  Mother of the groom dress

  I had the best experience when I went shopping for my son’s wedding! I already had a dress that I wasn’t “in love” with so I decided to try one more shop! I booked an appt with the owner Kim and had the best experience! They sat and spoke with me about my likes and dislikes and never pressured me into buying a dress as I already had one. Kim picked out 4-5 dresses for me to try on and I fell in love and bought my dress! Wedding was 2.1.25 and everything was beautiful! I received so many compliments on my dress, even one of my friends (Kristi Bravo) booked her appt and went there and bought her mother-of-the-groom dress! Thank you Kim and staff for a wonderful experience! I will recommend you to all my friends!

  All I can say is amazing, amazing, amazing!!

  After shopping at many stores at Fashion Square and having a few possibilities/dresses identified for her wedding at the Royal Palms resort, my daughter-in-law to be (at the time) let me know that she had made an appointment at Simply Stunning Mom’s for us “just in case“.
  
  Wow! Who would’ve thought that mothers can feel so very special as they are treated by the designers here and presented with dress after dress after dress?!
  
  My gosh, the experience will remain as one of my most cherished memories. I can’t say enough about how gracious, professional, and supportive everyone was.
  
  I ended up with a dress that I would’ve never tried on! I had already found a dress I loved however, I thought I would “just try this dress on” to eliminate it from the many dresses I was presented with…. I then realized that to my surprise, it was “the” dress for me!
  
  My son‘s wedding was a beautiful, magical event from start to finish, and the experience that I shared with my new daughter-in-law in addition to the absolutely beautiful dress I was presented with at Simply Stunning Mom’s is a part of that wonderful memory.

  Mother of the Groom Dress

  Simply Stunning was courteous and very fast! Went in for my initial appt (you need an appt), was given approx 10 gowns to try on and knew the minute I put my dress on that it was my dress. It was ordered and came in 2 1/2 weeks later. I recommend them to everyone I meet looking for a MOB or MOG dress. Excellent quality and customer service!

  They saved my daughter's wedding dress!

  Alterations and a lot of care and attention saved my daughter's wedding dress that we purchased from Bridal Traditions in Omaha, Nebraska. It arrived in Scottsdale in horrible condition including a rip in the back of the dress. These women saved the dress and made everything just perfect for my daughter! Unbelievable service. Reasonably priced. We are forever grateful!!

  The staff at Simply Stunning Moms are the best in the business!

  The ladies at Simply Stunning Moms helped me select the perfect dress for my son’s wedding! They are professional and attentive. I felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends. I had so much fun and absolutely love my dress. They accommodated my alterations including moving the slit perfectly and made sure I had it in time to go to Seattle. I have already recommended them to a friend and she had a great experience also. This is the best place for a mother of the bride or groom to shop for their dress!

  Mother of the Bride Excellence

  Have you ever needed the perfect dress for THE event but are totally stumped and tired of off-the-rack options and service? Me too, until I set a personal appointment with Kim at Simply Stunning Moms. Her selection in styles and sizes, her patience and encouragement, and best of all her expertise helped me find the perfect dress for my daughters wedding and I am not an easy fit. In fact, I had multiple options to choose from, all of which suited me. I will go there whenever I need a dress in the future. Kim has a knack for knowing what you need.

  Stunning Moms

  I looked all over for Mother of Bride Dress. Stunning Moms was my last stop on Jan 2020. My daughter's wedding was one of those wonderful covid stressful weddings but quite honestly Kim(owner) made me feel very special and comfortable, very knowledgable, she has quite the selection . April 2021 it finally happened , I got so many compliments on my dress! Kim, Thank you for all you did. If your a mom or grandmother of either bride or groom, go to this shop! I highly recommend it.!!

  Takes priority in customer service

  We had 4 days to find a place to rent a tux. I found this place and they were so accommodating! They made sure that we knew they would get us the tux before the day we actually needed it. And they absolutely delivered on that promise. I feel like every situation is unique and not everything is always guaranteed, but the stars were aligned for us on this one and it all worked out. I highly recommend this place and I will also be recommending it to people in the future.

  Customer service at its finest. The experience, from choosing a dress to alterations and pick up was flawless all the way through!

  Poor customer service

  I picked out a dress and ordered in my size was told the date of delivery. Put half down. My daughters wedding was canceled due to death and the owner would not return my money for my dress.

  Unkind and mean employee. No effort to understand vision.

  My best friend, mother of the bride, came in today for an appointment. Flew in from Portland, drove 1 hour to the shop. She had previously visited with "Kim" on the phone, and believed that there would be some good options for her to try if she made the trip. Upon arriving at Simply Stunning...she was initially ignored, and then when finally greeted, was ridiculed, belittled and was told "there is nothing here for you here." My friend had a specific, though untraditional, color palette in mind, and the attendant basically told her that "she was not to be the focus" of the event. There was NO effort to understand her wishes, and the "why" behind them. She did not even offer to let her try on any dresses. Just a very mean and unkind woman. My friend called me from the car in tears and anger for being treated so poorly. JUST TERRIBLE. Shame on you.

  Hello Taylor and Erica,
  I understand your frustration. However, please do not mistake disappointment for poor customer service.
  When your respective mom and best friend entered the store, she was promptly greeted with a warm welcome. I apologized for the brief wait as I was assisting another customer at the time.
  Upon speaking with her, I expressed my congratulations and engaged in fact-finding by asking pertinent questions about the wedding details. She emphasized the importance of wearing a stunning pair of neon fluorescent yellow shoes and the requirement that her gown match the shoes. The circumstances surrounding the choice of this color palette were shared and involved a tribute to a departed friend. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find anything in-store or from our suppliers that matched this unique color.
  Sincerely wanting to assist her, I inquired as to whether an alternative gown color that would match and complement the shoes was acceptable. In so doing, it might still preserve and fulfill the intentions of the tribute. Unfortunately, no alternative was acceptable.
  Lastly, given the unique color requirements, suggestions were offered regarding referral to an establishment with quality gowns that might provide a better selection that would fit her needs. Names, addresses and phone numbers were given.
  It's important to note that neither of you were present during the visit. What you interpreted as poor customer service may have been her understandable frustration at not being able to find a solution to her dilemma.
  The goal of myself and Simply Stunning Moms remains unchanged; to help you find a gown that is stunning and fulfills your individual needs for the occasion, whatever they may be. If I can assist you in finding a gown that wows and honors your color preferences, please let me know.

  Horrible!!

  Stay far away! Disgusting and appalling customer service is what we encountered in this store today. Not only did they immediately accuse me of being someone I'm not, as this was my first time ever here, (I live in California) but they made remarks towards me that were not only inappropriate but inaccurate, I'm assuming because I am a Latina woman. I not only had to keep asking for help while being treated in a disrespectful demeanor but I left in tears with how uncomfortable the associates made me feel. Shame on those associates, shame on the business owner for condoning such behavior, and shame on the standards set so low here that this type of service is acceptable. I will never enter this shop again and I suggest others stay away as well, especially if your minority! Disgraceful.
  
  Also Kim was the worst of them all.
