    75th Birthday Party

    Everything was suburb! Very elegant and everyone commented on how well decorated the event was. I would recommended them to anyone planning any events.

    I trusted Simply Elegant Event to coordinate my wedding and reception. From my first discussion throughout the final, I felt comfort in knowing that I was in good hands. Theresa was awesome. She was personable, available, flexible, organized, and knowledgable. All of my anxiety went away after our first meeting. She took my vision and made it come true.     Everything that we had wished and plan for was put to reality everything was organized and on schedule there were no worries or issues at all before nor during the entire ceremony!

    Sisters Who Swing Golf Association is a women’s golf nonprofit organization. We have hired Theresa of Simply Elegant Events for the past two years to design and decorate for our Anniversary Luncheon held in March at the Hamilton Restaurant in Washington D.C., and also our annual Jazz Champagne Brunch held in December at Bowie Golf & Country Club. Theresa takes our color scheme for our event and incorporates it into key elements such as decorations, lighting and printed materials like signage and menus to accent the venue space and create a beautiful looking event that grabs our guests’ attention the moment they step inside the venue. Our guests are always in admiration on how beautiful the venue is decorated. Theresa provides her own rentals such as gorgeous table linens and vases among other elegant decorations at an affordable price. This means a lot to us since we are a nonprofit organization and we have limited funds in our budget for decorations. She transforms her vision for our event into an elegant affair every time. She is always professional. She has everything setup on time. The decorations are always lovely. We love working with Theresa and we would recommend her to anyone looking to hire an event planner.

    Theresa went above and beyond her duties! She loaned some of the things she had to make our reception even more special. She also jumped in and helped with duties that were not hers to make sure everything went smooth. She was very easy to work with and extremely professional and pleasant.

    During the two Bridal Showcases in 2018, I worked with Theresa Ford from Simply Elegant Events. I worked as both a vendor and provided music entertainment during both showcases. Theresa was always available, courteous, patient and professional. I look forward to working with Theresa next year.

    I was the photographer at the wedding expo that Theresa planned. The event was very organized, professional and everything ran smoothly. Theresa did an excellent job! I will be more than happy to be the photographer at any event that Theresa plans.

    Simply Elegant Events made my wedding day more than I could have ever imagined. They took a simple wedding vision and made it into a elegant affair. I'm so thankful that they were able to come in and plan my wedding with little time and I know that I was not the best decision maker and I kept changing my mind about a lot of things but they worked with me and were very professional. Thank you so much for making my wedding day and unforgettable one!

    Excellent service and great presentation. Our wedding was successful and the setup was beautiful. I highly recommend any future bride to contact Theresa of Simply Elegant Events for a professional wedding day to assist with other vendors such as a Florist, Photograph, DJ, Wedding Cake Bakery, Caterer and the ultimate venue.
