Natalie was AMAZING!! She was so kind, patient, helpful, and picked out amazing options for me. This was the first place that I looked for wedding dresses and I had no idea what I wanted, but ended up finding my dream dress (under budget too)! She knew exactly which questions to ask me about what I wanted, things that I hadn’t even thought about. Signature Bridal had so many different dress and veil options as well. The price options for dresses were very reasonable & I would 100% recommend Signature Bridal!

The best experience with my bridesmaids and mom!
I had an epic experience shopping for my wedding dress ... I picked up my dress last week and was so excited. I worked with the legendary Olga, who was fantastic and helped me find the perfect dress.
The main reason I leaned in to Singature Bridal was because they provided an option for me to bring in the ladies in my family for a special experience shopping for my dress. Most salons limited the number of family / friends you could bring in to the studio, which was a dealbreaker for me. This moment in my life is a special, holy one and I wanted to share it with my closest loved ones.
Most importantly, I found the perfect dress that took my breath away. I am so grateful for Olga ... I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Olga, for helping me find my sea legs as a bride and to discover the perfect gown!

Signature and Madi are THE BEST
This was my first time ever stepping foot in a bridal salon. I was nervous, anxious, and apprehensive. Madi made my experience extraordinary. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. I cannot stress enough how much I, and my group, appreciated her. Very Calm Environment
The environment is very welcoming. Very spacious for this small intimate moment with your family and friends. The Austin location has wedding dress consultant angels! Emily is heaven sent. She pays attention to details, very competent, and is knowledgeable on every dress and detail. We ran out of time on my first visit, so i scheduled a second visit and Emily already had dresses waiting on me that she felt could be the one, so no time was wasted picking and viewing. And i said yes to the dress. !!! We experimented with add ons to the dresses (over skirts). Emily really designed my dress to include my vision. Very thankful for Emily. i did go to other shops, but i came back to Signature because i was drawn to the atmosphere the moment i stepped in.

Amazing time finding my dream dress!
I had an amazing time! Emily was super sweet and helpful, she even saved me from trying on a dress way out of my price range which I truly appreciated. She was very perceptive and just made the whole day a ton of fun, even helping me to find jewelry for my big day. I also really enjoyed the help of the ladies that were there with the Allure trunk show. Overall, everyone was super nice and made the whole experience amazing for me! I had such a wonderful experience at Signature Bridal! The shop is beautiful, and the inventory of dresses is massive. As soon as I walked in, I knew I’d find my dream dress! My associate, Emily W, was so fantastic and made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. Based on some of the selections my friends and I chose, Emily found and recommended the dress I ultimately fell in love with. First off I loved the selection of dresses that were available at Signature Bridal! I had Emily help me and she was absolutely outstanding! Signature Bridal Salon surpassed all my expectations for my shopping experience. From the moments of booking, to the first appointment, I felt so pampered, cared for and understood. Emily, the associate who guided me on my journey was so knowledgable, sweet and fun. She made the experience for not just me, but also for the members of my bridal party unforgettable! She really listened to my needs and wants and brought great ideas to the table. After helping me pick MY DRESS (giggles in bride) she was attentive via email helping coordinate dress selections with my bridesmaids. The bridal consultants at Signature Bridal Salon in Austin were the most supportive and helpful team I have ever met. My bridal consultant Skyler was phenomenal at picking dresses that suited my figure and was welcoming to all of my family. After having a horrible first dress shopping experience at s different store, I was able to appreciate the staff at Signature so much more. A seriously wonderful experience. Eliza was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. I came in to try on a specific line of bridesmaid dress and she made it so quick and easy.
I also really appreciated the way she interacted with me when talking about the sizing. She politely prefaced that the Jasmine Bridal sizing was a little different than what I may expect in regular stores. I let her know that as a previous bride, I wasn't going to be offended by the potential larger size she recommended based on my measurements. But I appreciated her kindness and I really loved that she went out of her way to note this, just in case the sizing would be an upsetting topic. Knowing she gives the same level of empathy and understanding to others made me very thankful for her.
The purchasing experience was quick and painless as well! Eliza went through everything with me and was very clear about procedure and next steps. I'll be honest, I was half dreading this task, as I was worried I might be a size 14 gal trying to fit into a size 8 sample dress. But my experience was truly awesome and enjoyable. I'd recommend Signature Bridal to anyone, bride or bridesmaid!

Where to start! 10/10 recommend Signature Bridal- no need to go anywhere else! I went to multiple salons and tried on dozens of dresses, but had the best experience at Signature. What truly sets them apart is how much they care about their clients in wanting them to find the perfect dress for their big day. They not only helped me, but also helped all of my bridesmaids to find their perfect dresses to not only fit the theme of our wedding, but to also help bring out their individual personalities. Everyone LOVED Signature!!
Along with many others, our wedding was postponed due to COVID. The ladies at Signature were incredible- they were super understanding and professional not only in their communication but also in providing support and comfort during this time. One of the best bridal dress salons out there!
I have been in the wedding industry as a coordinator for 15 years, and when it came time to plan my own wedding, it was really important to me to choose vendors that I had a personal relationship with and who were among the top 1% in the industry for what they do. We have so many of our brides who choose their dresses from Signature and have always raved about their experiences with them, so I was so excited to be able to experience it for myself. And boy did they NOT disappoint. From the very first time in, I never felt like I was being pressured or was a bother to anyone. They were actually the second shop I went to out of three and there was absolutely NO COMPARISON - from the service I received, to how knowledgeable the staff was, to the sheer number of dresses available to me in my budget, everything was perfection. They were always completely honest about shipping times, pricing, and additional details. Olga was fantastic. Fast, competent, and she figured out what I really wanted and what looked great on me when I didn't even know. I feel like most sales people take way too long with each dress, but Olga was like- out to the pedestal, pose like a model, do you love it? Yes, take a picture, if no, next one! I think she had worked with models before so she just knows her stuff. The selection of gowns was also amazing too, which you may not initially expect from a shop kind of tucked away. The prices are reasonable too, and they are willing to work with you. I loved it and am planning to go back soon

Signature Bridal and Amber helped me find the perfect dress!
found my wedding dress for my March 2019 wedding at Signature Bridal. Amber was the consultant that helped me, and she was great! They have a wide selection of gowns, and a nice try-on area so you can get the full feel of wearing the dress and walking around in it. She listened to the feedback I gave on each dress, and had a really good understanding of the dresses and designers to select the dress style that I was looking for. After finding the perfect dress, getting it in the shop was easy, but took bout 4 months with rush shipping (because the dresses are made when you order them), so be sure and get your dress sooner rather than later! I used the Krista has for dress alterations, she sets up in the back of Signature bridal, so it was very convenient. And Krista was super professional and did a fantastic job with the dress. Signature Bridal and Krista make a great combo! They helped make my wedding even better with the perfect dress.

The only bridal salon you need to visit!
After my original dream dress fell through, I was devastated and unsure I would be able to find a new wedding dress that I loved as much as the first. I researched a handful of different bridal salon's and decided to go with Signature Bridal Salon first. I am so glad I did. They have SO MANY dresses!!! We selected a good number to start with and my consultant, Emily, had been the one to select the dress that I ended up saying yes to. The ladies at Signature Bridal were so sweet and helpful. I went to my first appointment at Signature, and while I didn't find my dress during that trip, I know my dress was there! Signature was the first bridal salon I visited, and they were wonderful. I was so nervous about not finding the right dress and being too picky and too indecisive - I expressed my concerns to the sales associates, who were SO patient and understanding. They helped me find several styles I loved, and they were so flexible with me in scheduling follow up appointments so I could return and try on my favorites again after my first appointment. I ultimately found my dress at Signature, and loved my experience with them. Their professionalism and understanding has been fantastic!

I chose this salon because after visiting so many others in Texas and in my home town in Illinois they made me feel the most comfortable and the most welcome. Eliza has helped me since my 1st appt, she even reached out to me after to follow up when I said I was having budgeting issues. The best place in/outside of Austin
I had a bit of a hiccup with the first dress I bought, and three months before my wedding went into Signature seeking some help finding a new dress, with only three months until our wedding day. Kylee helped me out and I could not have asked for a better experience. We found the perfect dress for me, she was professional, helpful, and made me feel like a goregous bride. The level of service was outstanding from start to finish, even helping me send it of for cleaning and preservation after the wedding. If you are in the market for a beautiful gown, this is your spot!

This is a great place to find a dress, they had so many styles and sizes to try on for every size bride. Originally i was dreading dress shopping, being a plus size bride, but the entire experience was great, I tried on sooo many dresses, that i had a hard time deciding and had to sleep on it and come back the next week. Everyone there is so friendly and made the dress shopping experience great. I loved my dress and the fact that i was able to have my alterations done (through a 3rd party) at their store. They also sent me emails when they were having a sale and I ended up getting a belt and veil at a really great discount as well.

It was a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at Signature Bridal Salon. Caitlyn was super professional and very accommodating. My mom does not live in Austin, so I had my friend take a million pictures and videos, and FaceTime with my mom, and Caitlyn was super chill about all the time that consumed. It was actually thanks to her that I found my dress. She suggested I try on an Essense of Australia, which was not anything I had asked for, and it was love at first sight. I even cried! Also, they were very nice about helping select dresses which were available in my timeframe (5 months!). Plus, the salon is spacious, well-lit and just pretty. I would recommend any newly engaged bride-to-be to try them out!

San Antonio Brides: Don't bother trying to even get your dress in San Antonio. I ended up going to Bee Caves, Texas and found my perfect dress. Olga was wonderful and has an amazing eye for what looks best on your body, and finds you a dress that is perfect and makes sure that you are absolutely IN LOVE with it. After a HORRIBLE experience at a bridal salon in San Antonio, I reached out to them due to good reviews, and they were more than accommodating. The shop is sparklingly clean, spacious, well-lit, and has a huge selection of gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, and flower girl dresses to choose from. I didn't personally take advantage of their sample sale, but they also have incredible deals on those. They have independent on-site alterations, which is great, but what really stands out about them is their customer service and expertise. I am so happy that I went with them. Oh, and if you buy your dress there, everyone else in your wedding party (mom, grandma, flower girls, bridesmaids) gets their stuff at 10% off!

I couldn't imagine a better experience! Everyone at Signature Bridal (especially Carissa and Candace) was extremely helpful, accommodating (I called in advance about some Maggie Sottero dresses and she already had them pulled for me upon arrival), and such a pleasure to work with. Carissa truly loves what she does and you can feel her authentic excitement during the whole process...from trying on multiple dresses, to finding the one, and even follow up. I was in Austin for Thanksgiving (I live in California) and wanted to go dress shopping with my mom so we went to Signature Bridal and I'm so happy we did! They were very responsive to all of my follow up questions through email and Candace even helped me find a reputable place near me in California to get alterations done. The whole crew at Signature Bridal and the dress selections are amazing. I highly recommend checking them out!!

This was the 5th salon I visited and I should have gone there first! Tons of dresses in various price ranges. Olga was so helpful and really knows her stuff. Everyone is very professional and made the experience very enjoyable. Needless to say, I found the perfect dress here and there was no looking back. Definitely schedule an appointment in advance so you can get the attention you deserve. I also bought my bridesmaid dresses here.

I said "Yes" to an amazing Eve of Milady designer dress at Signature Bridal Salon! I had a fabulous experience working with both Candace, Carissa and Ashley. They were all very professional and were in constant contact before during and after picking out my dream dress. My experience with Signature Bridal Salon was top notch. I scheduled appointments with three salons, and while the other two salons were very nice and accommodating, neither compared to the service and selection of dresses that Signature Bridal Salon offered. Tanya was my consultant during my appointment, and she was wonderful. Tanya was patient, she selected additional gowns for me based on my likes/dislikes, and she offered very valuable advice and suggestions. I had my mom, my sister, and my now mother-in-law with me. Tanya, and the owner, Ashley, were so nice and accommodating to all of us; they even allowed us to have champagne. We never felt rushed or looked over. After trying on over 25 dresses and selecting 7 as my favorites, I realized I needed to come back with a fresh start. I went back later in the week with just my mom with me. Tanya wasn't working that day, but another consultant helped me as well as Ashley. They pulled my favorites and I tried on a few others. I passed this one dress several times, looking it over, undecided if it was me. Ashley said, "Just try it on, I see you keep passing it!" I tried it on, and it was THE dress! I was so pleased with my experience at Signature that we also got my bridesmaids' dresses there. When my wedding dress came in, I used the seamstress recommended by Signature for alterations (Krista Harty with Polli-Anna Creations) and after a few alterations, my wedding dress fit me so well, I felt as if it was made only for me. I received so many complements about my dress on my wedding day and I felt absolutely wonderful in it. I recommend Signature Bridal Salon to any and all brides.

This place is great! I went in a purchased a gorgeous dress off the rack (and on sale!!) I was a little nervous that they would just brush me off because I was looking for a dress that I could purchase then and was hoping to get a deal. I went to a number of other places and wasn't finding anything... Signature Bridal Salon was my last stop for the day... It was a pretty long drive (I like in Round Rock), but I knew they had sample sale dresses and everyone seemed nice. I went in feeling a little disappointed with the whole dress shopping experience from the other place. I checked in (I had an appointment) and was very shortly shown to a room. Olga was the one helping me with dresses. WOW! I told her what I wanted (which was super vague) and that I preferred to buy a dress off the rack (my wedding was in 6 months and I was hoping to get a deal)... She started pulling a bunch of dresses from their selection... I put on the first dress and fell in love (it was actually the dress I ended up with)... Olga had me try on a bunch of other dresses and never tried to convince me I liked one (unlike other salons)... The moment she saw my face... She would know I didn't love it and then have me change into another dress... She was awesome... I went ahead a purchased the dress, veil, and tiara that Olga had helped me find that day.
After that, the service was amazing they remembered me when I came in for alterations everytime (they have someone they are affiliated with that will meet you at the shop for fittings). The person they recommend was awesome as well, told me what I needed and what it would cost without trying to push me into paying more than I need for alterations.
The last thing I will say, I had to have my bridesmaid pickup my dress before the wedding and I appreciated that not only did I have to give her full name, but they also required her to show ID before giving her my precious dress.

There are not enough good things that I can say about this shop. Every single person that I encountered there was very kind and extremely polite. Dee was my consultant and she went above and beyond to help me; even though I really didn't know what I was looking for she managed to help me find the perfect dress. The range in cost makes it really easy for anyone to find find something, regardless of budget. We even got the bridesmaids dresses there, they had a large selection with quality dresses. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding dress.

I purchased my dress, alterations and jewelry here. Amazing selection within many budget ranges. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the largest selection of bridesmaid dresses I've seen at a salon! Wonderful to be able to try on my purchased dress sample for my accessories appointment before my dress arrived- was able to match my jewelry exactly to my dress. I had visited multiple bridal salons across Austin but couldn’t manage to find “the dress”. So I went to Signature Bridal Salon with an appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses with my sister. Instead, we walked out with my fabulous dresses, a Justin Alexander Signature design and fantastic bridesmaid dresses by Alfred Sung! Signature’s selection of gorgeous wedding dresses at a variety of price points was amazing! Their staff was super helpful and Jessica was fantastic to work with. Their in house alterations were super easy to work with and did an amazing job! I was so lucky I found them and can’t say enough good things about them!

I had originally called the salon to see if they had a dress I found online, and although they didn't, bridal consultant Lauren took the time to send me a link to every dress they did have that matched the style I was looking for! As a bride who made an excel sheet of every dress I wanted to try on, I knew what a tedious task this was, and decided to go check them out since she did that for me! At my first appointment, Lauren was so patient and really took the time to get to know ME! She pulled so many dresses that were SPOT ON to what I was looking for (which is a miracle, because I couldn't even describe what exactly I was looking for)! But on top of feeling like my consult really took a genuine interest in me, I also loved that I never felt rushed at Signature! I didn't have to share my time with any other brides, and I felt like the entire staff was there to help me! The consultants really do put 100% focus on YOU while you're there, and go out of their way to make you feel special. I left Signature not only having found my dream dress, but feeling like I made a new friend too!
Definitely check this salon out, you will be happy you did!

I had the most wonderful experience at Signature Bridal Salon and I would definitely recommend Lauren if you make an appointment! I had been to multiple salons in Denver and Nashville prior to moving to Texas and Lauren was by far the best consultant I worked with during my search. She genuinely cares about you having the best experience and getting exactly what you want. She's very knowledgeable, professional and was not only helpful with finding my dress, but also spent a lot of time talking with me about all aspects of weddings. Because I had just moved to Austin to be with my fiance, I went in for the appointment by myself and Lauren truly felt like my friend that day which is exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions. She is also super responsive whenever I email questions, even long after I have ordered my dress. Thanks Lauren!
I also feel like Signature has very competative pricing (the dress I bought was $100 more at a similar salon in Denver). They have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses and they help coordinate with your ladies so that decreases a lot of stress associated with that. My dress has not arrived yet so I can't speak to the alterations aspect.

This review is long overdue! I found Signature Bridal Salon shortly after moving to Austin from Chicago. My trip back to Chicago to "say yes to the dress" with my mom and sister was wonderful and left me with memories I'll treasure forever, but no gown. After that, I was on my own in a new town with an idea in my mind of the type of gown I wanted but no idea where to start. One phone call later, I was driving to meet the consultant I worked with at Signature Bridal and the search was on! She was incredible, patient, and most importantly, listened to my ideas about my dream gown. She brought me what seemed like over 20 gowns I marked and she thought fit my style and budget. One by one, I went through all 20 and narrowed it down to my top two! I loved them both and was having a tough time making a decision. That's when she asked me if I would try and one more gown that had just come in... Wow! When she brought out the gown, it was as though Maggie Sottero designed the gown I had been dreaming of for months! I stepped into the gown and knew right away that this was it! I had found my dress. I literally started shaking and could not stop touching the gown and looking in the mirror in shock. My heart was racing. It felt right and I did not want to take it off. I had found "the one!" Once my dress came in, the alterations started. Let me just rave about Krista for a minute! She is brilliant and worked with me over several appointments until my "Gianna" fit perfectly. She even embroidered two cloth hearts (one each from the blue shirts of my dad and mother-in-law who had both passed away) into the inside of my gown as my something blue. Thank you Signature Bridal Salon for an incredible experience and for helping to make my wedding unforgettable!!

There are not enough stars to give the ladies of Signature Bridal! From the moment I walked into the Salon till the moment I left I was treated to the best customer service Austin has to offer. These ladies always make it a point to welcome you in and make you feel at home. I made an appointment on a Thursday afternoon just to take a look and maybe try on some dresses - I had no intentions of picking THE dress that day. We met with Lauren who is the most WONDERFUL consultant at the salon. She made my mother and I feel right at home and made the whole experience fun. I had just had a Pinterest overload and she made me feel relaxed and excited to be there. I ended up picking a dress that night! Lauren was so amazing we went back for EVERYTHING! I love the Salon and I probably would have gone back for the other items but Lauren sealed the deal - there was no question we wouldn't go back. I ended up walking about with my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, a rehearsal dinner dress, my mother's dress and jewelry. I could go on and on about Signature Bridal but the bottom line is they truly care about your big day and your experience in the salon.

We cannot express how fabulous it has been to work with Lauren and Signature Bridal Salon. By the time we left Austin for our daughter's out-of-state wedding, we wanted to invite Lauren to come with us. She has become a trusted friend in this process! Lauren listened to Annie carefully, chose five gowns for her to try on - but the first one was magic! Each gown was beautiful and fit what Annie had described, but Lauren really got it perfectly on the very first one. Every detail from the added sleeves, jewelry, veil, bridesmaids dresses and MOB dress were exactly what my daughter had envisioned - and seemed effortless for Lauren to find. She guided us with a keen eye and excellent taste. She ALWAYS spent the time WE needed to answer our questions and even change our order at one point! Lauren also listened carefully to our budget and did not even bring us gowns that would go over our limit - even adding in the accessories and alteration costs that I had not thought of yet. She was always respectful and greeted us as if she was waiting for us to come in :) Every time we were at Signature Bridal, the entire staff was welcoming and encouraging as we tried on dresses and made decisions. We have already referred two families to Signature Bridal and to Lauren's care. In addition to all the attentive service, the selection of bridal gowns and wedding arty gowns is very tasteful and priced within the range of other fine salons and even well known department stores - even better for some! I will certainly go back if my sons have a wedding some day!

These women are amazing! My sister in law found a wedding gown with them and I was so impressed with them, that I knew I wanted to buy from them as well! I could not have found a better bridal boutique! They are not only super sweet and super fun, they are accommodating and have an amazing line of dresses! I was very pleased with my experience at Signature Bridal Salon. Everyone there is very warm and friendly. Lauren assisted me with my dress and jewelry. She is so sweet and very professional. Krista, the seamstress, was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I absolutely LOVED my Victor Harper wedding gown from Signature Bridal salon!! I received so many compliments on the detail and beauty of the gown and I'm so thankful we chose to venture out to the Hill Country Galleria while dress shopping. I'm also very grateful to the amazing women who run and work at this salon; they're all amazingly professional, sincere, and helpful. They really listened to me when describing what I wanted and made excellent suggestions and were able to find the perfect dress for me.
I had my alterations done here, as well, and they came out PERFECTLY! My dress fit like a glove - I couldn't have been more satisfied with the results.
My bridesmaids also got their dresses for the big day here. We all went in together to pick their dresses and I was amazed when the associate at the store asked if I wanted to try on my gown to see how the choices complimented each other and I didn't have to give them a name or even tell them the designer of my dress - they knew immediately and were able to pull the exact sample for us to compare!
Not all my bridesmaids live in Austin, and Signature was kind enough to let me pick of the dresses for them, without any hassle.
Signature Bridal is definitely a NO-BRAINER! I'd recommend them over and over and over again!!

I had the best experience, hands down, with Signature Bridal Salon! As a wedding vendor myself, I am acquainted with and exposed to numerous local boutiques; Signature Bridal Salon had by far the best service and selection of any dress shop I visited in Austin and surrounding cities. For months I searched, finding nothing like what I wanted. The moment I walked into Signature Bridal Salon I fell in love with multiple dresses! It was so hard to choose because I loved so many, and as a bride, that's a problem I want to have! This is going to sound cliche, but it's totally honest when I say that if I were doing it all over again I would skip everything else and everyone else and go straight to Signature Bridal Salon.

Very nice and helpful ladies! They give you plenty of time to pick and try on your options and I didn't feel like they were pressuring me to buy my dress right then and there (like some other places I visited) overall it was a great experience and I love my dress!!

Ashley and her team at Signature Bridal are beyond amazing! I tired on many, many dresses at shops around Austin and the warm, friendly feeling when I walked into their store was different than the others. They were so nice (and patient) with me as I was trying on dresses and really listened to what I wanted. The selection is amazing - they have unique designers and a large selection to choose from, which I LOVED! It didn't take very long for me to find THE dress and I knew as soon as I had it on that it was perfect. I wanted to alter a few things about the dress and they went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted AND in a short time frame. Their alterations lady is AWESOME - my dress was perfect and I got so many compliments on my wedding night. Thank you SO MUCH girls - wedding and dress of my dreams!

As a plus size bride, the task of finding a dress was exciting, but at the same time, daunting. I was nervous that I would be extremely uncomfortable looking at dresses on the racks and nervous that I would have to just settle on a dress and not get the one of my dreams.
When I called to make my appointment (after seeing a dress on a TV show), the person on the other end of the phone was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable right off the bat.
I had my appointment on a Sunday afternoon. I walked into the salon was immediately greeted with smiles. The girl that assisted me was actually excited to help and showed enthusiasm, like it was more than just “her job”. I loved that I could show her pictures of the ones I absolutely loved, including the one from TV, so she could pull from the rack, and got that I was able browse the store and tag the ones I wanted to try on that I hadn't seen before.
While the TV dress did not work for me, she knew I wanted a ball gown style dress. She came back with a Justin Alexander ball gown. As I was standing there, admiring myself in the mirror, a belt was added to my dress and the second it was on, I knew it was perfect.
I had no feelings of insecurity, nor did I feel uncomfortable at any point. My appointment went until after closing, no one ever said anything about them being closed – they really wanted to make sure I walked out of the store happy with my decision.
Each time after I entered the store, called, or emailed, I felt that the staff truly cared about me having my dream gown. I highly suggest going into Signature Bridal and picking your dress from there. They are easy to talk to and really listen to what you are looking for.

I can't say enough good things about the girls here. They are all so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make me feel beautiful at each of my appointments. Lauren helped me find my dress (I actually didn't think I'd like it on the hanger) and Krista did my fittings. They were both so wonderful and fun to work with. I just absolutely adore those women and have already recommended them to several brides-to-be!

I went to Signature Bridal for my very first wedding appointment. I had Lauren as my bridal consultant. She was absolutely amazing. She made me really feel like a bride. She also demonstrated great patience and understanding as we tried on dresses of every style type. Also, she never got frustrated when my family found dresses that they wanted to see me in (which I found to be a rare thing as I went to other shops). She also never pulled anything out of my price range. Which is something else I had issues with at other places. Lauren made me feel comfortable and we chatted like we were old friends.
I would recommend Signature bridal for ANY bride. They have a far larger selection in the under $1000 range than any other store I went to and they also have a large selection of designer and couture dresses as well. I definitely received the bridal experience here!

Signature Bridal Salon was the second place I went to try on dresses! I was amazed at the selection of dresses they had, as well as how friendly the staff was! I have visited the salon several times before my wedding on November 1, 2014 and each time was always pleasant! Once I chose a dress, Krista started to work on my alterations. She made my dress fit me perfectly! Krista did such an amazing job! She even was able to sew in a piece of my mom's wedding dress (for my something old) with my new monogram initials (in blue for my something blue) underneath my dress. It was such a sweet surprise and I thank Krista for doing a such a wonderful job. Signature bridal salon is so awesome and they make you feel welcome every time you step foot in their door. They helped me choose my beautiful gown for my wedding day!!!!

I absolutely loved the dress I bought from here. I had to have the final alterations five months before my wedding because I was moving out of state and they worked with me. Only suggestion I would make is they never showed me how to bustle my dress, which would have been helpful.

These girls saved me... I chose the dress first in December, which was an awesome experience in itself. Then, we picked a venue in January. I was in a tight spot, because my dress was set to arrive a week before the wedding, which was set for May. These girls managed to work it all out so that my dress arrived mid-February. I was beyond happy :) I highly recommend Signature to any Bride-To-Be!

I changed my mind about my dress 3 weeks before the wedding due to certain circumstances and they were amazing and accommodating me. I did not purchase my 1st dress there, but when I went to look at samples for my 2nd dress they spent so much time with me and she even let me take some of the ones that were not on sample sale that were new and she could get another one in easy. I ended up choosing that dress, they called around and found a brand new one for me in my size and had it 2-day shipped for minimal extra cost. They were so kind and patient with me while I was freaking out 3 weeks before! The seamstress did a great job, quickly, with no extra costs, and it was affordable. They really made me feel at ease and I would not have found the dress of my dreams had it not been for them and ALL their staff!

Signature bridal is a very nice wedding shop. the women there were very helpful in pick out a dress, so much so that I took my cousin and one of my best friends to get their dresses there as well. We are all in the military, and signature bridal is the only shop in the Austin area that participates in the Brides Across America program where wedding dresses are given to women in the military for free or at a very discounted price. :) You don't know how special it feels to receive an amazingly beautiful dress for free. Picking a wedding dress and purchasing it is quite stressful, but through this program and this shop, such a burden is lifted off our shoulders. :) thank you!

From the moment we walked in the door at Signature, I felt greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. Every single member of the staff is awesome. I went to nearly every other bridal salon in Austin and there are some good people scattered at different shops around town, but Signature is unique because every single person is a pleasure to deal with. It is never just one sales person that helps you, but they all take a hand and interest in every customer. I am very self-conscious and actually dreaded wedding dress shopping instead of looking forward to it. I am a size 18, and can be overly-judgmental to myself. The girls at Signature never, ever, not even for a second- treated or looked at me as a "plus size" bride. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I shopped at Signature. I bought my dress- which I customized by adding a colored layer for added interest- done by the great alterations team at Signature. I also purchased my veil there (after shopping all over town I found that Signature had a better selection and good prices). Overall, just a wonderful bridal salon.

Signature has an extensive, thoughtfully curated selection of dresses. They also have a knowledgeable, delightful staff who were a pleasure to work with. Further distinguishing them from the pack is the fact that they have in-house alterations. I worked with Krista, who was amazing. These very talented ladies have backgrounds in design, which translates into a gorgeous, custom fit, as well as extra creativity when it comes to things like bustles--who knew there were so many options? I also bought my headpiece and veil through Signature. They were not only gorgeous but of great quality at a very competitive price.

I was not looking forward to trying on wedding dresses as I am not a perfect size...When I walked into Signature bridal and I advised Kimberly who was to help me with this said that it was going to be fine and that it was going to be fine for me to go pick out dresses to try on and if there was a dress that was not my size that I could still pick it out and if I wanted it that she would make it happen... She made me feel so comfortable and the the experience the opposite of what I thought it was going to be....she was great and wonderful and I could not ask for anything more....then there was Krista , the seamstress, who at my first fitting of my dress made me feel awesome that the dress was made for me as there was almost no alterations that had I be made!!!! And the dress was beautiful...she did an amazing job adding the belt to it...I would highly recommend signature bridal as the place to get your dress !!!!!

I could not have been more pleased with Signature Bridal Salon in Bee Cave. I was the typical bride the day I went dress shopping for the first time. I tried on probably a dozen dresses. The girl that helped me was very patient. She listened to what I liked and what I didn't. She brought me different dresses to try. Sure enough, the last one I tried was my perfect dress. Then I had three dress fittings with Krista. She was amazing!! She was so nice every time I went in, and did such a great job altering my dress. I could not have been happier with the way it came out.

The best experience I have ever had. I had gone to other bridal shops before Signature and had gotten very uninterested helpers from the other stores. As soon as we walked into Signature Bridal there was someone at the desk that greeted us very kindly and almost immediately I was with my consultant Jessica. I loved the way they allowed me to browse through the dresses and label the ones I wanted to try on. She also picked a few dresses she thought might work for my wedding based on the info I had described to her. She also made sure that all the dresses I had chosen could be ordered in time for my wedding (I had my appointment in the end of February and my wedding in July, but still a short time to get a dress, being my first wedding I was unaware of how long it could take for the dress, 6 months is short apparently). After trying on a handful of dresses none of my choices could beat the dress that Jessica had pulled out for me. It was much different from what I thought I wanted, but It was THE dress and was beautiful for the wedding, I couldn't be more glad that she picked it out. My mother and Sister were also trying on multiple different dresses to go with my new found favorite. We were in there for hours (granted it was a slow day) and never did they make us feel that we were taking too long, they were helping us throughout the entire time and sharing stories with us. They are all wonderful people and make you feel like your their friends, not just another buyer. My wonderful experience continued with the fitting appointments. Tessa was my seamstress and was the sweetest woman on the planet, very open to any ideas for the bustle of the dress and encouraging me to research different bustle ideas between appointments. This is the ultimate salon without the ultimate price. The people make it everything, I would love to drop in just to say hi to them, they really make you feel like a friend. I am definitely going back to get my dress preserved.

They got to know me and my partner personally and made every attempt to help me. They even ordered extra fabric so that my partner could use it on her custom made outfit. They were extremely supportive, and they were very responsive via email and phone when I needed to set up appointments. My mom lives out of town so they even helped me set up skype so I could show my mom everything. Working with the team at Signature was the best experience. I knew going into my wedding dress shopping, it would have to have a wow factor. I needed to be comfortable with the store, if I was going to spend a lot of money on a dress, and the quality had to be amazing. I had heard from other past brides to look for the following things in, not just a dress, but a bridal store: over-the-top friendly service, a huge selection, added perks like free steaming when you need it, storage, and discounts on other items. Signature Bridal had it all!! I came in on a Tuesday and had the whole store to my self. My party of 8 was with me to share in this day. I slipped on around 10-12 dresses with different fabrics and silhouettes. It came down to two gorgeous dresses and then finally THE ONE!
My wedding dress story may sound like others you may have heard but the difference is in the people behind the dress. My consultant, Kim, not only made me feel so comfortable when actually stepping into these dresses but gave me the BEST guidance with each dress. Without her my mind would have gone in circles. Kim was the person who gave me the vision I needed to choose my dress. When you have your family and friends there with a million opinions it's so helpful to have that one outsider who KNOWS what they are talking about. The second person behind Signature Bridal's greatness is the owner Ashley. She helped me get out of a very sticky situation with my bridesmaids that ended in the best result I could have hoped for. These women CARE! They know bridal and they have treated me like family. The process of planning a wedding can be stressful but if you surround yourself with solid people,the process becomes magical.
I love this bridal store. Thank you for giving me the wedding dress, accessories, and bridesmaid dresses of my dreams!!!!

My experience with Signature Bridal left me with a completely positive feeling from start to finish. This was the first salon I visited when I began my dress search in October of 2012 (July 2013 wedding). I took my mom with me, and Kimberly was absolutely the perfect match for us. She was helpful in showing us around, and then left us on our own to pick-out options. When trying on dresses, she was right there to answer any questions we had, but didn't interject her opinions unless asked. I truly appreciated her for letting me make the experience about the dress that I felt best fit me. She had a great knowledge of fabrics and fittings as well, and easily explained to us what could be altered or changed, as we looked at each dress. I went to two other salons the following day, but came back to make my purchase so that I could move forward with Kimberly and Signature. I was told the exact date to expect the dress to arrive, and throughout the waiting period I received email updates. My dress came in about 3 weeks early, and I received an immediate notice from Kimberly that it had arrived. I was really excited to see it again, and she made me feel like she was too! I did learn that I need to be upfront with more information that I might normally think to, and by that I mean when communicating with the salon. I'm sure that they have many clients, and plenty of people working there, so I tried to provide as many details as I could whenever I needed to contact them. For example, to confirm a fitting appointment, I would call and always give my full name, let them know my dress was already being stored there and that this was my 2nd fitting. As much as we would all like to think we are their only clients (and they really do make you feel special) I thought it made it easier for them to get me a prompt response, the less information they had to dig from my files. I already recommended Kimberly and Signature to friends, and I would certainly do so again.

I was searching for a bridal salon in the Austin area and visited many bridal salons. Most of them had an attitude and I did not feel comfortable. When I walked in to the Signature Bridal Salon, I felt welcomed right away and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Kim was my advisor and she spent hours helping me find me perfect dress. I was very indecisive and took my time but I appreciate Kim's patience and understanding :). I was able to find THE perfect dress that everyone loved and gave many compliments on. I would highly recommend Signature Bridal Salon for their amazing staff, friendly attitude and professionalism besides wonderful selection of lovely dresses. Thank you for helping me feel like a princess on my big day!

can't say enough great things! Staff bent over backwards to help with rush orders, picking colors, last minute changes and I even got a personal cell picture bc I was so worried about the colors turning out right! Highly recommended!

Signature Bridal was the BEST!! Ashley always bent over backwards to help me out! My dress was absolutely amazing, and they had no problem pulling about 25 dresses for me to try on to make sure that I had picked the right one. After I picked my dress, Barb was so amazing doing my alterations! She made my dress fit me like a glove. :) My mother and all 6 of my bridesmaids also got their dresses from Signature. 3 of my girls lived outside of Austin, so they just sent in their measurements and paid over the phone. It was so easy for them! When the girls dresses were in, they called them to let them know, and Signature helped get them in quickly to have their alterations done. I seriously can't go on enough about how great this place was. We love Ashley and the team, and I am so thankful at how easy they made the process and how beautiful my wedding was because of their awesome help and advice. :)

Kimberly was the best at making everything effortless and exciting! She picked out dresses based on only what I had told her and every selection was fabulous! Kimberly made me feel like I was her only customer, I will definitely recommend signature bridal to anyone looking for great value and customer service!
