I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was with Showcase Events Rentals & Planning! As a Type A bride, I have a tendency to be very particular about every. single. detail, and I’m not easily impressed. But from the moment I started working with them, Sheena and Rich blew me away. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and everything was organized to perfection. They managed every aspect of the planning process seamlessly, and they made sure that every tiny detail was exactly as I envisioned — and more.
ALSO let me state that I rented every piece of equipment from them. I had my wedding in a field so needed professional kitchen equipment, dance floor, lighting tents, chairs, tables, forks, linens, plates, glasses, bars...you name a wedding item, and we rented it from Showcase!
As a planner, Sheena listened to my ideas, provided helpful suggestions, and turned my dream wedding into a reality. The level of professionalism and organization they brought to the table helped me feel completely at ease, even with all the moving parts of a wedding. The rentals were beautiful and high quality, and they made sure everything arrived on time and set up just as I imagined.

Showcase Events made rentals so easy for our wedding. Renting everything from the table up felt like an intimidating, open-ended task and I was worried I would pick the wrong quantities. Sheena could not have been more helpful! She worked with us to find a time when we could come up to the showroom and she talked us through what would be needed for our number of guests and style of serving food. She was so friendly and kind when I changed my mind one too many times about what to pick. The rentals were delivered with no issue and were all in great condition. Our reception space looked gorgeous when we were done setting up! -

Sheena is the reason my wedding was perfect. Everything was organized and right on schedule. She turned our home into the most incredible wedding venue and brought my vision to life. So many people told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and that is thanks to Sheena, Rich, and their crew. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day! Sheena went above and beyond! I loved going to their storefront and viewing their samples; she walked us through many options based on our vision. I was having such a hard time matching napkins to our DIY centerpiece decor, and she helped me procure a bolt of fabric that matched exactly. Delivery was super easy. Highly recommend! -

Our circumstance was that we live in the Midwest, literally a thousand miles away, and wanted the venue because of family ties to it in New Hampshire. Sheena automatically knew who to call upon when we voiced our greatest desires for bartender, caterer, florist, and baker, and already knew the band I had hired. It was an easy working partnership that easily became a friendship! The fact too that her husband was overseeing the tents’ installation and removal was great. I don’t know what I would have done without Sheena and her team!Showcase Events Rentals & Planning's reply:

Sheena and Rich were exceptional to work with. My wife and I had a very specific vision for our wedding, and Sheena worked with us extensively to make that vision come to life. This included three visits to their showroom, with multiple setups and color swaps. They even allowed us last minute additions/changes. Our wedding day was unfortunately rather cold and rainy (in the middle of June! Just our luck), and Sheena and Rich were able to deliver heaters for the tent last minute.
A few points of pain:
-Some things that were offered in person through talking, but not in the contract, were not honored on the day of setup
-The chairs delivered were not all the same color, leaving the setup looking a bit mismatched.
To the first point, my wife and I wanted disco balls hanging from the tent. When we brought this up to Sheena well before the wedding, she said it shouldn't be a problem, and even recommended some places to rent them. The day of setup, Rich said he couldn't hang them, due to liability. We luckily could resolve this as both the venue coordinator and my father in law were handy and had the tools needed to hang them with no trouble.
The second point, the chairs. We ordered Fruitwood chairs, and ended with about a 50/50 split of Fruitwood and what can only be described as "Less stained Fruitwood". When this was brought up to Sheena and Rich, they explained it was a factory error and that they found out last minute. Our Day of Coordinator tried their best to minimize this issue by making the layout of the chairs look intentional, but it still was a bit of a bummer the day of our wedding. I should also say that when we brought this up to Sheena afterwards in an email, she apologized profusely, and refunded some of our money back. Good on them for doing that.
Overall, I would recommend Showcase Events and Rentals for your event rental needs. A few minor pain points aside, they were a pleasure to work with.Showcase Events Rentals & Planning's reply:

Sheena was incredibly helpful throughout our wedding planning. She was quick to respond to every call and email. She was up front and transparent about every step of the process. She had great insight on how to make our venue look as beautiful as possible and she is very knowledgeable in rentals (size of dance floor based on guest count, color combinations, etc.). Her team was prompt, professional, and the quality of all our rentals was exceptional. We received countless compliments on the farmhouse tables. I would highly recommend Sheena and Showcase!

So helpful and supportive
Sheena at Show case was extremely helpful with our rental needs for my daughter's wedding. We kept contacting her for advice and changes to our order and she was very kind about it. She is an event planner too so she has good insight into the flow of events and how the different vendors work together. Showcase has a lot of inventory too! We needed a wide range of stuff including a tent, linens, easels, champagne coups and whiskey barrels. They have most everything you can think of! Sheena was great to work with! She was very responsive and put up with untold iterations to our quote. She was very patient at explaining different options and never steered us to the most expensive option unless I explicitly asked for it. We used her mismatched vintage china and it was in great shape and gave a beautiful rustic touch to our wedding. She even made sure to find ones in her stock that had gold detail within them since we were using gold flatware and gold chargers!
The only thing to be aware of is that any dishes must be well rinsed before getting sent back to her - not a big deal at all, but requires just a bit more labor from the caterers/servers so make sure they are aware of that.
We are so happy we used her and have recommended her to my sister who is getting married later in the summer.Showcase Events Rentals & Planning's reply:

Jennifer Sent on 01/30/2018Sheena was absolutely essential to our wedding going without a hitch! We spent almost two years working with her on every detail because we were planning our wedding from clear across he country. If I needed to ask a question, she would call. If I was concerned about the heat at the event, she would find us an A/C unit. When we needed to talk the venue into LETTING us use that unit, she did it. I was too tired to make the wedding favors, she put them together for us. She found the cutest napkin rings, had amazing china, and stored all the decorations I made and sent to New Hampshire. The most memorable thing she did for us was that my son, who is severely allergic to peanuts, left his epi-pen in the cabin we had stayed in. Sheena said that we shouldn't worry, set everything in motion with the caterer and her fiance, and drove to the cabin to find the epi-pen. He cannot eat anything safely without having it nearby! Sheena was a lifesaver and made our wedding day the most beautiful wedding there ever was, almost one year ago. If you retain her services, you will be equally impressed!

Great experience
Beautiful tent, tables and chairs! So great to be able to plan everything with Sheena. She is very helpful and provides clear quotes so you can figure out what you want and what matches up with your budget. The equipment was beautiful and worked great for us. I recommend having a set up plan ahead of time to help facilitate a smooth install. Also having showcase set up the tables and chairs is so worth it! We did a mix of round tables and farm tables with the 100' x 40' sailcloth tent.Showcase Events Rentals & Planning's reply:
