  I highly recommend about Ian and his team at Silver Palm! They were so accommodating and friendly, it was a pleasure to do business with them. The food was amazing and guests still talk about it! We only wish that we had another event where we could eat the food again!

  Mr. Peckel and his team were fantastic! There was a great selection of food and plenty of it! Many guests told me they went back for seconds.
  Leading up to the wedding Silver Palm was quick to respond to my emails and calls and they made it easy to plan a wedding from 2000 miles away. There are several menus to choose from and I was encouraged to make changes if there was something I would like to substitute. Highly recommend this caterer.

  The staff that brought the linens were very nice and helpful. The Bartenders were great. Ian was awesome.

  My husband came across them online and we planned everything with them from a distance since we both work overseas. Once I contacted them, I worked with Julia, the catering manager, the entire time. I had a pleasant experience with Silver Palm. Julia was very friendly but it was often hard to get in contact with her or get documents that I requested in a timely manner. I imagine that if I were in town that I may have had a different experience regarding that. Once we were in town in the weeks before the wedding, we did meet with her and went over all of the details. They were professional and everything turned out awesome. The food was very good and we received a lot of positive feedback about it. I was so thankful for that considering we were not able to taste anything since we were overseas. Instead of a traditional dinner, we chose a large selection of heavy hors d’eouveres and it was a hit with the guests. They were really blown away by the shrimp and grits served in martini glasses.
