If you are looking to book a hotel in the Parsippany area look no further! Ariel Markowitz was A SAINT to work with! Ariel would LITERALLY respond to my emails at 11PM at night. They provide a room-block link that was super easy for guests to use and were constantly checking in with me regarding my guest count. Weekly we would check in an increase the amount of rooms we needed without any issue! Since they are such a large hotel, I never had to worry about them running out of rooms which was also such a relief. They handed out our welcome bags to guests and put up a sign in the lobby with all of our wedding and shuttle details! ALSO the after party in the hotel lobby was INSANE. We came in like a wrecking ball and were partying until 2:30/3:00 AM! Everything about our experience with the Sheraton was seamless and I wouldn't book at a different hotel in the area!

We hosted our wedding at a nearby venue, and the Sheraton Parsippany was so accommodating with our rather large (and somewhat rowdy) group. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious (especially the bridal suite). They also allowed my bridal party to get ready in one of the larger, nice executive suites. Ariel, the Assistant Director of Convention Services, was a total pleasure to work with. She was always organized, helpful, and accessible. Even during a pandemic, she made the entire process easy and attainable. Bonus that they kept the bar area open for post-wedding celebrations!

I wish I could give more stars. The hotel venue is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a park trail behind the hotel that was perfect for the wedding pictures. I had the great pleasure to deal with Kam as my contact, and besides being such a sweet person, she went above and beyond. She responded quickly to all my questions, even the ones I asked more than once, with patience and kindness. She was extremely helpful the day before with setting everything up. The day of my wedding, Kam dealt with all the annoying problems (late guests, flowers not prepped properly by the florist, etc.) and let me relax and enjoy my wedding day. She was very attentive and helpful throughout. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she even color-coordinated her outfit to match my colors! The banquet captain, servers, and bartender were all amazing and so well-organized that I really didn't have to worry about a thing. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable and the food was delicious. My husband and I will be singing Kam's praises for many years!

My wedding was perfect from start to finish. There were some billing issues where I was charged for guests in error. Still waiting for it to be resolved. Outside of that a great experience. The coordinator Kam was amazing. She worked closely with my day of coordinator to make my wedding day perfect.

The Castle just gives it a glamour look! Very clean hotel, sizable rooms, and so many amenities for the guests! Staff is friendly and accommodating! Jessica Cooper and Marissa Cappaso did an amazing job helping us put together a big day!

Jennifer was very helpful and responsive, made everything very easy! Only complaints were that no one warned us that there was a steampunk convention at the hotel the weekend of our wedding, which only mattered for our after party as the bar was jammed—but worked with the staff the evening before to rope off an area for our guests. Other issue was the girls room / bridal suite—we were in a room shoved in a corner that had nearly no windows so it was very conducive to getting ready with natural light and for photos. We obviously made it work, but then we saw the boys room and they were on a much higher floor with tons and tons of windows—guess we needed to clarify some things that i assumed would be self explanatory.

We hired them for our wedding, they made the whole process easy and simple. We will be getting married in June !

Beautiful hotel! Amanda (our room block and rehearsal dinner planner) was VERY helpful. She was quick to answer any questions I had. Excellent experience and our guests were very happy!

I loved everything about my interaction with Sheraton Parsippany. During more than one instance I felt that they went above and beyond their duty to make my fiance and I happy to achieve my dream Indian wedding. Not only were the logistics easy to coordinate with Laurie but the Maitre'd was awesome too. We had a last minute alteration request for our signature drink and they were on top of it and made it happen in a very short period of time! Seamless interaction for wedding planning. Would highly, highly recommend this hotel and staff to anyone wanting to have their wedding at a dreamy castle. :)

We're so happy we got married at the Sheraton Parsippany! Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff is incredible to work with! Laurie was extremely great to work with. She was professional, friendly, and accommodating. She was always available throughout our entire planning process. Nevada was wonderful as well, and she made sure everything was running smoothly on our big day. We couldn't be happier with our venue, and our guests had nothing but positive things to say. The Sheraton was incredibly helpful and accommodating and we can't recommend this hotel highly enough. John took over our account only two months before the wedding and was extremely flexible and inclusive. We received everything that we wanted and John was with us step for step. Every request was fulfilled and actualized. Nothing was out of reach. And the event went off without a hitch. If you value wonderful service, nice people and a good venue (with its castle exterior and lake) then this is the place for you.

When I saw the Sheraton Parsippany the first time I knew this was the place I wanted to get married at! Its a beautiful hotel designed as a castle. I told my fiance at the time lets stop searching and put a deposit down now! I met with John Dehuff the hotels head Cateering/ Banquet Manager and was so impressed with his knowledge of South Asian weddings. He showed us around this spacious and gorgeous hotel and my wife and I fell in love with it. The great part of the Sheraton is that they only allow 1 caterer on there premises which is Mogul so the hotels prices include caterer so you don't need to go find a caterer its all in 1. This made it a bit easier for my wife and I so we could concentrate on decorators, DJ, and photographers, etc. Also the other great part is well its a hotel your guests can stay upstairs NO need for shuttles and looking for hotels for family members to stay at its all in 1 place. John and his team helped us from day 1 to the last minute of our event. John is a true professional and a straight shooter he wont play games with you which we really appreciated! My family and friends loved the venue and so did my photographer because it made the photos even better! We had our wedding and reception here, and couldn’t have picked a better venue!! Honest to God from the 1st day, we went there to simply look at the venue to the day after the wedding brunch, we were well taken care of by Laurie Guerrero, Senior Catering Sales Manager and by Cleon Webster, the Sheraton Maître D'. I had several face to face meetings at the Sheraton, countless emails, and last minute texts at 4am the day of the wedding. There isn’t one compliant or issue i can state regarding the service or staff and everything was simply impeccable and flawless. All of the staff were very professional, polite, and tentative, trust me, on your big day, every little detail matters. I dealt with Laurie for everything leading up to the wedding, and Cleon the day of the wedding. Laurie was simply, perfect. She responded to every email in a timely matter and took care of any request. I would say, I’m a particular person and know what I want, and I was extremely happy with everything Laurie had done to take care of my big day. Thank you a million times over, Laurie! The actual big day, Cleon, hands down was my saving grace, this guy is absolutely, amazing. The day of my wedding, he was 150% hands on and took care of every request. I had so many guest come up to me and my family to specifically mention how wonderful Cleon was included our wedding priest, wedding decorator, caterers and photographer. Thank you a million times over, Cleon! I would like to also mention, the Hotel bar/restaurant was also very accommodating and friendly. We occupied the bar to the early hours for three straight nights and the bar staff was the best for putting up with us and all our guests. For me overall the bar was raised very high, at the Sheraton Parsippany and I couldn’t imagine anything better for my big day. Thank you to all the staff at the Sheraton and ESPECIALLY Laurie and Cleon!!!!!! At the end of the day, you know what they say, every Princess deserves to get married in a castle!!!

I had my wedding at the Sheraton in Parsippany, and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! The staff was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process! I would highly recommend this venue for any event!

The Sheraton Parsippany was a beautiful place to have our wedding. Laurie and Nevada were such a pleasure to work with and made our wedding extra special. From the moment we started planning our special day all the way to the last song at our reception, they were there to make the night perfect. Everyone had such great things to say about the hotel, food, service, and overall ambiance. Our wedding was a night to remember and we are so thankful for all of the hard work Laurie, Nevada, and all the other staff members put into our wedding.

My fiance and I went to over 20 venues before walking into the Sheraton. After our tour, it was the one place we agreed on. The venue is beautiful! The chandeliers in the ballrooms drew us in. For an all-day Indian wedding, we knew we were in good hands after meeting Laurie G. She is awesome! During our meetings leading up to the wedding, she answered all of our questions and was so easy to work with. On the actual wedding day, her team ensured that everything went smoothly. Nevada, our maitre'd was incredible behind the scenes. The Sheraton worked with all of our vendors to make sure our day was perfect. Also, unlike most brides, I was actually well fed on my wedding day. This was because Nevada's team made sure I ate and made sure I was hydrated. During our reception, my husband and I were taken to a private room were we had our first dinner together. All the food was set up for us and we didn't have any interruptions. From ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception- the entire day went smoothly thanks to Laurie, Nevada, and the entire Sheraton staff.

I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a beautiful and perfect wedding day! The staff is incredible and so is Maria the catering manager and the Matre'd is also amazing!

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and interactions with all the staff at the Sheraton in Parsippany. The were accommodating, flexible and always available to with assist with concerns and questions. The had suggestions that were helpful and reflected their expertise and experience. We had a buffet for our wedding and the food was spectacular from appetizers to desserts. The hotel was very accommodating with outside vendors that I used for some of the tables/linens/decor etc. The hotel and Laurie Guerrero especially went above and beyond to make my wedding memorable, spectacular and as stress free as possible. Highly recommended.

The Parsippany Sheraton and the entire staff made our special day flawless! Dealing with Laurie and Nevada was amazing.. they feel like family- cared like family, and made sure every step of the planning went smooth. They took the worry of all the fine details off of us. Let's start with Laurie, our sales rep. She is fabulous!! She has a way about her that just makes it so easy to plan the event and get everything done without the stress. Her suggestions for certain things really helped us out a lot.

Cleon, our Maitre'D, was attentive to our every need. Whenever we needed something, he was right there. With his caring, upbeat personality, he kept us comfortable and stress free. We put 100% faith in him and he gave back 150%.

The food - My goodness!!! Chef Kral and Jim Lando did an amazing job helping us put together the most amazing menu with such a fabulous assortment of food. With all the choices, everyone was happy. All we kept hearing is how fantastic the food was.

Theresa and Ed, the banquet servers for the head table, took very good care of us. Everytime we turned around to find them, one of them were there. Never had to wait or search. They are awesome!!!

For all of these reasons, that is why we rate everything "5.0"

The most AMAZING venue. I am getting so many calls about the staff, the wesdding, the food, the room, everything was perfect and beautiful. Dealing with Laurie Guerrero was one of the best experiences of our lives. Her personality, fun loving spirit, calming way and attention to detail was superb. Nevada as our wedding night host was perfection. All of the wait staff was impeccable, especially Ed, who guarded us, protected us, guided us, treated us like kings and queens. Violetta is getting rave reviews from her tables, and Kie Noizy took care of us for 2 days and treated us like family. I just don't have the words to express how wonderful everything was.Not only were we treated like royalty, so were each and everyone of our guests. YOU MUST GET MARRIED HERE. STOP YOUR SEARCH!!!!!!!!

The staff at the Sheraton Parsippany were wonderful from planning up to and through the day of my daughter's wedding. Everyone was helpful, responsive and experienced. The facility is beautiful and our guests were so well cared for.

Having our wedding at the Sheraton Hotel was the best decision we could have made. Laurie made the whole process so east for us and as stress-free as possible. Nevada was fantastic the day of. Anything we needed, and she was right there. Everything went so smoothly the day of because of her. The hotel was beautiful and we were able to get some really great pictures. The food was delicious and the Morris Room was perfect. All of our guests said that they had great accommodations and were very impressed. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. And the prices were really reasonable too!

Working with Maria and her staff was an absolute pleasure for us. She was amazing it was like having our own wedding planner. She made sure the day went off without any problems. The Sheraton truly is a place for Princess'. The Sherataon staff treats you like royalty. My husband and i have been back for other functions and they still remembered us. Everything was fabulous! The feedback I received from my guest was wonderful. I received compliments about the food, the venue, the music, and how nice and helpful the staff was at the Sheraton! On a personal note, Nevada was absolutely amazing. She just made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I knew I was in good in hands! Not only was she helpful to me, but to my sister as well. She kept everything running smoothly and on time!

Maria and Nevada were amazing. We did not have a wedding planner but because of these two, we didn't even need one. Every little detail was taken care of and we couldnt be happier with the result. All 300+ guests had a great time and were raving about how smooth the entire weekend was. Thank you SO much for making our wedding so memorable. I am writing this review as parents of the bride. Laurie and Nevada did an absolutely amazing job in making the whole experience an extremely stress free, memorable and enjoyable event for all of us, including the bride, groom, all the family and guests.

Laurie was so easy to work with during the process, from signing up to the day of the event and helped us all along the entire process. She accomodated our requests and helped us with many logistics concerns.

Nevada came in during the final days and she did a fantastic job during the reception, in seeing that the entire event went smoothly.

A big Thank you to both and we are so happy we picked this venue. We will highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for wedding venues, because of Laurie, Nevada and the facility.

The facilities itself has a very charming interior and the exterior castle look is very attractive too.

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at the Sheraton Hotel in Parsippany for many, many reasons!

1) The space is beautiful. The building has such a grand feel to it and it feels like you are getting married in a castle. The lobby is incredibly inviting and an extremely classy, warm place to have your cocktail hour with a fireplace, living-room like furniture, tall bookshelves, fountains, great lighting, etc. The ballroom is recently redecorated and the perfect elegant space for the reception. It doesn't look like other hotels that are more suited for corporate conferences with box-y lights. It has beautiful chandeliers and makes for a really pretty setting.

2) Planning was an absolute breeze. Working with senior catering sales manager Laurie was like working with a friend. She understood everything we needed, was willing to work with us on absolutely every detail, and was a calming force throughout the planning process. She was so flexible right up until the very last minute (and I literally mean last minute). She took all the burden off our shoulders!!

3) The service is excellent. Nevada coordinated the day-of details and things went on without a hitch. There was a wonderful spread of the cocktail food/drink items in the back room for the bride/groom/close friends. Even when we were running a little late with time, Nevada smoothly handled transitions between the items on our agenda.

4) It was worth it. For the level of class and elegance that this hotel has to offer, I truly think that it was worth every penny. We did a lot of hunting for reception venues and I can pretty much guarantee that you will get the best bang for your buck here in terms of hotels/manors in North Jersey.

All in all, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton hotel in parsippany as a wedding venue! Thanks to Laurie, Nevada, and the team for helping us put together an absolutely perfect night.

Our experience with the Sheraton couldn't have been better! Throughout the entire process, our coordinator, Laurie, walked us through everything and was very responsive to any questions we had. They also included everything (i.e. tax and gratuity) in all of their prices so there were no surprises and it was easy to figure out what worked for our budget. On the day of the wedding, they took such good care of us! The hors d'oeuvre spread in our private bridal party suite was amazing and my glass of wine was never empty. The maitre'd, Nevada, was such a help, directing us to where we needed us to be, reminding us to eat, etc. that we didn't have to worry about anything. I should add that the food was terrific and all of our guests raved about it. I can't recommend the Sheraton Parsippany highly enough if you're looking for a stress-free, elegant, fun and overall amazing wedding reception!!

The first time my daughter and I went to see the venue, I was quite impressed with the CASTLE like appearance of the hotel. It was also a joy to be welcomed by a beautiful smile from the manager Mrs. Maria Bombino. I knew right away that the the Sheraton Hotel would be the place for my daughter's wedding. It's a choice that I will never regret. Everything was perfect the day of the wedding. the place looked great, the food was excellent(not even one complaint from 400 people), and the service was impeccable. In addition, no matter how stressful the phone calls were to Maria Bombino before the wedding, I always got quick responses with repeated warmth and kindness. She's special to me and I appreciate all her help and support. I thanked her from the bottom of my heart. The service was amazing and the staff wonderful. It simply could have not been any better.

Laurie was the most helpful and easy to work with person that we dealt with during all of our preparations. On days when everybody but us seemed crazy, Laurie was always awesome, and a great relief from the insanity. I highly recommend using this hotel and working with Laurie.

Sheraton and the team were excellent, we have no complaints. They are accomdating, flexible, and a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. They were first class in every respect, from service to appearance and presentation.

If you have any anxiety about where to have your wedding b/c you are nervous about 1) the service 2) venue or 3) feeling like being king & queen w/o stress for the day then worry no more! You have found your palace! This place made my husband and I feel like we were truly working with a family. Seriously, this staff really is a family and they make you a part of theirs. We had a few glitches in the day and Nevada was there to rectify it. We wanted to extend our cocktail hour b/c we were running late and they took care of the whole situation. Having a competent and attentive staff and a beautiful venue, you should worry no more b/c Sheraton Parsippany fulfilled our every wish for our dream day. Oh and you'll have amazing pictures! The venue is beautiful. Trust me your guests will talk about it for a long time.

I'm not sure what Cyber00 is talking about - not a personal attack but my wife and I just had a 400-person wedding there a few weeks ago and everything went superbly well. Maria Bombino was our event coordinator and she has been nothing short of amazing - she was accommodating, courteous and a pleasure to work with since day 1. Even after we signed the contract, she was incredibly responsive to us, went above and beyond in everything she did. My wife and I are going through Maria withdrawal!!

The weekend of the event, Maria made herself available, continued to be very professional and flexible. Our Maître d' Nevada was fantastic as well. They both make a great team. Having a 400-person wedding with multiple events is not an easy task, yet both of them worked fluidly with all our providers (DJ, caterer, decorators, etc) and everything went off without a hitch.

If you are considering having your wedding here, I would not hesitate for a moment. This is a world class staff, and you will not be sorry. I am happy to serve as a personal reference for them and can speak to most intimate details as I was heavily involved in the planning - rare for a groom but I am very particular about the way I like things, and they did not disappoint!

I would like to thank the whole Sheraton staff for our memorable wedding this past October. They were really helpful and there every step of the way. I can honestly say my wedding was the best, funnest, and most beautiful time I have ever had. And not just because it was mine!!! I have been to many weddings in my day. This place is not only gorgeous but the food was extremely good! When we went for our tasting we thought the food was really good, but the day of, the food was ridiculously good (even the sushi was excellent!). Everything was exceptional! Even the cake was amazing!

Everything exceeded my expectations and the reason for that was the staff. My planner Maria was awesome. She totally went above and beyond for us. She made sure everything was better than what we asked for. Maria was like family to us and if I could keep her I would :). I actually miss her! Our Maitre'D Cleon was very cool and very patient with us. We never felt rushed and we were always taken care of. I even have to mention our server Ed - he was on point all night. It is not often you hear guests say the service was great. It was outstanding.

I highly recommend this place. The service, the food, and the hotel were all exceptional. You get way more than what you pay for.

The Sheraton Parsippany was one of the best choices we made in wedding planning. It was a venue meant for a King and Queen, exactly what any couple should feel like on their wedding day. From the moment our guests arrived, they knew it was going to be a night to remember purely based on the ambiance of "our castle". We had our ceremony and reception in the same ballroom, but the transformation was so smooth and elegant that one would never think they were in the same room for both events.
In planning the wedding, our coordinator was always available within minutes. She was available for the silliest question to the most imperative, and answered not only as a professional, but as a friend. She made sure that every need was catered to, and always with such a calming delivery.
On the day of the wedding, our maitre d was always where she needed to be, and did a flawless job keeping the night moving smoothly. We, nor our family or friends, ever had to worry whether things were getting done, or that things weren't where they needed to be. She had a chemistry with all our vendors which made the night perfect. All the staff was very proffessional and accommodating.
In the midst of wedding planning I felt an uncertainty that things wouldn't get done, or that i would forget something. This is common amongst most brides, but when i needed it most, I was promised that the family at the Sheraton Parsippany would "never let a wedding go unplanned". That they didnt, but they did surpass all expectation of making sure our wedding would be an experience of a lifetime; for us, our family, and our friends.

I just had my wedding at the Sheraton Parsippnay this weekend and it was amazing! The food was great, the place is beatiful, and the service is phenomenal. Laurie, our sales manager, and Nevada, our maitre d, made sure the day ran smoothly and did an amazing job leading the staff! The planning process was flawless thanks to Laurie's expertise. She worked diligently with us for a year to plan the perfect day. Nevada was everywhere at once on the special day to make sure everything went accordingly to plan. We didnt have to do a thing the day of! They truly are terrific! The Sheraton Parsippany gives the feel and look of a catering hall but the convenience of a hotel. Having our wedding here was the best thing we couldve done!

Our planner, Laurie, was so helpful when my partner and I were picking venues for our ceremony. She, unlike some other hotels we approached, was not fazed by the prospect of having a commitment ceremony held at the Sheraton.
Everyone was truly very professional and flexible when it turned out that our officiant was delayed in getting to the hotel. Eight years later, our guests still comment on how wonderful everything was from the food to the service.

The team at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel made my wedding day the most special day in my life!!! I'm so happy and glad that I chose to get married in this beautiful place where everyone goes out of their way for you!

The Bridal Team at the Sheraton did a wonderful job at our wedding. I never looked at my watch once. The food, service, attention to detail was top of the line. They made my special day a dream! Excellent service, food, etc. We had accomodations for the guests to stay after the wedding and it was well received. After the wedding many of us were able to relax at the bar in the hotel that is open until 2am... Everyone of my guests enjoyed themselves and stated it was the best wedding ever!!! I can't wait to visit the hotel and stay overnight for our 1 year anniversary this November.... I really felt like a princess for the day in my Sheraton Castle!!!!

The Sheraton was great. Our host the night of, Cleon - was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. Whatever we wanted, they were able to do and they even suggest other items. The night went flawlessly! One negative was that for the guests that stayed over, not all of them received a goody bag that I had prepared ahead of time. But it was great!

I recently had the opportunity to work with The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel as a Wedding Planner. The venue is spectacular! The staff is even better! From the first meeting until the last guest had left for the evening, the staff was attentive, positive and motivated to do a great job. The bride and groom has a wonderful wedding that exceeded their expectations. The hotel provides brides and grooms as well as myself, with space to get ready and to work. We were given 2 very large rooms as staging areas for the event. AMAZING! All parties were valued and respected. A job well done!

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO GET MARRIED

Working with the Sheraton Parsippany was truly a blessing. The minute we walked into the hotel and venue we knew it was the one. We had no trouble reaching the staff and finding out available dates and booking the venue. From that point on it was always VERY easy to contact whoever we needed to. As the date came closer we met 1 month before and they were very willing to accomodate us with various requests. The run through one week before ran similarly. AND finally the day of things went off so smoothly because the staff was all aware of what was going on and the maitre'd was great. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. When little things went wrong like we couldn't find someone in the birdal party they took care of it without a hitch. It was truly an blessing to have had my wedding here, there is only so far your own planning can take you and the Sheraton Parsippany really is what made the wedding come together as well as it did. You know it's good when people ask you if you had a wedding planner (and you didn't)!

The venue was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in terms of timeliness, organization, and overall service. Everything went seamlessly for our 400-person wedding. We had a lot of requests and our Sales manager, Laurie Guerrero, was extremely patient and responsive which was very much appreciated. She is on top of everything and we really trusted her. As the bride, I was not bothered about any of the small details because everything was taken care of from the Sheraton's end. My husband and I said our one takeaway from this venue is that they will do anything to make sure the bride/groom/families are happy. From making sure we ate, to accommating our friends' requests, it was great to see true customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple!

We had seen tons of venues before selecting the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel for our wedding and as soon as we met with the staff here we were convinced this was the place!! They were so accomodating from beginning till the end. Aside from the fact that the hotel is a CASTLE, the people that work here truly make an effort with making your wedding day as special as it can be! If you get a chance to work with Laurie and Nevada, consider yourself in GREAT HANDS :) Thanks so much to them and the rest of the staff for all their hard work!! The banquet Hall is gorgeous as is, so you don't need to splurge too much on decor. Our food was catered through Moghul, who work extremely well with Sheraton. They did a fantastic job as well! Honestly, I can't think of a single negative comment. If you are considering the Sheraton Parsippany for your wedding, it shouldn't take you too long to make the ultimate decision!!

The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel provides excellent service. Cleon and Maria were very accommodating and attentive to our needs on the day of the wedding. We had a hectic schedule with two wedding ceremonies, an Indian Catholic and Indian Hindu ceremony, and a reception. They made sure that everything ran seamlessly. Cleon is a life saver!

The staff made sure that we were always fed. Lunch and cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were sent up to the room where I was getting ready and dinner was set at our sweetheart table. The staff even packed up extra dinner to send up to our suite.

Besides the quality of service, the hotel is gorgeous. Since we did not have too much flexibility to go elsewhere for pictures due to our tight schedule, the Sheraton grounds were perfect. The edifice and property are very scenic...rain or shine.

Amazing service! The staff there is incredible. They took care of all my small wedding details on the day of my wedding and were very helpful to my guests as well. My guests even raved about the great service they received.

We were pleasantly surprised with every element of this venue. The food was awesome. The staff was phenomenal. They paid attention to every little detail. Our guests were so impressed by everything. They were impecccable. The maitre D' couldn't have been any better and the GM was there to confirm perfect execution. I absolutely reccomend this venue. And we booked them without ever attending an event there.

I had my large (>500 guest) indian wedding here last month. The Sheraton was a phenomenal venue with an an amazing wedding coordinating team. We had some heavy rain and they willingly accommodated changes in our plans at a moments notice. Great venue and service....I'd definitely recommend them as a venue.

We would highly recommend the Sheraton Parsippany and their entire staff.

The ballroom is quite big in here. Great for a party or small wedding.

My daughters wedding was held here..we loved the castle look of the place, the Grand Ballroom was very nice and guest rooms/brides rooms were spacious. We dealt with Jessica , the catering manager. She was extremely responsive at first, and answered all our questions and was very helpful. Since my daughter and I were basically arranging everything, we needed lots of clarifications and she was pretty good at responding to us. The day of the wedding, however, she showed us a side to her that was unexpected and disconcerting. She had said she would be there at the time of the wedding , however, all I had was her cell number, and she wasn't present. Several times I needed to ask her something I had to call her and sometimes she wouldn't answer right away.I did get the feeling she was impatient and didnt want to be bothered anymore. We had asked Jessica if they would place treat boxes on the chairs before the wedding, and she had agreed. However, minutes before the Baraat, I noticed only one half of the chairs had the gift boxes! They had stored most of our stuff in the banquet office and I had to unlock the door myself and see why the rest of them hadnt been placed! The previous evening, I had spoken to her and another staff member about placing the boxes(for the 10th time).Now I was frantic as I couldn't find anyone to do the task! My husband was about to start unpacking the remaining boxes when I finally got hold of Jessica and questioned her about it. She yelled at me, " we will do it, Ok!!" very loudly. This is no way to behave with the mother of the bride on the morning of the wedding! I was so taken back, I had no words. Needless to say, this experience soured my perception of this person and hotel. Although she was present later, her lack of presence that morning and unprofessional behavior just ruined the day.
Our caterers(Moghal) were excellent and rest of the evening went well. I have to mention some of the nice staff who brought cocktail appetizers to the bride and groom before the reception. However, the food serving staff(provided by the hotel), need some lessons..everytime a sari-clad lady asked for a cocktail(me included!), we were given a mocktail. When a guest specifically asked for a cocktail, the bartender informed her that cocktails have alcohol!! This was stunning to say the least. The staff needs some cultural training in this aspect.
We were given several brides changing rooms and most of our items, were kept there. But the morning after the wedding, we had absolutely no help in moving the decorations etc from these rooms while checking out. We pretty much had to do it ourselves.
So while the wedding and decorations were excellent, the hotel experience could have been better had the staff behaved more professionally and courteously.

The Sheraton Parsippany is beautiful on the outside and the living room and banquet inside is undoubtably very elegant. The rest of the hotel is however lacking, and the bride&groom suite- mediocre. As far as the staff is concerned, the catering manager will do her best to sell you the venue on your initial meetings, however is MIA the rest of the year. They also do not cut you a break thereafter, especially when it comes to all the additional charges (hotel rooms, etc..). I have to say the Maitre' D, Cleon, is excellent. Be wary of this place, it's grandeur look is alluring especially since a venue like this is a rarity in NJ however, you definitely will be "paying" for it on every level.

This is a beautiful hotel and could be an ideal wedding venue. But we experienced an issue with the hotel's customer service that I want to warn others about before selecting the Sheraton Parsippany for their wedding.

My wife and I got married in September of 2011. We had arraigned for a breakfast to be served the following day for guests staying at the hotel. We had 400 people at our wedding and had guaranteed approximately 90 at breakfast the next day. After the event, Maria claimed that there were over 200 people at breakfast - an absolute impossibility. We are from NJ and Maria's numbers would mean 1/2 our wedding guests stayed at the hotel - which we know was false. While we were still in the process of contesting the numbers and trying to find a n accurate accounting of the breakfast numbers, the hotel charged our credit cards the full amount. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!

What makes the whole situation worse is that several of the food items that were to be served at breakfast never were. After discussing this with Maria, she agreed to rebate us some money and give us some SPG points as an apology for the mistake. It is now January 2013. I have still not received the money or points owed us.

I repeated emailed and called Maria to follow up on the status of our rebate (over $500) but she did not reply to any of my emails or return any of my calls. I finally called Starwood Hotels yesterday and provided them with a copy of the emails I had sent Maria - showing that she hadn't been responding and that we were owed money. The customer service rep said he would speak to the hotel management. Within 2 hours I had an email from Maria apologizing for the delay in replying, claiming she had no idea the situation was resolved and trying to blame her accounting team for the error. Total bull.

Like I said above, the hotel is beautiful. Customer service, however, is terrible - particularly Maria Bombino.

We had a very bad experience with the Director of Catering John DeHuff. He verbally agreed to a date for the wedding reception. We pursued him multiple times to sign the contract. He kept making excuses that he is out of the office etc., but kept assuring us that the date is blocked for us. After wasting 4 weeks of our precious time he confessed that he has booked the hall for the same date for a bigger party. Zero professionalism, no regard for keeping his word. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
