Simply Modern Bridal made my dress shopping experience one that I will always treasure and love. All the ladies working there could not have been any nicer. My consultant and Theresa felt like family helping me find the perfect dress because of their kind-hearted approach and attention given to me.

After my dress was selected and purchased, Natalia was absolutely incredible in making sure that my dress fit me ad that I loved it unconditionally. She tweaked everything that needed to be done to make the dress fit me like a glove. She worked endlessly to reconstruct my dress when it wasn't fitting just right, and by the final fitting I could not have been happier! Her work was beautiful and flawless.

Theresa is also someone worth mentioning! She did everything in her power to assist in making the dress of my dreams! I owe her a lot in helping me get the dress I wanted all along.

I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with Simply Modern Bridal. They will give you an experience that you will never forget. There are so many beautiful dresses in the store that are affordably priced. You will not be disappointed! :)

Wonderful shop! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my small budget and were very friendly and not pushy the whole time. The seamstress they work with is also wonderful. Very happy with the whole experience!

Amazing experience! I went there today by total accident after two total failures earlier in the day. The ladies found two dresses that met all of my qualifications. I liked the first one but LOVED the second one. I finally felt confident in a dress. Theresa was amazing and took her time with me and made sure I loved everything I picked out. I went without an appointment and they still made me feel
special and made sure I had a great experience. So glad the two bad experiences led me from Maryland to Simply Modern.

This shop and staff are absolutely remarkable! I'm leaving this review from the standpoint of a bridesmaid, in honor of the bride. They took such good care of us from the second we walked through the doors, but never in the hours of time we spent there, did we feel pressured like some shops left us. Brides these days have a pretty good idea what they are looking for in a dress with all the wonderful tool out there like Pinterest. The staff at Simply Modern took the inspiration she gave them and found the PERFECT dress for her.

They have perfect the art of this service. Leaving us feeling pampered but not pushed.

Thanks for a great experience all around ladies.

I went to an appointment a month ago, and picked out a "top 3," however there was one dress that definitely stood out because of the beautiful back detail. My consultant was professional, patient, and friendly. I didn't quite know what I wanted but she helped me narrow it down. I appreciated that she let my bridesmaids, mother, and FMIL browse because they had a great time helping to look for dresses. I walked away without purchasing that day because I was losing weight and wanted to come back after I was done dieting. Also, I think part of me knew that one dress wasn't everything I wanted...I was sold on the back, but didn't care for the front.

I went back for a follow-up appointment yesterday and my consultant Sandra could tell I wasn't in love with all aspects of the dress I had picked out last time. She politely asked me if I would be open to trying on other things, and two dresses later she found a dress that was perfect for me in every way.

I'm over the moon and felt so comfortable with Simply Modern Bridal the whole time. Their store is elegant and spacious, as another review noted, and I didn't feel cramped like others I have visited. I didn't feel forced into buying, and felt like the consultant genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choice. I would recommend Simply Modern Bridal a million times over.

Regarding budget, my first consultant stuck within the $600-$1,000 range I was looking for. There were plenty of beautiful dresses but they weren't quite for me. When I came back for the second appointment, we talked about budget and I let my consultant know I was flexible over $1,000 and my dress wound up being $1,300. I appreciated the consultant respecting my budget and felt very comfortable with the financial part of the process.

This place is amazing. I loved the dresses I tried on and the ladies helped me with every question I had. I fell i love with my dress and they made the buying process extremely easy. I can't wait to get fitted

I had a great shopping experience at Simply Modern Bridal. They were flexible, helpful, and overall wanted to make sure you were getting what you wanted, not obsessed with making a sale. I found "the dress" at a price much less than what I was quoted at another salon (overseas, but still). Haven't had alterations yet, but I will be going back to them for that as well.

I work at a Bridal Salon myself, and going into other salons for me is a challenge due to the expectations and standards we hold at the salon I work at and Simply Modern definitely blew me away.

I went in with no appointment (big no-no usually but my parents wanted to look) and they allowed me to look at the gowns and try on the one I found and i instantly fell in love. They were very helpful and spoke with me the whole time. They have a private dressing room section with numerous dressing rooms, and even a dressing room "suite" that you can book.

Absolutely beautiful store with ladies who know what they are talking about and ready and willing to help

I am Sooo happy that I went to Simply Modern Bridal! Customer service was beyond amazing! Theresa is the best! I am so happy I chose them simply the best!

I have not been to a bridal store as good as this one before. I had been dress for almost 2 months. All over Northern VA to be honest. After seeing so much I was becoming frustrated because I had not seen a dress I was wowed with. My mom suggested this store and after being let down from so many I wasn't as excited of going. I have to say, the minute I walked in I knew my dress was here. Unlike most bridal shops, this store is elegant, spacious, and you actually get to see the dress. Not in bags as other places. They give you time and space to look at all the dresses on your own before selecting at least 5 to try on. No rush. I selected my 5 dresses and was given about 4 more by the stylist. I wanted the puffy ballgown style. For that, a skirt under the dress gives it the volume it needs. I had been to about 10 stores, no one had any, Simply Modern Bridal did! After trying on the second gown I knew it was the one. Exactly what I had envisioned. The prices are amazing. They give you your moneys worth. In going in next week to place the order on my dress. I honestly DO NOT want to go anywhere else to buy anything fashion related for my wedding. They are extremely nice, patient and understanding. This is my new favorite bridal store. Anyone needing a bridal gown, bridesmaid dress, or any accessories go to SIMPLY MODERN BRIDAL.

I had been in the store at least 4 or 5 times to try on different dresses. The second time I was there I found my dress but I wanted to make sure. Finally after a few more times of coming in I made my appointment to make the final decision. Everyone in the store was amazing. They remembered me and they still loved the original dress that I had picked. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made all of my friends and family feel welcome. When I made the final pick they all clapped for me and seemed as happy as we were. Great place to buy such a special dress!!!

I had a great experience at Simply Modern Bridal. I tried on several dresses, some of them more than once. They were very patient with me, even though I went over my appointment time. I ended up deciding to buy a beautiful, lace sample dress that fit me very well and was significantly discounted, but in great shape. I don't even think I have to get it cleaned! I'm very happy with my dress and can't wait to come back to get alterations done.

I had such an AWESOME experience with Sandra and Theresa in Simply Modern Bride. I was on a very tight budget and they were able to help me find the most beautiful wedding dress. I cannot wait until my special day, because I know that I will look stunning in this dress. Amazing customer service! An array of beautiful dresses, styles, etc! If you're looking for a much more personal experience shopping for your wedding dress, you should definitely visit Simply Modern Bridal. I bought an Allure gown here, and they did an amazing job helping me pick out accessories and find the perfect look. I highly recommend this boutique!

Simply Modern Bridal is the place to go if you are looking for the perfect place to select your whole bridal attire! The staff is very friendly and professional, they truly go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is going to be stunning!

I am surprised that more people have not tried this place out or reviewed it - hidden gem of Fredericksburg! The salon is very well kept, large, and aesthetically pleasing. My consultants name was Mary and she was fantastic! Listened to what i wanted, let me browse the gowns myself, and then picked a few out for me - one of which ended up being my favorite and within my budget! I probably tried on about 8 gowns under my $1200 price range. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Hope that more people discover this place.

I loved, loved this bridal shop! Theresa and her whole staff were so friendly and so helpful. Theresa is very knowledgeable in the style of dresses, what will work and not work on a person, and on how the dresses can or can't be altered. She was equally helpful when ordering the bridesmaid's dresses as well. She knew how best to size the girls for the style of dress and all of the dresses came in and needed little alteration. Her alterations person is equally amazing! My dress fit like it was tailor made for me! I felt beautiful on my wedding day and it was in large part thanks to Theresa and her amazing staff!

I got my wedding dress from Simply Modern Bridal. This was the 3rd and final bridal salon we attended on the day of dress shopping and all of us were exhausted and thought we had found the dress at the shop before. As soon as we walked into Simply Modern you could see it would be a different experience. We were given so much attention, and the owner of the shop provided a very personal and professional job showing us dresses. She even did great at pairing belts and veils with each dress we chose. This seemed to be the only salon we went where they truly cared about me finding the perfect dress for me, not just about how much I was spending. I would absolutely recommend this salon to others if you want a great personal experience!

The girls at Simply Modern Bridal were great! I went in there looking for a specific bridesmaids dress, which they had in stock. We were able to see the color options for the dress, and ordered directly from them. When the dresses came in, they brought in their own seamstress to get the alterations done! I didn't even buy my wedding dress from this salon, but was able to get my alterations done by the same seamstress. This salon is fairly new in the area, but a great addition! The inside is relaxing and fun, and there seems to be a large inventory of dresses and accessories to choose from! I highly recommend checking them out for affordable gowns and wedding party dresses.

I am not getting married until May 2016, but I have to say the dress shopping process at Simply Modern worked out far better than I could've imagined. They are all incredibly helpful there, and were willing to give me ideas for different styles - even though I am a plus-sized bride. They made the experience effortless and enjoyable, which other salons sometimes don't do. I have a few months yet before my dress comes in, but I will review again as we get closer to the date. As of now though, wonderful experience and I really enjoyed their staff!

I was very happy with my purchase. One thing if your budget is not at least a $1000 than this is not the place for you. I and my sister came here on a last minute hey why not trip and they were closing in an hour and that they are appointment only. Which at first threw me off and me and my sister were looking through the racks kind of like uhh well do we leave? After maybe 10 minutes the sales girl started talking to us asking questions about what I’m looking for and I explained and she was like come look at this dress. I looked but still was confused if I was allowed to try anything on because they already said appointment only. She asked if I wanted to try it on and I did and fell in love but decided to make an appointment for the following week. When I came back I tried on a couple more gowns and she had already pulled my original gown from the previous appointment and when I put it on I was very happy and knew this was the dress. Now when it came to the price tag of $1200 dollars which is more than I originally wanted to spend I was a little nervous spending that much money but informed them that I would have to pay the following Friday because that when I get paid. Come to find out they do a payment plan where you can put 50% down and then pay the remainder in two payments which made me feel so much better and more comfortable spending that kind of money broken down. Overall they made me feel comfortable and confident in my buying experience and I would recommend checking them out if your budget is willing.

This was a mediocre dress shop. I had been to a few other dress shops prior to this one. They were the only ones in the area that was relatively close to where I live that had the Allure dress I had seen online. I went to try it on and I wanted to try on a few other dresses to. I had a strict style I was looking for (Mermaid). I did have the feeling the consultant just wanted to make a sale. There was a dress that I liked, but it wasn't within my price range and it was more of a Fit and Flare rather than a Mermaid, but my mom and group liked it. I liked it to, but I was really looking at the Allure dress due to the style and cute of the dress. Since the other dress was more expensive, she was really pushing that one even though it was not the complete mermaid style I wanted. I really dislike consultants that are too 'talky' you have met me for 5 minutes, you know nothing. You are there to facilitate trying on the dresses. Your opinion is not relevant. She pushed her opinion of what looked good on me. I noticed this with other consultants in the store as well. This is not the TV show, these are real ordinary people with budgets, large and small, and true friends and family that want the brides day to be perfect and for her to be comfortable. I did end up getting the Allure dress I originally came in for. I decide not to get my bridesmaid dresses there due to the lack of selection. I will be getting my alterations done here, so hopefully that will be a more pleasant experience since I am not making any large purchasing decisions. I felt like the consultants will use any sort of sales tactic to get you to buy. Yes, I did get my dream dress from there, but they made the comment "you need to order soon, because it can take 6 months to get the dress". I knew this was kind of outrageous, because I did not buy a over the top couture gown. I order my dress in September 2016 and I got my dress in November 2016. Again, get the sale today is what the consultant was wanting.

RUN!!! Run as far as you can! We only did the tux and suites through this bridal shop and it was an absolute horrible experience. Out of 5 suits only one fit. We were told to come in no later than 2 weeks before wedding for fittings, but then all the sudden it's critical we go right away so they would arrive on time. So we all changed our schedules and went in for fittings. Three of the five gave a 50% deposit and was told to come in Wednesday before the wedding to pick up and pay remainder of the balance. These three received a late Friday afternoon call, a week before the wedding that the balance had to be paid or the order would not be placed. I (Bride) called to see what the heck was going on, to make sure all suites were ordered and they would arrive on time. I was told they were already ordered and were arriving early next week; basically three of the five were lied too about paying before ordering.
When the order arrived in the wrong sizes (they measured) they even mentioned more money to order additional sizes. Not our fault they did not fit!! The best man did not receive his tie had to use the photographers tie! Upon returning suites was told I had to pay for a tie missing, even though it was never received. They said he did and he lost it. They are horrible rude and unorganized. I will never step in that place again and would never recommend to anyone.
