Dance floor was poppin all night!
Michael & Durell helped make our wedding dance party so fun and full of life! Michael brought people out to the dance floor and helped everyone get in the mood to groove and sing out the songs. DJ Durell read the room flawlessly and the songs were hit after hit, honestly minimal to no lulls on the dance floor. And Michael was dancing 1:1 with people, in groups, and even a dance off with my little nephews!
I saw Signature Events do a friend’s Halloween party a few years ago and then 4 years later when I was planning my wedding I knew I had to have them there! The planning process and meetings leading up to the event were so helpful as well. I could see the care and intention Michael had for our event and also wanted to get to know us too to create best experience possible.

Rain or shine we had a great time!!!
We absolutely loved having Michael & Tre at our wedding! From start to finish, they were professional, upbeat, and so much fun. One of the highlights of the night was how DJ Micheal didn’t just stay behind the booth —he came out and danced with our guests, which really helped keep the energy high and got everyone out on the dance floor.
We also had some unexpected weather changes, and they handled everything with total flexibility and calm. The setup was adjusted seamlessly, and you’d never have known there was a hiccup at all. The music selection was perfect, transitions were smooth, and the whole night flowed beautifully.
Our guests are still talking about how fun the party was, and that’s all thanks to Signature EventX! If you’re looking for a DJ who truly connects with your crowd and rolls with whatever the day brings, look no further!

These guys are truly the best in the business!!! They kept the party going all night long!! They were super responsive to the crowd and kept the vibes up the whole night!! They were super flexible and met every request we had whether it was a song an adjustment in timeline or random hiccups throughout the night!! Michael and DJ Derell were awesome to work with! They are an amazing duo and a perfect choice for any wedding or event.
They made the entire process so easy, taking the time to get to know us and asking all the right questions to understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding.
The only recommendation I’d make is to ensure that the MC (Michael) stays in sync with the photographer and planner throughout the day. Before the ceremony started, Michael addressed the crowd and told the guests to stand as the bride passed their row. While the intention was good, it caused some confusion among the guests and resulted in an inconsistent photo gallery (some guests were standing and some were not). It seemed like this wasn’t communicated to the photographer ahead of time. While it came from a good place, better coordination would have made this moment smoother as we hoped for a more traditional bridal entrance where all guests stand as the bride enters.

Without a doubt Signature Eventx was the absolute best choice of Dj we could have ever imagined for our daughter’s wedding. She wanted a party and that is exactly what Michael and his crew provided. Working with Michael from day one was such a pleasure and the man most definitely came through with his promises. He was a flat out hoot out on that dance floor I tell ya…the dance floor he kept full the entire night. He interacted with our guests like no other. EVERYONE was smiling and dancing all night long. After struggling for months to find the perfect fit in DJ/entertainment luckily I was connected with Signature Eventx. It was a immediate relief after one conversation with Michael to know I could trust him to take care of us and leave everything in his hands. He was professional, a joy to speak with and most importanlty prompt in returning phone calls and emails and answering any questions we had. These things were very important to me.
Michael Graham and his team made the entire experience so easy, fun and definitely a night to remember!! He was a blast to have on the dance floor while still keeping it professional and entertaining. He was a huge help at making sure things moved along swiftly with out rushing us, keeping the event on schedule. In other words he does a good job at keeping it cool. He makes sure everyone is involved, laughing and enjoying their time. We had an absolute blast and did not want the night to end.
It would not of been the same with out Michael there every step of the way. It was absolutely the perfect night and Signature Eventx helped make that happen. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us! There’s no one better.

Michael and DJ Durrell were absolutely perfect for our wedding! We had a 350+ person wedding and they absolutely nailed it. They were so much fun and were amazing at facilitating how our wedding reception flowed.
One of my favorite things that Michael told me when we were planning was that he noticed that my wife was getting stressed with planning and he said "You guys give me a timeline, and I'll handle everything else so you guys can focus on each other tonight", which was exactly what we needed.
We had such a good time with them and you're missing out if you don't pick them to host your event!

I can't even begin to say how incredible they are. To matter the music preference or vibe you want THEY WILL DELIVER. Michael and his team were absolutely amazing!! I was nervous trying to find a DJ, and Signature Eventx was suggested by my wedding coordinator and I AM SO GLAD I booked them! The dance floor was packed the entire night!! The DJ knew exactly what to play to keep people dancing and was happy to play a few song request we had. Michael is the best hype man! He was out on the dance floor and everyone LOVED HIM! I had so many guests comment on how amazing he was and I even got so texts the next day saying “your DJ was awesome”

My wife and I met Mike and DJ D-Rell at her brother’s wedding, I’d probably say 5 years ago. Most hype wedding ever
Signature Eventx was amazing. Wow. We hired them after we hired our DJ. We wanted musicians to amplify the music being played by the DJ. We ended up hiring 5 musicians and they were amazing. The music was insanely good and they kept the party going. They danced with our guests as they played their instruments. It was such a cool experience for us as well as our guests. I wish I could upload videos for you to see. They were fabulous. They, also, provided a Photo Booth for us and it was amazing. They brought the coolest girl to run the Photo Booth for us. She was so fun and our guests loved her. If you can't tell already, we were very impressed and very thankful for Signature Eventx. Michael was very easy to contact at all times. Michael and signature eventx are top tier. I cannot say thank you to them enough for creating the perfect atmosphere for our wedding! One of my worse fears as a bride was the dance floor being empty because people didn’t like the music. I knew when I found signature eventx at an open house, I wouldn’t have that problem. He listened intently to the vibe my husband and I wanted to create on our special day. Michael and DJ Damn D-Rell know what they’re doing. Don’t hesitate. Book them. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I worked with Michael. He was very professional and went above and beyond for our big day. Started, by coming to get an old cd to download a specific song for the wedding. He even downloaded the whole album and sent to us. Days, weeks later everyone was still talking about how awesome Michael and his partner were. Had EVERYONE and I mean everyone out on the dance floor all night long! He turned a tiny venue into such an incredible night. He and his team had everything planned. No stress entertainment!
Planning a wedding is a very stressful event and hiring the right vendors for your needs can be a difficult task. The Signature Eventx, did a wonderful job for my sons wedding. They were very professional and stayed one step ahead of the ceremonial events. Highly recommend.

I asked my wedding planner, Epoch Events, which DJ she'd hire and she told me Signature Eventx! They did not disappoint! DJ Mike D and MC Chris were so interactive the whole night, got our guests attention, and made sure everything flowed smoothly. They picked out the perfect songs for our intro and cake cutting, which I left up to them to pick out! Absolutely amazing and definitely the best DJ's around!!

Wow! If you’re looking for the best DJs/MCs, music, ambiance with up lighting, and even cold sparks for a grand entrance -look no further! I saw Michael mc a wedding six years ago. It was unlike any dj service I’d ever seen at a wedding. I saved his card for years and knew he had to be at mine. When I booked him I knew I was gettting a premium service but my husband was honestly shocked at their price. When you consider that our venue had a house dj included in the package and compared to other djs in the area it seemed like a big splurge. I assured him it would be money well spent. Our big day comes and the guys did not disappoint! They were everything I remembered and more!! Mike keep the dance floor going all night. He encouraged guest to join, lead line dances, and made everyone feel comfortable to get up and dance!! We even played a drinking game, which my husband & his buddies thoroughly enjoyed. With over 10 years in the business he knows how to read you and your guests and engage the crowd. He’s charming and has more energy than anyone I know. Our venue owners said they had never had so many people up on the dance floor! My guests couldn’t stop talking about him. Here we are 7 months later I’m still get compliments that it was the best wedding they have ever been too. People text me requesting his info. We even have a friend who was a bride, trying to get out of her djs contract to book Mike! I couldn’t imagine my wedding without the guys at signature eventx! They are worth every penny spent. Take my word for it, you and your guest will have an unforgettable night.

Signature Events brought so much energy to our big day! There’s no way it would’ve been what it was without then. Michael never left the dance floor, constantly persuading others to do the same. Their work is truly UNMATCHED and I’m so thankful we chose them for our big day!

YOU GUYS. HIRE THEM. They are worth the money. They really worked with us and were flexible and professional. They really came in clutch on the wedding day when we had some awkward hiccups during our ceremony, and they helped us find an officiant when ours dropped out at the last minute. They made special mixes of songs for me for the reception since I was doing a dance for my hubby. THE DANCE FLOOR WAS POPPING. They really know how to hype up a crowd and all my guests kept talking about how much fun they had. We are forever grateful to these guys and hope we run into them at another wedding!

Nothing short of EPIC!!!!!
When I started looking for vendors for our wedding I knew the DJ was an important. I kept hearing if you want a fun wedding hire Signature Eventx. Our search was unique because my Husband is from the Caribbean and my family Texas/Louisiana. I decided to reach out to Micheal the owner and that was one of my best decisions ever. I am one who holds customer service standards very high. From the moment we met Micheal he exceeded our expectations. He went over everything that his company provides and listened to how we envisioned our wedding. We booked them the same night for ceremony, reception, up lighting, and photo booth. Then COVID hit and we were faced with postponing our wedding. I reached out to Micheal to discuss our options and he was so accommodating and responsive. He kept in touch made sure to check to see how we were doing. When it got closer to our new date he ensured we had everything we needed and I was able to reach out to him at anytime if we had questions. Our DJ Durell was outstanding as well. My husband needed him to mix some songs for some of the important dances for wedding. He mixed and returned them for review in less than 24 hrs. Fast forward to wedding day!! When I tell you they were awesome. They kept the crowd engaged, they played music for everyone to enjoy. Durell was able to balance out the music between cultures. Michael was the MC and when I tell you he is a character he really is. All my aunties wanted to dance with him lol. We had an amazing wedding and a beautiful night. My family and friends loved them and said we needed to get married again. They are definitely worth the investment and then more. Micheal has become family to us and I can’t begin to describe how grateful we are for everything he did throughout this Journey. We will be booking them again for our next event and keeping in touch. As for my Son’s and new daughter-in-laws wedding, Signature Eventsx was by far the highlight of the night!! Michael had every one out on the dance floor till the last song was played! Awesome music, easy to work with
Michael and Tre had the crowd going all night, they knew exactly what to play to keep them dancing. A very vast variety of music was played from country to rap and even the YMCA. MC Tre was on the dancefloor with the party, leading them in dances and making clear and timely announcements. I am a wedding planner and coordinator and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my future couples.

These 👏🏻 are 👏🏻 your 👏🏻 DJs! My husband and I hired Signature Eventx for our leap day wedding and they KILLED it!! We knew we needed a team that would get our crowd out on the dance floor and interact with our guests. We worked with Michael through the planning process and he was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. On wedding day, Kel and Joshua rocked out with us and we were so pleased with the end result. They are not your average DJs and so worth the investment! Highly recommend them!

The best I've ever seen...
Signature Eventx did an incredible job at our wedding this past January. They took our event to another level, got the guests involved, and were constant entertainment. I would recommend them for any occasion. They did a great job of getting the guests to want to be part of the show that they put on. It was just that entertaining, to the point that it made it feel like the guests were getting a show, that the MC was helping them put on.

So much fun!
We hired Signature Eventx for our wedding DJ after seeing them at 3 of our friends/family weddings. When I say Michael and DJ D-Rell are amazing, I am not lying! They made our wedding so fun. Our ceremony music was beautiful! Michael did an awesome job of getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping them there all night long! They were extremely flexible and payed great attention to detail. I could not have asked for better DJ's and highly recommend them and their company!

I got married on August 11, 2019 at Bell Tower and DJ D-Rell & Emcee Michael with Signature Eventx were fantastic as my wedding entertainment. DJ D-Rell played great dance music while Michael was on-point with with his Emcee duties (loved our introduction). Michael knew exactly what to say to get the crowd moving, made sure my guests were having a great time and even showed us his smooth dance moves. If you want to get your wedding started right and quickly, get Signature Eventx. I would highly recommend them as your wedding entertainment. The best DJ/MCEE out there
We found Signature Eventx at another wedding we attended and afterwards WE KNEW we had to have them at ours because they were so amazing. This isn’t just a normal DJ y’all... they brought the party and kept everyone dancing ALL NIGHT LONG. They are so much fun and so easy to work with and just make the night so fun for everyone there. They did the sound for the ceremony and played the perfect music and announced we were having an unplugged ceremony in a very respectful fashion. Once we got to the reception, it was SO organized. They took the lead by releasing each table for dinner individually so we didn’t have a big crowded line for dinner which was so nice. They played the perfect music at dinner and everyone was singing and having a great time. Once the dancing started, it got even better!!! They know how to read a crowd and kept everyone on their feet the whole night. We could not have picked a better DJ/MCEE and would give them 10 stars if we could. WE LOVED THEM! You’re missing out if you don’t book them!

If you are pricing out DJs for your wedding or event, don't bother looking any further. If any decision about DJ comes down to money, I encourage you to find somewhere else in the budget to cut cost! Michael and his team are worth every cent! My guests at my wedding couldn't stop raving about the experience they had based on how engaged they were with the crowd. One of my biggest worries was "What if the crowd doesn't like the music? What if they don't dance?" Michael and his team did not let me down! From day 1 when my fiance and I first met Michael to talk about what our wedding vision was, we were blown away with his effort, professionalism, experience, and in general his overall ability to connect with his clients. He guided me through my panicked decision-making moments, and was very well organized. I knew I was in good hands on my wedding day! Trust me when I say that Signature Eventx is worth EVERY penny! They came recommended by Olde Dobbin Station, and let me tell you, Michael and his team were amazing. It was very important to us to have a fun, lively wedding reception, and they absolutely delivered JUST that. We met with Michael very early on (you HAVE to book them early!) and told him all kinds of small details about what we wanted, tidbits about our guests, and the vibe we wanted. He remembered every little detail about what we talked about, and DJ Durrell played songs that were meaningful to us and our guests throughout the night, and did so in a way that kept EVERYONE on the dance floor. You really don't give them a playlist, they just feed off the energy of your guests and give the people what they want to hear. Michael is AMAZING at what he does, and we can not thank Signature Eventx enough!!! They are truly artists.

Signature Eventx was well worth it. Many of our guest said they had the time of our lives. I certainly enjoyed myself. We had a Nigerian traditional and American wedding (in one day). I was a bit anxious about the music line up. But of course, Signature Eventx did great! They were very interactive with our guests...never a dull moment. Highly recommend if you want to have a blast!

We used signature eventx for our cinco de Mayo wedding!!! We could not say enough good things about them! They worked so well with our mariachi band to incorporate them into our cocktail hour! The level of professionalism and fun was out of this world!! They even put on a sombrero and poncho too funny! Dj mike even let me the "bride" have the mic to do a little rapping of my own lol my friends and family all said they literally made our wedding the best party ever! If you are worried about your guest not wanting to dance or boggey the night away choose signature eventx they literally had people dancing out of there shoes!! They even played our ceremony music and played the songs at the perfect time that I wanted them to start 30 & 60 seconds into 2 of them lol thank you signature eventx for making our wedding a badass night!!!!

We used Signature Eventx for our Indian wedding and they definitely made it a night our guests will never forget! Michael and Durell were always available. I gave them Bollywood music to mix in throughout the night as well, which they did with ease. Durell even took it upon himself to find some songs of his own. Our guests were dancing the whole night, and some even asked me for their information to book them for upcoming weddings. My husband and I danced the night away and had the wedding reception we always wanted thanks to Signature Eventx!

Everyone is still talking about our Wedding, my guest, my wedding party were all impressed at Mike and Durell with Signature Eventx. I was so worried about my reception because i know that your party is only as live as your DJ so finding someone that i did not have to coach on what to play was important to me. What made it even more special is that they catered to us the whole night. Mike was with us every step of the way making sure everything went according to plan for us so to be honest it was more than just a DJ service that they provided. When Mike says "No stressing for the Bride" he truly mean it. My Ceremony music was perfectly timed, the music for cocktail hour and during dinner was also fitting. During dinner guest were coming up to me asking "where did you find the dj cause they haven't played a song yet that i didn't like" They interacted with the my guest, the music brought everyone together and it just felt like everyone knew each other and it made the reception even more fun. We laughed and danced and had a really good time. Anytime Your Dj and MC can get your Dad who's a Pastor that has not been on a dance floor in 20+ years to go down the soul train line with a slight bounce to the music....You've made the right decision and money well spent. You can't and won't go wrong with these guys.

Before our wedding we got to know DJ Kel and MC Josh via skype and we must admit we were a bit apprehensive in putting our trust in them; as initial strangers and simply good businessmen, we discussed music and so easily planned our big day… We have since passed our wedding day and have gained two new friends! Music is a big deal for any event and can really make or break your party…these guys really know how to read a crowd to get things and KEEP things going on the dance floor! On October 27th, I turned 50. For 13 months I had been planning the biggest party I had ever thrown, for myself, that would take place on the 29th at the JW Marriott on Canal Street in New Orleans!
I planned every detail with my guests in mind, from the private charter, to the food, decor, and DJ/MC! Which brings me to Signature Eventx DJ and Event Production! I have been blessed to witness the greatness in these young men from the beginning! I'm so glad that social media allows us to see them perform every day! So after they were hired for my daughter's wedding and I got to see them in action, I had no doubt of who I wanted to hire for this milestone in my life and thank you to my son-in-law, he helped make it happen!
From our first phone consultation, these guys were professional and hilarious and after a few questions, knew exactly what I wanted! They had me laughing the whole entire time!!! I hung up excited, even though my party was 12 months away!! DJ Durell and Michael made my party everything that I dreamed and imagined that it would be! Their energy and setup was awesome! They matched all of my decorations and theme! The lighting from all around the room to the outside terrace is what really set it off! I felt like a celebrity! Michael's ability to get those "I don't dance" people on the dance floor was freaking genius!!! When I say we danced from start to finish, I kid you not! These guys did everything imaginable to ensure that my party was everything I dreamed it would be and for that I am grateful!

STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK THEM!!! This is the best advice I can give you about Signature Eventx. Absolutely the BEST DJ (Drell) and EMCEE (Michael) due out there. If you want everyone and I mean EVERYONE to enjoy themselves hire them. When you have people gazing in at your wedding reception like they wish they could get in, you know you hired the right people to keep the party going. All of our guests still keep telling us how much they enjoyed them (our wedding was July 3rd). Ladies and Gentlemen don't miss out on setting the right tone for your event by not hiring them! We booked Signature Eventx for our August 7, 2016 wedding and we are so glad that we did! Michael and Durell were AWESOME!!! They were so open and inviting even from our first meeting. They both were interested in making sure that we got exactly what we wanted for our big day and they listened and delivered all that we asked and so much more for our wedding! They are just fun-loving people, who are very professional and genuinely want to see others happy. My husband and I decided to use Signature Events for our wedding ceremony and reception. They did a phenomenal job! They go above and beyond to provide great service. They met with me several times to go over my music, lighting, and any last minute details we didn't want to forget. They are very flexible on pricing (if your on a tight budget, they definitely work well with you) they have great energy (they had everyone dancing even my shy husband) it was a total blast. I 110% recommend these guys to anyone wanting to make any event special and unforgettable!

If you are looking for a DJ for ANY event, Signature Eventx is a must! We had them DJ our 25th wedding anniversary party and the time of our lives! Our guests commented over and over how much fun they had and specifically mentioned how fun and friendly the DJs were! They don't just sit back and hit play on a play list. They fully interact with your guests, get them involved, make them laugh and teach dances if they don't know them. Not like any other DJs I have ever seen! We can't wait to hire them for another function.

Between our initial meeting and the day of my event, both Michael and my DJ (Drell) were very responsive to texts and emails as I made adjustments to my special requests, which of course helped to decrease my level of stress.
Throughout the party my MC attended to every single guest personally making sure that each and every person was having a good time. He encouraged everyone to dance, to drink, to be merry. This was helpful because as the host or celebrant you're not able to talk to all of your guests for an extended period of time, so it almost felt like I'd cloned myself (my MC was like my partner). The level of attentiveness to my guests really helped me to relax and focus on having fun myself. After the event everyone was asking "Who was that wonderful DJ/ MC you hired? They were amazing!" *all smiles*.
My MC went above and beyond to create and sustain the mood. He led line dances and taught those that didn’t know the steps, did splits (caught on camera J), and kept the energy super high.
Another special note is that Signature EvenTX brought two helpers decked out in suspenders and bowties which is kind of their thing. These extra guys really came in handy throughout the night for various things that came up, so I was pleased that they came so well prepared.
Needless to say, I was both surprised and delighted with the level of customer service and delivery I received for my event and would not even consider hiring a different DJ/MC company in the future (I'd be more likely to change my date to make sure I could book them). I highly highly recommend!

Michael and Durell, of Signature Eventx provided our Master of Ceremonies and DJ services. They also provided uplighting services for the venue, They did a fantastic job! Michael and Durell came twice, over 70 miles, to meet with us to get to know the wedding couple and their preferences with music and MC services. From the first day we all felt like family. They made sure to share with us details that we could do to make our day run smooth and fun and perfect! Michael and Durell made our reception PERFECT! Our guests are still talking about what a great time they had, that it was the most fun wedding ever! And best of all, our wedding couple Brittany and Matthew, enjoyed it the MOST! Oh and one last important detail, we had over 650 guests so getting them through the food line quickly was important. Michael organized the letting of the tables go to the food lines and it went flawlessly! THANK YOU MICHAEL AND DURELL! YOU MADE OUR DAY BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED!

Where to start?!?!?! Josh and Kel were beyond fantastic. At the last minute we decided to add uplights and they added such a fun touch to the event. Josh, the emcee, really set the tone for the party and Kel kept the perfect music playing ALL NIGHT!!!! I cannot say enough about their services. The planning process can be stressful, but they handled the music and entertainment part like the Pro's they are! Michael not only Was the Mc but he made sure my husband and I were ok, he also stayed on top of timing, and had everyone from young to old on the dance floor. Durell mixed the heck out of the music, he knew exactly what to play to keep the party going. They are so passionate about what they do and it shows. They were the best and I highly recommend them! It is very rare in todays society that one comes across the opportunity to conduct business with individuals whom care beyond personal monterary interest. But these guys care not just about the music and entertainment part. Bout about how ur entire day and planning process flows for you. Our MC Michael went above and beyond MC duties without being asked to. But he did it just because he saw it needed to be done in order to assist in making the perfect day for my wife. First I just want to say that this company is the absolute best! I was beyond impressed! From the start Michael met with us and was on time! That's a big must for me! They went over everything with us from the things WE wanted to the things DIDN'T want. I was just so amazed with how organized everything was! I was sold from there. They were so flexible with receiving payments and really worked with us. Michael was in constant contact with us the entire time from the start of the planning all the way until the end! Dj Durell was also very prompt and answered any all questions! The professionalism was outstanding! That's another must! Once again proved to me that these were the guys I wanted! Signature Eventx came to our churches Trunk or Treat for the 2nd year in a row. They are great getting both kids and adults involved and dancing. This year we had a gorilla out there doing The Whip and having a ton of fun with all of the kids. Always a great investment in your event.
