirpilla Soirees has when it comes to wedding planning. We worked with Kate for our month-of coordination - she was honestly a life saver. On top of planning a wedding.. we were buying / moving into our first home and both working busy jobs. We knew we needed extra help and I am FOREVER grateful that I found Kate. She is SO easy to work with - from our very first intro/planning meeting to the last minute at the wedding reception she made me feel like the most special bride in the world. The details, the timeline, the attentiveness, the work ethic, the kindness, the drive, the passion — everything was 10/10. We were so impressed and could not have done it without this team. Our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of, and we definitely have Nicole to thank for that! From the beginning, when I wasn’t sure where to start, she helped figure out a design plan that was just right for us, and it was so helpful to have that vision to look back on throughout the planning process. The wedding day timelines and schedules she develops are so detailed and clear, they keep everyone on track, including all of your vendors and bridal party. It was such a relief not to have to worry about doing that ourselves! Our reception set up was truly magical, we got so many compliments not just on how beautiful everything was, but also about how kind and helpful Nicole and her staff were, and how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right!

We hired Nicole and Sirpilla Soirees for our daughters wedding. Our daughter's special day was truly magnificent! Nicole and her team handled every last detail so we could enjoy every moment of the day. We selected the full planning package which allowed for vendor selection at various price points, a mood board, budget, timelines, and reminders with "to do lists." I can not say enough great things about Nicole and Sirpilla Siorees! Nicole helped my finance and I get started on our wedding plans in 2019. My fiance deployed overseas for 14 months and she was understanding, flexible and most of all supportive. She helped us stay within our budget and find the best venue and vendors for our big day. Nicole helped keep us on track while allowing us to make some decisions last minute when my fiance came home.
The week of our wedding Nicole was on top of everything and willing to answer questions and deal with last minute panic attacks at any hour of the day. Our wedding day went off seamlessly and we had the most amazing day from start to finish. Nicole was always on top of all the COVID regulations and made sure we had the perfect day in the safest way! My motto throughout the whole wedding planning experience was “ When in doubt call Nicole”! If you are looking for the best planner, Sirpilla Siorees is the best choice!

Nicole was the best wedding planner we could of ever asked for. We are so happy that we had her help during one of the most important days of our lives. Her years of experience and her connections to many different vendors really made the wedding planning process simple and stress free. She provided us with a few different choices that focused on our vision but never pressured us into making a decision we didn’t feel comfortable with. She was always there to answer any of our questions or concerns we had. We had a small hiccup during the morning of our wedding, but Nicole was on it and got the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. It was like it never even happened! She was calm and collected during the whole day, which is something I needed. I never felt stressed or concerned. Kate, was also very helpful! She kept me calm and at ease while I waited for my grand entrance.
If you need a wedding planner, I would definitely recommend Nicole. She allowed Michael and I plus our family to have a stress free day where everyone got to enjoy the day. She is the best! -

We hired Nicole for her "month of" wedding planning services. Honestly, when I first started planning my wedding I didn't think I would need a professional planner, after all the venue provided a coordinator of their own. I could not have been more wrong! Hiring Sirpilla Soirees was probably one of the best decisions I made! In the month leading up to the wedding there was so much to do and coordinate with my own family, I would have lost my mind if Nicole hadn't handled all of our vendors for us. She also worked with us to put together a day of timeline and made sure everyone actually stayed on track! The whole day went so smoothly and I was able to focus on enjoying the moment instead of stressing about the small stuff. I knew Nicole could handle anything that came up and having that level of trust really allowed me to relax.
