Shelley did all of the florals and candles for my wedding and was a please to work with. I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything turned out. Shelley magically brought my vision to life without even meeting in person and I so appreciate all of the time that she and her team spent making everything so perfect.

There are truly not enough words to describe how wonderful Shelley and Shelley's Flowers were throughout our wedding planning process.
From the very beginning, Shelley was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. No matter how many questions I had or changes I wanted to discuss, she always took the time to listen and help bring my vision to life. It was clear every step of the way that she genuinely cared about making our day special.
What made working with Shelley even more meaningful was the fact that she also created the flowers for my parents' wedding over 20 years ago. Having her be part of our wedding day felt incredibly special and full circle. It is such a rare gift to have someone play such an important role in two generations of your family's celebrations.
The florals themselves were absolutely stunning. Every bouquet, arrangement, and detail was thoughtfully designed and executed with so much care. You could truly see the time, effort, and love that Shelley poured into her work. She perfectly captured our vision while adding her own expertise and creativity to make everything even more beautiful than I imagined.
So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers were throughout the day. They added so much beauty and warmth to every space and helped bring our entire wedding vision together.
I am beyond grateful for Shelley and her team and cannot recommend Shelley's Flowers enough. Not only are they incredibly talented florists, but they are also wonderful people who genuinely care about their clients and the moments they are helping create.

Boothbay Shipyard Wedding
Shelley was absolutely wonderful to work with! On our initial phone call she spent a generous amount of time with me working through all the details, discussing many different options, and creating a vision with me that reflected my budget. Everything we discussed on our call was formally written up within a few hours for my fiancé and I to review. Changes were very flexible throughout the whole process and she even followed up with us a month before our big day to re-confirm the details. She also offered a preview of everything the day before the wedding to ensure that each piece was exactly what we had envisioned. Additionally, the bouquets as well as the florals she did for our arbor were all designed to be able to be repurposed throughout the evening to be used as centerpieces and other decor. Overall we had an amazing experience with Shelley and would highly recommend her to others seeking a very professional and experienced florist!

Beautiful bouquet
Shelley and her team were so lovely to work with! I felt like we were on the same page throughout planning and they were very receptive to my ideas. They were very responsive to all communication. I had a complex day where they had to travel then get on a boat to deliver the flowers as well as deliver to two other locations - and they made sure everything went smoothly. The week of the wedding they sent me a picture of my bouquet and asked me for any updates or changes I'd like to be made. Shelley and her team were great to work with and I would recommend!

Summer Wedding in Midcoast Maine
Shelley's Flowers & Gifts was a dream to work with! They provided us with all the florals and greenery for our wedding, as well as some of our table decorations and the suits for my husband and his groomsmen. As someone who knew very little about what kinds of flowers I wanted for my wedding besides a picture or two from Pinterest as inspiration, Shelley and her team knew exactly what to do. She patiently guided us through different options and sizes/amounts, and was very flexible when we wanted to revise our original quote. Shelley called far ahead of the wedding to check if we needed anything, and was very communicative in the days leading up to the event. She and her team were professional and friendly and their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend working with them for your wedding and/or floral needs!

Gorgeous Flowers and Excellent Service
We used Shelley's Flowers for our wedding this summer. We did not go into our meeting with Shelley with a specific vision, so Shelley was able to use her expertise to craft arrangements that matched the style of our ceremony and reception. Shelley's flowers were competitively priced and she sent videos of our bouquets the day before for our approval. Working with Shelley was a breeze and we would highly reccommend them to others!

I worked with Shelley for my wedding flowers and she was very helpful from the start. We communicated first by email, then setup a few calls to discuss. She listened, gave me options and worked with me with my budget. You could tell she really cared that I got what I wanted. She was very kind. I sent her my inspo images. She was willing to accommodate my specific requests and executed. I wanted to use some of my own vases for centerpieces that she let me drop off a few months before the wedding. We met in person then, and again, very nice. Since I live out of state, Shelley sent me photos the day before the wedding of the arrangements. I had requested bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and other decorative pieces. I had asked her to tweak a few things on the centerpieces and add some additional flowers, which she did without hesitation. When the flowers arrived the day off, they looked so perfect. Pictures did them no justice. The flowers were just the right colors and were perfect for my beach/boho theme. The girls that delivered them and setup were also really nice. I would definitely recommend the delivery/setup. It was a stress-free experience and I would totally recommend Shelley for your wedding!

The best choice
Shelley made my bridal bouquet and it looked exactly like the inpso photo! In a bridal panic I decided I wanted to go in a different direction but felt horrible about changing my mind and didn’t know if it was even possible… Shelley was so flexible, kind, and professional and switched up the bouquet for me. My dream bouquet at the last minute!
Shelley was phenomenal to work with! We popped in a week or two before the big day not expecting to be able to be fit in. Luckily, Shelley was super reassuring and really worked with us to stay on budget too. Shelley did my bridal bouquet as well as two bouquets for my bridesmaids and a boutonnière for my husband (unfortunately he couldn’t wear it because someone had put it in the fridge and he didn’t know where it was!) I would absolutely recommend Shelley for any flower occasion! She is so rooted in her community and is so much more than just a flower vendor.

I’m so glad I decided to go here! They are all so caring and understanding. I had gone in many times with with concerns and always left knowing everything was going to be great. My sisters bouquet, my husband’s boutonniere and my bouquet were silk and you would have not even notified. Not only that, but Shelly had shown me a few other center prices for other weddings she was working on and one had orchids. I just said wow! That that’s stunning, I love it. And she snuck a few orchids in our main alter. This made me cry when I saw them. I had no idea until they got to our venue. Such a small thing but I know she was listening and really cared about what I wanted. Shelly and her team made our dream wedding all the better with the flowers and tuxes. Such a talented group of ladies and so caring. I would recommend them for any special event even an anniversary flower bouquet.

A magical experience

Not only we’re the flowers gorgeous but Shelley went above and beyond for us. The venue changed due to COVID 5 days before the wedding and she offered to have them delivered over an hour south of the origin venue and her shop. I met her colleague halfway and we transferred the flowers and they made it in pristine condition. I gave Shelley an idea of what I wanted and she ensured that instead of a Pinterest copy I got something unique and personalized to me. Our wedding went off not as planned but still just as beautiful. Thank you Shelley!

Beautiful Flowers, so easy to work with
Shelley provided beautiful flowers for my wedding and I have to say, she was one of the easiest vendors to work with! She did not require a huge deposit and did not need to be micro-managed. We had an initial call to discuss what I might be interested in and then Shelley tailored the quote until it fit with my budget and needs. Shelley made everything very easy and straightforward, I told her what I wanted ( I was not super particular with which type of flowers, just an overall color-scheme/aesthetic), she assured me she could do what I wanted and I showed up on the day of my wedding to beautiful arrangements. Everyone was complimenting the flowers that Shelley provided for us and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. Shelley was a delight to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful floral arrangements for their wedding!

Shelley did such a top notch job for my wedding in October! She was super flexible when my wedding had to be moved due to COVID. My flowers were absolutely spectacular! Highly, highly highly recommend. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she managed to come up with a great bouquet for me and I loved it!! Not only did my flowers look great, but the groomsmen’s suits looked fantastic as well!

Gorgeous Flowers & Great Service!
We had to change our wedding plans due to Covid, and opted for a small wedding with family and friends in Maine. With only 6 weeks to pull together this event, Shelley was a HUGE help. She helped us pick the perfect flowers for our special day and the service was top notch. Our bouquets and boutineers were delivered to our house, and the church flowers made their way to our reception on time. Everything was perfect and the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you Shelley!!!

Shelly’s Flowers did an amazing job creating my bouquets. She spent time with me and listened to what I really wanted. She even checked in with me the week of my wedding to make sure everything was right. The colors were perfect, the flowers were fresh and ready when I needed them. My wedding flower bouquet were amazing! It’s better than I expected or wanted! Even when I needed them to do a last minute retouch it was never an issue, I highly recommend Shelley’s gift and flower shop! Wonderful experience!
My experience with Shelley's was fantastic from the start. My mom and I went there just to check the place out (my best friend had hired Shelley as her wedding florist and her flowers were gorgeous) and Shelley took us right upstairs and started working with us right away even though we didn't even have an appointment. She took the time to thoroughly go over everything and we never felt rushed at all. The flowers honestly left me speechless. The whole experience was perfect, I never had to fret or worry, Shelley took care of everything. The flowers ended up being my favorite part of the wedding. 10/10 would recommend!

Shelley is sooo amazing! Shelley did all the flowers for my wedding and they all looked incredible! My dogs where a big part of my wedding and Shelley was very willing to make flower collars for them. Both of my dogs collars looked great, the flowers where the perfect size and they stayed on throughout all the pictures and ceremony!
Shelley is very responsive and willing to work with you to make your day perfect! I will use Shelley's flowers every time I need flowers!

Shelley was amazing to work with. I sat down with her in the spring before my wedding. Gave her a list of all the things I was looking for and she nailed it!! We used greenery that was in season with crimson and ivory roses. My centerpieces had sparkles and roses, my bouquets had pine and berries. It was everything I had envisioned and more. I recommend anyone looking for that little extra flair sit down with Shelley, she's got some amazing ideas and does not disappoint. We planned a fall Wedding that was two hours away from our NH home. And a friend from Waldaboro highly recommend Shelly's Flowers and Gifts. I went into Shelly's once, while doing a site visit with a newborn and my future husband waiting in the car, just to get a feel for their work and to have a conversation about what I would need from them. They took fantastic notes and contacted me within days of that first meeting. Most of our wedding flowers we grew ourselves and all other aspects of our celebration were DIY. Couple that with a new baby and a bit of foresight, I knew we would need some help. We ordered wrist corsages and boutonniers, filler flowers, and some dahlias for my bouquet. Shelly's staff was amazing and guided me towards durable, seasonally appropriate, beautiful flower choices. Even when there was a hurricane threatening the avalibility of some of our selections, Shelly's was upfront about the situation and came up with some fantastic alternatives, if needed. We ended up getting all the flowers we asked for and I have to say, our guests were blown away by our arrangements and choices. Thanks so much for being such an amazing, professional, honest company.

I could not recommend Shelley's flowers more! She did such an amazing job for my wedding in August. Shelley is so creative and does beautiful work for a good value. She is professional and responsible. She listens well, and the flowers came out exactly how i imagined and hoped they would. When I came to pick them up, she was so kind and accommodating. Shelley was very easy to work with. She was very responsive to my questions and captured my vision perfectly, even though we didn't actually meet in person until the day before my wedding!

Our wedding flowers were everything we could have ever wished for. They were fresh and arranged absolutely gorgeous. Shelley's was amazing! They made getting the flowers for our wedding a breeze! They know flowers- which ones look the best together and how to make them pop! The best part was my hydrangeas kept for almost 2 weeks after my wedding! They were also great with the tuxedos we rented from them! Every single one fit right and they looked amazing! I will be going back for flowers or rentals any time!

My husband and I got married about 3 hours away from where we live so it was a little bit of an adventure to find a florist . However when we found Shelly she was super supportive, kind and flexible which made working with her so easy. She really put my vision to life and many of my guest complimented on how gorgeous the flower arrangements were. I would recommended Shelly's Flowers to anyone getting married in Maine.

With less than a week before the wedding Shelley worked with me to swap out some flowers and keep them beautiful to help me bring down my budget. Colors were fantastic and matched exquisitely and held up the whole day through a hot beach day and a broken AC and until the next day for me to get them preserved.

The quality, service, professionalism, individual attention, creativity and personal touch are second to NONE! I didn't know what I wanted when I stopped in, only what the color scheme was. They helped me sort out what kind of look I wanted and put it all together in such a beautiful, tasteful way that wasn't overdone the way so many others seemed to me. They turned what would have been a lovely event into something truly magical! Shelley and Nadia in particular were just amazing and I can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without them! It was more like working with friends than vendors! And they gave me incredible referrals to other vendors in the area who we were also thrilled with! Hands down one of the best choices we made in planning our wedding!

Shelley recently did the flowers for my wedding and I was so incredibly happy with how it turned out! She understood our vision from the beginning and definitely made it come true. She was very responsive over email, and was happy to tweak things along the way. She was a pleasure to work with, and I don't think we would have been able to do it at her prices with anyone else. I brought in a few photos of bouquets that I liked, and Shelley did a fabulous job of combining all my wishes to give me the perfect look I wanted! My flowers are still alive 4 days after my wedding! They were so beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything better! She was very flexible with adjustments and even adding a few last minute details! The price was very affordable for everything we ordered.

Our centerpieces were fantastic and everyone still talks about them today! The flowers were fresh, smelled gorgeous and Shelley hit every design detail perfectly WITHIN OUR BUDGET!
Shelley is extremely professional, communicative and responsive. Her knowledge of flowers and industry décor is specular. I shared my Pinterest board with Shelley and she really made our design ideas come to life. She was prepared for all our meetings (initial, 4 & 2 week prior checkpoint, day before inspection). Her team provided on-time delivery and set-up everything at the venue. It looked so amazing. She even guided the resort for our set-up to make sure there was no miscommunication.
Shelley went above and beyond. She literally saved our wedding day from a décor prospective. We had rented some décor from another vendor that decided to do a no show or call. Shelley helped fill the void. She brought items from the shop and really saved our decorating style. She even went back to the resort after the event to pick-up her items we borrowed.
Shelley is amazing. She takes away all the worry away and lets you enjoy the day!

Shelley's Flowers has been my family's florist since I was a child. Shelley's Flowers has provided my corsages for high school proms, flowers for loved ones, and gifts for others for years. So when it was time to plan my wedding, I knew I wanted to use Shelley even though my wedding was two states away.
I was a very picky bride with lots of specific ideas for types of flowers, colors, and general presentation. Shelley met with me and talked with me via phone and email several times before my wedding to coordinate ideas, answer questions, and keep me updated on the status of my order.
When my big day came, I was thrilled with my flowers. They looked just like the flowers I showed Shelley on my pinterest board, and fulfilled each one of my (very particular) criteria. Shelley stayed within my tight budget and used her creativity to provide just what I was looking for and stretch my dollar. I had so many compliments on my flowers and they look amazing in my wedding photos.
I highly recommend Shelley's Flowers as a florist for major events!

We were very pleased with the flowers and level of service we received from Shelley's. We don't live in the area and she was always very responsive by email. Our ideas for flowers changed from when I initially met with her in April and when I sent the changes in August she ensured I was clear about the changes and was very thorough in confirming what we were after. We decided to get married in inly 52 days. I knew I would use Shelly's flowers from previous experience with such a great little shop. Shelly sat down with my mother and I and walked us through all the possibilities. I really didn't know what I wanted at all but we decided on white and yellow and a few specific flowers and I left the rest up to Shelly. It turned out amazing and I absolutely loved it. A great local place to go that is always so friendly and really know there stuff!!

She is truly a professional and knows her stuff it wasn't long after I described what I wanted in my wedding flowers that we went downstairs and immediately she started grabbing sample/random flowers and creating a beautiful bouquet almost exactly what I had envisioned. I think it is great that she has the bride approve the flowers the day before the wedding. It gave me peace of mind that I knew ahead a time what the flowers were going to look like. Last minute the morning of my wedding I realized that I forgot to order a boutonniere for one of my ushers and it was no problem she quickly whipped up something for him. The flowers were fresh and vibrate. It is obvious that Shelley cares for the brides and families she is working with. I would highly recommend her services to any bride!
