SSD is the best decision we made for our wedding. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Wedding planning is a marathon but Ashlee and her amazing team made me, my husband, and my parents feel supported the whole way through. I’m an organized person and I knew my vision but at the end of the day, there is just SO much to do, think through, and keep track of….enter SSD. They kept us on track, sourced wonderful vendors for us, provided advice and ultimately enabled us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. Ashlee truly felt like my fairy godmother. She was such a supportive, solution focused, detailed oriented person and I truly felt like she was dedicated in making my dream come true. Ashlee and all the lovely SSD ladies are truly the greatest and you won’t regret this decision!

On the day of our wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger or remind someone of anything. SSD made everything happen behind the scenes in such a seamless manner. Because of SSD, we were able to spend the whole time soaking up all the love and memories the day had to offer.

The dream team

WOW. I don't know where to start. Ashlee and her team are just incredible. We were lucky enough to work with Ashlee, Katie, & Sam throughout our initial wedding planning in early 2020, postponing our wedding celebration when COVID hit, planning an intimate wedding with our parents & siblings present, and finally celebrating at the reception of our dreams in June 2021.

I always thought that I would do all of the wedding planning and prep on my own, and was initially unsure about hiring a planner. I laugh looking back at that now, because I can honestly say that working with Ashlee & her team was the best, warmest, most personal experience I could have dreamed of having, and that they are so much more than wedding planners- alongside of all the logistical and design magic they worked, they also became shoulders to cry on, zoom and phone call partners to laugh with, and friends through it all.

They made this whole process a dream, and our postponed wedding reception was beyond beautiful and truly felt like "us." I can't recommend this dream team highly enough!

Best. Team. Ever.

As soon as Warren and I decided to get married, we knew we needed some help. I had been to weddings planned by SSD and knew Ashlee’s sister, so reached out. We hadn’t even announced our engagement to our family yet, but we hired our wedding planner. Since we were planning two weddings, a destination wedding in California and second reception back home in the Midwest, we knew we were going to need lots of help, and also knew we needed to like the helpers. We LOVE Ashlee and Katie. These girls went above and beyond every step of the way. They really form relationships with me, my family, and other vendors. After the first meeting with our California vendors you would have though everyone had worked together for years, and that really showed when it came time for the big days. Everyone who attended our destination wedding in California was in complete awe. One couple had gone to other destination weddings on the last year and said this was the best yet. The compliments didn’t stop there, people loved all of the little details that you typically don’t think of. These girls laugh with you, cry with you, and are dedicated to making sure every aspect of your day is perfect, and that’s exactly what they did.

My daughter and I thought we could plan this wedding by ourselves….boy were we mistaken! Thankfully we were connected with Ashlee Earlinger of Signed, Sealed Delivered Events…she and her staff TOTALLY saved the day! There are a million and one details and it would have made it ultra-difficult to enjoy the wedding had we been running around handling all these details. Ashlee and her staff kept us on track throughout the planning process and the day of our wedding event. Had we not hired Ashlee; Dana and I would have been putting out fires all day during the wedding and reception.
We will recommend Ashlee Earlinger of Signed, Sealed Delivered Events because they not only saved our day, they were spot on with recommendations and details we may have missed because we are not Wedding Experts! I was never the type of person who knew what they wanted "since I was a little girl"... quite frankly, I always turned to my mom and 3 sisters to help make the decisions for me! Shortly after my now husband proposed, one of my sisters got extremely sick and getting her healthy again was without a doubt our #1 priority. Knowing I did not want to burden my family with any silly wedding questions, I looked for help. My first meeting with a wedding planner was disappointing because "my budget wasn't big enough". Then I met Ashlee at Sign Sealed Delivered... she was so upbeat, realistic, and found ways to make ALL of my ideas possible. Without her, I wouldn't have found my amazing decorator! The entire day of my wedding, I kept looking at my mom saying "best decision ever" referring to Ashlee and team. My mom and sisters couldn't have agreed more! They made the entire day go flawlessly and ensured everything I requested was taken care of. Without them, there would have been so much more stress and many forgotten things. HIGHLY recommend the team at Sign Sealed Delivered, they do an AMAZING job!

From our first informational phone-call with Ashlee, we were thoroughly impressed with her attention to detail, her mastery of event planning and coordination, her warmth, and her excitement. Ashlee was absolutely amazing to work with. She created a custom package to our needs, and was instrumental in the months leading up to the wedding. To all the brides and grooms out there looking for a planner, read the rest of this and then stop looking, you’ve found your wedding planner. My now husband and I were planning and out of town wedding (we live in New York) and Ashlee was our eyes and ears on the ground in St. Louis, taking meetings with our vendors, organizing all our paperwork, creating our to do checklist, and helping us delegate tasks. Planning an out of town wedding is stressful, but working with Ashlee and her team enabled us to relax (or at least try to) leading up to and on our big day. One of the things we loved most about Ashlee was that she knew all of our vendors, or at least was familiar with them if she hadn’t worked with them directly before, and was so professional in her dealings with them. Leading up to the wedding, we had several phone calls where we talked through scheduling and details to make sure everyone was on the same page. Ashlee and her team helped us get the venue (Windows on Washington) ready the Friday before our wedding, and she was there every step of the way on Saturday. Countless family members came up to us during and after the event to provide positive feedback about Ashlee and her team, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful to her for helping pull together the best wedding day.

Working with Ashlee was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process, HANDS DOWN. I wouldn't consider myself a super planner and wanted to be the laid back kind of bride and Ashlee just had the perfect balance of her down to earth personality and bubbly excitement to remind me that laid back or not, this is such a fun and happy time regardless of the stressors. She handled everything from coordination with my vendors down to ALWAYS answering my texts to give me her advice on the smallest details. My husband also loved Ashlee as well. That was one thing that really stood out for me about Ashlee. A lot of our vendors throughout the process seemed to direct all questions and conversations to and didn't involve my husband. Ashlee wanted Jon to feel included and has made several comments since our wedding that he doesn't know what we would have done without Ashlee. She is all around a really great person, and a great wedding planner. She has also worked with a lot of other vendors before so her great connections and personality makes the vendor coordination go more smoothly as well. She's a gem and worth every penny.

Everyone needs someone like Ashlee Erlinger on her wedding day! She is everything you want a wedding planner to be and more...I had no worries and no stress on my wedding day because I knew that everything was going to be taken care of. Ashlee was AMAZING to work with! She was on top of everything and VERY organized! We hired her for Day of Coordination, but she does so much more than that! I love that she stayed in touch with me along the way to ensure I was getting things done. She did a great job recommending vendors and how to handle certain wedding tasks and offered ideas. She did a great job handling things behind the scenes that I had no idea what was going on. If you want to be assured that everything will go well for your wedding, HIRE ASHLEE! I would recommend her over and over again! She is so sweet and passionate about what she does. Her bubbly, vibrant, and loving personality was recognized by my wedding party and guests!

I am active duty Air Force and my fiance and I moved to Hawaii about 1 month after we got engaged. We had the difficulty of being far from family, far from where we were getting married and we were 6 hours time difference behind everyone else in St Louis. Needless to say, I needed some help making a wedding come together and happen. I found Ashlee as a recommendation from a friend of a friend and I knew I was so lucky to have found her right off the bat. I could call/text/email her at any time of the day or night and she would respond asap, she took care of any need I had right away and I always knew I could call her if I was starting to feel overwhelmed, stressed or just down right sad that I was planning my wedding from so far away from my family. She became more of a friend AND a wedding planner. She knew what we wanted our wedding day to look like/feel like/etc. and she did everything she could to make that happen. Every single detail Ashlee had an answer to. Ashlee is just truly a good person and would do anything to help any of her brides. On our wedding day, it was the most laid back, relaxed, stress free day. I did not have one person coming up to me asking me where this or that was or what to do, Ashlee always intercepted them and answered everything right away. My groom, my parents and I were all absolutely stress free. The day went wonderfully and, as cliche as it may sound, it was everything we could have ever imagined our wedding to be. None of it would have happened or came together so gracefully without Ashlee and I know that her and I will remain friends in the future. Any bride getting married in St Louis, I can assure you that you will not find a more caring, sweet, hardworking and focused wedding planner and she will make your wedding perfect. We could not have made our daughter's wedding of her dreams come true without Ashlee! From referring vendors and dealing with the contracts in the beginning of the planning to the cleanup of the reception after it was all over, Ashlee was there. It's goes without saying, but the name is legit! We could not have asked for a better person to make our day wonderful. Ashlee made us feel like royalty. At no point did we have to ask for anything. She was there throughout and made every step of the day effortless. From the first time we sat down til we realized it was almost over, she let us escape and feel like we were floating. I don't know how to put into words of how helpful you have been for us! You made everything so stress free and out of everything that was going to happen that day, that was by biggest fear...being stressed. But I wasn't! You made that possible! We had 2 years of planning come to life on our big day. You made the details of what we discussed come alive on our day. That meant a lot to us! You had walked us through everything we needed to see, hear, taste...everything to make our day memorable for us and our guests. Having you there to work with vendors for me was a huge relief. You had our back 110% all the way. Even just days before the wedding when I had to get my dress taken out due to my medical emergency and you knew exactly who to call and what to do!! Ashlee (AKA Signed Sealed Delivered Events) made not only my wedding day perfect, but my entire year of planning ENJOYABLE! How many brides can say that? Probably all of the brides who chose Ashlee at SSD!! She immediately won my fiancé over when we went for our consultation and since day 1 she made us feel special, and had every single detail taken care of. She even had champagne and glasses ready for me and all my family to celebrate the day I bought my wedding dress!!!! I cant imagine going through that process with anyone else besides her. Every vendor she recommended to us was spot on and did a wonderful job. She saved us so much time and made our day (as Ashlee would say) "MAGICAL". Without Ashlee my wedding would never have turned out as magical as it did! She guided me through some rough patches all along the process from our very first meeting (before I had even signed a contract). From typos in vendor emails, through a reception venue coordinator change, changing the date, finding out the groom would be moving before the wedding to a different state, to all the last minuet little details, she was there with me the whole way. Without Ashlee I would have been a very stressed out and extremely emotional Bride-to-Be, however, she helped me keep my cool, stay on track, and she pulled off the most magical day of my life. Hire her now it will be the best thing you do for yourself and your wedding.

Simply the BEST! Ashlee was so in-tuned to what we wanted our day to be. She was hands-on from the moment we got engaged to the "I Do's" and beyond! Ashlee listened to what we wanted and with some tweaking and a little SSD magic, she created the most perfect day that was far beyond our expectations. She was ALWAYS available whether it be a time-line detail or a full-on bride breakdown. We are so incredibly grateful to have been lucky enough to have Ashlee as the fairy godmother of our wedding! We were fortunate to have Ashlee as our wedding planner-but she was so much more than that. We met with her shortly after becoming engaged to tell her how we imagined our special day feeling and looking. Ashlee listened to each detail we mentioned from colors, to patterns, centerpieces we've seen, stories about "this girl I know did this", songs we like, time of year, etc. Ashlee took all of our ideas, tossed in a bit of her own flair (totally welcomed of course), and created the PERFECT wedding. She was there EVERY step of the way. From selecting bridesmaids dresses, cake tasting, and venue shopping to the inevitable panics, timelines and "that's your cue!" She is very involved, caring, generous and present to ensure your day is perfectly magical.

Ashlee made my entire wedding experience hassle free from start to finish. I was one of those brides who wanted to do a lot of the initial planning details myself. I booked my venue, florist, bought my dress and picked out invitations before I even contacted Ashlee and SSD. It’s the little details new brides just aren’t aware of or forget to do that Ashlee excels at. She and I had many phone call planning meetings before actually meeting in person. When we did meet, it was like she was an old friend who I was having coffee and discussing my wedding plans with. She was not your ordinary vendor and treated me like I was her most important client! She is super organized and even dedicated an entire binder/notebook to your wedding. You can always email call or text her and she gets back to within minutes. Knowing exactly what I wanted for certain things and then being clueless for others, Ashlee was there to help in every single way. On the day of my wedding, I relied on Ashlee and her assistant Jen so much. If they had not been there, the day would not have gone the way we wanted. It wasn’t until after our wedding I learned the things that went “wrong” but I would have never guessed that on wedding day. The peace of mind she gives is amazing in itself but I can honestly say that I now have a great friend to relive my wedding day with! Do yourself a favor and check out SSD and Ashlee. You will not be disappointed.

Working with Ashlee was delightful! After shopping for engagement photo attire, I was in a car accident on my way to meet her. When I called to say I would be delayed, she drove right over to rescue me and the clothes I purchased for The engagement photos. And, because I could not drive my car, she delivered the clothes to my daughter's home in St. Louis. I believe this extra effort was truly beyond the call of duty.

Always ready with guidance and suggestions, Ashlee keeps the wedding planning moving right along. Her imagination is endless and her ability to quickly problem solve any situation is amazing. I highly recommend Signed Sealed Delivered Events for any event planning, but most especially a wedding. Ashlee, after working together for 18 months, I will miss your emails and our chats!

Ashlee and the Signed Sealed and Delivered Events team was a great addition to my wonderful wedding. She helped me find the vendors that fit my personality and my vision, kept me more organized than I ever thought, was on the same page with me and even gave me ideas that I didn't know I had. Ashlee was great with everything from planning, organizing, understanding my crazy family and friends, I couldn't have asked for a better planner for my wonderful day. Whatever your budget they can help, they can keep you on track and make sure everything goes off without a hiccup. The communication between Ashlee and the bride is wonderful, text, call, email any time about any question and she always has an answer. Ashlee and Brittani were amazing to work with! They were with us for the final three months leading up to the wedding and really helped me get organized. They gave me detailed to do lists and they took care of a multitude of items that would have stressed me out in the end. I loved how organized they were, it made the planning so much easier and fun!! Having both for the day of the rehearsal and the wedding was a godsend!! Everything ran smoothly, my husband and I did not not have to worry about anything! It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to and I was able to sit back and enjoy it because of the expertise of Signed, Sealed, Delivered Events!!! You will be so happy you made the decision to go with this great group of woman! They are so sweet and truly want your wedding to be your most perfect day!

My day went according to plan because of Ashlee! We hired her for month-of confirmation with vendors and day-of coordination. She took the headache out of confirming with everyone in the busy weeks before the wedding which allowed me more time to focus on details. Also, her coordination on the day of our wedding allowed me to spend time with my friends and family instead of running around trying to get organized. That to me is priceless!

Simply put, Ashley was our rock! She and her team made everything that seemed overwhelming simple and easy. Ashley is a driven professional and the results she and her team produced for us were amazing. You will be hard-pressed to find anyone more courteous and considerate. Ashlee is perfection, which is exhibited in her innate ability to craft an elegant and classy event for any occasion. She pays close attention to detail and thinks of everything from start to finish, communicating closely throughout the process. Our ten year wedding anniversary was perfect and our guests were very impressed. Ashlee selected exquisite flower arrangements and set up very beautiful candle centerpieces. She took all of the planning stress away, coordinating the timing and sending custom invitations to our guests. She has impeccable taste and I fully recommend her for your next celebration. Ashlee, Lynn, and the entire SSD team did a great job with my wedding reception! I wasn't looking for full day of coordination, but rather someone to set up my reception and make my vision come to life. The SSD team did a great job making that happen! Ashlee customized a "set-up" and "clean-up" package for me that was very affordable and Lynn made it all come together flawlessly! As a bride it's already hard enough to get hair and makeup done along with making sure your wedding party is where they need to be on the day of the wedding. Having SSD events set up my reception was the best decision I made! No stress at all! They followed all of my overly detailed instructions on how I wanted the tables and decor to look and did a great job! The entire team is very nice and easy to communicate with; I highly recommend them!

Ashlee Erlinger and her team at Signed Sealed Delivered Events are without a doubt a Bride’s dream come true. I found Ashlee by searching online and I still to this day cannot believe how lucky I got to work with someone that is so passionate about weddings, love and sparkle. From the minute my mom and I met her she made both of us so comfortable and just downright excited to get planning! I was one of few brides that had never attended a wedding. Ashlee had her hands full with me and she met my every expectation tenfold. My husband and I paid for the wedding ourselves and Ashlee was so conscious about our budget while still giving us a creative, modern and fun twist to our Winter Wonderland themed wedding. For a Bride with no idea how to navigate the wedding journey, Ashlee made it a breeze. She has connected with so many vendors and incredibly talented people. She worked flawlessly with CompleteWeDo STL, Unique Moments, Epic Entertainment, SweetSinSations, Grand Rental and BelleCourt while making sure I was up to date on everything. She was so conscious about our busy lives and I felt so informed and in control without having to make the calls or find people myself. Ashlee really takes in all of her Brides as a best friend and gives them the special, loving experience that every Bride deserves. Even when I couldn’t see the vision, Ashlee had so much of my trust that my husband and I knew we could put everything in her hands and the day we saw our wedding layout I was literally brought to tears. Ashlee could not have made me and my guests more stunned at how beautifully she transformed my venue. She really embraced my husband and me and truly wanted to make our love shine in every aspect of our ceremony and reception space. She brought every snowflake, every crystal and every light to life. I can not say enough great things about SSDE!! Ashlee helped us go from a very stress inducing and unprofessional planner experience (with our old planner) to our dream wedding in 4 months! It was a huge undertaking, but she made it seem easy as pie! Ashlee did so much for us, from reassuring me that all my random wants were going to go together great to staying late into the wee hours of the morning to clean up! She jumped on our crazy country wedding band wagon and gave us great ideas as well as helped us really figure out how we would make it all work. She had great vendor suggestions and worked seamlessly with the ones we already had lined up. I truly believe that our wedding was important to her and that she made it a priority for us to feel special! She allowed us and all our guests to have a super fun day with no worries! She's also sweet, fun, and very down to earth! She is the FULL package!

Ashlee is AMAZING!!!! Me and my fiancé absolutely loved her, she was so amazing to us and made everything so easy for us. She listened and paid attention to every detail and was able to make our dream wedding come true. She was there throughout the whole process helping us to make those hard decisions, meeting with vendors, helping to keep us happy and make the whole process stress free. She listened to what we wanted and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I cannot express how grateful we are to her for everything she did for us. She has the best personality ever, and is so easy to talk to. I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone.

Best last-minute decision I ever made! I hadn't originally budgeted for a Day of Planner, but there is so much I would have missed in the details if I had not hired one! Ashlee Erlinger took away all the stress and really took charge! She also gave me peace of mind so I could fully enjoy one of the biggest days of my life!

Ashlee is absolutely fabulous! I have had the pleasure of knowing Ashlee for over 25 years and she has always been an extremely creative and talented individual. Signed Sealed Delivered events can make your wedding dreams a reality. I would have been lost without Ashlee in my corner while planning my New Year's Eve wedding. Signed sealed delivered events is amazing!!! I work full time and wanted a wedding that was perfect but barely had time to do anything!

Ashlee and her team helped with emails to keep me on track, checklists, taking things off my plate that they could accomplish for me. Superior customer service, I truly believe she was just as much if not more concerned about every detail as my maid of honor.... The sister I never had!! I will be forever greatful!

My wedding was planned in less than four months. Beginning to end. As we approached the end of month one, we needed help! Ashlee stepped in and made our magical wedding possible! Once we bonded over our obsession with sparkle and glitter, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Ashlee is reliable, a great communicator, organized and put my mind as ease. I trusted her immediately and let her take control of the details. She assisted in coordinating the rehearsal dinner and the all day wedding festivities. Both were huge events with tons of details and over 100 people at each. Throughout all the planning, Ashlee always made herself available and spent extra time putting final touches on everything.

Ashlee has been a God send!!! We have been so lucky to have met her. She has the greatest knowledge of the "Do's and Dont's" of a wedding to help out any couple. We were recommended to Ashlee by my daughter's friend. I was unsure if we needed a wedding planner, but we sure did! Ashlee guided us with her experience from different vendors, giving us tips, and helping us with the personal family touches we wanted for our only daughter's wedding. Ashlee made the day stress free for us, not having to worry about things showing up on time. She kept the timeline right on the clock which is a big help with day packed full of activities. When I became ill due to a medical condition, she kept the celebration going and the bride (my daughter) did not know I was experiencing health problems. Ashlee was fantastic and everyone could see she enjoyed her work. Always great to have another smile present. Thank you, Ashlee.

Ashlee is amazing! Our wedding was everything we could've hoped for and more. She was by our side helping us from the very start and even after the wedding. She truly becomes involved in your life and does everything she can do to make sure your wedding is everything you ever dreamed of. Even when we encountered little dilemmas along the way, Ashlee always stayed calm and figured out a way to solve the problem. My fiance and I had rather busy schedules, but she did a great job of keeping us organized and making sure even the smallest details we thought of came to life. Without Ashlee, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was, and we are so grateful for all of her help and hard work over the last 18 months!
