We would recommend the hotel for room blocks for anyone staying in the downtown Brooklyn area. Team was responsive and more than willing to accommodate us. -

Sheraton Downtown Brooklyn was a great option for my wedding guests. Great location, small but serviceable rooms, and excellent customer service. -

I decided to go with the Sheraton as my wedding hotel. So I set up a wedding block and had our Sunday brunch after the wedding here. The customer service was great! The wedding block was free and easy to set up, which was a total plus. The rooms were on the expensive side and some of them smelled like pee but they were still pretty nice. The Sunday brunch was perfect . The room held up to ~100 people, the food was good and the staff running it were really professional. Besides, the smell of some of the rooms and the fact you can't visit people on other floors due to security, I'd say I had a good experience. -

Pauline and Sabrina in the sales department were very helpful during the process of securing my wedding hotel block. They responded to emails and phones calls in a timely manner. During check in of my wedding there was an error and the front desk had no idea what was going on. I was not told that I would be charged for the rooms a head of time instead upon check out. They were very helpful either and just kept saying 'this is our policy" I would think twice about staying at this Sheraton again -
