  The best wedding food!

  Kim and Louis just catered our 3/14/20 wedding. They were wonderful to work with. Kim was always quick to respond to my questions through email and text. They brought their pristine smoker on site (I think a lot of guests were interested in going out and checking out their smoker), and set up a gorgeous charcuterie table and buffet table. I'm hoping our photographer got some pictures because it was really beautiful. The food was out of this world! We had tri tip, chicken, and a mac and cheese bar (along with salad, veggies, and bread). We got so many compliments from guests on how great the food was! They packaged up the leftovers for us and those were gone pretty quickly. Thank you Kim and Louis for keeping us and our guests so well fed!

  Amazing food and experience!

  Sierra Smoke BBQ catered our wedding in Sonora in November and we are so happy that we went with them. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation and service was wonderful as well. So many of our guests confronted us saying that it was the best food they had ever had! The corn bread and smoked mac and cheese were our favorite!

  Outstanding Meal

  Perfection. I have been to many weddings and this was the best meal and presentation I have ever experienced. As the mother of the bride and a business owner it was a blessing knowing that Kim and her team at Sierra Smoke had everything prepared and presented to exceed my expectations. The groom had even requested a pretzel and cheese bar that Kim was able to create, and everyone loved, just from my description. The set up of the buffet line allowed for a very quick and smooth serving line which allowed everyone to eat in a timely manner. Every guest that I spoke to just raved about the quality and taste of the food. All of this while working in a driving rainstorm. Thanks again to Kim and her staff at Sierra Smoke for helping to make our daughters wedding a huge success.

  Pinecrest Chalet Wedding 5/11/19

  We hired Sierra Smoke BBQ for our wedding weekend at the Pinecrest Chalet and the food was AMAZING! Working with Kim leading up to the wedding was very easy and she had a lot of great input and suggestions based off of my vision and her prior experience at the venue. We had to completely change to a Plan B the week of the wedding due to chances of rain and Kim was able to help arrange for a tent for the smoker to be covered so that our reception could take over the area they were going to use for food prep.
  
  We live in Southern California so we never taste tested any food prior to the wedding day and it was seriously SO GOOD. The appetizers were delicious, and the Mac and Cheese bar was a major hit! They stayed with us on property all weekend and served a continental breakfast for guests staying on property the Saturday morning of the wedding and served Sunday morning after brunch as well.
  
  Sierra Smoke’s buffet table display and decor was so cute and matched our outdoor/rustic theme so perfectly! The Serving staff that helped throughout the weekend were so nice!

  Kim, Louis, and their entire team are excellent!! Although like most bride and grooms we didn't get a chance to sit down and enjoy the full meal all at once but when we got to take bites here and there it was excellent! We wanted to tell everyone to leave us be for like 10 minutes so that we could enjoy the amazing food!
  From the get go we loved how Sierra Smoke BBQ conducted business. Kim is so inviting and incredibly easy to talk to and work with! Their facebook is full of wedding and events that they have done which is great for me because I'm the type of person that needs to see something done before I stop stressing over it!
  They don't just make and serve the food. The whole thing is a production and a presentation which really creates that wow factor! We could not have been more pleased with how amazing it all looked and even better with how amazing it all tasted! Thank you Kim and Louis for being one of the many puzzle pieces that made our day perfect for us!
