  Best Day Ever

  My husband and I can’t thank Melanie and her husband enough for being so amazing to work with. It was like we had known them for years. They made us feel so comfortable. Our photos came out so amazing. Highly recommend her amazing work!!

  Melanie did a fabulous job photographing our wedding. She is so sweet and so much fun to work with. She is someone who is invested in her work, and is extremely enthusiastic about what she does. Several of my guests commented on how personable she was throughout the evening. Melanie does a great job capturing emotional and candid moments, which for me is the most important job of a photographer. We received our sneak peek pictures less than 48 hours after the event, and they were lovely. We have not received the rest of our photos yet (we have been married for less than a week) but every single one of the sneak peek photos were great!

  Ever since I first saw Melanie's work, I was obsessed. Before I was even engaged I knew I needed to have her as a photographer for my wedding. Not only is each photo she takes breathtaking (and dare I even say magical), she is an amazing person to have with you on your wedding day. She has a very calming presence about her and is not a small amount of humor either.
  
  In addition, I noticed that whenever there was a perfect photo op (i.e. when I was reading to my flower girl or when my husband was doing the worm), I would look over and Melanie had suddenly appeared, snapping away. Her husband Vinny was our second shooter and he was absolutely fantastic...even went off to collect a pile of leaves when I mentioned it would be cute to throw them in the air!
  
  As if the day didn't go perfectly enough, her sneak peaks were up not even 24 hours after my wedding, one more beautiful than the next. The only problem I faced was how long I sat on my couch oogling at them and figuring out which one to make my Facebook profile picture!
  
  Picking a photographer is one of the most important wedding decisions you'll make--if not the most important--and by hiring Simply Mella Photography, you can sit tight knowing your wedding photos will be amazing. Her work speaks for herself...just try and find a bad photo in her portfolio. I can't say enough good things! Thank you to the entire team for capturing my wedding in the best way possible!

  I can't say enough about Melanie and her team at Simply Mella Photography. I had gotten the recommendation from a friend (who had her own rave reviews), and I am so, so thrilled that she was available and willing to shoot our wedding.
  
  Beyond her talents, Melanie has been such a pleasure to work with. I could go on and on about Melanie's style and eye for the perfect shot, but her work speaks for itself. What I can say is that if you decide to go with Simply Mella, you wont be disappointed; she is professional, reasonable, and the type of person you feel like you've known forever.

We used Melanie for our engagement session and wedding, and I cannot imagine using another photographer to capture future important events in my life.   I have worked with Melanie in the past and I could not have imagined anyone else photographing my wedding. When i booked my wedding venue I would not put the deposit down until I was sure Melanie was available that day. She is a blast to work with and has such amazing ideas. She is open to any suggestions and did not leave until she made sure we had every picture we wanted. She even had a sneak peak up the next day! I have recommended her to friends in the past and i plan to recommend her to anyone and everyone! My husband and I love her and will definitely use her for future photo shoots. :)

When I was looking into photographers for the wedding she went out of her way to skype me (I live across the country) and I knew immediately she was a perfect fit! She was so sweet and easy going and I could tell just by looking at her photos on her website that it was the style I was looking for!   Melanie was absolutely amazing! When she's taking the photos, she tries to make you feel comfortable and makes you laugh so that the photos seem natural. She gets such amazing shots!   Simply Mella is simply awesome!! We are beyond happy with our photos. They are magical and everything we wanted in photos! I cannot say enough good things about Melanie! She was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to all our e-mails. I have never heard of any other photographer having a sneak peak of photos up so quickly after a wedding, all my friends waited weeks to see any photos and she put some up within a few days and we had all our pictures in about 2 weeks! I am so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to every bride!

  Melanie's pictures are beyond incredible. I found her through a friend and I could not be happier! We also had the photo prop area and it was so much fun! I am pretty sure my guests loved dressing up and taking silly pictures all night long : )

  Melanie is such a talented photographer. I love my wedding pictures, all my friends and family cannot stop talking about them.
  Her price is also reasonable and she is very easy to work with and she is very kind. You wouldn't be disappointed to use her.

Melanie is an amazing photographer and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone in the New England area.
