Wonderful service and incredible food!
Simply Catering was absolutely wonderful! We came from out of town for my son's rehearsal dinner and didn't have to worry about one thing! I was able to concentrate on celebrating my son, daughter in law and visiting with all our guest without making sure everything was taken care of. The food was incredible, and Luisa Cruz and her group went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for! Thank you Luisa! It was truly a wonderful night! -

Great experience!
Such a great experience! Jett was everywhere helping in all areas with a HUGE smile and pleasant conversation. The food was exceptional - hamburger sliders out of this world! My wedding date might of got seconds on the chicken! Jett went out of her way along with her staff to go over and above to make this wedding special! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you can NOT go wrong with this choice of caterer!!! -

9/14/2024 - My Husband and I celebrated our Wedding at Club Blanton Valley, AL. Looking for a mobile catering around an area I'm not familiar with, it went much smoother than i thought. I found them on an ad on Facebook due to phone research for catering. I decided to message them and immediately I had a response from Ellis. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She even went beyond and above to set up a table décor set for me to verify my expectations and vision. I was sold and made my decision within 24-hours!! We scheduled the food tasting and made it all happen! Ellis, walked us through the whole tasting options of our choice, and overall very SMOOTH! The billing and communication were excellent, Ellis was patient and answered ALL my questions throughout the whole process, and she kept me updated on payments, including verification on any changes or updates! Wedding Day: Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, her staff exhibited exceptional flexibility in ensuring the success of Catering. Her staff had meticulous attention to detail assuring everything was fulfilled properly. She executed the job, Her staff were positive and with an EXCELLENT attitude towards the guests. Her staff were early, prepared, and with an awesome attitude. They all knew what exactly had to be done! Her receptive approach and valuable knowledge about food flavour and portions surpassed our expectations. We were treated and served like MAJESTIES!!!! Seriously, we never got up for food or drink, even after the reception, the bar staff came asking if Chris or I needed a drink. Their food packaging was great too! Simply Catering rewarded us with a memorable experience. My guess couldn’t stop talking about the exquisite food they served and their PROFESSIONALISM. We STRONGLY recommend trying their Charcuterie for Cocktail hour and Parmesan Herb Grilled Chicken and Flank Steak. My Goodness!!! My guess and I couldn’t have enough of it, was super delicious! This company can be all-inclusive. They provide drinks, Bar service, Food, Cocktail /Social hour, Coordination, Décor, Table set up, YOU NAME IT! it can all be customized to your desire, very flexible, very workable, and prices are BEYOND reasonable for those on a budget !!! They’re committed to executing and making everyone’s belly beyond happy! , I can't thank her enough for her to travel to my location and complete one of the most important things of a wedding. I am profoundly grateful for the exemplary service and professionalism demonstrated. I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Catering as an exceptional Cater for various events. You WILL NOT be disappointed!.I will definitely continue to consider them in the future for my big family gatherings, finding this Catering Company for my wedding was one of the BIGGEST highlights and BEST decisions made!! One thing I suggest is 2 weeks or so before the wedding to have a phone call and make sure both parties are on the same page, don’t assume. I think Elis and I had a tiny misunderstanding on a few items but in all honesty, it was still perfect, when your guess continues to talk about the food 2 months later! you can’t argue and no one can beat it. 1000% worth IT!!!!!!!!. All Thumbs Up!
My son and his bride were married at Foxhall resort in January. Jet and her staff did an excellent job catering the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Jet was helpful with suggestions and she and her team exceeded expectations in every way - great food - attentive - gracious staff. Our thanks to Jet and her crew for a terrific experience. -

Delicious Food and a Great Company!
Simply Catering is one of the best in the business! Jet is such a pleasure to work with - from the quality of the food to the service, you can tell that she takes pride in her business and only delivers the best.
We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, and Jet and her team were always flexible and willing to make our new date work. From the start, their website and pricing were easy to understand - the only hard part was picking the menu, as every opinion looked amazing!
From the tasting, to the final headcount and decor options Jet offers, everything with Simply Catering was seamless. Catering was one of the things I was least worried about when it came to our wedding, as I trusted with no doubt that Jet and her team had everything handled and would serve our guests an amazing meal.
Not only did Simply Catering cater our wedding, but they also catered our welcome dinner the night before. We heard from multiple guests that the food at the welcome dinner and the wedding was some of the best wedding food they had ever had - people were RAVING about the mashed potatoes and we even had a guest who wasn’t a fan of green beans mention he would eat Simply Catering’s green beans every day for the rest of his life!
We can’t thank Jet and Simply Catering for an amazing experience. I would 10/10 recommend them for your wedding and catering needs! -

The BEST experience!
Jet has the most incredible catering business. She is easy to communicate with, is attentive to detail, and offers great services (like a complimentary tasting after booking). Not only did we love the food but our guests raved about it during our reception and after the wedding. We even had guests ask for their business card! The whole experience was amazing. -

I can't say enough good things about Simply Catering! From the food to the service, everything was spectacular. Jet was a dream to work with. The pride that she takes in her business shows through with her food and the presentation. Everyone raved about the food and had nothing but good things to say about her team. I, however, was impressed that my husband and I actually got to enjoy the food at our wedding because of her amazing staff! They made sure we had warm plates of food waiting for us at our seats, and let me just say the food was AMAZING!! Even with a global pandemic, they made sure everyone was well-fed and safe. Thankful for their expertise. -

A Wedding Coordinator's Dream
I coordinated a Wedding during the Corona Virus outbreak and my couple had already hired Simply Catering. I can't really express how pleased I was to work with them. Their communication was excellent. The team is very professional, courteous and kind. They went above and beyond for my clients. Not to mention, the food was incredible. I sure hope to work with them again soon! -

Best vendor ever
Simply Catering was by far the best and easiest vendor we worked with! Their name says it all because it was so simple! From the first day I looked at their website I knew I liked them already!! The pricing and menu options were clearly listed on their website. The whole process of working with them was simple and fun! They were willing to make changes wherever we wanted and they did everything they could to create a perfect menu for us!! And the food was amazing! We have had so many guests rave about the food and me and my husband couldn’t wait to get into our picnic basket at the end of the night!!! Thank you so much Simply Catering! Excellent Food
If you are looking for someone to cater your wedding or any event, please use Simply Catering. The food is absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding last weekend in Newnan, Ga and all of the food from the appetizers to the buffet were fresh and delicious. Their menu is quite extensive so you have a lot to pick from. We chose a pasta bar that was a huge hit. All of our guests raved about the food and how tasty it was.
Nicole goes out of her way to make sure that everything is exactly what you want and had several suggestions for us to make it all come together that way that we wanted.
I would not use anyone else. -

Amazing Food and Team!
Simply Catering was a preferred vendor for our venue, and I’m so happy they were recommended! We were looking for upscale southern/ farm-to-table food, and Simply Catering did just that. Everything we picked was awesome- from cocktail hour, to dinner, to hot beverage bar, to late night pretzel bar. They also accommodated recipe changes to make sure we had everything we hoped for (including an amazing Mac and cheese bar!) I heard several people mention it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and many more went back for seconds! Jet was also easy to work with- Simply Catering responded promptly to every communication (including a few menu changes), and was always very transparent with costs. They also packed a basket with dinner for us to take home, which was just as delicious the next day. I’d highly recommend! -

Fantastic!
Simply Catering did a phenomenal job, catering, and helping us rent supplies. One of the most talked about experiences at the wedding was the food. Nicole, was fantastic, from the initial interest email down to the very end. The staff was excellent! Very professional and polite. One of the best things about them is they bring in their own decor to match your wedding scheme and tables. It really is an all inclusive catering company from cake cutting, to dinner wear, to clean up. Simply Catering really made the wedding process flow smoothly and they really are focused on you and making sure you are happy. Most married couples say they didn't eat at their wedding, but they made sure that we had food at our table so we could sit down and eat. And they made us a picnic basket with a little bit of everything. ^_^ -

I am so happy I chose Simply Catering to cater our wedding! A month before the wedding we did the tasting--it was such a nice experience. We got to meet Nicole and try out some incredible food! Part of what makes working with this company so great is that they truly care about your wedding and making you happy! Nicole was so great to work with. She responded to all of my emails very quickly. I never felt confused or worried about the catering at my wedding. Nicole also offered to come to the final walk through with my coordinator--a service some caterers would charge for. She asked questions and knew exactly what was going on. The food at the wedding was so so soo good! My husband and I each had seconds. I received so many compliments from our guests. The service team was also on point. Trent and I cannot thank Simply Catering enough for giving us such a wonderful dinner on our special day :). -

Simply Catering was awesome for our wedding! My husband and I had a small group of around 30 guests and were beyond impressed with our catering choice. Nicole spent time with us from our original call all the way to the tasting, and her team delivered on everything she promised. We had a great experience and our guests all loved the food. We had salmon, chicken, mac and cheese, orzo, veggies, and peach cobbler. Almost all guests had a second plate by the end of the wedding. Their attention to detail is impeccable, from the amount of certain spices and flavors in the food to matching the exact color scheme we were going for. Their prices are more than fair, incredible value for what we got. We couldn't be happier and can't thank Simply Catering enough. We recommend them to anyone looking for great food, service and experience. -

Simply Catering was an absolute dream to work with! I can't say enough about Nicole and her team. From our initial consultation call, she cared so much about what my husband and I like and dont like, as well as ask for any family recipes they could incorporate into our menu. Even though I'm sure they have multiple weddings a week, they truly made us feel like we were so special to them, like family! My favorite part was after the wedding was over and my husband and I shared our last dance while the room cleared, we were able to take a moment to thank the team for all they did! Jet and her team are absolutely incredible! They are so willing to make your food dreams come true and cater especially to your taste and tweak their menu. They are very quick to respond and have clear communication. So many guests at our wedding said it was the best food they had ever had at wedding before. They very much catered to my husband and I all night and always made sure we had appetizers, food, cake, drinks, and water. They are top notch!!! -

Wow! The Simply Catering team did such a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding! The food and service were outstanding and everything was presented so beautifully! They went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding food so special. They graciously provided the ice cream set up for the ice cream we provided for our family's "Butter Pecan Ice Cream Day" in honor of Erin's dearly beloved Grampa at no extra cost. They also were very helpful in orchestrating the apple cider toast. We got so many compliments on the food - they had so many excellent choices too. We went with the pork tenderloin and pasta bar which helped to accommodate a few vegetarians on our invite list.
I would highly recommend them to anyone hosting a party! -

Our whole experience with them was very true to their name. They really did make everything very simple. You have so many other things to worry about during the whole wedding process that you may as well just pick them and not worry about the rest. The food was great, we had given them a handful of requests for how we would like certain dishes to be changed based on our tasting and they came through on all of them. They are more then happy to accommodate pretty much anything you would like to do. I know I already pretty much said this, but do yourself a favor and just pick them. They will make your life easier. -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jet and her team at Simply Catering. They went so far above and beyond for our wedding, both in the planning process and on the day of. Every aspect of the communication and planning meetings was seamless, and they absolutely knocked it OUT OF THE PARK on the wedding day. We were running 20 minutes behind schedule and they rolled with it and kept everything warm and delicious when we finally opened the stations at the reception, which is no small feat for 240 people. My dad has a special kind of bacon he loves (Benton's bacon out of Nashville), and Jet even special ordered it at no additional charge! She really listened to everything we expressed along the way and was able to truly personalize the food at our wedding...down to our family recipe for brownies (underdone, just the way we like them!) and verde sauce to accompany the already delicious chicek!! Our guests RAVED about how delicious the food was...several people told me they went back for thirds! The grits bar (with shrimp) was a huge hit, as was the beef tenderloin and bread bar. I can honestly say I wouldn't change one thing about our menu or the beautiful way all the food was displayed. Jet really listened to what I was hoping for with incorporating greenery and gold and copper accents and keeping it all elegant without being stuffy (and rustic without being Pinterest-y or too burlap and mason jars). I recommend Simply Catering with all my heart and would use them again for any event in a heartbeat! On top of their incredible service and amazing food, their prices are way more competitive than Atlanta-based caterers. I've worked with a lot of caterers through event planning as a part of my work, and Simply Catering is the best I've ever worked with across every category. You won't be disappointed with them, I can guarantee!!! -

I cannot say enough excellent things about our wedding caterer! I loved them from the second my fiancee and I met Jet over a year before our wedding! We booked them right away. They gave us the most food for the best price, the best selection of food options, a personalized service, pretty decor (not your basic catering platters) and the best and most important part: their food is DELICIOUS!!! It is all home made and it tastes exactly so. They were top-notch on the day of our wedding and we keep receiving awesome compliments on how delicious our caterer was. Thank you Nicole and Jet for blowing us away, start to finish! We will continue to recommend you to everyone. -

Nicole, Thank you for everything on Saturday. The decor on the table was exactly as our daughter dreamed of and the food was fantastic. Everyone raved especially over the brisket, BBQ, and egg rolls but we also enjoyed the taco station and the Mac and Cheese station very much.
We appreciate your involvement in the process from the tasting all the way to the wedding. You and the rest of the Simply Catering staff made the process easy and walked us through every step of the way. I heard one of our guests ask at the reception where your restaurant was and was disappointed to learn you only catered.

Simply Catering was a perfect choice for our wedding day. We could not have been happier with the food. Jet was wonderful to work with. She worked with us from across the country to be sure that our food and tales were perfect. We had a buffet style which included a baked potato bar and carving station? how cool is that? The food was absolutely delicious, and I was so glad I was able to take time to sit and eat that night, because otherwise I would have missed out! The place settings were done to perfection as well, pulling the beauty of the venue and decor all together! Thank you guys for such a great day. -

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Simply Catering. Jet and her staff were beyond accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I had the stuffed mushrooms and a bacon canape (can't remember the exact canape it was because I went with whatever Jet suggested lol)
For dinner, we did a mashed potato bar (my fav) bacon wrapped green beans (YUM) chicken fresco (mouthwatering) beef brisket (THE HIGHLIGHT)
If you're on the fence about them, don't be! The price, food and service is unbeatable! -

Simply Catering was the perfect choice for our daughter’s destination wedding at Hightower Falls near Cedartown, Georgia. The Chicken Florentine and beef brisket entrees we chose were outstanding and all the myriad other catering details (signature wedding drink, outside water bottle stations, etc. . .) were executed flawlessly. Jet knows and loves what she does and her entire staff is made up of professionals who do what they do at the highest possible levels of competence and professionalism. Most importantly, she really cares that your event is exactly what you want it to be. I would absolutely hire them again for any catered event. -

Can't say enough amazing things about these 2 women! Some of the coolest people I have ever met, not to mention did a great job on the food! We went with the truly southern menu including a variety of chicken, shrimp, and beef. All of it was incredible and Nicole personally made sure that the bride and myself were well fed the whole time!
They also handled our dessert bar and coffee and doughnuts at the end of the night. The service never dipped from impeccable! One of our guests had a gluten allergy and the servers knew which seasonings were on what so she knew if she could eat it!
My wife and I will always look at Nicole and Jet as part of the family because once you meet them it is impossible to feel any other way! -

I went to other catering companies and when we met with Jett and Nicole I felt they customized my menue instead of giving me a package and telling me I had to pick from it or pay to change. They listened to every detail and made my wedding beyond what I expected. People are still talking about the food at the wedding. I recommend everyone to use them. You will feel so special and not just like another bride. We did a sit down dinner and the service was AMAZING. No one had to wait on food or drinks. -

Everything was perfect on our wedding day. The caterers worked throughout the night preparing our food because the food truck was late because of bad weather in our area, and we never even knew about this issue. (Found out later). Not only was everyone professional, and understanding, but the food was amazing!!! They listened to our requests and even made some new items that we wanted to have at our event. Everyone I have talked to that was at our wedding (350+ guests) have told me how delicious everything was. I especially loved the brisket, bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts, and the corn casserole. I had contacted a few other caterers before I contacted Simply Catering. I was getting married at a rustic venue and wanted something simple. Nicole, Jet and all staff were so helpful , courteous, and very professional! I was referred by a neighbor to Simply Catering and found their services, food, hospitality and flexibility to be top notch. After securing deposit and doing a taste testing and leaving all remainder decor (with ideas) up to Jet/Nicole, the final result was absolutely amazing. Not only was their chair/table/linens, extra services (butler style and very reasonable table flower decorations and wedding day planning of ceremony/reception) and flexibility to work with constant changes (including some dietary needs) remarkeable, but the food was "to die for." Their buttermilk chicken and Shrimp/Grits Canapes were a big hit with our guests and we especially loved the butler and normal dinner service to be top notch. We were personally served each and every item (in addition to our own bottle of wine at our table) which was helpful since most wedding couples find "no time to eat"! The peach cobbler and banana pudding shooters (with a incredible presentation) was outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are practically a one-stop shop! Simply Catering did a wonderful job working with our last minute Plan B due to rain ;( . The only thing I would like to point out to others using their services is gratuity is not included in the quoted price - so PLEASE don't forget to tip the hard working staff! -

While we do feel that the catering was a bit overpriced compared to what it was a year ago when we were looking at caterers, the food was definitely a hit and people loved all the items served at the wedding. Their Prime Rib is to die for! -

We were so pleased to work with Simply Catering! They were open to any idea we had for our menu, offered creative suggestions, and were accommodating in what was included. The day of, they made sure they coordinated with our decor and flowers, made sure it was easy for our guests, and also made a to-go basket for my husband and me to take with us-- it was such a sweet surprise! I'd highly recommend reaching out to them. -

Very Professional and Respectful
The food is very good and Jet catered to my Mother-in-law’s gluten allergies extremely well! We were worried she would only have a few things in the menu to eat, in reality, most of the menu was gluten free and all of it was amazing!
I had some issues with how a few things on my wedding day turned out (they were all very small things) but she called me about it as soon as she could to make everything right and that really impressed me. She is very sweet and her food is delicious! -

Simply is a nice family business. They are very accommodating and have reasonable rates. Nicole is super friendly and easy to work with. They have been in the business for a while and know the ins and outs. We had a few communication problems and there were very few leftovers from the event, but other than that Simply was great! -

They were phenomenal. The staff could have been a little more friendly and smiled at everyone, not just the bride and groom. The caterer could have worked better along side my coordinators. Other than that they were great. -

Good food, bad service!
The food was good but that is honestly the only good thing I can say about them!The service gets a 2 star review at best.. Maybe Jet was having an off day when I met with her but I did not have the same experience everyone else had apparently. She was very condescending towards me at the tasting. The tasting was postponed due to personal reasons on her side but she consistently made comments like "come on Ashley this was due on the 20th, you haven't picked out an appetizer?". She also told me that we (the bride and groom) HAD to leave when they left and couldn't stay later or it would be 100$/30 minutes they stayed which would have been 500$ because they wanted to pack by 8:30. I told her she could leave at 8:30 but I paid for the venue until 11 and the staff at the venue included clean up in their price so they would not be needed. I told her our guest count was 90 that INCLUDED my vendors but she added them on top of the 90 making the total over 100.. They're not cheap that is a huge difference in price! Also the staff threw away my half finished plate before I was finished eating and packed away all the food before my guests could even have a chance to get seconds. The picnic basket that was supposed to be left in my car was left in the fridge, they did not inform anyone where they put it so I had to go back for it the next day. It was supposed to be a basket with a meal for the bride and groom to enjoy on the honeymoon. It included ONE plate of food for us both to share. Lastly, they had have thrown my cake into it's box, because some pieces were thrown in upside down and it looked like someone dug into it with a spoon! Awful awful, unfortunately they seem to only be in this business for the money. -
