Diane did such an amazing job for our NYE wedding! From the beginning, Diane understood my vision for our signage! She made everything look absolutely gorgeous! She also worked closely with my planner and florist to make sure our signs looked beautiful and were relocated appropriately! We can't wait to work with Diane again! -

We needed a clear box welcome sign for our wedding that encased florals - we showed our "inspo" photos and they nailed it!! it was one of the most beautiful pieces of our wedding. they were able to source the box for us, which was a little hard to find. -

Found SimplyByDiane on Instagram and she came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator. Diane and her assistant are amazing to work with. Wedding planning, in general, can be so stressful especially when finding/choosing vendors. I am so glad we got to have Diane create our wedding welcome sign and guest seating chart. She completely understood our vision and kept in contact with us during the designing phase. We received so many compliments from our guests and loved the pieces so much that they are hung up in our home. All of her designs are beautiful and she also works with other amazing vendors for certain materials/designs. Could not recommend SimplyByDiane enough! -

Diane & Katrina from Simply by Diane are on top of it. I submitted an inquiry to them & the responded promptly; they actually respond promptly to every message. Once we narrow down what I wanted, she works on it and provides me a draft. I shared my thoughts to edit the verbage / accents & she produces! Diane has a great attitude & you can tell she really wants to help & deliver the best work to you. You really get a beautiful piece of work to showcase for your event. I had booked a welcome mirror sign, table seating charts, table numbers, a directory sign, and rented some easels. LOVE IT ALL. -

Simply By Diane was hired for a wedding that I planned. She was very professional, kind, and pleasant to work with - leading up to the special day and the day of the wedding. She was very communicative with me (which, from a wedding planner's point of view, is very important and not all vendors do that). She reached out to me before the wedding day to make sure all details and setup details were confirmed, as well as the day of. Her work is also very beautiful. We had a large mirror welcome sign, chalkboard sign for activities, and guest seating chart. I highly recommend working with Simply By Diane!

Above & Beyond
Being a month or less away from your big day is stressful enough, but when you still have not hired a vendor to do your seating chart or welcome sign, the panic really sets in. Fortunately, my wedding day coordinator came to the rescue and found me the most amazing Calligrapher - Diane! When I messaged Diane she was so quick to respond and so welcoming. I showed her my vision, even though I had not seen that she had done this exact seating chart before and she said yes without any hesitation. Diane was so willing to make my vision come to life and she did just that! From the proofing to the color samples she sent me in the mail. Her attention to detail is on another level! Additionally, she was very accommodating with the delivery process. Overall, the outcome was everything I could have imagined and more! I got so many complements and it was one of the statement pieces at my wedding. I would recommend Diane to any and everyone no matter the occasion! I cannot wait to hire her for more milestones and celebrations in my life! -

Loved our seating chart!!
Diane did an amazing job with our seating chart mirror - it was perfect! She was super easy to work with and very responsive, even finished the seating chart early for us. Highly recommend having Diane make a seating chart (and any signs you need) for your wedding! -

Diane was amazing! Not only did she and her husband pick the mirror up from me after it was purchased because it was too large to fit in my car but they also hand delivered it to the venue! Robyn Sent on 10/26/2022Stunning Calligraphy Accented the Garden Party Wedding of my Dreams
Diane and Katrina were a joy to work with. They put up with my zillion messages and truly helped make my vision come to life. I’d wanted a mirror seating chart forever and the final product was beyond my wildest dreams. I even had my tables names (named after flowers in my bouquet and centerpieces and other botanicals found at the venue) calligraphied by Diane and that just tied it all together. Guests loved letter and so did my now husband and I. In fact, I love the mirror so much it is still fully calligraphied on display in our bedroom.
Due to some rain showers on our wedding day, my photographer scheduled a separate sunset shoot for us. The picture of me below shows how good the mirror still looked after some rain and 5 weeks time.
I wish I had all my professional photos back to showcase more, but I’ve included some photos of the mirror seating chart and some table names.
Hire Diane- you will not be disappointed. She will bring your vision to life, whatever that may be.
I can’t wait to hire her for future events! -
