  The Top Photographer in The Midwest

  Simon has been my family's photographer for 20+ years. He has taken our family portraits, my graduation, engagement, and wedding photos. He has a unique talent of capturing the perfect moment and memory. Simon is very professional and directs everyone in a very friendly manner. He will be the one photographer that will make sure you are positioned correctly (small things like: hands in pockets, having your chin pointed downwards, etc) which are the details that really make his work stand-out from others. Through all the direction, it still feel very casual, natural, and enjoy the experience. He also provides custom frames, mounts, and storybooks that memorialize those special moments. Whether its a portrait session or wedding, you will be guided throughout the entire process. He is also very responsive whether it be an email or call. If you want the best experience, Simon Yao Studio is where you want to go.

  Simon was wonderful! Starting with the very first time we met him...engagement photos...bridal photos...the wedding!!! I can't say enough great things about him! It was a pleasure not only having him around for the photos but for the entire event. And his work speaks for itself! We were blown away with how he captured the true essence of the wedding!

  Simon is extremely talented and his vision is unlike anyone else's. His style is unique and timeless. We could not be happier with our choice. The pictures came out, looking like it is from a fairy tale. And evertime we look at them, we live those moments again and again. Thank you for your services millions of times!

  Simon did a great job on all of our wedding photos. He was honest, responsible, flexible, and professional throughout our wedding planning. He provided excellent photos and we got them back to us in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better photographer for our wedding!

  Simon is the best! Our pictures and album are amazing and Simon is so great to work with. Everyone who viewed our pictures thought they were amazing! He is very professional, but is still so nice and so much fun to work with, and got to know our friends and family. I couldn't be happier that we got him for our wedding, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We are really looking forward to using Simon to photograph all of the important events in our lives!

  Simon Yao not only took the most amazing pictures of my wedding, but he was instrumental in desgining a timeless album that captured the day perfectly. He also kept the day moving. He made sure we were on time without being rushed.

  Simon was wonderful! He surpassed all of my expectations and gave us beautiful pictures. We will cherish these pictures for a lifetime. He was a pleasure to work with and were lucky to have him photograph the most important day of our life together!!

  Wonderful! THe day after your wedding, all you will have left is your rings and photos, so it was important to us to LOVE the photos. I love looking through my album. Simon is wonderful to work with. He still knows me by name when I run into him at weddings. His pricing may seem a little high, but it is all upfront whereas a lot of photographers so not tell you about the expense of buying the album and extras. They are not a lot cheaper in the end. Simon is worth it!

  Simon Yao is a very talented (wedding) photographer. The quality of work really is recognizable compared to other photographers. He was timely, professional, and very helpful in many ways. His knowledge of the flow of a wedding day really helped us plan the day from morning till night, in a sense.
  
  Given that he is wonderful at his job, I will say his prices are a little steep but if you can afford it, you absolutely will not reqret it. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Simon Yao Studios as a wedding photographer. Definitely one of the best in Columbus, Ohio.
