Signature Bridal had fantastic service. Even if I had not found my dress at the shop, I would have had a fantastic experience working with them. Not only do they have a beautiful selection that is size and style inclusive, their consultants were friendly, kind, and personal. I ended up finding my perfect dress at Signature Bridal and I'm so glad I did. It came in on time, was beautifully made, and high quality. -

My experience at SB was absolutely wonderful! There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from it would be impossible not to find the one with the extensive collection they provide. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure I found the dress of my dreams. She picked out the dresses I had selected ahead of time, and then helps narrow down other dresses that fit the style I loved the most that I have not seen before. I never once felt pressured in any aspect. I truly felt so confident and beautiful, and with her help I was able to say yes to my dress!! -

My visit at Signature Bridal was the first ever wedding dress shopping I had done. I was very nervous for the appointment, but the associates were very sweet and welcoming to myself and my family. They had a whole system put together and asked specific questions to gain more insight into what type of dress I was looking for. Their preparedness and the way they ran the session was amazing considering I came in with absolutely no idea what I was looking for! I have never felt more confident, beautiful, and at ease interacting with people I did not know in a very new experience. I thought I had found my dress but ended up taking a lunch break and going to another bridal place to try on more dresses before committing. Not only was I fooling myself that Signature Bridal had helped me find my dress, the service at the other place didn't even come close to what I received at Signature Bridal. My family and I were actually so uncomfortable with the service that we cut it short and I went back to Signature Bridal the same day to say yes to my dress! The staff were so nice in letting me come back without appointment and even let me try on the dress one last time before signing for it. I would (and do) recommend Signature Bridal to any individual looking for a dress for their big day! -

I purchased my wedding dress at Signature Bridal over the weekend. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Cameron made it fun and easy. I was really impressed that Cameron called me a few days before my appointment to touch base and answer any questions that I had. She spent time looking over my questionnaire and Pinterest board ahead of time to get an idea of styles that I liked. At my appointment, I felt that Cameron already had a good idea of what I was looking for and was very respectful of my budget. The shop was beautiful and comfortably fit my six guests. Everyone else that I interacted with at Signature Bridal was professional, kind, and accommodating. They popped champagne when I selected my dress making the experience even more special. -

Finding the perfect dress was not easy. I’m so grateful for the ease at which the ladies took it in stride and made it their mission to keep my spirits lifted and to find the right one for me. After switching designers I knew as I saw it on the hanger that I found the perfect one. It was the only dress that brought me to tears when I put it on. Looking forward to the fitting to really see the dress and all of its intricacies. Thank you to everyone who was there and allowed me to come back the same day and spend as much time as I wanted in that dress before saying YES to the dress. -

I had the best time at Signature Bridal!! The store itself was a boutique feel and had amazing selections from all types of styles. The bridal consultant that worked with me was Kelsi and she was super friendly and fun! The whole staff was amazing, helpful, and encouraging! The store had the best lighting and overall aesthetic. Needless to say, after trying 4 other places prior, I found my dream dress here! -

I highly recommend Signature Bridal for all of your bridal needs! They have a great variety of dresses to choose from and made shopping for my gown a fun experience. Kelsi was attentive and selected a dress that wasn’t even on my list... and I ended up saying yes to that dress!! My family enjoyed the experience as well. As an older bride (over 40), I felt comfortable and special. Don’t think twice about checking them out for yourselves. I feel beautiful and sexy in my dress and am looking forward to seeing my fiancé’s reaction on our wedding day!! -

I had such a good experience shopping for my wedding gown at Signature Bridal. Kelsi was a great consultant. She was very passionate, hard-working, and knowledgeable of the dresses. She took the time to understand what I was interested in and pulled the most beautiful gowns. Not only did I find my dream dress, but I also received a small gift at the end of my appointment. I wish I could go back and do it all again! -

Amazing dress!
The dress was amazing! The process was great! The seamstress was a little out of my budget, so I got my alterations elsewhere. But 20/20 would recommend! Their style is so different from other bridal stores! Manager was amazing!!! When I thought I found another dress, she kept the store open for me to come back and try on my first "this is the one" dress!!!! -

Great Selection
There was an amazing selection of wedding dresses here and it seems like they are bringing in new inventory constantly. i had very specific wishes for my dress and they had just the one i was looking for! i tried it on, left, then returned 15 minutes later because i knew it was the one. Everyone was incredibly friendly and super responsive, would definitely recommend! -

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Signature Bridal. From the moment I walked in with my Matron Of Honor till the time my dress came in was an exceptional experience. They truly care about everyone who walks thru their doors looking for their dream dress. My dress had a few issues from the designer but Signature Bridal noticed them straight away and resolved the issue in a prompt manner. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know that is looking for their dream dress to come here. I know my wedding day is going to be spectacular because of the help from them. Amazing and Easy Experience!
Everyone at Signature Bridal was super nice and helpful! They made finding a dress a pleasant experience and I didn’t feel obligated to try on anything I didn’t love on the hanger. They had so many options and were helpful when I just said a few descriptive words about what I might want. They also made sure that my party wasn’t making me lean toward a dress I didn’t actually want since I don’t like to disappoint anyone! They were so great with everything from my first appointment to when I picked up my dress! I will definitely send future brides their way! -

I found my dream wedding dress at signature bridal. The staff there was so helpful and nice. I remember I tried my dress on at least three times and I didn’t want to take it off ! They were so patient, and they even dolled me up with earnings and a hair piece and then gave me a large bouquet of flowers so I could see the full effect! I told my mom at the time I can see myself getting married in this dress! I highly recommend Signature Bridal to all girls out there looking for that special dress with the “wow” factor ! -

I went to several different bridal salons throughout St. Louis in search of the perfect dress for my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about the amazing staff and customer service provided at Signature Bridal. Finding a dress can be so overwhelming but the staff are all so personable, welcoming ,and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the whole process. It made my process in choosing the right dress that much easier for me. The dress selection is also a huge bonus, several different designers and price ranges available. I also was very pleased with the option for an in-house seamstress and she did an amazing job with all of my alterations. I highly recommend checking out Signature Bridal for your perfect wedding dress! -

Signature Bridal has been the best choice I could have made for choosing my bridal gown and accessories! Debbie and her daughter, Samantha welcomed me to their lovely boutique to begin the search for my dress and they didn’t disappoint. The shop was pretty, light and bright and made me want to stay past my appointment time. I just felt good there. My daughter and I were ushered to a fitting area where Debbie asked me what vision and ideas I had for my dress, listened carefully, asked questions to better understand and then chose several samples for me to try on. I liked that she had so much experience choosing and fitting gowns for every body type and her ideas about what might or might not fit really helped me narrow things down quickly. I had never tried on bridal gowns before so didn’t know what to expect. As happens so often though, I had one style in mind when I began my search and quickly found that another style was much more flattering. I tried on probably 4 or 5 dresses, one of which I really loved but didn’t buy that day. Debbie helped me see just how wonderful I could look with the right fit-I felt like a princess! I also had an idea of using some tulle as a wrap and she found a long piece of it and spent time fashioning it so that I could get an idea of what it would look like. Samantha took a look too and loved it-they spent the full hour and a half helping me see my ideas become reality, scurrying about bringing different veils, fluffing dresses, giving me more ideas and guidance, etc. It was amazing to me to see them work as this was my first time in a bridal boutique. I felt cared for and they made me feel that I was their only client. They were very busy so obviously, I wasn’t. A few weeks later I came in and said yes to the dress I had really loved that first day. They took my picture, posted it and gave me a little bottle of wine to celebrate with. I’ve been back three times to try on the dress, once for my visiting daughter who lives out of town so she could see it, once to try it with my veil of choice and a belt, just to be sure everything looked as I wanted it to and once to meet with the seamstress Isobel who will do my alterations. While trying to decide on the veil and belt they gave me websites to look at as well as explained the various styles of veils and trims and told me about an upcoming accessory trunk show where I could save some money. Debbie and Samantha have welcomed me each time and have been very patient with me as I have made these choices. I did come to the trunk show to finally choose the veil and belt and I’m set! Their seamstress Isobel has met with me twice and is a dream to work with. Her knowledge of wedding gown alteration is amazing and I feel completely comfortable with her doing the alterations on my dress. She is remaking the bodice to look more like another dress I tried on as well as building up the low cut back just a bit to hide a large scar on my back. I know she will do a beautiful job! In short, I am very happy with Signature and I would advise everyone to give them a try. Their prices are reasonable as well-very important! They work hard to please their clients and it shows!

They made the experience very personable, prevented me for getting overwhelmed, and really listened and picked up on my preferences. I went to a few other locations after Signature Bridal, but I kept going to back to the dress I found at Signature Bridal and the service received. I went back today and said yes to a dress! Signature Bridal even celebrated with champagne and confetti. -

I have been besides two girls in the last eight months as they worked with Signature Bridal for their wedding dresses. While the atmosphere and customer service was great on the days we went to pick their dresses, the aftermath was anything but that.
Early this year, we went with a friend to pick her dress. Later, she received the wrong dress, then the replacement was ripped or cut, and the third dress was rush ordered to only then be butchered at a high price by a seamstress they recommended after weeks of multiple appointments with subpar or little work done until the day before she moved states. The customer service received while trying to get the correct dress in without issues was so much added stress when honesty and communication could have went a long way. I understand the alterations done were not Signature Bridal’s fault - however, the sheer amount spent should be reason enough to recommend quality seamstresses.
We returned with my (future) sister back in early May. She picked out and paid for her dress with the promise it will be here in September. September came and went with no dress. When calling to find any information, you will get a voice recording asking you to “text for a faster response” which speaks volumes about the customer service provided! After three weeks of calling and texting, we finally received a response last Friday that my sister’s dress will be here by today, Thursday Oct. 24.
On Saturday, we stopped by the store while in the area to see if we could at least get a tracking number or find out why it was delayed so long. Although the woman at the desk has had ten years of experience in the industry, she lacked professionalism and training. The training not being her fault as she has only been there for a month - however, I do believe that at least one person in store should be available to work with customers fully if someone else is out. We stood in the entry for about a half hour as we waited for her boss and Signature Bridal owner, Megan, to respond to her text. Eventually, another woman came forward, but was unable to help us as she also lacked training as she only works one day a week. Again, lack of training is by no means her fault. A supervisor.. a manager.. a shop owner should have people trained and in place to take on any given day.
The third woman to help us was my sister’s consultant from the day we picked her dress out. She was able to help us to the best of her ability. She let us know that they don’t have a tracking number and began to schedule us to meet with their seamstress - to which I immediately declined because it was the previously recommended seamstress who butchered our friend’s dress. We changed our seamstress to the one we met in person in May. She also informed us that Signature Bridal has “never missed a wedding date”. This should have been comforting, but when you are less than 60 days out from a wedding and you need alterations done, it was not.
Come Monday, my sister was told the dress would be here Tuesday. Come Tuesday, we had no dress - back to Thursday’s delivery. Later Tuesday, the seamstress we met in May reached out to my sister urging her to contact the dress maker, Stella York, directly. We emailed Stella York Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning we were made aware that Signature Bridal ordered the dress, but never paid the invoice. My sister’s dress is made and awaiting payment in Kansas City. It has been three hours away for weeks. It was never on the way.
Stella York sent my sister to an authorized retailer, The Ultimate Bride in St. Louis, for a new purchase. The woman who helped her and her parents was incredibly understanding and helpful and the dress has been repurchased and ordered. Through whispers, researching, and scouring recent reviews, we have come to the understanding that vendors are cutting Signature Bridal off due to unpaid debt and that my sister is not alone. While Signature Bridal has yet to “miss a wedding date”, I am hoping no 2024 bride will be the first!
Please, if you have made a purchase and you are having any issues or concerns, contact your designer directly and ensure it is coming. Even if you find out it is going well, you will have peace of mind! -

My sister ordered her dress back in April and was told it would arrive in August. September rolled around and she reached out to them several times and did not receive a response until October 10, being told the dress had been delayed until the end of the month. Found out through a local FB group on Oct 24 that the shop was not authorized to sell that designers dresses anymore since June as they had not been paying their invoices, ie past dresses like hers that was ordered in April. No contact at all from the shop, who have only made a generic public statement now that they've been called out. Total waste of time and money with them, very disappointing that they've ruined a decade long business. -

If you are a bride, or know if a bride who is planning to go dress shopping here, get the appointment canceled asap. If you bought your dress from here after June 2024 contact the designer of your gown ASAP! Signature Bridal is NO LONGER AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER for at least a few of their designers. They are STILL charging brides full price for gown that they do not intend to nor are they able to order and instead they are buying low quality imitation knock off gowns for a fraction of the price. Many many brides are being left with no dress super close to their wedding date or are stick with a crappy knock off gown that cannot be altered to fit them in time for the wedding! They are somehow having multiply 1 star reviews removed from google on a daily basis of brides and their family’s wanting to help others not fall for their scam. This is affecting so many people. My heart is breaking for the people being affected by this horrible situation. Please DO NOT give your business to this place. Go literally anywhere else. -

I cannot stress enough how sad and disappointed I am that my best friend got her wedding dress from Signature Bridal in Chesterfield. Her dress experience was completely, utterly ruined. Brace yourself, because this is a long one.
My friend, whose wedding was early Sept 2024, ordered a dress from Signature Bridal in January. It arrived to the store in May. Great, normal. However, the dress was ordered incorrectly. At her original appointment, she was told she could order it without lining in the back. This dress was fully lined. Due to the tulle and appliqué on the back, the staff said it would be too difficult to get the lining out of the back and said they would order a new dress completely unlined (and then line the front themselves). They said there was another dress in stock in her size that they could order, and it would be here mid-July. We were skeptical about this, but were reassured that it would be just fine and there would be plenty of time for alterations. Mid July comes and goes, so my friend starts reaching out to the shop to inquire when they thought it would be in. They told her there was no way to track it, but it “should be in by end of July”. Well, now it’s August and she still had not heard anything. She reached out multiple times throughout the month asking for Megan (the owner) to call her with an update, as this is who she originally worked with. All her messages were left unanswered. She would call and have to leave voicemails everytime, and not ONCE did she receive a call back. Not once. Except the time she called off her fiancé’s phone. Oh that time they answered right away. Towards the end of August she received a text message that her dress would be in the next day. This is about 3 weeks from her wedding day. She responded immediately asking to come try it on, which of course was unanswered. Texted again the next day, no response. She called when she got off work, and a sweet girl answered who let her come in to try on the dress. We get there and lo and behold, her new dress came in but “had a huge hole in the tulle” and they “shipped it back immediately because that was completely unacceptable”. So now we’re back to the original dress that was ordered incorrectly. We needed to take the lining out of the back like she originally wanted, but was told was too difficult to do. Somehow, now a seamstress could do it “no problem”. We are now 2 weeks until her wedding at this point. Yup. Two. Oh, and “because of all her troubles” they wanted to “completely cover her alterations”. Wow, how generous. She worked with Chiara after this who was somehow able to pull this off, with 1 day to spare before she leaves for her destination wedding. Not once did she receive an apology from the shop or Megan. Not once did Megan call her directly. She was left in the unknown, stressed and anxiety ridden for MONTHS leading up to her wedding day. Her experience was completely ruined.
OH, to top it off. My cousin is currently waiting for her dress that was supposed to be in by July for her October wedding. Also having phone calls unanswered :)
