Loved our photobooth!

I loved having Shutterbox Entertainment as my photobooth vendor! They were prompt, professional and even helped create a custom logo for our photos. Everyone had a blast with it. The props were also excellent quality. Highly recommend Shutterbox for your wedding or event

Highly recommend!!

We rented an openair photobooth through ShutterBox for our wedding reception and could not have made a better choice! They were so wonderful! Extremely professional, quick to respond, reasonably priced, and our photobooth attendant was awesome! I would definitely use them again in the future and will be recommending to friends and family! Great company!

So great and such a fun addition to our day !

I could not be happier with our photo booth experience that we had for our wedding! The set up was amazing and it happened so fast that before we knew it our guests were enjoying taking pictures and having an amazing time! The attendant that was working was so fun and very knowledgeable. She kept the line moving smoothly and I could not be more grateful. As the bride this was everything that I could have ever wanted and I will be definitely recommending this photo booth to all of my friends and family for every occasion in the future.

The photo booth was such a hit at our wedding!! We had a blast taking pictures and then reliving our wedding with an online gallery of all pictures from that night. Shutterbox created us a custom layout, which was so perfect! Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience. Eddie was on top of making sure everyone was having fun and the photos were flowing. Brandon's recommendation to use the 4x6 cards instead of the traditional photo strips was a great one and I had an instant photobook to look at as soon as I got home.

I rented the Photo booth for my daughter's wedding, on Jan 16, 2016. From the moment I began to look for a photo booth rental place, I came across Shutter Box, They were helpful from start to finish. I had no trouble review the packages, the layouts and summiting the contract. It was just that easy. Even when I didn't return some of Shutter Boxes questions, They figured it out on their own, which made my job easier, since wedding can be stressful. Catilin was very helpful with the.designing part and George was our Attendant, he was fabulous. the photo booth was a success and all the guest enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend Shutter Box's photo booth for anyones upcoming event.

My husband and I first encountered ShutterBox at his company Holiday party in December 2012. Everyone really enjoyed it. We decided to use ShutterBox for our daughter’s wedding May 11, 2013 as a surprise. She was thrilled! Rob McCarty at ShutterBox was very helpful! He assured me that he would work with me for the scheduling and I could depend on them. Everything went flawlessly. Nate Perry who operated the photo booth arrived early and was extremely cordial. He helped make our daughter’s wedding a huge success. Virtually every guest used the photo booth several times. It was a great scrapbook for the evening. We are still talking about it and plan to use ShutterBox at future parties. We recommend ShutterBox 100%.

They were wonderful, very attentive and working hard to get what I wanted from my booth choice to the graphic for the prints. It made the party everyone loved it from all ages 8 yrs old - 80 yrs old everyone loved and truly enjoyed it we had a great host EDDIE he was wonderful as well. We used the photobooth for a fundraiser at a college. It was a huge hit and the shutterbox professional there during the event was friendly, timely, and flexible. The pictures were a good quality and it was a great value. I would definitely use it again next year.

They were Amazing at their services! We rented a Photo Booth for our Wedding in August and that's all our guests keep on talking about. Our guests loved taking their own pictures and having fun with them. It was a great time and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have the best of the best weddings!

Not only did our guests have a blast with our photobooth (kids - Grandparents) the guy that ran the booth Kevin was fun! Would recommend them highly to anyone considering having a photobooth at their wedding!

As parents of the bride, my wife and I were totally satisfied with the services and the employees of ShutterBox Entertainment! We can also say that the bride, the groom, and the guests thoroughly enjoyed ShutterBox. From the initial meeting with Marty Murphy who went out of his way to deliver photo bookmark sleeves the day before the wedding to the ShutterBox wedding hosts, Derek and Jessica, everything went as planned and as promised. Derek and Jessica did such a great job working the photo booth, assisting the guests, and generally facilitating the successful result that was achieved! We appreciate that Rob McCarty was also there for us during phone conversations. The final picture DVD, the availability of the pictures online to everyone, and the value (cost) also help to place the ShutterBox experience in the top echelon of the parties who helped to make this wedding a success!

Shutterbox is AWESOME!!! I had originally tried to book "Shutterbooth" for out wedding on the recommendation of someone else, but after fifteen phone calls and emails and no response, I turned to to ShutterBox. Thank God! They answered on the first ring, answered all my questions, and sent the contract over within 8 hours! They were flexible with a payment plan and worked with us to design our own little "logo" for the photo strip. The attended was great, our box of props was hilarious, and we loved that you could see the night progress in photobooth pictures on the outside screen. You can view the pics online about two days after the event and they send you a CD with all the pics. You also get a keepsake book where your guests leave you a copy of the pic and write you a message. We love it! I can't stop looking at it!

We didn't receive our CD within the 10 day period, but I called to inquire they were apologetic and sent one out immediately, no questions asked. They have amazing customer service and every time I spoke with someone on the phone they were polite and enthusiastic about our event.

I would recommend ShutterBox in a heartbeat to anyone thinking about getting a photobooth. It's worth every penny! Our guests loved it! We loved it! Thank You ShutterBox!

Everybody had an awesome time in the PhotoBooth. Our guest book turned out great and our attendants were very friendly and helpful. We got our CD in the mail even before we got back from our honeymoon!

The entire photo booth experience was amazing, all of my guests had a great time using the different props to take pictures with. Our photo booth attendant Nate was polite and super helpful, he helped make the photo booth welcoming for everyone. We would recommend Shutterbox to anyone that wanted to add something extra fun to their event :)

The guy running the both was fantastic and the price for the package was great. This photobooth was the one thing I got complimented on the monst by my guests. Everyone LOVED it

We loved the photo booth & so did our guests. The booth was all set up when guest arrived and they were able to create our guest book with their photos. Our guests were very creative and it is so fun to look back at all their fun photos.

Being a wedding planner for a hotel venue, I have seen many photo booth companies throughout the years. Shutterbox is by far the most advanced, organized, and professional company I have seen... so of course I hired them for my own wedding! Not only did they not disappoint, the photo booth was the HIT of our wedding! Guests visited the booth more than once with groups of friends and families and now have amazingly fun photo memories of the evening. Guests even coined the phrase, "Wanna photobooth it?" to invite friends to take a trip to the booth. The booth was full all night - but there wasn't a big line build-up since the booth processes the photos so fast. And the scrolling monitor on the outside is a great feature for guests to see others' photos. And as a bonus, the photos are posted only a few days after the event for guests to purchase or download! By far the best photos of the night came from the Photo Booth! HIGHLY recommended! HIGHLY worth it! You can't put a price on amazing photos!

AMAZING!!!! Best money spent!! We had a reception filled with "older" guests and they were just as active in the photo booth and loving it as much as the younger crowd. The attendant was WONDERFUL!! He was so fun and friendly. My guests all loved him!! The pictures are VERY high quality and the photo book was the BEST. We got the package that offered the CD with all the images. I got it less than a week after the event. From beginning (picking a package best for you and picking a monogram) to the end, this company was so helpful, friendly and prompt to answer any emails or phone calls. I am so glad I didn't let my Husband talk me out of the Photo Booth!! Guests are still raving about it a week later. This company is the way to go!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat! Thank you ShutterBox!!!!!

Shutterbox was a total hit! Our guests are still raving about how much fun the photo booth was. My hubby and I love our photostrip guest book. It truly captures the excitment and fun everyone was having at our reception. One of my favorite memories of our wedding day was when my cousins showed me pics of my 91 year old grandmother with oversized prop glasses and a boa striking a pose in the photobooth.

Photobooths are a perfect way to ensure your guest have a great time at your event. Not to mention they get a keepsake to take home. Now who doesn't love that!

ShutterBox was a hit at our wedding! They were so easy to work with and everything they promised they delivered on. It was a great addition to our reception and it keep everyone entertained. If you weren't on the dance floor dancing your butt off, you were in the photobooth taking pictures. The book that they put together was perfect and our guests loved that they could put one copy in the book and another copy to keep for themselves. If you're looking for something to add to the wedding -- book your photobooth today. It's well worth it and people will be talking about it long after the wedding is over. The first time I heard about this, I knew that I had to have it for my wedding. It was a huge hit ! Everyone loved it. It's a great way to see your guest's humorous side. Some of the pictures were hilarious. Two copies of the pictures are printed so your guest keeps a copy and left the other copy for us. The two people working the booth from ShutterBox were great and extremely helpful. They made this great scrapbook from the photos left by our guests. You and your guests can also view and/or order all the pictures online a few days after the event. They also give you a disk with all the pictures.

D'Arcy from the company is great too. She really worked with me on everything. She answered all my questions over the phone promptly and thoroughly. ShutterBox even helped me create a custom logo for my wedding. I wanted something Los Angeles based and in my wedding colors, so their graphics department created the the logo with the Hollywood sign, our names and wedding date in our wedding colors.

ShutterBox was great. They are very professional, and the booth itself was very nice, clean and modern. They even arrived early to set up It's a few weeks after our wedding and guests are still raving about it. A few want to use ShutterBox for a sweet sixteen party and a birthday party - our photographer even asked about using it. I only wish I had more time to take more pictures in the booth, but as the bride I guess I was a little busy that day ... Hopefully, I'll be able to use them for another event soon !

There aren't enough words to express our happiness with the service and quality of ShutterBox. We wanted something different at our wedding so we did a photo booth for our guest book. CJ from ShutterBox was there to help set up and manage the album, making sure people got their photos, trimmed them and helped place them in the book. He was pleasant and so friendly. He arrived early, ensured the set up was complete well before our event started, and was so professional. From a higher level, working with ShutterBox was a breeze. Coordinating for the big day, executing the contract, etc - all easy, which is great because when planning a wedding, you don't need any added stress. I HIGHLY recommend ShutterBox for any special event. The booth made our night - every loved it and are still talking about it all these weeks later. This was the best thing ever for the wedding reception! At first I was afraid that it would take too many people away from the dance floor, but it didn't. Everyone had a blast in it and the guests got to take home memories too. I LOVED the idea of the guest book/scrap book instead of them just signing their names in a book (like at a funeral!!). I recommend this to everyone having a wedding. The booth was set up before we even got to the reception and our tech was fantastic! Pictures were great quality and service was the best. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

They offer friendly service and cater to your every need.

They aren't like other photobooth companies. They work with you, and make sure you are getting what YOU WANT.

I would most DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a photobooth.

ShutterBox photobooth is amazing! From the beginning, their staff was very responsive in creating our engagement shoot prints to setting up on time at our venue on our wedding day. The attendants were very nice and pleasant. The quality of their product was exceptional, as I have seen other photo booth companies where they charge the same price for poor quality prints. The photobooth was a huge success at our wedding and I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about using a photobooth at their wedding.

WOW WOW WOW! This was a great big hit at our wedding. We signed a contract in one day, provided a logo, and then magically we had a proof the next week. Payment was flexible over the course of a few months as not to have one big bill.

At the event, the setup was 100% seamless to us. We had 192 guests at our wedding and almost every person got into the booth. The proofs came quickly and some of our best memories were around the booth.

Post wedding, the proofs were great and it's something everyone is still talking about after our wedding.

Best part--the Shutterbox staff was great and responsive the whole way!

The photobooth was amazing! We had so much fun taking pictures in there, and the best part is getting instant pics!!! Then you get doubles too so one copy goes home with your guest as a favor and the other copy goes in a book which is in place of the boring regular sign-in book. My guests were so impressed and had so much fun doing this everyone kept complimenting it and saying they loved it! After the wedding usually everyone wants to see pictures and usually your pictures take a while and that's the great thing about the photobooth pics is that you have at least some pics to show people that want to see wedding pics. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to waste the money on it but now I'm glad I did- it was worth every penny!!!! Thanks ShutterBox!!!!!

We would definitely book with Shutterbox again. After the wedding, everyone keeps telling us how much they loved the photobooth.

This was one of the best decisions I made at my wedding. It was such a big hit! And they are very easy to work with. I would recommend everyone using Shutterbox Photobooth at your wedding. The quality of the prints were AWESOME. The people that work for Shutterbox, outstanding. I've seen a few photobooths and I had to say this is the best one.

This photobooth was the best idea. It was the hit of my wedding. This was the best money I spent on my big day. And my guests got to take home great pictures - better than any wedding favors !

PhotoBooths are a big thing now, and many companies are advertising "booths" for very low prices. Don't be fooled when it comes to quality, it is my belief that ShutterBox is the BEST company out there. I've seen many makeshift booths but the one at my wedding was the REAL DEAL! The attendant was very nice and all of my friends and family had a wonderful time taking pictures and having fun with the many props. My only thing I wish was better was the album in which they give you for your guest book. It wasn't the cutest thing in the world, I'll change it to something coffee table ready. Other than that though these guys are the real deal!

Shutterbox photo booth was a big hit at my wedding a few weeks ago. I was most impressed by the professional service and personal attention I received from the owners Rob and Jennifer. They followed through to make my day special.

So Fun and Worth It!

great photo quality and personalized the photo strip design. They even give digital copies of all the photos taken and included the gifs! The backdrop was great quality too!

We decided at the last minute to get a Photobooth for our wedding. Lucky for us, ShutterBox had the date open. They are a little more expensive than some other Photobooths vendors, but we were happy to use them because they had outstanding follow up. Brendon is who we dealt with in sales, and Catie helped with the design. My questions were answered quickly, and I felt we were in good hands. Our guests had a blast using the booth and we loved looking at the pictures.

The photobooth was a great hit and everyone loved it. The attendant was very professional and great with our guests. We love our memory book and our photos were online within a few days for everyone to view.

We had them for our wedding and they were great for all the pre-wedding planning. Everyone enjoyed the photobooth and were all amazed with it. We had doubles so that people can have them as a favor. We also had a guest book. Which I still look at because everyone wrote such amazing items on there. That was the first thing I wanted when I got back tot he hotel after the wedding.

We cherish the book and the memories. We would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

We used ShutterBox at our wedding recently and have nothing but great things to say about them! Before the wedding, Jen and Rob answered all of my questions promptly and were extremely professional throughout the whole planning process. We custom-designed our invitations, and they were able to match our design on the photo strips. On the day of the wedding, the booth was set up right on time and all of our guests absolutely loved it! Not only did they have fun taking pictures in the booth, but they were able to bring their photos home with them as favors from the wedding. After the wedding, we received a CD of all of the pictures taken in the booth - it's clear that everybody had a blast considering how many photos were taken and now we have a priceless memento from our wedding. Highly recommend ShutterBox!

Having the Shutterbox Photobooth at my wedding reception on April 9th was a big hit! Guests enjoyed the option of black/white or color, and it was great seeing groups of 4, 5, and 6 people fitting into the booth to take a picture. As the bride, I love having the keepsake of a copy of everyone's photobooth pics. It was a ton of fun for all!

Shutterbox provided a photo booth for our wedding reception. They also custom designed graphics for our table tallies which were placed inside the frames that we bought from Shutterbox and displayed on the table tally table. We gave them a list of the guests with their table numbers and they were able to print that on the table tallies as well. It looked great and then the guests could insert their photos in the frames after they had their pics taken. Our guests had a great time with the photo booth.

Great photo quality & fun addition to our reception

Shutterbooth hit all our requirements and our guests loved the booth. First off, they offered an unlimited hours and prints package and threw in 2 special upgrades that, while not the cheapest, gave us a great value for the evening without having to worry about setup time etc. They were flexible and easy to work with, allowing us to customize many little things that made the booth feel more personal to us (customized logo, special message, gif maker to name a few!). The attendant was great with our guests, patiently explaining and helping our less tech savvy guests out. Perhaps most importantly, the photo quality was fantastic - really, some of the best pics the night of our guests came from the booth (professional photos to come!). My one recommendation for any couple would be to plan on adding some of your own props. The provided props were pretty generic and I was really glad I spent a few extra dollars to have props that were meaningful to us and our story!

Loved having Shutterbox at our wedding reception. These are memories that last forever. Your guests get to take home a memory right away. We used these as our thank you's, as well as the photobook as our guest book! We knew we were never really going to look at a traditional guestbook, this way we get to see everyone having an amazing time at our wedding. The only snafu that I can remember is that the monitor displaying what was going on in the photobooth was not there/not working. I guess in the end, if that is all that went wrong, not a big deal. But the rep was awesome, and she did a great job putting our photobook together!

Everyone had a blast with this photo booth and it was a highlight of the wedding! They are a great company. The only downfall was most of the guests wanted to keep both copies for themselves so we had to buy some. But overall - AWESOME!!!

This review is of the Naperville office. Good Luck getting a phone call back if you need anything!! All the good reviews on Jen from various websites - she's "no longer there". You literally have to stay on them to get anything. Paying your bill is about the about the only thing that they are good at communication with. The booth person sent to our event was excellent though!

I only have two complaints regarding the company. Roughly one month before our wedding, we realized we hadn't add the aspect of multiple copies for each guest in the photobooth. I reached out to the company and paid the additional $100 and they added it to my contract and sent me an updated one. The day of the wedding, however, guests began to complain to me that the attendant was only giving them one strip (the other strip was placed in the photobook for signatures). I spoke to the attendant and explained that I had added additional strips and he told me that my contract did not indicate that. When I asked if we could call the company to verify, he begrudgingly said he would try to print additional strips. To "try" to do something that was clearly paid for before the wedding was upsetting.
I would like to comment that there are different attendants at each wedding and there is no way to know if the company would send this same guy. By the end of the night he was printing the strips according to the contract, but it was frustrating that he acted as if I burdened him to do so. Also, when I visited the website to see the strips I noticed that at least 10-15 of them were not in my photobook. When I e-mailed the company regarding both of these concerns, I never received a reply.
The strips are pretty enough and there are many designs to choose from--also, they only print 3 photo poses on a strip vs. 4.

the Naperville location arrived late and forgot the me memory book. It took an hour to get one there,. The attendant was unhelpful and uninterested. The office said they would get back to me , but 3 days later.... No call.
