My husband and I decided to have a vow renewal this year and we got the pleasure of working with Sheng. It was our first time planning a event like this and She helped guide us through the process of planning, florals and coordinating the day of. She worked with our large family to coordinate accordingly and assured things ran smoothly the day of our event. Sheng is detail oriented, professional and worked with us to make our vision come to life. She listened to us and helped us plan within our budget which was very important to us. The florals were also done by sheng and we were very impressed with the way the venue was decorated with such care, elegance and to a minimal just as we wanted. We would highly recommend her as she has been wonderful to work with and her work shows for itself. Beautiful and detailed! -

Whether it was helping us choose the right vendors, managing the timeline, or guiding us through last minute changes, she made sure the entire planning process was not just stress-free, but enjoyable! Sheng brought all my wedding Pinterest dreams to life! The day itself was seamless. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment knowing everything behind the scene was taken care of. I worked with Sheng for my May 2025 wedding. Initially, I attempted to plan the wedding independently, but I felt significantly overwhelmed with the details. I didn’t know if I was doing all of the necessary things and doing it within the right timeline. That’s when I knew I needed help and I found Sheng. She was incredible! I selected her full-service wedding package, which included her services from start to finish. She was so organized and knowledgeable with her experience in the wedding industry. She helped me establish a realistic budget and find vendors that were within my budget. We did monthly check-ins over Zoom. She helped me with vendor communication, provided advice, and gave me a list of tasks that I needed to complete, which made wedding planning so manageable and more enjoyable.
In the month leading up to the wedding, she helped me with coordinating all of the timeline details and communicated with the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and were ready on the day of. She also planned a full walk-through for our wedding and also showed up on rehearsal day to help coordinate my family and wedding party with expectations for the wedding day and the ceremony. My wedding party raved over her efficiency, organization, and expertise.
On our wedding day, I put my full trust in Sheng and let her do her thing, and she was outstanding. Everything ran so well. I didn’t notice any hiccups! I was able to stay present and focus on experiencing my wedding day rather than troubleshooting problems, so I am super grateful for Sheng for making our day so so perfect and stress-free.
Sheng was also our florist and decorator. My husband and I had a pretty tight budget for florals and design, but she was willing to work with us on it. She designed our floor plan and made suggestions for our floral and decor, which really elevated the atmosphere in our venue. When I saw our wedding arch and head table for the first time, I was truly IN LOVE with it. My bouquet was gorgeous and all of the table layouts were to die for.
Our wedding day was everything I could have ever hoped for, and I attribute a lot of it to Sheng. Sheng truly made the entire wedding planning experience manageable and made our wedding day timeline and atmosphere so so magical. Thank you so much to Sheng and her team for all of their help. I would recommend her to anyone!

Phenomenal wedding planner
Sheng Ly Events is a phenomenal wedding planning company that serves small to big events. The moment I got engaged to my beloved husband I felt the weight of wedding planning on my shoulders. Luckily, Sheng Ly, the founder and owner of ShengLyEvents LLC took all of the heavy responsibilities off and planned the wedding of my dreams. Sheng impressed me with her professionalism, punctuality and passion for wedding planning/coordinating/floral and design. She gave great support to me and guided me through booking vendors, working with budget and taught me how to reserve items for my wedding. I was very intentional and picky about every detail of my wedding day. She listened and created a beautiful vision board and prioritized every important detail even to the smallest details that I wanted. Sheng Ly brought my wedding day decor, schedule and floral design to life. She is truly talented and gifted in what she does. My wedding consisted of 500+ people with about 58 tables to decorate. This was no challenge to her. Everything she did from decor to coordinating was done with joy. Again, she was so professional and all I can remember on my wedding day was getting to enjoy every moment. Thank you Sheng Ly Events!!! BOOK HER!!!! Sheng Ly Events is pure excellence. -

A Stress Relief
Having Sheng as our Month of Coordinator was such a stress relief and blessing! I can honestly say that there was not an ounce of stress or worry about my wedding the day of because Sheng took care of everything for us. Many of our guests said that it was the smoothest wedding they’ve ever attended. We were really able to just enjoy our special day without a worry. -

Sheng did both my wedding planning and floral decorations and both were fantastic! Sheng was on top of every detail for my wedding day and we felt that we were in great hands and felt very taken care of.
Her florals also took my breath away and were beautiful beyond what I imagined! We got endless compliments from guests about how well planned and beautifully decorated our wedding was!

My husband and I hired Sheng Ly for coordinator and flowers+decor for our wedding day and she just does an amazing job! There was a moment where I forgot my sparkling ciders and she told me not to worry and had it all under control! She definitely makes everything run so smooth. Also, her decor+flowers are so amazing! Definitely made me feel like a beautiful bride, it was magical! I definitely recommend her 10/10! And if your still debating to book her, don’t wait because she books really fast and has a lot of back to back weddings! -

Sheng wedding review
Sheng was an absolutely amazing wedding planner. She is super detailed and very punctual in everything she does. She made sure everything and everyone was accounted for and in place when and where they needed to be. She made sure I, the bride, was happy with every little detail and asked me all the right questions. She made sure I knew everything that was going on. She made sure I was happy with all my decisions and even helped me with things I didn’t think about. She was super informative with every aspect of my wedding. She made my wedding vision MORE than What I expected. Sheng DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations. My wedding was beautiful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Her flower arrangements were exactly what I imagined and more. She was super informative and helpful when deciding flower because I do not know much but she was super helpful. She made sure it ran smoothly and constantly made sure everyone was happy and having a good time. She really puts her whole heart into her work. You won’t regret booking with her. Thanks to Sheng, my wedding went as smoothly and perfectly as I could have ever imagined. -

A dream come true!
Sheng was great to work with! She was our wedding planner and let me tell you; The execution of our wedding day was without flaw! I never thought our day could be so smooth, but everything flowed magically! The planning process allowed us to flesh out what we wanted in our wedding, and these things came to life on our wedding day. She helped our dream come true, and even beyond what we ever thought could be possible.
All the details we asked for Sheng to do during the wedding day, Sheng made it happen. Sheng, along with her team, are wonderful to work with! Truly down to earth, friendly, understanding, talented, and focused. She cares that our day goes according to the plan and will do everything in her power to make that happen. Also, Sheng helped with our Floral decorations! She assembled beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, and decorations all around the ceremony and reception spaces. She has a keen eye for what looks beautiful and for what matches the theme colors of the wedding! -

Worry Free
Sheng made our wedding so worry free! We didn’t have to worry about the details and the wedding ran so smooth. All we focused on was each other and our special day. The decor and floral was beautiful. She went above and beyond to make our ceremony and reception look beautiful. Sheng made sure she took care of everything , and she definitely followed through. -

Whenever I had a question or problem she is always quick to respond back, even when its late. She made my wedding better then what I can ever ask for. Its so amazing seeing the wedding ideas come to life. Everything was beautiful and I couldnt be happier. I felt like she went above and beyond for me. On my wedding day my husband and I were stress free. We didnt have to worry about anything but just being happy.
