We hired David Grimm as our DJ for our wedding and it was a fantastic experience. From the start he was super responsive, professional, and attentive to our requests. He personally mixed our first dance song into something my wife and I truly loved. For the 1-month out details, he was very organized getting everything he needed to us in a timely manner. And most importantly on the night of our wedding we was the perfect DJ to vibe with the crowd and keep the party going! He paid special attention to the songs we wanted to play throughout the night while mixing in his own creative elements that made our night feel truly magical!
He is the kind of DJ I would love to interact with as a guest at a wedding, and he is the perfect DJ I could not recommend more to work with if you are planning your wedding! -

To sum it up simply: DJ Dave gave it his all and made for an absolutely electric party! From the moment that we started to interact with him, he was all in on us, what we wanted, and what he felt was best. Dave was so easy to talk to and ready to give us everything we ask for. He is extremely professional and even went out of his way to scope out our venue for the best spot to put his DJ set so that he was right where he needed to be for a good party. Him and his assistant came right on time for the party and made it a seemless experience. In our conversations, we encourage DJ Dave to have fun with his sets, and boy did he lean into it. He came out with his drums, spun tunes that the whole crowd would engage with, and overall really made it an incredible night. I am still getting comments from everyone about just how fun the dancing and the DJ were. If you need someone that understands a crowd, need a DJ with experience in multicultural weddings, and want someone who is professional, reliable, and overall an amazing time, DJ Dave is your guy. We really can't thank him enough for an unforgettable evening! -

David did an incredible job as our DJ. Going into the process I wasn’t really sure what would make a wedding DJ good or not. As musicians and music nerds, my husband and I very much cared what got played and wanted to choose our music, not have someone putting on whatever is popular right now. In hindsight, I can see so many ways David specifically helped make our day awesome:
David was very communicative and gave us plenty of options in the planning process. If we had any questions or concerns he was quick to answer. We asked about photobooths and he gave us a digital option and a print option with pricing up front.
We had David running sound for our pre ceremony and ceremony, then we had a jazz band for cocktail hour, and then back to David for the reception. Everything flowed seamlessly, everyone could hear our vows, it was great. All of the speeches were easy to hear too.
My husband and I are musicians and he convinced us that we should perform a song at our wedding. He handled the sound and microphones so all we had to do was bring our guitars. Everyone said the sound was great. We were both so glad we did it.
He had us make different playlists for the reception and the dinner and the pre ceremony and send them ahead of time, and we definitely made overlong playlists and that were rather eclectic. At our wedding, it was very clear that he had spent time going through them and actually understood us and our sort of musical identity. We knew that not every song would be played and I had intended to make a list of my “must plays” but never got around to it. Turns out I didn’t need to, because he just intuited all my favorites from the [over six hours long] list! We have a handful of songs we would consider “our songs” and he played every one of them. I have two tattoos for songs (which he did not know about) and he played them back to back during dinner. It was seriously magical. There were songs I loved that I knew were a little random and maybe unlikely to be played, but he worked them in. Yes, I actually got to hear The Hands That Thieve by Streetlight Manifesto at my wedding.
For our pre ceremony music we had a number of acoustic legend of zelda covers, some classical music, and some instrumental anime music. There’s a tradition to bury a bottle of bourbon upside down a month before your wedding to ward off rain on your wedding day. We went to dig up our bottle and the very first song David played as we started digging was the song of storms, which is a song you play to start rain, from video games that came out over 20 years ago. It was BRILLIANT.
For the ceremony, I wanted to make sure the song I walked down the aisle to (Rachmaninoff’s 18th variation on a theme of Paganini) got at least to a certain point before cutting out, and David made it happen.
For our entrances, we picked out a song for our bridesmaids to walk in to, a song for the groomsmen, and a song for us. We wanted our song to start at a very specific moment, which I had described as something like, “1:11 from the end, the static right before the piano comes in” and he got it exactly right. The crowd went wild.
Both of our aisle songs and our entrance song had to be recorded from spotify (I’m guessing they were obscure enough to not be available for purchase) and he sent us the files ahead of time to make sure everything was correct. It was.
On our RSVPs we had taken song requests and anything we didn’t hate went on our reception playlist as an option. But somehow he avoided the songs we didn’t really care about and only played things we really wanted to hear. We told him we did not want people to just go up and make open requests. One of my bridesmaids went to request a song and his initial response was no requests, but when they confirmed the song she wanted to hear was on our approved playlist, he did play it. This was the only exception of sorts and exactly what I would’ve wanted to happen in that scenario. He also didn’t let people randomly take over the microphone either. My husband’s cousin ran the shoe game for us and he didn’t hand it over until he was sure she was supposed to have it.
Sometime during the dance party bit, David came and asked us if there was anything we hadn’t heard yet that we wanted to hear, which was good because we hadn’t heard the pokemon theme song yet. A little later on he asked if I had a final song in mind. Every millennial wedding I’ve been to recently had ended with Mr. Brightside, but he had already played it, so I was totally blanking on ideas. He said that was fine, he’d find something good. He ended up picking Blue Dahlia by The Gaslight Anthem, which was again not the popular choice but one of my favorite songs of all time. It was perfect.
All throughout the night, he kept the energy up and the dance floor never seemed to empty. We were told by multiple vendors it is highly unusual to have so many people stay at a wedding so long, and we had many older people come tell us that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to, and that is probably for multiple reasons, but David was definitely one of them.

We hired Signature Talent to serve as the DJ and MC of our wedding reception in Leesburg, VA at Rose Hill. We worked with DJ Eric and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Before the event, Eric was flexible and met with us a few times to ensure he understood our vision and how we wanted the night to turn out. Day of, he was prompt, knew the venue well, and ran with our vision creating a perfect evening. He read the room well and turned over songs when the dance floor started to die down. The setup he brought was professional and sounded great.
Overall, couldn't ask for a better experience with a wedding vendor. -

David was an awesome DJ and great to work with. He made the whole process easy, fun, and relaxing. I never had to worry for a second about the music. We had an absolute blast dancing throughout the whole reception and all the guests were dancing and having a great time. He worked with a saxophonist, Fred, who I would also highly recommend.
I can't say enough positive things about the experience I had at my wedding with David at the helm of the music. If you're looking for a great DJ for your wedding, David is your guy. -

I cannot say enough about David Grimm. He made the entire process from booking until our sending song seamless and unforgettable. I asked about a week before the wedding if David could use an instrumental track for a song I wanted to sing for my husband at the wedding. He did one better, he took the original movie track and just removed the vocals, making it much more authentic and special. This man even modulated the song for me within 30 seconds for a performance at the ceremony, because my voice was a little hoarse. He played nothing that we had not personally chosen, listened to us throughout the evening, and kept a pulse on the ceremony and reception to adjust for everything. I cannot thank David enough for his hard work in making that day the best of our lives. -

We knew we wanted to hire Signature Talent LLC after our first conversation with Dave Grimm, and after we talked to DJ Ruben, we didn't hesitate to sign the dotted line. DJ Ruben was such a wonderful focal point of our wedding party - he kept the beat going all night and adapted the music to the crowd's interests as the night went on. I appreciate him fielding four - yes four! - separate requests for The Killers' Mr. Brightside from our friends. Our friends and family raved about how great the music was. We can also attest to how great Dave is because our friends who got married weeks before us had him DJ their wedding!

10/10 would recommend! Our coordinator recommended David Grimm, who was friendly and knowledgeable, but mentioned he wasn’t available for our wedding date. He connected us with DJ Eric, who knocked it out of the park. We connected with Eric on video calls several times before the wedding, which were all productive and enthusiastic meetings. He made sure all of our criteria was met for the wedding, and offered great advice and input. Overall he was a pleasure to work with, and we had an unforgettable day. -

Can’t imagine a better DJ and a better party!
We hired Dave for our New Year’s eve wedding and it was incredible! He kept the party going until we were kicked out at exactly 12:30am lol. He was easy to work with, communicated well, made the wedding feel seamless, and above all he made our wedding feel so special. He even coordinated a stringed duo at our request for our ceremony they were great too. We’ve recommended him to all our friends who are getting married locally in the next few years. If you need a DJ/MC for your wedding, then I would highly recommend David. He spent a generous amount of time understanding what we wanted, interacting with our other vendors, asking us important questions we didn't even think of, and making sure we felt comfortable well before the week of the wedding. He is a talented musician, has a deep understanding of acoustics, and will ensure that everything goes as planned (and if it doesn't he has multiple backup plans in place). He reads crowds incredibly well and I had multiple guests make comments about that in particular.
Lastly, we contracted a colleague of his, Fred Vaughan, to play saxophone throughout both cocktail hour and the reception, and he did a phenomenal job. David would often come out onto the dance floor with a drum, along with Fred, and they brought incredible energy to the room.

He brought a ton of energy to the reception as emcee, and he was very funny. We hired DJ Mark of Signature Talent LLC for our October 2025 wedding, and we are so glad that we did! From the first meeting with DJ Mark, we instantly felt comfortable. He listened to our thoughts on the kind of music we wanted and vibe we were going for, and also had helpful suggestions. He was communicative via email and was agreeable to do quick meetings with us when requested. He did the music and audio for our whole wedding day, was our MC, and provided uplighting and dance floor lighting. He was also super flexible, as we last minute hired a saxophone player to play alongside him. He didn't bat an eye to the last minute change and he and the sax player worked together seamlessly. DJ Mark kept the dance floor alive the whole night and we had so many compliments about his energy and music selection.

My now husband and I are so happy we chose David as our DJ!
He was very responsive, listened to our requests, and also made great suggestions. It helped that he was a preferred vendor with our venue at Raspberry Plain Manor. When the venue coordinator and day of coordinator heard we were working with him, the first thing responded with was "Yes! We love working with David! He's awesome!" The guests also loved him!
We had a Vietnamese tea ceremony which he did a great job facilitating. We had nearly everyone on the dance floor, even the elderly! The uplights he provided were also a great touch. Thank you DJ David Grimm! You and your team were such a pleasure to work with! -

Signature Talent LLC were a wonderful group to work with. David Grimm the owner was extremely responsive and supportive as we were planning our dance party on the Mezzanine of the Line Hotel. The venue imposed sound restrictions which we weren't made aware of until after we signed on, but David and Ruben (who DJ our event) really worked with us and the venue to find a reasonable solution. The first call we had with Dave was the moment I knew we found the right company for our wedding DJ. Dave was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and got to know us so he could find the right DJ to bring our wedding to life. DJ Dave was great! He made us feel at ease from our first zoom meeting. He is a true professional with lots of experience. He was extremely responsive to any email I sent. Our wedding guests kept the dance floor packed because of DJ Dave. One particular example of his professionalism is one of the guests asked to play a song that was not on our playlist. DJ Dave told the guest that he would have to check with me (the bride) to see if it was okay. My friend came to ask me if it was okay and I said, "sure, it isn't a song I would pick, but if you like it, go for it!" My friend told DJ Dave I gave the green light to play the song, but DJ Dave took it one step further - he came to find me to double check that I was okay with the song. I thought it was really awesome that he cared enough to ask. I had spent monthssssss putting together our wedding playlist, so I really appreciated that he respected our taste and wanted to be sure he did not play a song that we wouldn't enjoy. DJ David Grimm was simply amazing! He worked with us to compile the perfect setlist for our cocktail hour and reception. He even put together a version of our first dance to ensure it met our requests--it was so lovely. Dave is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He also has connections with several musicians and offered to include them in our special day. Dave kept the dance floor packed the whole night. The variety of music and timing was perfect. When we were looking for a DJ for our wedding reception, we found a DJ that we were interested in and seemed awesome. That DJ was not available for our date, but he referred us to David and said that David DJ'd his wedding! We were intrigued and asked him for a call.
We owe part of the success of our wedding reception night to David. He was the third DJ we interviewed and knew that we liked him immediately when he said he also plays the Dhol (an indian drum). Well, he played the Dhol so well, that my mom thought he was Indian! He was very easy to talk to and told us to start working on our playlists early and how many songs we needed. He also called us to make sure he pronounced correctly the people he was introducing.
David is a professional and we are very happy with his command of the dance floor and his ability as an MC. -

Dave was simply amazing to work with. Wedding planning can be stressful, but from the time we hired him as our DJ, the music/MC-ing/Audio portion of the wedding was no longer a concern. He certainly knows his music and was able to feed off of our suggestions to cultivate a perfect playlist for not only the reception, but the cocktail hour and ceremony as well. We even gave him a last-minute change to the itinerary during our reception, which he handled without hesitation. Dave was a fantastic DJ from start to finish on our wedding day. He has a great sense for how to keep things flowing smoothly, both in terms of speeches and toasts, as well as with the dance floor. Dave got the party started quickly after our group photo, just like we wanted, and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night. When things started to ebb, he picked the right songs to get people back and bopping on the dance floor. Our guests also very much enjoyed the photo booth, and it was lovely laughing at all the silly photos the next day.

DJ Mark of Signature Talent LLC was the perfect DJ for our wedding! One of the things my husband was adamant about was having our reception be a huge party, and he wanted people to dance all night long. We sent Mark some songs that we like (just so he can get a sense of our style) and told him that we wanted people to be on the dance floor. His music made the dance floor FULL the WHOLE NIGHT! Everyone was dancing and having so much fun (even the older folks and young children)! He gauged how our guests were responding to different songs and changed it up frequently so people were always engaged. We had multiple guests come up to us and say that Mark was the best DJ they've ever seen, and that our wedding was the most fun one they've ever been to. This is all thanks to Mark and his talent! David was amazing from the beginning and very helpful and ready to provide all his knowledge and experience to help us navigate planning and executing our wedding. He made himself available around our hectic schedule for video and phone calls to iron out timeline and playlist decisions. Day of he was on time and ready and eager to get set up and was prepared for any eventuality (in our case there was the looming threat of rain). The photo booth was set up and placed in a great location and we are so happy so many guests used it. We had great service with Signature Talent LLC - our DJ was DJ Mark and he did a great job. Really flexible, understanding, and capable of working on the fly. Everyone at the wedding reception had a fantastic time and we had many compliments about the music. He was able to coordinate with the hotel for parking, etc, so we didn't have to worry very much. Really no complaints, very pleased! Would recommend. -

He was incredibly easy to talk to, always punctual, has an amazing knowledge of music, super respectful, and overall a great person.
