    Absolutely wonderful

    I'm in love with my new stamp. It's easy to use, consistent, and beautifully personalized. We sent out over 300 invites and it looked just as good on the 300th stamp as the first. (it is important to add more ink to the pad as needed). We lived it so much we used it for all of our thank you notes as well.

    Love our Stamp!

    We purchased this stamp to use on a variety of our paper products for the wedding and are very happy with it. It works great and is very pretty!

    A wedding timesaver!

    Loved the stamp we received for the "treat" bag for my daughter's wedding. The only thing I wish is that it had been 1"x1" inch larger but we did order the largest size. It was received quickly and made it super easy to finish the project. Thank you, Simply Stamps! We also ordered the address stamp for the invitations and that was perfect and made things come together quickly!

    Not open to returns

    Simply Stamps makes it nearly impossible to make returns. I bought a non-personalized item and was not happy with it. I messaged customer service and they said I'd have to ship it back on my own dime before they would even consider refunding it. They didn't even give me the address to ship it to! Not happy

    Not a quality product

    I purchased stamps for my business from simply stamps because they seemed to have a good reputation for a quality product, which I discovered first hand is not true. If you use these stamps daily, the rubber will fall off and if you are outside of the 60 day window they will not do anything to replace the product or, refund it. They advertise quality, but do not stand behind it, and when your product falls apart, they won't do anything to fix it.

    Terrible company; Don't waste your time!

    I ordered custom stamps for my business marketing to stamp on bags, flyers and shipping packages with my logo on them. I thought Simply Stamps looked like a nice website and their products pictured were lovely. When placing the order, there was an "order detail" box, so I put several notes down for customer service to attend to prior to placing my order (such as wanting to see a proof of the logo before it went into stamp production). I patiently waited several days for the proof to arrive. Nothing came. I called and their voicemail automatically answered and said to call back, as they were in a company-wide meeting so phones would not be answered at this time. My poor timing, I assumed. I had a chance to call them the next day. Same message. I called again, this time it was a Friday. Same message. I started to think maybe the website was just a scam?! I didn't have time to call them again until Tuesday and finally go ahold of somebody. This was nearly 2 weeks after my initial order was placed. I waited on hold for nearly 35 minutes before my call was answered. The rep was very dull, obviously didn't care that my order was apparently lost in the shuffle and nobody had attended to it, and said she'd talk to her supervisor and get back with me. I waited another couple of days. No response. I called AGAIN and got someone on the phone. She was very friendly and helpful. My order was finally placed with the changes that needed to be made according to the errors on the proof. The order arrived and not one, not two, but ALL THREE of the stamps I received were NOT what was pictured on the website!! Yes, my custom logo was on the stamps, but the handle shape for one of them was a wonky, clumsy-looking thing that would imprint edges improperly. So frustrating. I contacted them again. And was told what was pictured is not what they have available. SERIOUSLY?! Why bother having photos of ANYTHING on your website then??? And once again had the run-around time-wasting with customer service. My order still isn't right. I don't have the right stamps. I would NEVER again waste my time ordering from this incompetent company. Find custom stamps elsewhere!!! I hope writing this review saves you time, energy and money!!!

    Horrific Experience

    Ordered my custom notary stamps. Within seconds of submitting i realized i left out my middle initial. I immediately made attempts to call, chat and email. Reaching anyone was IMPOSSIBLE. So essentially the correction was not made in time and it shipped. I contacted them again and told them i would like a replacement, lack of communication and responsiveness is horrible. Essentially its probably designed that way in an effort to increase sales. Because, what did i have to do??? i had to turn around and order another custom stamp. I take full responsibility for my missing the middle initial. However it took over 24 hours for the first response, i was promised a 50% coupon for my re-order LAST WEEK and still have not received it nor any response. SO BUYER BEWARE. I would recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of communication from them. Horrible Experience.

    Contempt for the customer

    I placed an order for an expedited custom stamp with overnight shipping: needless to say it was very expensive. The day it was supposed to arrive, I received a credit email stating I requested a refund and the amount is being credited back to my credit card. I never requested a refund. I contacted SimplyStamps and they said they could not make the stamp so they canceled the order. They never contacted me, just canceled the order on the day the stamp was supposed to arrive. This type of contempt for the customer is unacceptable.

    Do not use this company, the stamp you order may not be the stamp delivered

    Ordered a professional stamp, and the stamp delivered did not match the image in the order. The stamp delivered was defective and would not stay in its housing. Company will not take accountability for not displaying the correct image in the web page, and in sending a defective stamp replacement. They will not refund or provide you with the correct stamp. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT BACKUP THEIR PRODUCT!

    Worst Company I've Ever Purchased From

    This company is negligent to it's core. It also runs decades behind the technology and support it should have. Simply Stamps allowed me to pay $50 in shipping for a rush order for my wedding, gave me no technology to track the order, the promised date came and went and they have not responded to my customer service emails, the calls don't go through, and the chat doesn't load. Not only did this stamp not show up on time, they are literally stealing from me and won't make things right or even respond. Don't waste your time or money people. Beyond disappointed.
