We used simply elegant through the art center in Corpus Christi, Texas on 11/4/2017. We loved their responsiveness to all questions. Our cakes were so delicious and beautiful!

The cakes will be beautiful at my wedding. Curtis was very helpful in our selection. I will go back for a birthday cake soon! I am so excited!

The cake was as delicious as it was gorgeous. I had no idea what I wanted and Curtis helped us design a beautiful cake with flowers from Always in Bloom.
We had leftovers and I froze it, still tastes fresh when thawed.

Raymond and Curtis are the epitome of what a truly delicious bakery should be like. I had my wedding at Mansion by the sea in Aransas Pass, they brought the cake to the event and set it up for us and the cake looked phenomenal. The quality was amazing we had a white with raspberry filling, the cake was moist and we got frosting instead of fondant and let me tell you the frosting was amazing, seeing as how we do not like overly sweet frosting, they put just the right amount of sweetness into it so it wasn't an overload of sugar, best frosting and best cake that I've ever had in my entire life. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for an amazing cake to try them out ,they are way better than any other Bakery in Corpus Christi, and we went to the usual wedding bakery shops and all of them were a disappointment. You will not be disappointed if you go here ,the price was very reasonable ,the quality was amazing, and the service was phenomenal.

Curtis and Raymond are awesome and exceptional bakers and artists in addition to being two of the most awesome people to work with. My wedding cake was traditional and elegant, but the groom's cake took a little more patience. A raccoon design was requested because of Greg's side business of trapping and they did such an incredible job on this cake. It was exactly how we imagined. Both cakes were incredibly delicious. We could not have asked for more in service or your excellent product. Thank you for the time you spent with us to help create our vision to make our wedding cakes so special. You are the very best!

My wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and tasteful. It was better than I had expected; the bread was very moist and delicious.

We recently got married and Simply Elegant made both our Wedding and Groom's cake. We, too brought in a picture of what we wanted for the wedding cake and the cake came out even better than the picture. I was definitely amazed and satisfied. As for the groom's cake, we had a bowling theme and all we gave Curtis were the bowling people cake toppers. In the end, we had a groom's cake that was exactly what we wanted...and yet we had no idea what we wanted until we saw the final result. Both cakes tasted awesome!!! We definitely will be using Simply Elegant for our future cake needs.

I brought in a picture of the cake I wanted that I had found on the internet, and the cake they made for me was even better looking than the one in the picture! And, I had forgotten to find a cake topper, so I called them two weeks before the wedding and asked if they could make me one, and they made me a gorgeous monogram for the top of the cake that fit the cake perfectly! I've never had a better tasting cake!

Simply Elegant did out Bride's and Groom's cake. Not only do I go to Simply Elegant for all my cakes because of their craftmanship, but they are the most delicious cakes!! You do not get the same great taste in cake from other cake places in Corpus Christi. Their prices are also slightly cheaper than quotes from other cake bakeries in Corpus Christi.

Curtis consulted with us patiently and helped us to achieve exactly the look that we wanted for both the wedding cake and the groom's cake. We chose one of the more complicated designs from their portfolio for the groom's cake and the result was even better than the photo! As far as cost, we felt we received the quality that we paid for.

We also ordered a cake for the bridesmaids' luncheon and it was also beautiful and delicious. We received many compliments from the attendees. Even thought we didn't specify decorations beyond the filigree detail on the icing, Raymond was kind enough to prepare some beautiful gumpaste hibiscus flowers for the top.

Taste, appearance and value were excellent.

Both the wedding cake and the groom's cake were awesome. We adored them and could not have asked for anything more. Curtis was extremely helpful and helped us to not make any planning mistakes.

They were wonderful! The cake was beautiful and they set it up perfectly for us at the venue. It was on the expensive side (800 for a cake to feed 80 people), but well worth it.

Curtis was amazing and handled my indecisiveness very well. He guided me well and I definitely put his experience to work! Raymond delivered and set up the cake and did an amazing job. I was impressed that he brought extra flowers just in case I didn't have a cake topper... My cake topper ended up not being shipped on time, so it was perfect!!!

Amazing wedding cakes !

Simply elegant definitely has the best cakes my entire family has ever had. We had a four tier wedding cake with cascading roses and a 2 tier baseball themed grooms cake. Both cakes were absolutely beautiful, delicious, delivered on time and set up properly the day of the wedding.

Curtis and Raymond made the cake for me and my sisters wedding. Both cakes were great. And the cake was delivered right on time. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to everyone for any event.

Simply Elegant didn't provide my wedding cake, but I had one of their cakes for a shower and it was beautiful AND delicious! I've used them for several other cake needs since then and I have always been very impressed.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and so delicious! We would definitely recommend Simply Elegant to others. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the design on our cake was supposed to be navy and it was black. Other than that the people we worked with at Simply Elegant were very friendly and easy to work with.

We loved our cakes, and so did our guests. Husband is hoping that the top layer in our freezer is the hummingbird flavor cause he didn't get to have any on wedding day. Curtis said we could have whatever we wanted, and we just picked what we liked. We may have to order a tasting cake of the hummingbird, if husband can't wait a year!

They were great, we had a Hollywood theme wedding and Raymond made great cakes. He made an amazing scuba cake for our rehearsal dinner, and was so creative and punctual they were delicious and everything was great. People raved about them!

The chocolate cake for a grooms cake is really good. When you go to the cake tasting they gave us French vanilla and chocolate to try.
