Shenoa did an amazing job on my wedding makeup. She was very flexible with the trial run, as I had something come up unexpectedly and had to change a few days before. As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup and didn't really know what I wanted besides "something natural," Shenoa was great helping me figure out what my wedding day look was. Her sweet personality helped make the hours before the ceremony calm and exactly what any bride would want the the atmosphere to be. She was great with the bridesmaid, mothers, and grandmothers. I highly recommend Shenoa for her expertise and her personality! -

Shenoa was incredible to work with for my wedding on June 4th, 2022! I hired her to do makeup for myself, my 5 bridesmaids and 3 family members and everyone looked incredible! I told her that I mostly wanted everyone to look more on the natural side, not over done, and she did exactly that! She is also a very kind and gentle person and has a calming presence, which was exactly what I needed on my wedding day. If you need a makeup artist, look no further than Shenoa! -

Shenoa is an incredibly talented makeup artist, professional and kind/ just lovely to be around. She did an amazing job on my makeup and the rest of my sizable bridal party. She really took her time, but also finished right on schedule. Everyone looked beautiful-- she did a great job of listening to what people wanted. I loved my makeup and it lasted all night. Couldn't recommend her more highly. -

Shenoa did my makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I found her through a friend and am so happy I did. I am someone who loves makeup and having to pick a makeup artist based off instagram photos or website photos is kind of tough, just because everyones skin/makeup styles are different. After seeing Shenoas work in person at my friends wedding, I knew she would be the perfect fit. She made me look flawless on my wedding day as well as all of my bridesmaids and mothers! I gave her a photo of what I was looking for and she brought it to life. And she is the sweetest person ever. Seriously book Shenoa NOW for your makeup needs. I can't wait to use her again for something, I will find an excuse! -

One of Shenoa's best qualities as a makeup artist is her ability to listen to what you are looking forward and create a look that makes you feel both comfortable and confident. She also has an amazing ability to highlight your best features. She did my the makeup for my bridesmaids and they all kept saying what a magnificent job she did and it was the best their makeup has ever looked. She is such a sweet and patient person and really cares that you are happy and look your best. Definitely hire her! -

Shenoa was an absolute pleasure to work with! Hiring her was one of the first (and best!) decisions I made while wedding planning. Flawless makeup was a must for my wedding day and I had peace of mind knowing that Shenoa would deliver spectacular results. She took time and care to ensure that my vision for the day was achieved and created a look that was not only looked beautiful but was also able to withstand many hours, lots of happy tears, dancing the night away and the after party! Shenoa has a lovely personality to go with her professional spirit and is passionate about her work and client satisfaction. If you’re thinking about hiring her, go for it – but book early because she is in demand! Highly recommended. -

SHENOA IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I stressed for months over finding my MUA for my November wedding. As soon as I met Shenoa, I knew she was my person. We played around with a few different looks at my trial and had a blast making adjustments to find my right look (I don't usually wear much makeup so I wasn't sure what I wanted until I saw it). There were a few things I knew I wanted. "Glowing", "look like myself but better", "no cake face", "glam", etc. I'm not kidding, all throughout the night people were using those *exact* phrases and words to describe how much they loved my makeup. That's just a testament to how great Shenoa is at making your vision a reality. She hits the nail on the head Every. Single. Time. If you're not sure who to trust in this industry, trust Shenoa and do yourself a favor and HIRE HER!!! -

Shenoa is a goshdarn miracle worker and made me look like a dream on my wedding day. She is also hilarious and has the most positive attitude, so hanging out with her on my wedding day was just like hanging out with one of my closest friends. She did an amazing job with my bridesmaids and the moms and everyone was just so happy with how they looked. Highly recommend!Shenoa Nicole Makeup's reply:

Lina Sent on 05/20/2018In addition to her calm and up-beat attitude, Shenoa is an amazing makeup artist! Seriously my bridal party mentioned to me how calming she made the environment when she showed up to do our makeup. Shenoa has a lot of great qualities you should look for in a makeup artist. She brings ALL her own makeup and equipment…down to a chair that you sit in and additional lights (if needed). She is skilled with an air brush…which a lot of artists claim to be but you come to find out do not know how to use one. She was able to recommend a makeup look based on my skin tone. I brought some examples from Pinterest of eye looks that I liked and Shenoa immediately knew which one would look best on me. She was patient with me when I asked a billion questions at my trial and tried different levels of glam on my eyes when I wasn’t sure how I wanted my wedding day look to look. She is detail oriented – the day of my wedding she took extra care to make sure my makeup and my mom’s makeup were perfect. She is also was very responsive to emails and texts, which is super nice. -

Something just kept leading me back to her website and Instagram so I decided to email just to see if she was available by chance. When I found out she was I was so excited, I didn’t even mind losing my deposit with my previously booked artist! Hiring Shenoa was the BEST decision I made! Her work is incredible, all my bridesmaids loved their makeup and my MOH even wants to hire her for her wedding in June! She makes you look flawless and glamorous with her magic brushes but my favorite part about Shenoa is how she makes you feel! From the momen she walked in I felt like she was my long lost best friend who I hadn’t seen in months. I’ve never met anyone so happy and cheerful at 6AM and who radiates such positive vibes which was exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day! She was so excited to learn about me and my fiancé, and all the details of the wedding. I felt like a celebrity by the time she was done and I’m already thinking of ways I can work with her again in the future! If you’re considering Shenoa, pull the trigger already!!! You won’t regret it!!!! -

She did such a phenomenal job that I knew I wouldn't want to work with anyone else when it was my turn to walk down the aisle. In fact, the first thing I did after we settled on a venue was reach out to her. Planning my wedding while living in Manhattan was a bit stressful, so I was incredibly grateful to have a makeup artist I trusted. I could not be happier with my choice. She made me look amazing on the most important day of my life. Highly recommend!

You are supposed to look and feel your best on your big day and I have never felt more beautiful in my life! Not only did she make me look amazing, but she made my entire bridal party look amazing too! She is such a sweetheart and makes sure that you are happy with your look. She made the few small adjustments that I wanted from my trial and I couldn't have been happier with the result. She is also great at making recommendations, which was really helpful for me since I don't wear a lot of make-up. I felt so at ease knowing she was doing my make-up for my big day. I highly, highly recommend her for any make-up needs that you may have! Shenoa is the best! Worth every penny!

Christine Sent on 10/04/2017I had no idea where to start when it came to my wedding makeup but I knew I needed someone great as my makeup knowledge doesn't go much beyond mascara! After a few consultations I was feeling very defeated and confused. As the 2013 wedding season started rolling around, I was seeing photos on Facebook from a friends salon of flawless makeup and knew I needed to book whoever was doing it. Shenoa is incredibly amazing - creative, flexible, adaptable, and very personable! She clearly loves what she does which makes the world of difference with any vender. I booked her after our first conversation solely based on how sweet she was, all the amazing reviews from friends, and photos from her portfolio. I can say without hesitation that she exceeded all expectations. From the moment I met her at my makeup trial, she put me completely at ease and I knew I'd made the right choice. She specializes in making you look naturally beautiful which was a huge relief for me since I don't typically wear much makeup. On my wedding day in June 2014, She showed up right on time and was beyond wonderful to work with. It was like having an old friend do my makeup. Shenoa also did the makeup for three of my bridesmaids and everyone was raving about their makeup as well. People downplayed the importance of wedding makeup to me when planning but words can't even express how grateful I am for Shenoa. I felt flawless and the most beautiful version of myself (never caked on or fake looking) on my wedding day which I think every girl deserves. Our pictures are perfect, I never once needed a touch up all night and I even had some friends and family comment on how some pictures look like beauty/makeup ads. I wish I could hire her for my daily makeup needs and for any and all special events!! I just can't say enough about her and how lucky anyone is to work with her, it'll be the best decision you make!

Shenoa did my makeup for my wedding day and I could not have been happier. The time and effort she spends on each face is priceless and all of my bridesmaids felt amazing. I can also attest that all of the brides and bridesmaids of my closest friends and family that I have referred to her (8 to be exact!) have felt exactly the same way. I have had the pleasure of having her do my makeup as a bridesmaid in 3 weddings and I always look forward to the different looks she is able to give me each time. She is a beautiful person on the inside and out and is an extremely talented artist. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants to look flawless for their special day!

She's so friendly, easy to talk to the entire time, not to mention amazingly talented with her art. I remember looking in the mirror afterward and saying, "I can't believe that's my face!" Between my sister and myself, we've referred quite a few bridal parties to her, and I've never heard anything but wonderful reviews. If you need a reasonable, fun, dedicated makeup artist for any special occasion, she is definitely your girl. I would recommend Shenoa to anyone. You will be so thrilled. I hope to use her for my own wedding someday! -

Shenoa was amazing! And I can't begin to say how happy I was with how she did our makeup and how easy she was to work with. She really pays attention to what you like/don't like, and takes into account the lighting, wedding vibe, etc. . I also have several scars that I wanted to cover up, and I spent a good amount of time finding the right makeup artist I wasn't embarrassed to show them to and someone who would be able to help cover them up. She was so patient with me, recommended various products, and tested out different things to make sure they'd stay covered up all day. And, I can't even begin to describe how great of a job she did hiding them. My husband and photographer didn't even know the scars were there!
She did a flawless job for my engagement photos and wedding, and I received so many compliments on how beautiful we looked. It was a "soft glam" look that was natural and brought out our features, without being too over the top (which is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want us to look like we caked on 10 lbs of makeup). I was also really happy and impressed that she uses top quality products, so I knew the makeup would last all day. One of my favorite things about Shenoa was how down to earth is she and easy to talk to. My bridesmaids and I chatted up a storm with her, and again - I was just really comfortable to let her do her magic on my makeup and covering up my scars/imperfections. I can't wait to work with her again for other events!
