Simple Elegance was an amazing experience, they have everything you need! So many beautiful dresses in this store. I visited Simple Elegance looking for a wedding dress and couldn't settle on my first trip. I later decided to go with one of their dresses and I couldn't be happier! Their services is great and they are so friendly! Highly recommend this cute shop if you're looking for a great dress! -

Shelby Sent on 12/01/2017WOW. Let me just say.. Words can't express how happy I was with Simple Elegance. I first wanted to look by myself, and they fully accommodated that and helped me find my perfect dress. I schedule my second appointment with them and brought my family. I didn't want my family to know that I had already picked my perfect dress, and Simple Elegance made sure to "sneak" it in and let me surprise my family with the dress that I loved. Their whole staff went along with it. It was the most amazing bridal salon I have ever visited and I couldn't be more thankful for their staff.Simple Elegance Bridal and Formal Wear's reply:

Nella Sent on 06/10/2018I bought the most beautiful veil for my wedding at Simple Elegance. I had driven by this shop several times on my way to my family's lake house and thought that it looked like a very cute place. I'm so glad my mother and I stopped in to look at all of their bridal wear when I was hunting for the perfect veil. The staff was extremely helpful and even allowed me to try on my wedding dress and model several of the different veils to determine which one would complete my look best. And they took pictures and videos of me walking with the veil on so I could see how it would be captured on my special day! They helped me feel confident in my choice, and I was so happy with my wedding day look. Thank you for your help!

User2482652 Sent on 12/28/2015Nancy at the shop was so great. She helped me with every single thing that I needed. She even stuck with me all the way through the alterations process even though she was not directly involved with the seamstress. She took care of everything and was so sweet and kind through the whole process. She stayed late for me the day that I picked out my dress and made the whole process so smooth and stress free.
They have a huge selection of dresses for the size of their shop. If you are in the area, give them a chance for sure!! They took care of all of our tuxes for the wedding too. -

I loved my dress and it was amazing for the price. However, on a professional note, there was some communication errors on their part due to them not writing down info as it was said, so the same questions came up over and over.
Overall good experience though. 9/10 would recommend. -
Rachael Sent on 07/17/2018I was not the biggest fan of working with Simple Elegance. They were local, so they were convenient for me to work with, but if I had it to do over again I would probably work with a different vendor. I had no issues with my dress, but had several issues with tuxedo rentals. When I initially rented the tuxedos I was given an arrival date of the Tuesday before my Friday wedding. As the wedding got closer I called to double-check the status of the tuxedos because our wedding was out of town and we needed to leave on Thursday. When the staff answered the phone they told me that the tuxedos were not guaranteed delivery until Friday, the day of my wedding, despite the date given upon rental of the Tuesday before the wedding. This caused a panic for me. After a scramble, the staff did manage to get the tuxedos in on Wednesday, and met me that evening (even though they're closed on Wednesday). A rush order was placed for items that didn't initially fit (to be delivered on Thursday). Overall, I have to give them credit for rushing around and finally fixing the situation, as well as for being willing to meet me and all the groomsmen even when the shop was closed to make it right; however, this sort of miscommunication among the staff and myself should not have happened in the first place. I just would have preferred to get the tuxedos in at least two weeks ahead of time so that the groomsmen and myself did not have to panic the week before the wedding in order to get the tuxedos right. Overall, they seemed disorganized and had odd and inconvenient business hours, but they did fix the entire situation, so that's what earned them 3 stars.

Rachel Sent on 11/27/2017Used this vendor for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in last year..it took 6 months for the dresses to come in and they were all made wrong, the shop did not work to correct the problem or refund out money in a timely manner. We had to order last minute dresses from Davids Bridal. I waited 2 months after the wedding for a refund and finally had to file a claim with my credit card company...Simple Elegance Bridal and Formal Wear's reply:
Yes you are correct that there was a problem with the bridesmaids dress being made incorrectly. However, we made every effort to correct the problem, but it was the Brides decision to order different dresses and not allow us to correct the mistake made by the dress manufacturer. We did and always have made every effort possible to make every customer happy.
