    Best Planner Ever!

    Dana is simply the best. She is so talented, connected with great vendors, is a great listener and communicator, is very knowledgable, patient, and organized. Dana was able to support our wedding vision, despite me and my husband being some of the most indecisive people ever. We were completely blown away by all of the details and how everything came together. Dana was truly there every step of the way, answering questions at any time. When people asked us if we felt stressed leading up to the wedding we always said "we have the best wedding planner who really has made everything so easy for us" and that was truly invaluable. It was so amazing to have such an experienced partner guide us through the craziness that is wedding planning. Everyone deserves to have Dana for their wedding for a stress free day - we cannot recommend Dana enough!

    We can’t thank our amazing planner Dana and her team at Signature Events enough. From the very beginning, we were truly impressed by Dana’s professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness—no matter what questions we had. Planning a destination wedding with 150 guests was no small task, but Dana made it feel seamless. She guided us through every step of the way, followed up promptly, scheduled meetings efficiently, and maintained clear, thoughtful communication with both of us and our families. Dana consistently made sure our needs were met and offered wonderful recommendations throughout the process. We’re incredibly grateful to have her as our wedding planner.     Signature Events Was Fantastic!

    Dana was knowledgeable, supportive, creative, energetic, reliable and overall the consummate professional. She had great vendors to recommend and made the process of planning our son's wedding as seamless as possible. When we were stressed, she remained calm. When we were unsure what to do, she provided her recommendations. We felt that she truly cared out making our event as fantastic as possible!

    Dana Finch is beyond fabulous. She made the stress of planning a wedding an enjoyable and fun experience. No detail was missed. Everything my daughter wanted was perfectly executed.     best wedding planner!

    If you're looking for a wedding planner who is super organized, listens, sets expectations for your budget, and is easy to communicate with then we highly suggest Dana and her team at signature events! From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my vision, personality, and budget and seamlessly translated that into every detail of our celebration.

    Their organizational skills are unmatched — everything ran like clockwork, from the smallest decor element to the grand finale. They were always one step ahead, making sure all vendors were on schedule and all aspects of the wedding were covered. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear they were passionate about creating an event that felt uniquely ours.

    Not only did they handle all the logistics, but they brought an amazing level of creativity and style to the table. Whether it was recommending gorgeous flower arrangements or unique ways to personalize our ceremony, Dana truly made our wedding unforgettable. She also was almost always available and we never had to wait on her for things to get done!

    If you want someone who will make your wedding planning stress-free and your big day flawless, I can't recommend signature events enough. They are a true professional who will exceed all your expectations!

    Dana rocked!!!

    My now husband and I got married in October of 2024, and it was a dream come true from beginning to end. Dana was the most wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and helpful planner to work with. From the very start of our planning journey up until the minute we walked down the aisle, Dana was there every step of the way.

    Dana helped us create a vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way possible. Her attention to detail and dedication to making our wedding perfect were evident in every aspect of the event. Everything went off amazingly during our 3-day wedding weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Dana's expertise and calm demeanor made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She handled every challenge with grace and ensured that our special day was everything we had hoped for and more.

    Everything was perfect!!

    Dana was AMAZING to work with and made everything so easy and stress free. I work an extremely demanding job, so it was important for me to find someone who could keep me on track through the process and make sure I didn’t miss any deadlines! Everything was PERFECT the day of. Also she worked seamlessly with my mother and that woman has high expectations 😉. Couldn’t recommend a better planner.

    The Best Wedding Ever!!

    Signature Events did an awesome job preparing us for our daughter's wedding. They (Dana) was always one step ahead of the process. Also, the vendors she suggested werer awesome. Dana is a "Rock Star". I would recommend Signature Events if you need an awesome wedding planner.

    Amazing Night/Seemless

    Dana was amazing. I had nothing to worry about for my wedding. The process was organized, seamless and everything went as planned. My wedding could not have gone any better. It was a fun night for everyone involved and it became a core life memory that we all dream of.

    Best freaking wedding planner in the world!

    This sounds dramatic, but it's the only way to say it. Dana is the best in the world.

    She helped us plan the perfect destination wedding for 19 guests. We were for sure quirky and wanted to do something different and she helped us knock it out of the park.

    Just use Dana. Trust me. You will be happy.

    Dana Gets Stuff Done!

    Dana is a fantastic planner! My wife and I knew right away we needed a planner for our wedding and Dana was a referral. She was very professional as well as just a nice fun person! We become very close with Dana since she was handling a very intimidate day for us and she helped in all aspects of the wedding. Planning, vendors, logistics, talking with confused family, etc. She is very qualified and open for all suggestions and ideas. Her business has also been around for a long time, so she has connections to amazing referrals which helped a lot! Made it easy to get quality and know that the price you are paying is for someone who will do the best work they can! When you start with her you might not realize all she does until the actual wedding week when she is sweating her butt off and making sure the event goes as planned. She knows how to get stuff done! Highly recommend Dana for your event needs!

    They are so detail oriented, and came up with creative solutions to almost any situation. They have been in the business for many many years, and have so many vendors that no one else would have access to.     Highly recommend Signature Events

    We hired Signature Events for our daughter's wedding. They were amazing! Since we are not from Phoenix - we needed an event company that knew the area. They coordinated all the vendors - band, photographer, hair, makeup and more. The planning was seamless. Best of all- my daughter and I were able to enjoy the wedding day knowing everything would be supervised by Signature Events. I did not have to worry about one detail! They are like a fairy godmother - making sure all our dreams came true!

    Scottsdale fall wedding

    I am from out of town and Signature Events helped my plan my daughter’s wedding every step of the way. We had lots of ideas and they were able to execute each one to our utmost happiness. They have so many contacts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area are are so well respected by all of the vendors that it was so easy to work with everyone. We wanted to show up on the day of the wedding and just be guests and that is what happened. During the father’s toast my husband realized he didn’t have a glass to toast with but before he was done speaking and without having to ask, a glass appeared in his hand! They anticipate all the little things that can go wrong ahead of time and get them taken care of so that day of can be perfect! We wouldn’t have changed a thing throughout the planning process or the day of. I can’t say enough good things about Signature Events and their professionalism and attention to detail! I would highly recommend them and would not even think twice about hiring them again!

    My wedding was an absolute dream!!! My husband and I are still on cloud 9. It was all thanks to the amazing team at Signature Events. Every detail was perfectly thought out and executed flawlessly. There were so many wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of if I chose to do this one my own.     Amazeballs!

    Before finding Signature Events, planning my wedding was extremely stressful. I had originally tried to do everything myself, but was getting lost in all the details. A friend of mine had suggested that I speak with Kimberly from Signature Events. I ended up hiring her for a few consulting sessions. The information she provided was super duper helpful! She was so patient and kind and knew exactly how to pull me back from the brink of full on bridezilla. LOL. I would 10/10 totes recommend!

    Best decision I made!

    Thank you for my dream wedding day! We had the best experience we could have asked for with Signature Events!! Charlee and Kimberly are extremely professional and friendly. After attending a friends wedding a few years ago that Signature Events planned, I knew I needed to have them plan my wedding too! They answer all questions promptly and are very quick to get back with outside vendor related questions. They took care of absolutely everything for me, I was shocked at how easy they made the wedding planning process! They have a timeline for everything and always kept me informed on our progress. Their experience allowed them to know who to recommend to me and I was blown away by how much I loved all of their recommendations. I highly recommend Signature Events wedding planners, they gave me a classy and elegant affair that I could not have gotten elsewhere. Having Charlee and Kimberly with Signature Events plan my wedding was the best decision I made in the planning process!

    Absolutely Wonderful Experience

    We recently held or wedding in Scottsdale, AZ and hired Charlee and Kimberly at Signature Events LLC to help us. They did an absolutely great job and my wife and I are so glad we worked with them. From the very beginning, they listened to what we wanted, gave us great suggestions, and used their experience and contacts to bring us amazing vendors to select for everything from the site, flowers, the reception, linens, the cake, music during the ceremony and reception. They saved us countless hours and everyone we hired turned out to be easy to work with and excellent at what they do. We had a lot of fun working with them and we our wedding was fabulous! We really appreciate how hard they worked and how easy they made if for us. They communicated really well and were always available when we needed them.

    Book Signature Events right away!

    Charlee and Kimberly (from Signature Events) are why our 3-day wedding extravaganza was a complete and memorable success! To plan, manage, and coordinate 2 weddings (multi-cultural) and 3 receptions for 350 guests with a bride sitting in a different time zone is not an easy task. They not only stepped up to the task but flawlessly executed it. From finding and coordinating vendors that fit our needs and budget to making our welcome bags and everything in between (invite wording, tastings, advice on family drama, guest situations, etc, etc, etc...the list is never-ending) that you don't even realize goes into planning and coordinating the event - they were on it and didn't skip a beat!

    Charlee and Kimberly will work tirelessly on your event to make sure each and every detail is the way it should be so you don't have to worry about anything and can just enjoy the process. They truly go above and beyond their duties and it will show on the day of your event.

    You don't realize how much goes into planning a wedding let alone a multi-day multi-event wedding like ours and all I have to say is that I was extremely lucky to have found Signature Events. Thank you for helping make my dream wedding a reality, Charlee and Kimberly.

    Five Stars with Charlee and Kimberly from Signature Events

    I can't begin to thank Charlee and Kimberly for all their hard work with helping me plan our wedding. If I ever had any questions or needed assistance, they were were always there and very prompt. My parents live out of state, so I really had to rely on both ladies throughout the planning process. Both of them became like family to me. The week of, we had to make a couple changes because of the weather, but Charlee and Kimberly knew exactly what to do and were on top of everything. Our day of, went so smoothly because of their detail oriented timeline. Charlee and Kimberly had such amazing ideas to make my wedding dreams come alive. They also had fantastic vendor suggestions and all of our guests keep saying how much fun they had at our wedding. It was the best decision to hire Charlee and Kimberly with Signature Events as my wedding planner and I couldn't recommend them enough!

    Above and Beyond in Scottsdale

    Charlee and Kimberley truly go above and beyond as planners. They are very experienced and organized which is exactly what you want as a customer - they make themselves available whenever you need them or have questions. Not to mention, they keep budgets in mind, negotiate on your behalf, and even understand family dynamics.     Absolutely the right choice!

    My wife and I met in Phoenix, but we moved to upstate New York after I got into graduate school. When we got engaged, we still wanted to get married at home with our friends and family nearby. However, this meant that we had to do a lot of planning remotely, and we spent the majority of our trips home organizing and planning on a tight budget. We knew early on this was going to be really tough to pull together.

    Thanks to Kimberly Friedman from Signature Events, my wife and I had an unforgettable, amazing wedding. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best day of our lives. You can really tell that Kimberly cares not just about doing her job well (which she does), but about her clients' happiness. Kimberly checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied, and she encouraged us to check in with her for even small questions. She was about as excited as we were!

    We were initially hesitant to voice some of the non-traditional things we wanted for our wedding - navigating wedding vendors as a same-gender interfaith Jewish couple felt alienating at times. Kimberly made us feel comfortable in eventually sharing those things, and she never hesitated or gave us any indication that what we wanted was ridiculous. That was something that really stuck with me.

    We organized a timeline together, and she was very attentive to detail. She worked with the florist, photographer, DJ, and venue to make sure everything was perfect. The day of the wedding, Kimberly was there every step of the way either with us or behind the scenes. We never felt lost or awkward when we would transition to a new place or part of the reception.

    When I reflect on every detail from when we started planning our wedding to the actual day, I know we couldn't have pulled this together without Kimberly and Signature Events. We're so grateful to have worked with her, and we'd recommend her to anyone.

    Hiring Signature Events is one of the best decisions I've ever made!

    I'm based in NY, and planning a wedding in Scottsdale originally felt daunting, but I was immediately put at ease the first time I spoke to Charlee. Even before officially hiring Signature Events, Charlee went above and beyond to help guide me through picking a venue and all the steps that followed. She really understood what I wanted (and my type-A personality) and I greatly appreciated how detail oriented, thoughtful, and responsive she was. She was always one step ahead of me, and always had my best interest (and budget) in mind. I absolutely could not have done it without her and her team.

    I'll never forget the feeling I got when I first showed up to the rehearsal dinner, and that feeling stayed all the way through Sunday brunch. Everything, down to the tiny details, was perfect and came together SO seamlessly and beautifully. On the day of, from the moment I woke up, I didn't have to think about anything - before I knew it breakfast for my bridal party showed up and Charlee's wonderful team was steaming dresses, setting up and organizing everything for the day. I can't tell you how nice it was to not have to plan, think, or worry about anything - I could really just enjoy the moment, which was SO special.

    Charlee, Kimberly, and the whole Signature Events team exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend them enough!

    Best Decision We Made!!!

    Signature Events was instrumental in making my daughter's dream wedding a reality. I have used Charlee for 2 Bat Mitzvahs in the past, and each time she continues to impress me with her creativity! We told Charlee that we wanted to add a unique element to really wow our guests. She came up with the idea to add a spoon wall to cocktail hour. We still have guests commenting how they've never seen anything like it!
    Kimberly became Charlee's partner about halfway through the planning process. She was very helpful with pointing out little details that were important to my daughter. I think she brings a fresh prospective to the already wonderful team.
    Kimberly & Charlee took the stress of planning a wedding off my family. They worried so we didn't have to. During the tasting at the resort, my husband and I preferred to upgrade the house wine. Charlee & Kimberly were able to negotiate the cost, allowing us to have the wine we wanted.
    I'd highly recommend using Signature Events to plan your wedding. I'll be using them again as soon as my next child gets engaged!

    We can't recommend them enough!

    I had previously worked with Charlee on three events and this latest was my daughter's wedding last month. Everything was truly amazing and the wedding turned out beautiful beyond our expectations. Charlee and Kimberly were not only very responsive to our needs but quickly and efficiently handled any issues that arose along the way. They recommended great vendors and we could not have been happier with the ones we chose. We got so many compliments from our guests on a great time!

    Perfection!

    Charlee and Kimberly are AMAZING!! They made the wedding planning process so much fun, and the day feel like a dream! Charlee and Kimberly are organized, responsive, great at problem solving, and very knowledgeable and connected within the industry. They keep detailed notes throughout the planning process, and inform you of what has been done and is next so you never feel like you are missing something. They are detail oriented from your first meeting and through every minute of the big day. Charlee and Kimberly are always professional but also compassionate and invested in their brides. My wedding was everything I imagined and more. We couldn’t have done it without Charlee and Kimberly!

    Dream team

    We can not say enough amazing things about Signature Events! Charlee, Kimberly, and the entire team do not miss a beat! Charlee has planned many events for my family as well as extended family, so when my husband and I got engaged we knew there was only 1 person for the job! Our day was incredible, we felt as if we were living in a fairytale! Each and every detail was perfect. We planned our wedding for 7 months, and Signature Events made each step so simple and convenient for us! The day of, everything went perfectly smoothly! Our guests have been calling us for days saying how much fun it was and how amazing the food, floral, and decor were! Kimberly is an amazing addition to the team! She is so helpful and sweet, and never gets stressed out! During our reception, she even ran to our bridal suite to grab my party dress - true dedication! We love you all!!!!

    Great events with Charlee and Kimberly

    Charlee and Kimberly did a wonderful job with helping us navigate all of the wedding "unknowns" - their experience proved invaluable time and again through each step of the process.

    1. The initial blitz of the planning process is to pick a venue and identify and reserve all of the key vendors - Charlee and Kimberly showcased their expertise in providing us with a curated list of trusted options in each of these areas. Importantly, they helped us through the negotiations, got us comfortable with what is important when comparing options, and made sure to hear and understand our needs and requests. This resulted in financial savings (e.g. not only telling us what we need, but what we don't) and time savings for our destination wedding.

    2. Between the initial blitz and the late stages of the process, we had frequent touch points and reminders as to where we needed to be focus, and Charlee and Kimberly always made themselves available to connect and answer our questions. They coordinated our tasting with the venue, and handled may of the logistics in Arizona as we are Chicago-based.

    3. As we approached the event, Kimberly demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the items that were critical to the bride. This included the process of confirming the BEO with the venue, and helping to get everything organized in advance of the big day.

    4. Finally, as we the wedding weekend came, Charlee and Kimberly were both fully immersed in ensuring the success of each of our events. They were running around behind the scenes so that my wife and I could just focus on spending time with our guests.

    All in all, selecting Signature Events was definitely a great first-decision in our wedding planning process. They gave us peace of mind, saved us money, and helped to execute three events that our guests raved about.

    Charlee was phenomenal throughout the entire wedding planning process! This was the second wedding Charlee planned for my family (my older sister's wedding was first about 2 years ago). We had no doubt that she would do an incredible job even though my wedding was out of state-in Kansas City. The entire process was organized, she was readily available to answer any questions we had, and contracts with vendors were negotiated adequately.     We are so happy with how nice our daughter's wedding reception was this past weekend. We got so many compliments and rave reviews. We were so relieved that you were taking care of things and were very confident all would go well. It did!

    The decor, the cocktail hour and room set up, the food, the flowers, the photographer, the DJ - all were exactly what we had hoped and dreamed it would be. Hair and makeup went very smoothly too. I’m probably leaving some things out, if I am, it’s because all was wonderful.

    Choosing to hire Charlee Geisler was the smartest thing that we did during wedding planning! I have known Charlee since I was 12 and she planned my Bat Mitzvah. When we got engaged, she was the first person I thought of to help us. Since we live in San Francisco, it was extremely important to have someone that we trusted to handle everything for us in Arizona. Starting from the very first planning phone call, she was warm, encouraging, organized, and creative. She recommended wonderful vendors, attended all meetings with us, and advocated for us at every turn. She listened to my ideas and worked with me to create the wedding of my dreams.

    Charlee is the reason that my husband and I were not overwhelmed by stress during the wedding planning process. We were so impressed by her and feel so grateful for all that she did. She always gave her honest opinion and I trusted her completely. By the time we got to our wedding, I felt like I was talking to a friend (a very talented friend). When the wedding was over, I felt sad that I didn’t get to talk to her all the time anymore.

    I really can’t say enough good things about her and the rest of her team! We are still on cloud 9 from the wedding!

    I can't say enough good things about our experience working with charlee and her team at signature events. Being from Chicago and getting married in Arizona was at first an overwhelming thought, but after meeting with charlee and seeing all of her amazing ideas/vendors we knew we were in good hands from the start. She asked great questions in order to get our vibe and from there she really took control of coordinating everything. Because of her established relationships with the hotel and several vendors, she was able to execute our unique vision while staying on budget. Because of her experience and relationships I am positive signature events ended up saving us several times their fee when it was all set and done. Not only did her team plan and create a great experience leading up to the weekend, but when it finally arrived the teams positive energy, resourcefulness and detailed scheduling made for an effortless enjoyable weekend. We literally did not have to worry about one thing. Choosing signature events was the best decision we made for our wedding and I would highly recommend their services for anyone planning a wedding in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area as well as Columbus OH where charlee is originally from.

    Charlee and her team at Signature Events really made our dreams come true! Since we had a destination wedding, trust was the largest factor in deciding who we wanted to plan our wedding. After our first meeting with Charlee, we knew right away she was going to create and plan the most unforgettable event of our lives. From the second we met Charlee, she embraced us with warm hugs and a go-to attitude that made us feel confident. People always say wedding planning is stressful, but with Charlee we were not stressed for 1 minute.

    Throughout the process, we had many unique requests and did not want a traditional wedding. It was incredible how Charlee and her team adapted to our wants and implemented the most beautiful and memorable weekend.

    On the day of our wedding I never felt more at ease. Krisanne showed up bright and early Saturday morning and was beyond kind. As soon as she walked into the room, she asked me if I needed anything. Next thing I knew it we had breakfast at the table, the bridesmaids dresses were being steamed and all that was left to do was sit back and relax.

    Charlee has became family to us and we will be forever grateful for meeting her and having the privileged to work with her.

    I am finally catching my breath and thinking clearly, coming down from a high after our amazing wedding that Charlee so expertly helped to orchestrate. We planned our wedding in Scottsdale all the way from Michigan and I cannot stress enough how invaluable it was to have a great wedding planner given that circumstance. Choosing to work with Charlee throughout our entire wedding planning, as well as rehearsal dinner process, was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. Looking back on the day, and really the entire planning process, I have such great memories of how everything moved along seamlessly and resulted in it truly being the most perfect and memorable day for us. I am confident that this is, in large part, because of Charlee and how incredible she is, both as person and a planner.

    From the very beginning of the planning process of selecting both our wedding and rehearsal dinner venues, all the through to our wedding day, Charlee was an excellent source of information and insight and she has amazing relationships with the best vendors. She is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, enthusiastic, honest, and great at what she does. Her passion for her work shines through in all that she does! I was also very impressed with how great Charlee was with my parents. At many points throughout the planning, Charlee worked as closely with them as she did with us and she formed such great relationships with them, which also made the process much easier and minimized the stress.

    My husband and I frequently discuss how bummed we are the wedding is over because we don’t get to regularly work with Charlee anymore! We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations at every turn and always had our best interests at heart. I will never forget how hard she worked to make our wedding day as absolutely perfect as it was. We miss you, Charlee…and thanks again everything!

    Living 1,000 miles away, I was vexed as to how to make my son and his fiancé's wedding Princess perfect. Our venue, Omni, Montelucia, gave me Charlee Geisler of Signature Events name. I knew immediately when speaking to Charlee that she would make all our requests happen perfectly, on time and with the best vendors available. I never could have imagined how smoothly, beautifully and drama free Charlee could make things. She is professional at all times, a go getter, yet she instilled a feeling of calm at all times.
    My son and daughter-in-law's wedding did turn out to be a fairy tale wedding, many guests saying it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.     Our daughter's wedding at the Four Seasons resort in Scottsdale Arizona was everything we'd hoped for and more thanks to Charlee Geisler and her team at Signature Events!

    We're all from Michigan as were most of our guests, so when Jess and Jake decided to have their wedding in Scottsdale Arizona, we contracted Signature Events.
    Best decision ever!!! Most of the planning was done long distance, but we did go to Scottsdale several times to look at venues, meet with
    vendors, have hair and make-up trials, etc. Charlee booked appointments, gave us our itineraries, and at times, drove us from one place to another. Those days were long and busy, but we accomplished a great deal, and enjoyed getting to know Charlee. She truly cares about her couples and wants them to love their wedding. She does an incredible job of balancing their vision with the budget due to her amazing list of vendors and sources, and ideas. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable!
    I could go on and on, but instead I'll share part of a note that I sent to Charlee last week, because I think it sums up how we all hope to feel about such a special time.

    I'm still receiving written notes from some of the guests about the details of the wedding....Jess' and Jake's glow, the beautiful room, incredible food, amazing music...Obadiah and TC. I can't even connect some of the faces to the names, yet they've taken the time to send notes. That says a lot! I know you hear it all of the time, but the beauty of the entire evening, even with the rain, is mostly due to the fact that along with your excellent taste, you cared and were there for them. I love that they will have those memories forever and that Steve and I will always remember how happy they were whenever we looked at them.

    Charlee has done 4 events for me. Guest lists have ranged from 120-300+. One has been more incredible then the next. She's professional and creative. Her talent is second to none.     Charlee is a true rockstar. She has been around the block plenty of times to know where to spend your budget and where to hold back. She and her team have a very organized and clean process to get you from point A to point B. Charlee was thorough, patient, supportive, direct when necessary (which was most appreciated), and professional. There are not enough words to express how helpful it was to have Charlee and her team work with us throughout the wedding planning process. When we had questions, Charlee always responded quickly. Even when we thought it might rain on the day of the wedding, Charlee calmed us down and made us feel confident that everything would be beautiful, rain or shine. Needless to say, due to Charlee and her team, we didn't have to think about anything but enjoying the wedding day!     Charlee is the best of the best. After getting engaged, hiring Charlee was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My now husband was out of the country for the majority of the planning, so that in itself made our situation a little more unique, and she never missed a beat with us. She listened to our needs, respected our budget, and communicated promptly and thoughtfully. She has a wealth of experience in the industry and is highly respected. But for us what set her apart is her loyalty to her clients, to the vendors she works with, and to her work. The most important aspect of any decision we made, especially when it came to our wedding, was its authenticity. Someone who would be honest with us (setting the expectations), help guide us in a direction from experience, and that will be fair to us and the vendors we hired. She did that and beyond. We trusted her. And to top it off we enjoyed her personality and work ethic. We‘d definitely hire her in a heat beat for any event. My husband and I would personally refer her to anyone looking for the best. I truly felt like the only client of hers (which was NOT the case), and that we were this normal couple who had this fairytale wedding experience. Our wedding was very special and beautiful in so many ways and we are grateful to Charlee and her A-team. Loved her and her team, we enjoyed the whole experience.

    I planned my wedding in Arizona from out of state. Charlee and her team made the entire process completely seamless. I did not have to worry about forgetting small details because they were on top of it all. I literally could not have accomplished such a beautiful amazing wedding without Signature Events. If you are looking to plan a wedding in the area - do yourself a favor and use Signature Events - they have relationships with the best vendors, and know who to use and what will be best, all the while making sure they achieve your overall desired look and feel. They will also be honest and tell you when things are not worth your money and will work within your budget. Not one bad thing to say. I wish I could do it all over!

    Thanks to Charlee and her Signature Events team, we hosted a perfect destination wedding in Scottsdale. Charlee accommodated our needs every step of the way from scheduling of vendor interviews to detailed timeline plans. We were 100% satisfied with every vendor she recommended. Charlee guided us through each step from venue contracts to welcome bags, florist, photographer, band, DJ, clergy, cake, videographer, invitations and printed pieces, rehearsal dinner, and more. The wedding day was seamless and stress free thanks to Charlee and her assistant. The bride and groom loved every minute of their special day, and guests raved about the whole experience.

    Charlee and her team truly made all of my wedding dreams become a reality. Charlee literally thought of everything. She made sure every detail was touched on and held my hand through the stressful process of being a bride and planning a wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy, was always available to answer questions, to offer advice, and made the wedding planning process run so smoothly.
    Charlee set us up with several vendors to choose from and I couldn't have been happier with all of them. From help with choosing invitations, to the photographer, to the DJ and florist, I honestly could not have found a better team. The day went so perfectly, and I am so grateful to Signature Events for making that happen. My husband and I were married at a local venue that did not allow us to get ready on site. Charlee's team came to my sisters house where all the bridesmaids (10 of them) were spending the morning and helped us make the process run so seamlessly. She organized the day and was there to help with every detail. I was so relaxed the day of my wedding because of this and it allowed me to enjoy every moment even more. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Signature Events and I could not imagine having planned my wedding without their help.

    Our daughter just got married and we chose Signature Events! Not only because we used Charlee for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah 17 years ago and knew how great she was, but because we knew we had to have the BEST and would never consider anyone else.     Charlee and her team can be summed up on one word: Spectacular! Our wedding came together so seamlessly and we owe it all to Charlee's professionalism, attention to detail, and selection of only the best vendors to make sure that our wedding was flawless. My husband and I were in a unique situation in the initial planning stages of our wedding: he was in Michigan for law school, and I was in Hawaii working at a remote resort. Charlee made our planning so easy, and arranged for us to meet with and book the majority of our vendors during a week when we were both in town. We felt like the majority of the work was done 10 months before our actual wedding! What truly makes Charlee and her team special is her day-of event help. She made everything so stress-free and I felt like all we had to do was show up and get married! We arranged a fabulous party with Charlee - our friends and family are still raving about our reception, saying it was the "Best Wedding I've Ever Been To!" Thank you Signature Events!!!

    We tried to plan our wedding on our own, but quickly realized we were in way over our heads, which led us to Signature Events. We met and worked with Jackie and she was amazing! She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. My now husband and I work different schedules, which makes it difficult to schedule vendor meetings, but she somehow found a way. We were also on a limited budget. She found vendors that worked within our ranges. My wedding was amazing and people have been talking about it since. I really just can't say enough good things!     As the mother of the bride, you want your daughter's wedding day to be perfect. Charlee and her team delivered that perfection.     Charlee and her team of wedding planners are truly amazing. They made sure I stayed on track with planning the wedding and made it a very stress free and smooth planning process. The day of, I had no worries or fear. I knew with Charlee there that everything was going to run perfectly, and it did!!! She was also very thoughtful with things she saved from the reception that I found the next day. This was touching and amazing to find. I couldn't imagine my day being my dream come true without using Signature Events!!

    The Montelucia recommended Signature Events to us. Charlie Geisler and her staff were invaluable to the planning of out daughters wedding. The vendors she recommended were first class and she was always available when we had questions or concerns. My new son-in-law said he heard "people like to work with Charlie because she only recommends the best". We had the rehearsal dinner and brunch at our home and she arranged everything we needed to make it successful and easy for us. She made sure everything we needed the day of the wedding was available without our having to ask. I can't imagine a more positive experience and highly recommend her to plan any event.

    Charlee went above and beyond for us to make our wedding so special. She was always very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable about all the other vendors and the details that go along with a wedding. Everyone at work was always saying " how are you so calm, you're getting married so soon." My response was because I have Charlee, who was the best wedding planner! If I needed something answered she responded right away and was always available by email or phone. She works with the best of the best in the valley and I never had to worry about anything! I knew that we were in the best hands and that our wedding will be a dream come true. The whole wedding weekend was perfect! She is very personable and if you want something done, she for sure will make it happen! We couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out! Everyone is still telling us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have been to from the details of the flowers, food and entertainment!     Fairy tales do come true when you use Charlee with (signature Events) as your wedding planner. Planning my daughter's wedding was so much fun and exciting time for us. I had a stressed free experience for my daughter's wedding thanks to Charlee!!! Charlee made sure she provided us with the most professional and talented people in the industry. I was in tears when I saw the chuppah, the most magnificent flowers, the cake , the lighting, candy table, and most of all the ball room!! It was magnificent!!! Our musicians were fantastic!!! My daughters wedding was magical and perfect!!! People are still raving about the wedding! Charlee is so professional and you never have to worry about anything!! She handles every situation with little or no problem. She is very organized and detailed orientated. She leaves nothing undone. ! This is the third milestone party I have hired charlee for!     I can't thank Charlee enough for everything that she did for our wedding. I don't know if we would have made it to the wedding without her. She took care of everything for us and whenever we wanted to change something, she took care of it. On the day of our wedding, I almost cried, my husband did cry, when we saw how beautiful everything was. Our weekend couldn't have been more perfect, and it was all because of Charlee!

    Where do I start...there are simply not words to described how unbelievable my experience working with Charlee was. She genuinely made every second of planning enjoyable. I do not live in AZ and so I was working with her from out of state, an experience that could have been potentially difficult, but not with Charlee! She has unbelievable taste and everything she recommended was truly the best. From the photographer, florist, cake, lighting, venue, food, decorations etc etc etc... she was spot on with everything! I was very particular with certain things and Charlee made sure to get me everything I could have dreamed of and more.

    My wedding from start to finish was truly magical and it was only possible because of Charlee. She is with you every step of the way to make the wedding planning process as seamless and enjoyable as it can be. Many people can't wait for the planning to be over.... but I miss it! I loved working with Charlee and she went from Wedding planner to good friend. My mother and mother in-law loved working with her just as much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did Charlee!

    Signature Events is run by Charlee Geisler. In my opinion, the best event planner in our city. She leaves no stone unturned. Every detail is handled from start to finish. She worked within our budget. Introduced us to the most professional and reliable vendors. Charlee worked with our daughter to make sure the evening was magical, elegant, warm and loving.     Charlee and the Signature Events team planned the most perfect wedding for us. Charlee is a true professional, handling every detail imaginable. She was on top of all vendors, her communication skills with both my wife and I, our families, guests, bridal party, etc, were simply top notch. We had such a wonderful weekend and had Charlee behind the scenes making sure everything was absolutley perfect.     Charlee was absolutely the best to work with and could not have imagined going through the whole process without her. She did my sisters wedding a year ago so I knew we would be pleased but she still managed to impress me. She makes the wedding planning and day of stress free and makes sure to get you the wedding of your dreams. I wanted something slightly different than your typical wedding and Charlee came up with great ideas. It was still your traditional wedding, however with a few details that set it apart. We extended the dj an extra half hour and guests still were not ready to go home, and I credit a lot of that to Charlee. She will definitely guide you along the way while listening to your wants, needs, and concerns. She will make sure you get the best of the best at a fair price. I would recommend Charlee to my closest friends and family. You will not be disapointed!

    Charlee saw to it that my vision was realized. I couldn't have asked for someone better to be my planner. She has impeccable taste and is such a professional with the vendors. Her experience proved to be a huge asset. I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything and that is because she is organized and meticulous. She is honest with you in assessments of vendors.     This really was a fantastic experience. We were the type of couple who wanted to be walked through the entire process – neither one of us had any sort of knowledge, familiarity, or desire to plan our own wedding. We interviewed several wedding planners and were immediately drawn to Charlee of Signature Events. She was equal parts professional and personable, exuding an unmistakable no-nonsense attitude coupled with a genuine interest in bringing a spectacular wedding to fruition. From the very start she was tuned to our budget and our likes/dislikes. The process is incredibly complex, with countless facets of construction needing attention. She guided us with choosing the right venue (with an owner who she had great persuasion over), a top-notch caterer who didn’t even require a deposit (simply because they have a longstanding work relationship), a DJ who she negotiated down to a bargain price, rental equipment services that were so flexible she was able to alter the table/chair count the day before the wedding (after we had some last minute cancellations), valets, musicians, and a most fashionably contemporary officiant.

    We never had any problems calling her at all times of the day and, despite our living nearly an hour away from her office, never had any problems scheduling appointments. But most important of all was the delivery on the wedding day itself. All of her vendors showed up on time, her assistant was continually at our beck and call, and everything ran smoothly and on time. The ceremony started precisely, the wait staff was extremely courteous, and the valet went above and beyond to make sure the driveway was clear and unsullied. No one underperformed and Charlee was always just a few feet away in case we needed anything. We could not be more thrilled with Signature Events and highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to kick back, relax, and get married the stress-free way.

    I can't say enough good things about Charlee! She went from planning my bat mitzvah to planning my wedding, and I absolutely could not have done it without her. She is so detail oriented and truly wants to make sure your day is perfect. We had to move our ceremony inside due to bad weather, and Charlee made the whole process so easy and stress-free for us. She transformed the ballroom we were put in into the most beautiful room that I forgot it was our backup plan. She is by far the most amazing, talented, caring wedding planner. I love her and cannot thank her enough for all the wonderful memories we have from our wedding.

    The bottom line is: Charlee and Signature Events will ensure your wedding is exactly how you envisioned it would be, regardless of any bumps along the way, and they will do it with the utmost quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. In simple terms – Charlee just gets it. I’d absolutely, without question, use Charlee again and recommend her to my friends and family. In fact, this was third event with which Charlee has helped – she planned my sister’s wedding and my brother’s Bar Mitzvah. If that is not the clearest indication of how happy my family and I have been with Charlee, then I don’t know what is!

    I had to plan my wedding out-of-state. There is no way I could’ve done it without Charlee. We only had a few weekends to fly in and meet the vendors and make our key decisions. Charlee was pivotal in efficiently organizing our vendor meetings and helping us to make important decisions. No matter what we asked, she was willing to help. When, for example, a football game that was very important to my (now) husband was on during the only time we had for our food tasting – no problem – Charlee brought in a TV so my husband could watch the game and participate in the tasting. My husband, to this day, says that’s one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for him! When the differences between my husband’s culture and mine presented some challenging wedding decisions, Charlee often found ways to seamlessly blend both of our visions. In the end, Charlee really understood my vision and made it happen. Many guests told us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever attended.

    Lastly, the real benefit of hiring Charlee comes on your wedding day. You don’t have to worry about a single thing. Charlee takes care of everything. If something isn’t right, she fixes it, and you never even know about it. You get to spend your wedding day doing what’s most important – enjoying it and living in the moment –and Charlee takes care of everything else.

    As two physicians getting married a little later in life, we were initially delusional to think that we would be able to plan our own wedding. After selecting the Four Seasons Scottsdale for the wedding venue, we asked the catering manager for names of some wedding planners with whom they have had successful interactions in the past. Fortunately for us, Charlee Geisler of Signature Events was on the short list that we were given. After doing some of our own research on the internet, we met with Charlee and immediately knew that we had found our wedding planner. It is readily apparent through her professionalism that she is not planning weddings as a hobby or part-time job, but she has made a successful career of doing this. Charlee very quickly gave structure and guidance to two type-A personalities who were already well behind the conventional time schedule for planning a wedding. While walking us through the process, Charlee’s value became even clearer to us when we realized the extent of her contacts. Whether it is for flowers, invitations, wedding attire, band, DJ, photographer, videographer, dance instructor, or venue, Charlee knows the best in the business, and she stands behind her referrals 100%. More importantly, these other contractors not only seem to know her, but they go out of their way to accommodate her requests. At the end of the day, we held our wedding at the Four Seasons Scottsdale on September 15. The event was flawless, and we repeatedly heard from our guests that it was the best wedding that they had ever attended. Importantly, we also remained within our initial budget. With Charlee as your wedding planner, you not only get a consummate professional, you get someone who plans your wedding as if you were part of her family. Thanks Charlee…you are the best!

Charlee goes out of her way to be careful and to have the delicate balance as your planner/advisor of listening to your needs and suggesting ideas, or of being deferential or firm when either is required. You can trust her opinion implicitly as she simply wants to help you create the best event for you.

    As our wedding was a destination wedding having Charlee's experience and references from photographer to makeup artist made everything smooth and easy. She referred us to the best vendors who all exceeded our expectations and were wonderful to work with. Our flowers were truly beautiful and our invitations have been invited to be featured in magazines! Our string quartet, jazz band and the DJ were fantastic and had the crowd dancing all night. The room décor and our special Taj Mahal theme could not have been more magnificent. All of our guests noted the attention to detail at our wedding and went out of their way to state that not one thing was missed or overlooked.

    The Four Seasons and Signature Events customer care could not be surpassed. Charlee worked with The Four Seasons to help us create a unique and very enjoyable menu. The Four Seasons delivered delicious food with delightful food presentations and took care of all of our food allergies, special requests and concerns with skill and ease. Our family and friends have not stopped raving about the menu and the food.

    For any bride and groom your wedding is the best wedding but when Charlee is your event planner - your guests will agree. Many of our guests have sent notes, cards and emails saying that “This was the best wedding they have ever attended” and how much they enjoyed the night. Charlee in our opinion is simply one of the premier event planners you could hope to find, anywhere - period!

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Charlee Geisler and Signature Events. My husband and I came to her 9 months ago with a vision to create a show-stopping elegant yet contemporary wedding that our guests would never forget. She showed us videos and photos of recent weddings she had done and we were blown away. Her experience, creativity and impeccable style and attention to detail were evident in our very first meeting with her and we knew immediately that we were in good hands. It was VERY clear that she is passionate about what she does!
    My husband and I were married two weeks ago, May 5th 2012, at The Four Seasons in Scottsdale, AZ. We are still getting phone calls and emails everyday from our guests telling us it was the most amazing wedding they have ever been to! Because Charlee has been planning weddings for so many years, her knowledge and connections in the industry are priceless. She knows exactly who the best vendors are to use in every category- from invitations, bands, Djs, and strings, to floral, furniture rental, draping, makeup artists, and anything else you could possibly need or want...she knows who are the best of the best...and we felt that all of the vendors were priced very reasonably. Because she has worked closely with many of them over the years everything seemed to flow so smoothly! I had literally no worries or stress about anything because I knew Charlee was in charge!
    One of the things I enjoyed most about the whole planning process was that her and I worked together to come up with new and creative ways to present/serve all of the food from the hor d'oeuvres to the sorbet, to even the late night bites and the design of the garnish for our martinis... and SO many other little details, that so easily could have been done generically. She really cares about perfecting every single thing and I can honestly say that no detail was overlooked!
    Thank you Charlee for a flawless event! If you are looking to create a spectacular wedding, Signature Events/Charlee Geisler is the perfect person to use. As a bonus, she can even calm your nerves if your mother gets out of line the week before :)

    Charlee Geisler with Signature Events was amazing to work with. She handled all the details, big and small. Most important was the couple of days leading up to the wedding as well as the day and night of. Charlee took care of every little thing you can think of. Two days before she had me drop off all the little things that i had elected to do, i.e. items for a sand ceremony, sparklers for the send off, thumb print tree for guests, candle for ceremony, etc. When i arrived for the actual wedding everything was in its place. i didn't have to think about anything. Charlee runs her weddings in a unique way. You never find yourself sitting around wondering when something is going to happen. She creates an energy that I have never experienced before. When my husband and I got back to our rooms Charlee had our champage flutes washed and put back in the box, the cake knife was washed and in the box, she brought candles that we used for the ceremony and had them lit, my bouquet was placed on the table along with our photo and thumbprint tree. it was beautiful! I can't say enough about Charlee. When things go wrong, she never lets your brides know. She just takes care of it. She truly made my wedding enjoyable and worry free.

    I recently got married Dec. 30, 2011 and Charlee Geisler with Signature Events planned our wedding. We started planning in August, so we had a short amount of time. Working with Charlee was a dream come true. She is a true professional and her vision and style is impeccable. She was recommended to us and it was the best decision we ever made to work with her. Every detail of our wedding was flawless. People kept comment on how relaxed and peaceful I was for a bride. That was because I didn't have a worry in the world. Charlee handled every detail down to the smallest things and it took all the pressure off of my shoulders. Our guests all sent cards and emails after the wedding making comments like "This was the best wedding/event we've ever attended" and "We couldn't believe how every single detail was covered from the invitations to the late night fare." Other comments were "This was the most beautiful and elegant wedding we've ever been a part of". One guest said "We've been to more weddings than we can count and this was by far the nicest most memorable wedding we've ever had the honor of attending". I will continue to use Charlee's services for future business events and I will continue to recommend her services to everyone I know.     I would work with Signature Events again in a heartbeat.
    I must admit, we were not especially easy to work with and Charlee and her team were nice, considerate and always helpful.

    She really shines in picking out great vendors. Our photographer, location, florist and meal were beyond fabulous. Also, her hair and make up vendors were spectacular.

    I would recommend Signature Events to anyone!

    I worked with Signature Events to plan my wedding in November 2010. Charlee was AMAZING to work with!! I was so grateful to have her help especially being an out of town bride. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowlege of the industry were exactly what we needed.     There are really no words to describe just how amazing Charlee and her team at Signature Events are, or how incredibly grateful my now husband Dan and I are for all that they did to make our wedding a deam come true. THEY ARE AMAZING! We were beyond thrilled with the creativity, effort, dedication and professionalism that they put forth to give us exactly what we wanted--and so, so much more. It was the most magical, best night of our lives (and I can tell you that our guests could not stop raving either!). I don't regret a single thing about my wedding and look back with only the best memories--in large part because of Signature Events.

    Charlee is a wonderful person. Very warm, thoughtful and approachable. She took care of every aspect of our wedding- all of our vendors, officiant, hotel rooms, personalized welcome packages for our guests, even menus to match our invitations. She was liked by everyone in our family. Signature events was very easy to work with, Charlee took all of our wants into consideration and made a the most beautiful day of our lives possible. We have even kept in touch. Charlee helped us plan for our honeymoon by telling us about a recent trip she had taken. We are so lucky to have used Signature events. Living in new york, we would never have known where to start, but Charlee made everything to simple!!!!

    Charlee was a massive help from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful that she was able to translate our ideas into tangible concepts and helped design an absolutely stunning wedding. We appreciated her attention to detail and even the smallest of details (many of which we never would have considered) were given tremendous thought. Her group managed to shoulder the burden of some of the most stressful parts of the process and on the day of the wedding allowed us to focus on what mattered most.

    We would highly recommend Signature Events to anyone getting married in the Phoenix area!

    Charlee and her team are absolutely amazing! She brings 30+ years of experience and made sure everything was stress-free and absolutely stunning on our wedding day. I especially appreciated how Charlee was able to stretch our budget and advise on the necessary and unnecessary.     We tried to do our due diligence in choosing a full service wedding planner, and interviewed 7 planners with a list of questions. Charlee is very nice and put on a great presentation, so we selected her. She did get us some really good vendors and a good officiate, but sadly, that is about where the positive ends.

    Unfortunately, she did not carry through with the full service promised in the interview. There are multiple examples of this: We asked for a detailed budget outline, but did not get one. When we continued to ask, we got a couple which were incomplete. Furthermore, in several cases, she did not stick to the budget we had put forth. She had said she would take care of the rehearsal dinner, but then kept emailing that she had nothing to do with helping us for this. In addition, we were promised a master plan with a timeline, which we did not get. When we asked again for one at about 4 months out from the wedding, she emailed us a generic timeline like the one from the knots website dating back to one year ahead of the wedding date.

    A few other points are worth mentioning. She is not Internet savvy. She does not help with the website and did not want to help with online things such as ordering our invites (which we found at a much better price than her suggested vendor).

    She was not unbiased in showing us venues and was noticeably disappointed when we chose another 5 star venue rather than her personal first choice.

    We felt like she was disorganized, and like we continually had to remind her of what had to be done.

    At the rehearsal, she didn't know the names of the bridesmaids or groomsmen. The night of the rehearsal, she came to my room to get her final check and the place cards...she took her check and forgot the place cards.

    I wish I could write a good review and recommend her, but I cannot. The service overall was overpriced and truly unorganized. I wish someone had written something lie this, so I would not have gone with this vendor.
