Exactly what I needed!

I had a great experience with Haley and her team from Simply Hair and Makeup! The trial experience was super fun; I felt like she really listened to my concerns and delivered the perfect makeup and hair for my wedding day (very beautiful, timeless, and photographed so well!) She is so professional and accommodating as well as a joy to hang out with; I couldn't recommend her enough!

I booked Simply Makeup and Hair for my wedding and had the absolute pleasure of working with Chelsea and Haley. They were both so kind, professional, funny, and punctual — truly a dream team! They made the entire morning so relaxed and enjoyable, and every single one of us looked amazing.

They gave great advice, clear direction, and were so easy to work with from start to finish. I received so many compliments on my wedding hair — Chelsea is an artist and a true master of her craft. I’ll always be so grateful that I was able to work with her!

Great hair and makeup experience! Prompt & stylish

Ariel did a phenomenal job with my hair and makeup and the rest of the bridal party. During our trial she was patient with me asking questions and was open to feedback to ensure I got the exact look I was looking for. While getting ready for the wedding she was extremely prompt and we were ahead of schedule! She is so sweet and does amazing work with both hair and makeup. Highly recommend!

Friendly, flexible, and everyone looked great!

Overall a great experience! Booking was very easy. Everything was taken care of in emails and communication was super clear. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute add-on appointment to the end of our hair schedule, which I was so grateful for! I worked with Ariel to have my hair, as well as the bridesmaids and moms' hair done for my wedding and she did a fantastic job! She's so friendly and easy to work with and kept on schedule really well, too. Everyone's hair looked great and even held up on a very humid, sweaty wedding day!

Backyard Wedding

Haley did my makeup and hair for my wedding and made the trial and day of so easy and stress free. She made all of the adjustments I asked for after my trial and was able to take the inspiration photos that I used and turn them into exactly what I was looking for. Made us all look and feel beautiful!

We had a really great experience working with Simply Hair & Makeup for our October wedding. Haley was so kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with over e-mail. She made planning everything a breeze. Chelsea and Sable did excellent work with everyone's hair and makeup. Clear communication and ahead of schedule

Everything was wonderful working with Simply Makeup and Hair - from the initial inquiry information from Haley to the clear communication throughout for the trial and wedding day timeline to the day-of onsite services! Maggie did a wonderful job during my trial working with my inspiration pictures and listening to what I wanted. We made some modifications to hair during that process and she was so patient to make sure it was what I wanted. She perfectly replicated that style on my wedding day so I felt like my most beautiful self! She did a wonderful job on everyone else's makeup and eyelashes as well. Emily also did a wonderful job on the hair for the bridesmaids and mothers. Everyone has so happy with their styles. Both were so cognizant of the time too and got us finished ahead of schedule!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful!

I LOVED working with Whitney and Haley from Simply Hair and Makeup! The makeup for myself and my bridesmaids was truly beautiful and I know all my girls loved getting it done. They worked so well with the makeup comfort level of my bridesmaids so that they felt beautiful and were comfortable with their look. I felt stunning as well.

They were also so sweet and nice to work with! I had to postpone over a year due to covid, and they were in contact with me the whole time and made it so easy to transition. I had 11 women get their makeup done and the 2 of them were so efficient so that everything went smoothly.

If I need to get my makeup done for any other events, I will definitely be calling them!

Couldn't be happier!

I am so so thankful that we went with this wonderful team for hair and makeup. I was able to meet Carina from Simply when she did my sister's hair and makeup as a bride, and I loved her work so much I personally requested her. Ariel and Olivia were also amazing! They were very flexible with payments, whether it be cash or Venmo, and they were also flexible in terms of time, as I lived out of town. At the trial Carina knew exactly what I wanted, and she was able to recreate the perfect look on the day of the wedding! My makeup looked natural, as did the makeup and hair of my bridesmaids and mothers in the wedding party. Everyone had a wonderful time, and the entire team was so incredibly kind to us and had fun! Truly the best crew to work with and I could not be happier

Hair and Makeup by Chelsea Travis

Literally one of the best hair and makeup artist a bride could have! When it came to my wedding, I always wanted a highly experienced and professional bridal team for me and my family. I never regretted that decision with Simply makeup and hair, they made us all look so flawless, beautiful and on point! Due to covid my wedding was postponed and planned in no time so I didn’t get to have a trial with Chelsea. However she sure made me feel and look like a queen the day of the wedding! :) She was very attentive to all my requests. I received so many compliments and everyone loved the hair and makeup by her. I highly recommend Chelsea, as she is a pleasure to work with! Thank you!!!

Natural and beautiful

Haley and Whitney from Simply Makeup were awesome! Haley made setting up the appointments so easy and stress-free. My bridesmaids looked so beautiful and we all loved the airbrush and fake lashes that they used because they felt light and natural. Whitney was very flexible - she listened well and took all of my feedback to make the perfect adjustments. I loved the look she gave me and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. AMAZING! Highly Recommend!

Haley was amazing from the moment I e-mailed her! She was quick to respond to all my questions. She also was great at finalizing details and sending e-mail reminders before upcoming dates. Kim did my bridal party's makeup and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was AMAZING. She did my trial run before my bridal shower, and when I walked in EVERYONE was staring and asking who did my makeup! She was a sweetheart and my bridesmaids loved her. My mom never gets her makeup done and Kim made her look absolutely beautiful! I was worried we wouldn't find someone to travel out to us and wouldn't find someone since we got engaged in September and married in December, but Haley & Kim made it happen! AMAZING talent, professionalism, and experience!

I am so, so happy that I chose Simply Makeup & Hair for my wedding!! From the very beginning, Haley (the owner) was incredibly sweet, very professional, and impressively quick to respond. She answered all my questions immediately, patiently waited as I researched different options before coming back to her, and honored the original discount that she had first offered to me! Such a great deal! In fact, what stood out the most was that I was one person short (11 instead of 12) for having a second artist come out to my location, and she made an exception. So immensely grateful for her flexibility!
I truly can't say enough about the incredibly talented makeup and hair artists who work for this company!! Carina did my hair and makeup and made me feel so comfortable during my trial from the very beginning. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel absolutely stunning! She is SO talented, SO nice, and did SUCH a perfect job replicating the real thing for the wedding day! Ariel was the other artist who did hair for us on the day of, and all of my bridesmaids looked absolutely amazing!! They were the best, and I would recommend them 100%!

Felt amazing!

I contacted Haley 3 days prior to my wedding, and she showed.up. She suggested doing my hair and makeup trial the day of my rehearsal, which made both big days look fabulous! Haley herself is so friendly and lovely, she was easy to talk with and knew what to do with my indecisiveness to find a look that was perfect for me. Day of, she was prompt and very quick, my hair and makeup was done ahead of schedule, and held up the entire day. The makeup was so natural, and sturdy, it held up through the rain during pictures and in my ceremony, and I received compliments through the absolute entire evening with how surprised they were with how it held up and still looked so nice. Haley’s calm demeanor helped keep me calm when the day wasn’t going exactly as planned, and her ability to work with me so last minute was astounding. I felt so beautiful on my day, all day, because of Haley (and some great shapewear)! I would recommend her to anyone to know you won’t have to stress, and your will look flawless!

Awesome team!

HIGHLY recommend! Haley is so organized and responsive (she wasn't actually one of my artists on the day of but who I coordinated with throughout the months before). Stephanie (makeup artist) is AMAZING! She did my makeup at my friend's wedding in June and Haley was able to work it out to where she could also be at my own October wedding. Stephanie is so fun and down to earth, and absolutely incredible at what she does. Chassity was our second artist and was also wonderful! She was very fast at formal hairstyles (that held throughout the night)... and both Stephanie and Chassity were extremely flexible when it came to squeezing in another hair or lash application on the day of / changing my hair style after the trial / asking Stephanie to use some of my own makeup product. The makeup looked beautiful in person and in pictures and lasted all night for all of the girls. So impressed with this team!

Simply Makeup & Hair llc are amazing!! From the beginning Haley was quick to answer my emails and answer all of my questions. I did my trial with Chelsea in February and she came right my apartment. She was so friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Haley provided a timeline for hair and makeup a month in advance. Chelsea and Ariel were on time and set up by the time my bridesmaids and I arrived. I changed my hairstyle because the weather was extremely warm that day and Chelsea came up with a hairstyle that was 10x better than my trial!! I highly recommend Simply Makeup & Hair because they are amazing at what they do, are beyond professional, and were so much fun to work with!

Haley was such a nice lady overall! Of course her technique was great but her personality, talks with my girls while getting ready, Hale made the prep time fun and exciting. She also gave us some makeup tips and my girls loved it! She was also good with my photographer. I would highly recommend her to any brides!

My hair and makeup was STUNNING! I have very heavy hair and Becki managed to keep it perfectly in place all night! I got the airbrush makeup done as well and it didn't smudge or run at all! Very pleased with how it turned out!

These girls are amazing!!! I had Mollie and Erica on my wedding day. They showed up early and were so professional. They fit right in with my group of girlfriends. I felt like I'd known them for years. I was in a wedding a few months before mine and the hair and make up girls were a disaster. So these women were a breath of fresh air. I had so many compliments on my hair and makeup throughout the day. I had the air brush makeup and it lasted all day. Even after getting caught in the rain and humidity. I didn't have to reapply a single time. I highly recommend this company. Haley, the owner, responded to every email I sent within hours. She was very nice and helpful.

I had my hair and makeup done by Christine from Simply Makeup & Hair and she was amazing! Chelsea did all of my bridesmaids makeup, and Christine did their hair. We had three extra applications at the last minute and she was able to squeeze them in without a problem. They were able to do seven peoples hair/ makeup and finished an hour and a half earlier than planned. Their work was amazing! I will definitely be using them again. My sister has already planned on using her, as well as one other bridesmaid. Christine was able to duplicate any picture that we showed her. I was unable to do a trail run due to being out of town and she did better than I could have asked for on the day of.

Chelsea was wonderful and listened to what I wanted, and what I wanted changed from the trial to have on my wedding day. The makeup lasted all day, but I didn't even feel like I was wearing any because it wasn't caked on or anything. I definitely recommend them!

I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to have the makeup artists come to you. It took off so much of the stress of the day. The price was affordable for the service that we receive. If you are on the fence about getting one, I highly recommend that you do. Huge shout out to Amber! She was AMAZING! I felt gorgeous on my wedding day and everyone keeps telling me I was the most beautiful bride they've ever seen. I'm not trying to toot my own horn, I give all the credit to her. She was top notch, flexible, and timely! I was so happy with her service. I felt absolutely beautiful and confident on my wedding day. My makeup lasted way after the night ended without even getting shiny (I'm a very oily person). I don't know how she did it but she has some extreme talent. I had a girl at my wedding come up to me to specifically tell me how on point my makeup was. She also did the makeup for my bridesmaids and each one of them said they felt beautiful. Amber did my hair as well and it was stunning. I was so in love with it! We were also very happy with the hairstylist for my bridesmaids/mothers, Jamie. She was so sweet and did such a lovely job on their hair. I let the girls do what they want but wanted a common theme to them. I wanted a braid in each of their hair. She did a great job incorporating that into each one. They all liked their hairstyles, although different, they flowed. I will always remember that night and how thankful I am to these two ladies! <3

Mollie was so incredibly sweet and an absolute pleasure to work with. She always responded quickly to any communications, and at the hair and makeup trial, she worked with me to tweak the initial hairstyle until it was exactly what I envisioned. I met up with a friend after the trial, and she was amazed at how natural the makeup looked!

A week or so before the wedding, I received a detailed breakdown of everyone's appointment times, and two days before the wedding, Mollie was kind enough to add a last-minute hair request from my mother-in-law to the schedule. The day of the wedding, she showed up at the house right on time and expertly moved through everyone's hair and makeup so that we were all ready to go when the limo arrived. It was so relaxing being able to have everyone get ready at the house and not have to run around at a salon. Finally, the airbrush makeup was flawless and both my hair and makeup stayed put from 11 a.m. until the evening ended at midnight!

Haley was amazing! I had 4 unfortunate hair trials before I found her. It seemed that no would could do my hair the way I envisioned it for my wedding. BUT SHE DID IT EXACTLY THE WAY I PICTURED IT. Not only did she do my wedding hair, which was absolutely perfect, she also did all of my bridesmaids. They showed her a picture of what they wanted, and she was able to do each bridesmaid in 30 minutes! She is amazing and I would highly recommended her!

I'm from Ohio, but have lived out of state for the last six years. Because of this, I didn't have a local hair/makeup person to refer back to for my wedding day. I did some research online and came across Simply Hair & Makeup. They have a great website/social media, and endless positive reviews. After pricing out several places, they seemed very comparable and didn't tack on a lot of little charges (travel fee, eyelash fee, late booking fee, etc.). I didn't even contact SH&M until close to a month before the wedding. This didn't phase them in the least and I quickly booked a trial. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and Haley and I ended up in different cities at the scheduled trial time. Haley was extremely apologetic, and quickly rescheduled. The trial itself went great, and I really felt like Haley listened to and understood any preferences and changes I wanted to make. They were on time the day of the wedding, and we even ended hair and makeup well ahead of schedule. Haley and Ariel were both so sweet. I'd definitely recommend SM&H!

Haley was sent to me from the heavens. I had hair and makeup services set up and it fell through about 4 weeks before the wedding. Haley swooped in and took care of everything. She got me in for a trial appointment right away and blew me away with the fantastic job she did. She was super easy to communicate with and was in general just a joy to be around. She's a super warm and kind person and was extraordinarily easy to work with her. I felt gorgeous on my wedding day and the ladies in the wedding party were absolutely beautiful as well. I would recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation to anyone needing hair and makeup for their special event.

Haley and Brook did such an amazing job with all of my bridesmaids and moms hair and makeup. We threw in an extra hair design at the last minute and they worked their magic to 'make it work'. They arrived right on time in the early hours of my wedding day and work tirelessly with a smile. I would highly recommend them to any friend, family member or fellow bride to be :)

My make and hair trial was great, and we decided pretty early on what type of hairdo I wanted and how I wanted my makeup to look. She went out of her way to find very light brown fake lashes for me (I am a ginger, and my eyelashes are naturally white - not so great for the camera!), and even though they were not my cup of tea, she did them very well and my pictures look great! She was completely on time for my wedding day appointment, and made sure my hair was going to stay in place during all the dancing! I couldn't have been happier, because I never do my hair and makeup - this was an essential part of my day!

I love Simply Makeup and Hair. These wonderful ladies did mine and my bridal party's makeup and hair for my big day. They were the nicest, kindest, and most professional ladies I have met. Plus they made me and my girl's look and feel so beautiful on the wedding day. I had Sarah and she was everything I could have asked for. Hiring Haley was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I originally only hired her for makeup and had a childhood friend hired to do my hair. After a scary trial for my hair, I reached out to Haley and begged her to do my hair as well. She and two of her girls did all my bridesmaids (8 girls) and both Moms and my hair and makeup for the wedding. They were efficient, fun, and most importantly – our hair and makeup stayed intact all night! I could have slept on my hair and it would have looked the same the next morning. One of my bridesmaids loved her experience so much that she has hired Haley to do her wedding this coming December. Haley felt like a good friend by the end of the day – I highly recommend Simply to any Bride needing hair and makeup for their bid day!

I am completely blown away by the Simply Makeup and Hair team! From the service to the price - this is the complete package! Haley was incredibly attentive, responded to all of my initial questions right away and made the whole process so easy.

Holly did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I couldn't be happier! Not only is she incredibly talented, she is the sweetest person and I can't imagine anyone else I'd want to spend my wedding morning with! The wedding was a fairy tale and she made me look and feel like a princess... and everything was still perfectly in place 12 hours later! Anyone who has the chance to work with Holly is truly so lucky. She is the BEST!

Simply Makeup & Hair is amazing! From my first contact with Haley to the completed services the day of the wedding, it was a perfect experience. Holly did an beautiful job on the makeup. I booked Simply Hair & Makeup to come to the Renaissance Hotel in Columbus, Ohio, for our wedding day in April 2015. We had Mollie, Jen B, Aubry, and Rachel - all of which did a fantastic job! They managed to do hair and makeup for over 15 women in a matter of hours. They are also VERY reasonably priced ($60 for each service, which includes eye lashes and airbrush if you'd like it). I highly recommend their services.

I'm so glad I booked Haley from Simply Makeup for my wedding-day look! I can't tell you how many compliments I received on my makeup, especially my eyes (so glad Haley suggested I use her most kickass set of fake lashes). It all looked very "me" and effortless, but amped up a few notches of glam. Haley was also just a lovely person to have around on the wedding day as we got ready, and I loved the little emergency kit of blotting paper, lip gloss, and eyelash adhesive that she left me with (all of which came in handy!).

I found Haley online, and was interested as soon as I saw her portfolio; I was also glad to see that she'd had so much experience and had started out as a MAC consultant. She was very responsive whenever I reached out to her, and made it really easy for me to communicate about what I liked and didn't like about my makeup, both during the trial and the day of.

Bottom line: I felt so, so pretty and flawless on the wedding day and loved working with Haley! Don't hesitate to book her!

In general, I would highly recommend having someone come to your house/vendor to do your and your bridal parties hair and makeup on your wedding day. It makes the day much more relaxed. As far as in home services go, I thought they were very reasonably priced (especially for the quality). It was very easy to get the trial and day of services scheduled.

The remainder of this review is for the for the specific hair and makeup people we worked with in Louisville, KY.

Tara (Hair): My hair was done at ~10am and stayed perfect through the grand exit at 10:30pm, and this without making it overly hairsprayed. Very open to receiving feedback so she can do your hair exactly as you want it. We had done the trial and made some minor adjustments to the final product to make it perfect. Tara did a total of 5 updos that day, and all stayed up through several hours of ceremony, pictures, etc.

Autumn (makeup): Airbrush looked great. Did not wash off or run. All bridesmaids and mom's looked great! Also very open to your feedback to get the perfect look.

I could not have been more lucky for Haley doing my makeup and Chelsea doing my hair. They literally made me feel like the prettiest girl on my wedding day. I contacted Haley around 9 months before the wedding and she was so quick to respond. Once the wedding day got closer, we did trial runs. They both were always responded fast, were receptive to my requests and gave me great advice. I had to do a couple hair re-trials with Chelsea and she was always so understanding and always tried to do things I wanted. The wedding day was PERFECT. They arrived a few minutes before their expected arrival. They are personable and talked to every single one of my girls. It actually felt like they were part of the party. I stumbled upon them just searching the internet and honestly couldn't have found anyone better than these two. I would recommend these girls to everyone and anyone I know. You can NOT go wrong with this company. They are responsive, personable and professional. Haley does makeup that looks unbelievably natural and never looks caked on. She did such a spectacular job. Chelsea did my hair EXACTLY the way and I wanted it and stayed in all night long - even through the flight to the honeymoon! I love these girls!

Jessica came to me as a recommendation from a friend's wedding. She was highly recommended and my friend could not say enough great things about her. So I called and got Jessica. Well, she not only lived up to her reputation but surpassed it. Jessica was professional, friendly, and knows her stuff! She made me feel beautiful and confident on my special day in a way I didn't know was possible. I have never received the amount of compliments on my makeup and hair before as I did my wedding day. I looked like a natural beauty just as I requested but I didn't know makeup could look so amazing. We all loved her and I would recommend Jessica for anyone! My hair & makeup were beyond what I could have imagined and she made it seem easy. She even did a little touch for my flower girl which made her feel extra special. Abby Martin was our hair and makeup guru for the day. Abby did all of my bridesmaid's (7) hair, and did my hair and makeup within 5 hours. Abby was so great to work with and has such a great personality. I had a trial with her about two weeks prior to my wedding which was so much fun. There were a couple things from my trial that I wanted to tweak for the day-of, and Abby listened to me and made the corrections flawlessly. I even brought flowers for her to braid into my hair, and it looked absolutely gorgeous! She followed up with me via text after the trial, and as the wedding day got closer she checked in with me from time to time. I really appreciate Abby and all that she did for me and my bridesmaids. I am so impressed with this company! Haley was prompt to answer any and all questions,flexible about time changes on the day of , on time (actually even early!), professional, and amazingly kind and easy to be around. I am more than pleased with the final results of my makeup on my wedding day. I had so many wonderful comments from my guest. The best part was that I felt beautiful and perfect during my wedding day and Marisa did not fall short. I even had an incident after she had finished applying my makeup and it got slightly messed up by one of my bridesmaids. She was quick to fix it without fuss. Not only did I look great the makeup was light on my face and did not feel heavy or oily, and it stayed on all day without any hassle on my part. I would recommend Marisa to any bride about to get married. She is the greatest.

I absolutely loved my hair and makeup for my wedding. I got married on 5/16/14 and never felt more beautiful! Haley did makeup and Karessa did hair for myself and my 6 bridesmaids and my mom. We were all so happy with both hair and makeup and received so many compliments from wedding guests. Most importantly I felt so gorgeous on my wedding day! Haley and Karessa came to our hotel so we didn't have to go anywhere, they were on-time and super nice. The cost was very reasonable and totally worth it! Paige and Sarah Jane came to my wedding site in Orange Park, FL bright and early and were able to have my matron of honor and me ready in just over an hour. They also handled 2 other bridesmaids and the groom's mother and had us all ready within 3 hours (right when the photographer arrived). We ALL looked amazing! Not only are they professional and excellent at what they do, they are so much fun to talk to and made us all feel very comfortable. The price was extremely reasonable considering they came to us, which greatly reduced everyone's stress that day. Finally, in the FL heat and my tendency to cry at weddings (even my own, it turns out), our makeup and hair were flawless at the end of the night. I highly recommend Simply Makeup & Hair and will definitely use them again! Thank you ladies!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Simply Makeup & Hair was - from our trial with Christina to the day of, she was flexible, accommodating and professional when it came to the work to be done - while also being super friendly and outgoing. Both my trial and day-of hair and make-up were GORGEOUS. She also completed my MOB and MOH hair and makeup, MOG make-up and niece's hair. When that was all done, we had enough time to spare, that she also did my best friend's hair!!! Which was an awesome gift for me to give - since Nina (best friend) was spending most of her morning helping me!

ALL of the Simply girls are nothing short of amazing. I had an amazing overall experience throughout my whole wedding experience. I am a very picky individual and the girls catered to my every need. I had several trial runs, which a few different girls attended. We tried several different looks and the girls were very patient and suggestive. Haley and Ashley were my on site girls for my actual wedding day and I would highly recommend them both! They were able to provide me with the natural look I was longing for. I had several compliments on my hair and makeup, throughout the entire night. I think my hair and makeup was complimented more than my dress! The girls professionalism and attentiveness were above and beyond my expectations for my special day. The girls will go to extreme measures to make you feel like you're glowing. I was in constant contact with both girls for several weeks before my wedding. Calling, texting, emailing....millions of picture ideas and mind changing. Haley did my makeup for our engagement photos, and I cannot describe what an amazing job she did! She gave me the exact natural look I was going for, which helped me feel confident during the shoot. We just got our pictures back, and I couldn't be happier with how my makeup looks in them. Her professionalism and kindness topped it all off. I highly recommend Haley and Simply Makeup!

Paige and Amber are awesome! It was such a joy having them for my wedding. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments. I have already been telling all my friends about this company, they are amazing!

Stephanie and Jamie from SimplyMakeup were just so wonderful to work with! They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! And all my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup as well! It was such a pleasure working with the amazing staff at Simply Makeup. Leading up to our event, Haley promptly answered every question I had. In addition, Mandy (make-up) and Amber (hair) contacted me to get an idea of how I would like to look on my wedding day, as well as requested any photographs or pictures of hair or make-up I would like in preparation for my hair/make-up trial. On the day of my trial, Amber and Mandy spent at least four hours with me and showed such patience and enthusiasm as we tried different styles of hair and types of make-up to ensure I would be comfortable on the day of. Our wedding was very early in the morning and it was a very cold day, Amber and Mandy showed up early and were all ready to go by the time my mother, sister and I showed up. They did such a wonderful job coordinating all three of us, and we all looked amazing all day despite our ceremony out in the windy weather and lots of dancing! I cannot recommend Simply Makeup enough! Throughout the process, they were responsive and attentive! So thankful to Simply Makeup and their incredible staff for making my sister, mother and I look and feel so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day!

When I first met with Stacey at Eye Do, I had a very scattered vision of what I wanted for my big day. I showed her about 8 photos of very different updos that I loved equally. She said no problem... I don't know how she did it, but she literally combined all my favorite things about each and made my vision suddenly real. We wanted to look gorgeous without being over done. She understood exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make my mother, bridesmaids, flower girl, and myself all classic beauties! And she came to us! Yay! Thank you so much!

The Simply Makeup & Hair team I worked with for my wedding day was nothing short of amazing! Stephanie and Sara Jane were very professional and always flexible with any of my request. They made getting ready on the morning of my wedding such a breeze and I was not at all worried about the outcome because I knew it would be amazing. It was great to be able to have the girls come to me and the rest of us getting ready and to be able to do it in the comfort of the beach house we rented rather than being at a salon. The girls are so awesome, that I even had a nail emergency the morning of my big day and they went out of their way to get the supplies needed to fix it! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup and could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I would recommend the Simply Makeup & Hair team to any bride looking for a pair of girls truly dedicated to making you happy and looking/feeling beautiful! Thank you so much! I decided a week before my sisters wedding that I wanted to get her makeup done for her on her big day. I know last minute. Wouldnt suggest last minute booking with these ladies. I can't believe they were available. We got lucky. They were just amazing. Haley was amazing setting everything up and working out a timeline for us. Booking with them was quick and easy. Carly was our girl that did makeup and hair. She was so sweet and made everyone so happy and beautiful. Through tears of joy and sweat 10 hrs later we all still looked perfect. Really wished I had booked them for my wedding day 4 years ago. Got to say I felt more beautiful on my sisters big day than my own. If your looking for someone for makeup and hair this is who you need to book! I will defiantly be booking with them again in the future.

I hired them to do hair and makeup on location for myself & my bridal party. Patricia did our makeup and Amber did our hair. Man oh man I loved these girls!!!! They both did a spectacular job! Both were committed to making sure hair and makeup were exactly how I wanted. We all not just looked beautiful but we FELT beautiful! I couldn't have been more pleased. Amber went above and beyond keeping in touch w me leading up to the wedding - not just about questions pertaining to the wedding day but little stuff that you would expect from a friend eg: a text a week before the wedding saying something to the effect of "yay, one more week until you're married" and expressing excitement for me and my family. Getting ready for the ceremony these girls were so great. We all felt so calm, completely stress free, like a day at the spa just hanging out with the girls. Amber especially felt like a friend I had known my whole life. I expected stress or anxiety while getting ready but it was truly such a calm, relaxing and fun time. These women were just spectacular and made it all so easy. My husband and I unfortunately need to re-shoot our wedding photos and when we do I will be hiring both girls to do my hair and makeup again. Love them both!!!! Thank you Amber & Patricia for being so wonderful and making us look and feel so fantastic. You both are so gifted in what you do and I'm so grateful to you both.

SimplyMakeup was absolutely wonderful and very easy to work with. I actually tried 2 other makeup / hair vendors before finding SimplyMakeup and they were by far the best in terms of the quality of work (and actually better in terms of pricing as well). I worked with Paige for my makeup and Ivy for my hair. The two of them managed to do hair and makeup for myself, my mother, and 6 bridesmaids in just 4 hours! Haley, who coordinated all the trials / appointments, was super responsive and easily contactable. And something I particularly liked was that they offer to do trials at your own home or at a studio, whichever is more convenient for you! Altogether, an incredibly professional, and most importantly *talented* team for hair and makeup. Would definitely recommend for anyone's big day!

From my first contact with Haley, my experience with Simply Makeup was perfect! Haley was very responsive to my questions and so easy to work with!

Lanna was AMAZING! She met me right at my condo for our beach wedding, which was so nice. She was right on time and I love that! My pictures from my wedding day speak for themselves about her skill and artistry- perfection! She made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to my vision and created exactly what I wanted for my big day.

Ashley did an awesome job doing my make up for my special day 5 months ago. Telling her that I don't wear makeup often she knew exactly how to make me look beautiful without alot of makeup. Come to find out she worked with an employee I work with now and it was easy to have a converstaion with her. The day of the wedding I told her that I forgot she would need to cover the tattoo I have on my back, she didn't panic and did an amazing job covering it. She was very good with me and all my girls and we enjoyed having her. I will be keeping her in mind for any other special events in my life. Thank you!!!

Amber and Renee are amazing! They did a wonderful job with my bridesmaids, my mom and I. they were so patient and professional. My family doesn't speak English but Renee and Amber were so patient trying to understand them and making them feel comfortable with what they wanted with their makeup and hair style. I worked with Sarah and Mandy from Simply Make up for my recent wedding. It was such an amazing experience from the trials to the actual day. They did all the hair and make up for myself and my 5 bridesmaids! We were a tough group too! I never wear make up so I was timid to wear air brush make up and then I have some bridesmaids who are so picky about their hair and make up and every single one of us was extremely happy with how our hair and makeup turned out! If I could give Simply Makeup 10 stars I would! I not only had my hair and makeup done for my wedding, but for my engagement shoot as well. Both times I was extremely impressed with the results. The make up wasn't too heavy, looked fresh, clean and emphasized my natural beauty. I didn't want to look made-up and I didn't. But, there was also something special about the way I looked. Both Ivy and Mandy were sweet as could be, treated my whole bridal party like queens and went out of their way to make everyone look their best. They communicated with me in a timely fashion, listened to what I wanted, acted professionally, were on time, stuck to the timeline, and produced exceptional results. This is THE best service EVER! We booked this service just one week prior to my daughter's wedding, and could not be happier with our choice. They come to YOU - what a wonderful concept. I would use them again should the occasion arise. Everything came together very easily from the moment I booked the appointment. We set the date and time and were so pleased with the result. Sara Jane and Stephanie were great ladies to work with. They delivered great results with minimal direction. I would highly recommend these ladies for any wedding or celebration! They were very professional, came to my home, prepped myself, 5 bridesmaids, and two mothers in 5.5 hours!

After a day of crying my makeup was still just as fresh as when they put it on! I love those ladies, I would use them for any occasion!
