The most perfect flowers!

Annelise created the florals for our wedding on 10/26/24, and we were blown away by how beautifully everything turned out. The colors, different types of flowers/textures and her design work were truly breathtaking and brought tears to my eyes. She exceeded all of our expectations, and we received so many compliments on the florals. Working with Annelise was a joy from start to finish - she is responsive, kind, and an all around wonderful person and professional. She really worked to understand our desires for the day, and then applied her expertise to create a cohesive vision that was better than anything we could have imagined. We felt very supported throughout the entire process, and I loved having the opportunity to walk through the flower market, which helped me better understand what I wanted for our wedding and was so fun with Annelise there! Annelise was an absolute JOY to work with and made our day more beautiful than I could have imagined! It was clear from our very first call that she was very experienced and so passionate about her work, and we were sold on her fun attitude right away! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted at the start and Annelise worked with me every step of the way – from taking us to the flower market to help bring my vision to life, bouncing around ideas and developing different vision boards, working with us to find creative ways stay within our budget, and making me feel so confident and comfortable with every decision! On the day of, I couldn’t even believe my eyes how beautiful everything turned out! Annelise truly has a gift to turn the vaguest of visions into floral arrangements more beautiful than I could have every imaged! We received non-stop compliments about the flowers all day long and I know none of it would have been possible with Annelise and her team!
On top of all of that, she was so communicative, always available for a quick call, flexible, easy-going, and so fun to work with! If you’re looking for the best wedding florist, she’s the one!

Annelise creates MAGIC
I know, it sounds dramatic, but it's true! When I first told Annelise my idea of colorful, textured, fairy garden-style florals, she immediately got it. We met up at the flower market, and I could just tell she was the right person to bring my vision to life. That whole experience was actually so much fun—she walked me through her process and made me feel confident it would all come together perfectly.
Throughout the whole planning process, she was always available and super easy to get in touch with. We bounced ideas around, sketched out different looks, and when I saw the final result on my wedding day, I was blown away. I almost cried when she brought me my beautiful bouquet. You could see the heart and soul she poured into her work. EVERYONE—and I mean everyone—commented on how stunning the flowers were, especially the ceremony setup.
One thing I was particularly passionate about was finding ways to repurpose the florals throughout the day, and Annelise was brilliant at coming up with creative ideas to do just that. She’s honestly just so thoughtful about the details. Plus, she’s flexible, easygoing, and really worked within my budget, which was a big deal for me. Her team was amazing too—they got everything set up and taken down so fast.
The florals were one of my favorite parts of my day. If you're on the fence with a florist, just book Simply Petals. I promise you, you won't regret it. -

Floral Dream Come True
Annelise with Simply Petals was absolutely amazing to work with. She was super communicative throughout my entire wedding planning process and helped me to create and finalize a vision for our big day. She supported me with vision boards and ideas, and used her creative eye every step of the way. I had a hope of combining tropical and local colorado summer florals for our wedding, but hadn't found hardly any inspiration pictures to match my vision. Giving all creative freedom to Annelise, she made my vision come to life in a more beautiful way than I could have imagined- it was absolutely breathtaking to see it all! We can't thank Annelise enough for her part in the most magical day of our lives. She has been so kind and professional from the beginning. She did everything in her power to make sure we got everything we wanted while still being conscious of our budget. She is so very talented. We booked her services about a year out of the wedding and she offered meet with us at the flower market to look at all the types of flowers that would be in season to get an idea of our vision. She made multiple vision boards for us with all the flowers we picked out. The flowers were everything we could have imagined and more. The guests raved over the flowers. It was truly such a dream.

The absolute best!
Annelise and Hope were absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, they brought a vision I didn't even know I had to life. Annelise/Hope were so responsive to every message and took the time to understand what we wanted, provided suggestions for arrangements based on our venue, budget and my limited guidance/preference. Annelise/Hope were super flexible with changes that came up throughout the planning process (i.e. change in color scheme, table layouts, and special requests to use certain flowers to memorialize a family member). I changed the direction of the color scheme between our initial consult and the trip to the flower market and Annelise provided guidance on various flowers to really bring the look and color scheme together. Our florals turned out beautifully and we could not be happier with how they turned out! Simply Petals is truly the best! -

The Most Beautiful Wedding Flowers!
Annelise did the most amazing job on all of my florals for my wedding and I will refer her to anyone and everyone! ! I could not have been happier with what Annelise put together for my wedding. I didn't really have much of a "vision" for what I wanted my flowers to look like to start out, no specific colors or flowers that I wanted. She took the time to take myself, my sister and my mom to the flower market to pick out the flowers that stood out to me and that I liked best. She was so patient and so helpful in recommending flowers that work well in bouquets, flowers that complimented one another and ones that worked well with the color scheme of my wedding.

Annelise was the florist for my wedding and did a breathtakingly beautiful job- she is a true artist. Her process is to do a consultation phone call, a meeting at the wholesale flower shop together, a few follow up phone calls, emails, and sample photographs, to help figure out what I was looking for (I didn't quite know myself until we went through the various options together!) She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the final results were absolutely gorgeous. I loved the bouquets, boutonnieres, center pieces, arch decor, and more. The florals were artfully arranged, romantic, and more than I could have dreamed. You will love working with Annelise too! -

Perfection
Annalise was absolute perfection. I gave her a very difficult task of designing the centerpieces for my daughters sweet 16 party. It was very important to me that it did not feel like a wedding when you walked into the ballroom so I provided her lots of random things to throw in the floral centerpieces that a normal person would look at and laugh. Annalise managed to take all of those products and turn the event space into the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. We had so many compliments from all of our guests, as well as all the staff. It was truly incredible. I couldn’t have imagined it to have turned out half as beautiful as it did. Hire her! She is the best!!! What a beautiful and creative eye she has and was such a joy to work with! -

Leading up to our wedding, I was certainly excited for our florals, but I could have never imagined the magic that Annelise created. The flowers at our wedding were simply stunning. We were blown away when we walked into the venue, and we got so many compliments from guests as well.

Couldn't ask for a better wedding florist!
I cannot say enough good things about Annelise and the florals that she designed for our wedding! From our first phone call, I could tell how professional, knowledgeable and creative she is. Throughout the process, she really made me feel included - we even got to go with her to the flower wholesaler to pick out some of our favorites in person! I had an idea of a color scheme I wanted, but trusted Annelise to use her expertise to choose the flowers that would work best and WOW did she exceed all expectations!!! Everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the other floral accents were more beautiful than I could've imagined.

Stop your florist vendor search right here… because you’ve found the best one right here! Annelise was the most incredible vendor to work with in preparation for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with her, I knew that she would be the right florist for us. Her warm personality, extensive knowledge, and superior customer service puts her above the rest. My favorite thing about working with Annelise was that she takes all of her brides to the floral shop where she purchases your flowers from. This was the absolute best experience and help me put my vision together as I could actually see the flowers and colors in person, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring! She was honest throughout the entire trip and gave great advice on which flowers and colors would suit our style best. Preparing for the wedding day, Annelise was incredibly communicative and always answered every single question I had, no matter how small, in a timely manner. The day of the wedding, Annelise was timely and showed up with a big smile on her face. From the second I saw my bridal bouquet that day, the waterworks started. My bridal party and family members all spoke very highly about Annelise that day and how easy she was to work with and how friendly she was. She was like an extra member of my wedding crew. I had a very specific vision for our wedding. In looking/searching for vendors, we came across Annelise on Instagram. What stood out initially was her ability to create beautiful arrangements. It was only until we had our initial call, that I came to find out how meticulous she is about creating her florals. The entire process of working with her and picking out the florals, was methodical and there was not a detail that she missed. She made our vision complete as floral were an integral part in our vision and it was money that was well invested. Amazing to work with!
After planning and re-planning my wedding wedding more times than I can count due to the pandemic, I had probably spoken to 10+ florists. Annelise was hands down my favorite after our initial call. She has amazing style and was so incredibly helpful in helping me decide what I really liked or not. As it got closer to the wedding I asked her to just fully run with it (I had some serious planning fatigue and figured why not leave it up to the pro!) based off our general color pallete and the end result did not disappoint. She was also completely on board to repurpose ceremony flowers for the reception which some florists won't do. I appreciated this not just from a cost perspective but even more so the green/recycling aspect. I can't recommend Annelise enough! -

Annelise is incredible -- she is WONDERFUL to work with, so responsive and attentive, flexible, and truly made our vision come to life for florals. I wanted a lot of greenery with some white and pops of muted fall colors, but I don't like roses very much. Annelise took this information and ran with it, and as someone who is not a big flower person, I was practically in tears on my wedding day looking at our table arrangements and bouquets. Not to mention, our wedding was almost a week ago and all of my bridesmaid's bouquets still look beautiful sprinkled throughout our home.
Outside of her blowing my floral expectations out of the water, she was SUCH a joy to work with. She could not have made it easier for us when we had to postpone our wedding celebration because of COVID, she responded to every question and request I had within several hours, and was so genuine in every interaction we had. You can feel her passion for not just her work, but also her clients, and I would 10000000% recommend her to anyone and everyone in search of a florist for their wedding. Finally, it was such a nice touch to be able to hand pick my flowers with Annelise -- she took me to a local flower market and asked me questions about what I liked/didn't like, opened my eyes to different flowers and greenery that I hadn't even thought of, and it was a perfect personal touch on an overall outstanding experience. -

Simply Petals Is Simply The Best!
Annalise was by far my favorite vendor I worked with for our wedding. She really made our wedding feel important to her and valued our vision.
If you are a visual person like me, having the opportunity to see and pick out wedding flowers is a big perk in hiring a florist. About a month before the wedding we met Annalise at the flower wear-house to go over logistics and pick out flowers. Annalise was very knowledgeable with what flowers would be available for our wedding and what would be the best to sustain a long day in the Colorado sun. She also didn’t hesitate to let us know what flowers would or wouldn’t work with our budget.
If you choose Annalise as your florist you will not be disappointed. She is smart, passionate, and personal. She made our wedding venue come to life! -

Annelise has been an absolute dream wedding vendor to work with! As a creative, she is incredibly talented and pays great attention to design detail. It is clear how much effort she has put into honing her craft, as she truly brought our wedding floral dreams to life! As a businesswoman, she is so responsive, kind, level-headed, and understanding. Annelise was fully transparent with us about the cost of florals increasing due to the pandemic, and she worked with us to figure out how we can repurpose certain pieces (bridesmaid bouquets, altar flowers, etc.) to keep our costs down. She also never made us feel like we had to outspend our budget. Overall, Annelise is a lovely, chill, and fun wedding vendor to work with who won't cause you any additional stress. 10/10 recommend!! -

We interviewed a lot of florists, and are so thankful we picked Annelise!
She listened to exactly what we wanted, let us explore the flower whole shop with her and gave us only blooms we loved. I really appreciated that she let us be more involved, and it made the selecting flowers a fun afternoon out instead of a task on the wedding to-do list.
Some of my favorite places are botanical gardens, and I wanted to feel like we were deep in a garden (while the venue was in the CO mountains). The bouquets were so gorgeous, colorful and unique, and I had so many guests tell us they were some of the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen.
I would hire Annelise again in a heartbeat. She was so easy to work with, excited about our day, very professional, and so creative. The centerpieces were a work of art and made us feel like we were in a bright, beautiful, magical garden.

To say my flowers and my experience with Annelise was beyond amazing is an understatement. Since day one, she went above and beyond to understand and hear my dreams and goals. For every update and change we made she clarified the changes and additions multiple times, which is so helpful when there are so many moving parts during wedding planning. I really appreciated going to the flower market and seeing the flowers and picking them! For someone who doesn’t know the name of flowers, seeing them and comparing them was so helpful! Annelise was so patient through my changes (even last minute ones), she heard my needs and I could not be happier with how perfect she made my day! Annelise was amazing! The experience of going to the flower market with her to hand pick my flowers was so unique and something I will always remember. Excellent Florist!
I had a great experience working with Annelise! My flowers were beautiful. She takes the time to make sure you are happy with the end result and works to stay within your budget. I really didn't know a lot of what I wanted but I showed her some pics and she ran with it and did an incredible job! It was a good experience going to the flower market as well so I could say (point to?) what I liked and didn't like and I could have an idea of what would be available in Sept for my wedding. I highly recommend her- she is professional, communicates very well, and knows what she's doing. Would use Simply Petals again, no doubt! -

Annelise impressed me from the start. She was understanding of my budget and asked a lot of questions about my vision for the day. What made her services most memorable was taking my mom and me to the flower market with her to pick out exactly what I wanted. She showed me which flowers would be in season for my wedding date (9/20/20) and which were above my budget but could be added to my bouquet for a special touch. It was an amazing experience!
Annelise also worked very hard to clarify exactly what I wanted. She also went above and beyond the day of and helped my coordinator decorate the tables, altar and cake. Highly recommend hiring Simply Petals! -

Look No Further
Planning a wedding can be stressful, but planning on a wedding from 1000 miles away definitely adds more stress. I can say with confidence that nothing about choosing and planning our flowers was challenging or stressful. I cannot write enough positive words for Annelise. She is passionate, thorough, kind, organized, a good communicator, a wonderful listener, creative, and was able to translate exactly what I wanted into reality.
My favorite part of my experience with Annelise is that she included my husband and I in the process of picking the flowers where we could actually touch and see the flowers to decide what details we wanted. I got to build my own bouquet!! Annelise not only listened to what we were thinking, but she made thoughtful suggestions that helped me make choices when I couldn’t make decisions.
It was very important to me to support small businesses in my wedding planning process and it was a very easy decision to hire Annelise. I would without a doubt hire her again and I look forward to working with her in the future when I am in town.

We got married in September and I only have wonderful remarks for Annelise with Simply Petals. If you have your wedding date chosen, book her now!! The best part about hiring Annelise was that I could 100% trust her creativity to bring my wedding florals to life. While I did prioritize florals in my budget, she was extremely cognizant and respectful of our limit. My favorite part of working with Annelise was the opportunity to visit the flower market with her to view and choose flowers. It was a truly unique and beneficial experience. She communicated efficiently and timely so that no question was left unanswered. Even when we had to make a change to an original idea, I was able to trust her with an alteration to the point where I liked it better than the original idea. My sisters both hired a florist per the recommendation of my aunt who hires a florist for most of her events. When she retired I worried about finding someone of the same caliber. At the wedding, my aunt wanted Annelise’s contact information in hopes that she did florals for more than just weddings because she was so impressed with her work. Thank you, Annelise for being an exceptional vendor!! -
