I also was nervous after reading reviews. I ordered anyway due to a tight budget. I found the quality of their flowers to be expected for the price. You can tell they are fake but if you want them to look real, you will have to pay more. That's anywhere. My order was the perfect colors & super fast. They do cram them in a box, but a little fluffing & they are good as new. Set mine outside overnight as well as they have a "factory" type smell also. I would order again. Very satisfied. -

Unless you or your fiance really love flowers, I would definitely recommend going with silk and making your own bouquets! I am not the most creative person in the least and I made some beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages with the help of my family and pinterest :) It takes a bit of effort but can be done months ahead of time and will save you a bundle! The flowers I ordered from SilkFlowersFactory.com looked great and were definitely a good value for the price, and will last forever now! -

After reading reviews, I was very nervous about trying this company, but with the prices, I had to try it. I am extremely glad I did. I ordered the white dahlias and couldn't be happier with them. I saved hundreds using this company and would highly recommend for brides on a budget. -

I ordered red roses (giant velvety; 42 @ $17.99). They were huge and beautiful. I made my own flower arrangements for 11 tables including the head table. I got nothing but complements on how beautiful they were. And they were.
Downfall; the glue gunglue that they used showed on some of the pedals of the flower. If you've ever worked with hot glue you know how the strings from the hot glue string out( stretch out) like cheese on a hot pizza.
For the value I save over $100.00 ordering these instead of a vendor.
Where the flowers would just die afterwards. My guest got to take the flowers home. That was nice.
IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET and know a creative person or are creative yourself. TRY THIS CO. -

False advertisement! They say they feel soft etc etc, and I know they are fake, but you can literally get the same quality if not better at the dollar store. Irritates me how companies always do this. -

This is by far one of the worst companies I have worked with in my entire life. I ordered a shipment for my wedding well in advance (thank God). When I received the shipment today a quarter of my flowers were missing. The company did not tell me they were out of stock and could not give me a date as to when they would be in, the best they could offer was that they could refund my money. Mind you I ordered my flowers on the 9th of March. They said my flowers shipped on March 12, never saw that shipment. I contacted them on March 19th because the tracking information indicated that the flowers had never actually made it to the UPS store. They told me they could do nothing until March 23rd because then it would have had enough time to ship and they still had time to take the shipment. Finally on March 23rd when they said they were able to do something about the issue they reshipped my order and REFUSED to give me expedited shipping even though they knew they were for an event that was nearing. On the 24th I received an email that said that the ENTIRE order was shipped out. I received the order today, missing 240 cream peonies that were supposed to decorate my church, the only thing they could do was refund my money. Yay! Now I get to pay for expedited shipping to order from another company. Oh, and their customer service, be careful, they do not speak English and instead of helping the person they have now pissed (Because this is your 3rd contact with them) off they like to chastise them for being upset with them. STAY AWAY. Quality not quantity, seriously, run. -

I ordered the sunflower 3D chain garland. The flowers kept falling off and bits of the garland were shedding everywhere. It's the worst quality I have ever seen! The flowers were really small. The return policy is terrible since it costs half of the order. You pay twice for shipping of horrendous quality of merchandise. -

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Their product and customer service is very, very bad! I returned some roses because their color was nothing like the photo on the web-site. I followed their published instructions on how to return products for a refund but they refused to give it to me. They insisted they never received my return and that I had to provide them with a return tracking number. No place on their web-site states what a return tracking order is or that one is required to receive a refund. They basically called me a liar and refused to refund me my money, even though I sent the flowers back to them. The customer service was non-existent and very rude. There is no address or telephone for the company listed on the web-site and they refuse to provide any. The Live-Chat rep is not a employee of the company and if you go "off script" they simply stop talking to you and will not provide any information. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Their product and customer service are very, very bad! -

I order over 200 flowers from this company, the size online is misleading. When the flowers arrived, I should have given to to a infant to play with because they were just that small. I was very disappointed. I had to drive 5 hours away to buy more flowers for my wedding. I hate this company -

I really wish I would have looked up more reviews for silkflowersfactory before purchasing from them. This place is the very meaning of 'you get what you pay for'; their only real guarantee is low price and their prices are great and, for the price, I wasn't expecting miracle flowers but I did expect presentable ones. However, when I received the flowers, they were all crammed and crushed together into a very small box for the amount of flowers I ordered. They smelled of dirt and mildew and some of them were even frail feeling and showed their age in the discoloration of the glue on the stems. I could understand a few having imperfections, but probably about 15% to 20% of them had odd discolorations, spots, or even a flurry of little holes across the petals. The only real upside is they are the cheapest I've found and I received them very quickly. However, if you are not tight on funding or just don't need a lot of flowers, GO ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE. -

HORRIBLE. The flowers I ordered were delivered in the wrong color and the quality of them is far less than acceptable. I have emailed them twice and submitted my claim for a refund and return label and 6 days later it's still "pending" and they have not responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! -

I was actually happy with my original order from this company, but I ran out of flowers and needed to order more. I placed my order on October 1st, 2016 and it didn't ship until June 9th, 2017. I just went to check the tracking on the package (since my wedding is in 3 weeks!!!!) and the website says that my account and my order don't exist...
So now I have to contact support for the 100th time to ask why my account no longer exists.
This is definitely not the stress I need 3 weeks before my wedding!!! -

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!! This is the biggest scam company I've ever dealt with. Doesn't do samples so you have to order a minimum quantity. The return fees are horrible. Can't return anything that has been opened so it's hard to tell if it will work. The items come in pieces. No telephone number to reach a live customer service representative. Need I say more??? -

I ordered over 200 different types of flowers from silkflowersfactory.com. The photos online looks pretty good, so I decided to go ahead and try out silk, admittedly, to save money. When the flowers arrived they were ALL very smashed and several of the heads were torn off. I immediately wanted to return the flowers due to poor quality, but the return policy is ridiculous and there are alot of charges associated. The customer service rep refused to accept that I was going to return the product, and informed me that I should hold the flowers over a boiling pot of water to fluff them up... 200 + flowers... really. Anyways the process is ongoing and I am just going to spend extra money to go with real flowers just to avoid the hassle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Go with a company that at least has a good return policty just in case. -

This place is a scam. Please be sure to read their refund policy on their website before ordering anything, that is where I went wrong. The flowers that are posted on their page look nothing like what they will send you. They are cheap and poor quality. They don't pay for you to return the flowers and they also charge a 20% restocking fee. I ended up wasting over $100. If only I had read these reviews before I ordered them! Frustrating! -

I ordered the silk rose petals (5 bags), 2 bags for favors, and silk roses for the cake. The silk roses were so mangled, they couldn't be used. The bags were too small for the favors. I was able to get fresh rose petals (in January no less!!) for a cheaper price. I sent back every thing but one bag of petals. Between the return shipping, their restock policy, so on and so forth, I didn't receive one penny in credit! What a joke! Never, never, never would recommend this company for anything!! -

Like many others.. I wish I had done research on Silkflowerfactory.com. They are absolutely horrible. I ordered calla lilies for my bridal and wedding party bouquets. The picture shown looked like they were fake, but totally acceptable for the price- when I received the package they were VERY VISIBLY foam... no amount of distance would fool anyone whether or not the flowers were fake. Not to mention, the mini calla lilies were completely smashed. Neither the regular size nor the minis looked ANYTHING like the picture. So before complaining I decided to double check if the description said anything about the flowers being foam (Listing has them described as "Fabric"). I had to click "more information" TWICE on the listing to find, at the very bottom, the flowers being described as "foam-like fabric."
What is worse, I bought the mini calla lilies on clearance (apparently for good reason) so the swindlers won't issue a refund for ANY reason. I would have to pay shipping back and it is recommended to pay extra for tracking because they will not issue a refund if the package is "lost."
They deliberately provided misleading photographs for the flowers and deliberately hid the ONLY information that HINTED at what poor quality the flowers were. Borderline criminal. And they are entirely unhelpful in the meantime. GO TO SAVE-ON-CRAFTS.COM FOR BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE.. it is worth the slightly higher price. -
