SSD is the best decision we made for our wedding. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Wedding planning is a marathon but Ashlee and her amazing team made me, my husband, and my parents feel supported the whole way through. I’m an organized person and I knew my vision but at the end of the day, there is just SO much to do, think through, and keep track of….enter SSD. They kept us on track, sourced wonderful vendors for us, provided advice and ultimately enabled us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. Ashlee truly felt like my fairy godmother. She was such a supportive, solution focused, detailed oriented person and I truly felt like she was dedicated in making my dream come true. Ashlee and all the lovely SSD ladies are truly the greatest and you won’t regret this decision!

On the day of our wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger or remind someone of anything. SSD made everything happen behind the scenes in such a seamless manner. Because of SSD, we were able to spend the whole time soaking up all the love and memories the day had to offer.

WOW. I don't know where to start. Ashlee and her team are just incredible. We were lucky enough to work with Ashlee, Katie, & Sam throughout our initial wedding planning in early 2020, postponing our wedding celebration when COVID hit, planning an intimate wedding with our parents & siblings present, and finally celebrating at the reception of our dreams in June 2021.

I always thought that I would do all of the wedding planning and prep on my own, and was initially unsure about hiring a planner. I laugh looking back at that now, because I can honestly say that working with Ashlee & her team was the best, warmest, most personal experience I could have dreamed of having, and that they are so much more than wedding planners- alongside of all the logistical and design magic they worked, they also became shoulders to cry on, zoom and phone call partners to laugh with, and friends through it all.

They made this whole process a dream, and our postponed wedding reception was beyond beautiful and truly felt like "us." I can't recommend this dream team highly enough!

As soon as Warren and I decided to get married, we knew we needed some help. I had been to weddings planned by SSD and knew Ashlee’s sister, so reached out. We hadn’t even announced our engagement to our family yet, but we hired our wedding planner. Since we were planning two weddings, a destination wedding in California and second reception back home in the Midwest, we knew we were going to need lots of help, and also knew we needed to like the helpers. We LOVE Ashlee and Katie. These girls went above and beyond every step of the way. They really form relationships with me, my family, and other vendors. After the first meeting with our California vendors you would have though everyone had worked together for years, and that really showed when it came time for the big days. Everyone who attended our destination wedding in California was in complete awe. One couple had gone to other destination weddings on the last year and said this was the best yet. The compliments didn’t stop there, people loved all of the little details that you typically don’t think of. These girls laugh with you, cry with you, and are dedicated to making sure every aspect of your day is perfect, and that’s exactly what they did.

Ashlee and her team did an unbelievable job planning and executing our
son’s wedding to his long time love. Ashlee is a true experienced professional that provided perfect advice, did not forget one detail, and who made the entire day’s events run seamlessly and absolutely perfect! We did not have to worry about a thing on our son’s special day!

My daughter and I thought we could plan this wedding by ourselves….boy were we mistaken! Thankfully we were connected with Ashlee Earlinger of Signed, Sealed Delivered Events…she and her staff TOTALLY saved the day! There are a million and one details and it would have made it ultra-difficult to enjoy the wedding had we been running around handling all these details. Ashlee and her staff kept us on track throughout the planning process and the day of our wedding event. Had we not hired Ashlee; Dana and I would have been putting out fires all day during the wedding and reception.

I was never the type of person who knew what they wanted "since I was a little girl"... quite frankly, I always turned to my mom and 3 sisters to help make the decisions for me! Shortly after my now husband proposed, one of my sisters got extremely sick and getting her healthy again was without a doubt our #1 priority. Knowing I did not want to burden my family with any silly wedding questions, I looked for help. My first meeting with a wedding planner was disappointing because "my budget wasn't big enough". Then I met Ashlee at Sign Sealed Delivered... she was so upbeat, realistic, and found ways to make ALL of my ideas possible. Without her, I wouldn't have found my amazing decorator! From our first informational phone-call with Ashlee, we were thoroughly impressed with her attention to detail, her mastery of event planning and coordination, her warmth, and her excitement. Ashlee was absolutely amazing to work with. She created a custom package to our needs, and was instrumental in the months leading up to the wedding. To all the brides and grooms out there looking for a planner, read the rest of this and then stop looking, you’ve found your wedding planner. My now husband and I were planning and out of town wedding (we live in New York) and Ashlee was our eyes and ears on the ground in St. Louis, taking meetings with our vendors, organizing all our paperwork, creating our to do checklist, and helping us delegate tasks. Planning an out of town wedding is stressful, but working with Ashlee and her team enabled us to relax (or at least try to) leading up to and on our big day. One of the things we loved most about Ashlee was that she knew all of our vendors, or at least was familiar with them if she hadn’t worked with them directly before, and was so professional in her dealings with them. Leading up to the wedding, we had several phone calls where we talked through scheduling and details to make sure everyone was on the same page. Ashlee and her team helped us get the venue (Windows on Washington) ready the Friday before our wedding, and she was there every step of the way on Saturday. Countless family members came up to us during and after the event to provide positive feedback about Ashlee and her team, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful to her for helping pull together the best wedding day.

This is your wedding planner! Hands down, no other choice in the matter, she is the best!

Working with Ashlee was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process, HANDS DOWN. I wouldn't consider myself a super planner and wanted to be the laid back kind of bride and Ashlee just had the perfect balance of her down to earth personality and bubbly excitement to remind me that laid back or not, this is such a fun and happy time regardless of the stressors. She handled everything from coordination with my vendors down to ALWAYS answering my texts to give me her advice on the smallest details. My husband also loved Ashlee as well. That was one thing that really stood out for me about Ashlee. A lot of our vendors throughout the process seemed to direct all questions and conversations to and didn't involve my husband. Ashlee wanted Jon to feel included and has made several comments since our wedding that he doesn't know what we would have done without Ashlee. She is all around a really great person, and a great wedding planner. She has also worked with a lot of other vendors before so her great connections and personality makes the vendor coordination go more smoothly as well. She's a gem and worth every penny.
