Engagement Party & Wedding w/ Sharon @ Simply Glamorous Events
Planning any type of event is stressful in and of itself. But planning an engagement party and a wedding in a short times notice is even more taxing. We couldn’t have done it without Sharon and that’s an understatement.
Sharon got us started with a checklist and a list of recommended vendors for us to meet with which made the process a lot easier. She held multiple touchpoints to keep us on track during a time when our focus was being pulled in a million directions. On the day of our big events, things went as smooth as we could expect. The venues were staged elegantly and our guests enjoyed two special occasions filled with exquisite foods, world-class entertainment, love and glamour.
We highly recommend using Sharon at Simply Glamorous Events for your special events. Sharon’s attentiveness to your needs won’t disappoint.

Simply Amazing!!!
Wow, where do I begin?? Sharon is simply AMAZING! My hubby & I FINALLY got married after postponing our wedding due to covid. We hired Sharon back in 2019 (thinking our wedding was going to be 2020, but nope - the world got others plans). Sharon worked with us/me through it all. 2 years of wedding planning, having to have Plan A, B, & C with all the uncertainties. She was there every step of the way. She got great resource & vendors she can introduce you to & she’s very flexible & easy to talk to. She guided me from day 1 & until the end. Look no further, if you don’t wanna be a bridezilla & want to plan a smooth & easy wedding (says no one ever) HIRE HER! You will not be disappointed. We are truly grateful for her & her work ethic! Absolutely Phenomenal!
Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives. Sharon literally made our dreams come true. She was absolutely amazing! Planning a wedding during COVID has been tremendously difficult. Our wedding was originally scheduled in June 2020 but because of COVID we’ve had to postpone. We did however still have our wedding last year but in August. Sharon was extremely accommodating to our changes especially when we moved our venue from LA to Vegas and she provided valuable advice on how to plan a safe, yet fun and memorable wedding during these times. She was very detail oriented, responsive, and reliable. She was always willing to help out and make our lives a little less hectic. She was always available for a text or email consultation and finding vendors/pricing. We felt like we could trust her with everything! The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special! Great Experience!
Sharon was an absolute delight throughout the wedding process. She not only was available whenever we needed her for specific asks, but she was invaluable in the proactive, strategic thinking necessary for all activities leading up to (and the day of) the wedding! Sharon provided insights and recommendations that support why she is so great at what she does, and her welcoming/results driven personality is the reason why she became a true friend in the process.Sharon was an absolute delight throughout the wedding process. Best day ever all thanks to sharon
Sharon is simply the best. She put her all into my special day and i cannot thank her enough. She is bold and took charge on the day of with her lovely assistant on hand. Everything went smoothly and I fully trusted her with no regrets. Super organized, thorough, and thoughtful. She thought of it all and was open to all of my concerns from the first day we met to the the last call for alcohol at the wedding :) She has checklists, to do lists, vendor recommendations, and timelines for days. I cannot recommend her enough. Would go through the planning process and wedding all over again (which says a lot!!) if it was with her.Sharon is simply the best. Simply Glamorous, Simply the Best!
When it came time to plan our wedding, I knew exactly who I wanted as my Planner, Simply Glamorous- Sharon! She had been the Planner for my good friend’s wedding a year before and I was a bridesmaid. I absolutely loved her attention to detail and there isn’t enough I can say as to her magnetic, positive energy!!!! What an incredible wedding experience we had having Sharon help us with all the planning. I have a particular style and an very detailed oriented, and to say I was pleased is an understatement! I highly recommend her and she and her staff are nothing less than sincere, professional and the energy was amazing! I couldn't have asked for more and the fluid/successful wedding day celebration stand as a testament to the value of having Sharon by your side on you big! Awesome and very professional
My husband and I just got married this past July and we had an awesome experience with Sharon as our wedding coordinator. She pays attention to the fine details to make sure your happy and she gives you vendor referrals if you need them. She made wedding planning fun and looking back I highly recommend Sharon for your big special day. On top of her expertise, she is kind and very caring person who truly wants you to be happy. She was present on our venue final walk thru and rehearsal. Truly astonishing
What can i say, when i say someone is truly talented it means the authenticity of their drive coupled with personality , i cant be biased since Sharon who runs this is truly one of a kind, what some people think is hard to do in a event she tackles all of it with so much ease as if she was gifted a multitask super power without having to stress out. I owe a lot to Sharon not just with my wedding but in believing in me, the chemistry , the vibes only make you have to be friends with her. She’s great, and one of the best in the game i assure you. Creative herself, with a history of event planning behind her belt. Do yourself a favor and have her take control of some of these events in your life ,she not only frees your hands up in events but she has a smile that knows that what’s rewarding to her is to know she did the best for you and your event days . My husband and I hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she definitely put in more work than we could’ve asked for! From the very start, Sharon was very personable, professional, organized, easy to contact, and very resourceful. When we encountered hiccups with some vendors, Sharon came to the rescue and not only presented different solutions and suggestions to us, but negotiated with our vendors to ensure that we still got what we wanted. She worked with our vendors; remained in contact with them and made sure everything was ready for our wedding. Sharon also accompanied me to one of our venue walk-throughs which really helped put my mind at ease. Our venue was brand new - it was still under construction when we visited! - and Sharon helped me envision our wedding day. From late night texts/e-mails, phone calls to helping me remain focused and calm on our wedding day, Sharon was there and ready to help in whatever way she could!

Sharon is the best !
Sharon was such a big help during our wedding. She had such great connections and list of vendors to choose from. You can always count on her to help you feel at ease throughout the stressful process of planning a wedding. If your anything like me I worry about everything and anything but Sharon provided such great support throughout the wedding planning and during the wedding itself. She is very professional and organized during the planning and the wedding itself. I couldn't have ask for a better wedding planner/coordinator !! My husband and I truly love Sharon !! I could not have planned such a beautiful 1st bday in such a short period of time without Sharon's expertise! She went above and beyond in many ways. I highly recommend Simply Glamorous Events. Leading up to the wedding was a journey for us, but after finding the right wedding planner, we got exactly what we wanted on our wedding day! Our wedding venue coordinator at Brandview Ballroom recommended Sharon to us. She had numerous weddings under her belt done for this venue and after looking at her services and what would work best for us, we hired her! We were immediately impressed with Sharon. She got to work right away, giving us recommendations and getting our venue walk through appointment done. She was wonderful to work with, very honest and extremely helpful. We were able to get budget friendly professional vendors based on her recommendation. I don't know how it would have been without her on our wedding day! She set up everything just like I wanted it and she worked so well with all my vendors. Josh and I could not have been more happier on our wedding, thank you so much Sharon!!

Sharon has been PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process. She is very personable, professional and accommodating. She was able to tailor our special day into reality. With a wide array of vendors reputable in their craft, it was difficult for us to choose because she only works with the best. Wedding planning was a lot of work but Sharon's expertise in prioritizing the important aspects of the process made it manageable considering our busy schedules. My husband and I hired Sharon for our wedding on 9/3/17 as a wedding coordinator. She is amazing, professional, genuine, caring, organized, detailed and so kind! She helped us find vendors that we had a hard time finding, contacted our vendors few days before our wedding day and set the schedules with them.
All of our guests loved her, expressed thanks for her professionalism to the extent that some booked her for thier events. Sharon made our special day even more special as the smallest details did not pass her. For example, the florist ran an hour late in delivering the flowers to the reception hall, she contacted the florist right away and made sure all the flowers and centerpieces are there before the scheduled time of the door opening to the reception hall.

Exceptional Service
Sharon is such a talented, caring, and very attentive-to-detail type of wedding planner! My husband and I hired her because she did an incredible job in my husband’s brother’s wedding and we were very impressed! Therefore, we hired her right away to help us plan our dream wedding. We loved how she understood our vision for our dream wedding and how she helped us bring it to real life. What can we say?? Sharon is amazing and the BEST! She is professional, personable, genuine and so kind! My now wife and I hired Sharon as our day of wedding coordinator. But Sharon was so much more. From the day we spoke and officially hired her a few months before our wedding, she wanted to jump right in and help us tie up any loose ends that we had still pending. She did all the communication with our vendors from that point forward. She had great connections with vendors that we still needed (cake, desserts, staffing etc). She always checked in and made sure we were on track with where we should be on our timeline. She had great negotiating skills with the vendors for any problems that came up throughout our planning process. She was easily accessible whenever we had questions. She was only a phone call or text away and always promptly responded. She always assured us that we would get an answer to all of our questions. Even when we would ask the same questions multiple times or needed explanations, she was always super patient and understanding. On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed everything beautifully. She really brought our wedding to life. It was everything we envisioned! If any hiccups or snafus happened that day, we didn't even know about it because Sharon handled everything. She really made sure that we enjoyed our special day. My husband and I hired Sharon for our wedding on 1/15/16. She relieved a lot of stress from us like finding us some vendors that we had a hard time finding, negotiating with our venue, and contacting our vendors for us on the days leading to our wedding day. Those are just some of the many things that she did for us! I could go on but it would probably take forever! Haha! But to say the least, we were very happy with her service! When i got engaged in September of 2015 we decided to go through our wedding that same year which leaves zero time to plan and get organized. We set the date for November 6th, 2015 it gave is 5 weeks to plan ??. When i met Sheron she quickly engaged into helping, planning, organizing, and managing the vendors. She took the huge load off my hands and all of the sudden our express wedding became manageable and very very possible. Sheron is a very sincere and passionate, she wants to make sure that your special day is perfect in every way, she listens to brides dreams and wishes and she does her best to make sure your BIG DAY is a HUGE DAY indeed. This review is long overdue now that we’re getting a chance to catch our breaths. I can’t say enough good things about Sharon! You will not go wrong by having her as your coordinator, and in fact it’s probably going to be the smartest investment you made for your wedding or event. About a month and a half before our wedding, I realized we really needed someone to make sure everything went smoothly the day of so that me and my (now) husband wouldn’t have to worry and could enjoy our event. I was ecstatic to have found Sharon and was put more and more at ease as the wedding came closer. Sharon is extremely organized and full of good ideas. She helped with issues that came up even before the wedding. When our photography venue told us we had to get our own insurance, we didn’t know what to do, but Sharon came to the rescue with a vendor that could just charge us for one day and for a great price. Then when we had to come up with how to display the party favors and the banquet hall didn’t quite have what we liked, Sharon again came up with the most amazing and beautiful display trays and it didn’t even cost us anything extra. And when we wanted a guitar player during the cocktail hour and the venue didn’t know of anyone, Sharon came through again on short notice and found the most amazing guitarist who received rave reviews from our guests! There’s many examples like this from the day that Sharon became our coordinator, she was by our side and coming up with great suggestions and solutions. The day of the wedding, things could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Sharon. She made sure to keep the timeline on track so we could have fun. Even her husband came and helped so we were really lucky--this doesn’t always happen. Sharon is the quintessential professional who is very resourceful and quick to adapt to changing circumstances! What can I say....Sharon was everything we needed and more. I recall naming her the fairy godmother because she seemed to make all my wishes happen.
Wedding planning can become a second job, a child and overwhelming but Sharon took over to make it an amazing experience. When we first met Sharon, it was like sitting across from a friend. The best part about working with her is that she cared about you as a client and making your wedding into something you loved rather than trying to make it her own event. When I worked with other wedding vendors, they treated you as if you as the same-ole wedding party as they've seen in the past and in the future. It never felt that way with Sharon. She listened and made suggestions based off what I wanted.
Sharon was extremely organized and accommodating. My husband and I had busy schedules but she always made herself available to check-in with us and meet if we had questions. One thing I'd note with Sharon is that she's very personable, professional and can handle difficult personalities. We had one vendor who didn't have the most pleasant attitude but Sharon handled them with ease.
She also has a great selection of vendors for floral and our cakes. It made our lives so much easier because she was a one-stop shop!
I could write on and on about her services! Just know that you're in great hands when you work with her. Since she produces a number of events, I'm sure I'll be working with her for all my future celebrations.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I decided I wanted to because of how awesome Sharon was. I lost my pictures from the Photo booth that she sent me several months ago and I email her to see if she can send them to me again. She emailed me the pictures within 15 minutes. I was amazed on how quick and prompt she was. My wife and I got married in April 2015. We started the wedding planning on June 2014 and it wasn’t that stressful. We didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator because we wanted to save money and it seemed fine. However, December came around and we were so stressed out. We had so many things to do and we felt that we were so behind. We didn’t even have the invitations yet and the wedding was in 4 months. My wife and I decided that we needed some help. We looked around and we stumbled across Simply Glamorous Events. We decided to schedule a meeting with Sharon, so we could discuss the wedding with her and see what she could do for us. We met her in December and she was extremely organized and easy to talk to. We told her exactly what we wanted and she told us not to worry. We didn’t exactly have all the details, but Sharon reassured us that everything will be fine. We spent a couple of hours with her going over parts of the wedding. The venue, food, music, color schemes, lighting, drapping, invitations, and the list goes on. She even broke down the wedding day with us by each hour. She told us exactly how much time we needed to give for each activity we wanted to do. She even gave us ideas if we didn’t have any. I loved how reassuring she was throughout the whole meeting.
