  Absolutely perfect

  When my beautiful daughter got engaged, photography was one of our main concerns. We wanted the very best to capture these important moments. Shelby exceeded our hopes and dreams from day one. Starting with the engagement shoot, she did everything necessary to make the happy couple’s vision a reality and the photos were stunning.
  
  The wedding involved a long flight to the other side of the country, which Shelby did not hesitate to take on. She acclimated quickly to a venue she had no experience with. She worked seamlessly with all the other vendors who quickly became HUGE fans of Shelby and her work. Shelby worked tirelessly throughout the event to make sure the entire bridal party was comfortable and enjoying every moment. The pictures are absolute perfection and we will treasure them forever.
  
  From beginning to end, Shelby was a delight. She became like a member of the family! We have another daughter who just announced her 2024 wedding, and her number one request was to have Shelby Lea Photography cover all the photography needs. We wouldn’t dream of having a special family event without having Shelby right there to capture it! There truly is no one better.

  Great Photographer!!

  Shelby was amazing to work with leading up to the day of the wedding and our engagement photos. She was very professional and so nice to everyone. The photos turned out better than we could expect and the process throughout the day was seamless. Her and Colby went above and beyond to help with some of the coordination for a "fake" first look, which was so helpful for me and took some stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Shelby to anyone!

  Superb - professional and warm

  Shelby has always been one of the highlights of our engagement shoot/ wedding. Her winning smile and concise professionalism paved the way through so many emotional and wonderful moments. Her pictures go way above and beyond what we expected and the delivery was on-time through a super easy to use platform.

  Truly Best in Class!

  Shelby is an incredible wedding photographer and brings the highest level of service to her profession. She goes above and beyond for her clients and cares so much (you’ll see! She’ll surprise you with her personal touches that she brings to the experience). She is bubbly and full of life yet her presence is very calming. Shelby made my husband (who doesn’t enjoy taking pictures) and I feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It poured rain (and even hailed) the entire day on our wedding day in Scottsdale so we had to make several last minute adjustments to the original plan. Shelby was extremely adaptable, composed, patient, prepared, and positive throughout the entire day which was everything I needed during a situation that could have easily been chaotic and stressful (but wasn’t thanks to Shelby). She made a game time decision (after consulting me of course) that it would be better to take all our pre-ceremony photos at the hotel instead of the venue because there was more outdoor coverage and indoor options for photos and I’m so thankful she made that call because we got so many diverse and breathtaking shots. Shelby even came prepared with umbrellas so I could get to the First Look location without getting drenched. Despite all the last minute changes she somehow managed to keep us on track with the timeline and capture every shot I had requested in advance (and then some). I asked for lots of candids and she followed that direction exceptionally well. I’m telling you she is incredibly talented and a master at what she does. All of our wedding photos are stunning and the only problem is I have so many favorites that I can’t decide which ones I want to print and frame in my home. Shelby was organized, a clear and consistent communicator and fast with getting the photos edited and back to us. I can’t say enough good things about her and I’m so grateful that she was part of our wedding day. Shelby and her husband Colby truly are the dream team. Shelby Lea is not only an unbelievably talented photographer but she is one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met. You’ll regret it if you don’t choose Shelby to capture your wedding day photos!!

  Our favorite vendor hands down!!

  Shelby has exceeded our expectations as a photographer. We met with her and her husband Colbe last November for our engagement shoot and the photos are stunning. We love the way she captured us and the desert landscape. Throughout this whole process Shelby has been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. We were so comfortable during our engagement shoot that we have no doubt we will feel comfortable and in good hands on our wedding day. My fiancé and I were planning to get married this May and are having to reschedule due to the COVID19 pandemic. Shelby has been flexible and understanding with us needing to postpone, and I'm happy knowing she's able to continue with us during these difficult circumstances.

  Sweet & Talented

  Shelby Lea photography captured our wedding beautifully. Her demeanor is pleasant, she was so patient with our wedding party, and handled off schedule photo requests like a pro with a smile on her faces. She had a great price point however her value is worth way more than her pricing. You will not be disappointed in working with Shelby.

  I couldn’t thank Shelby & Colbe more for our beautiful wedding & engagement photos. They made our day go seamlessly and Shelby was there throughout the whole planning process to answer questions, offer advice, and meet in person to address concerns I had. I received countless compliments from everyone who saw our wedding photos and the turn around time was so fast! I’m so lucky to have these beautiful memories to look back on.   We hired Shelby to photograph our wedding and it was the most amazing experience ever to work with her and her husband. She is so sweet and kind and made both my husband and I feel so comfortable and amazing throughout the whole process of working together, especially during pictures. Shelby went above and beyond for us and even got our pictures back to us so quickly and sent sneak peeks to us to hold us over through our excitement of wanting to relive our wedding day. As a photographer myself, pictures were super important to me and having a talented photographer that takes amazing pictures was #1 on my priority list when it came to our wedding. We got that and so much more. I'm so glad I hired Shelby and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her! She's incredible!!

  Shelby and Colby are amazing. Shelby first took pictures for our family for my maternity pictures. I loved them so much and knew that I had to have her at my wedding. She also took our engagement pictures. I’m so in love with ALL our pictures. I will use Shelby and Colby for all our pictures in the future. They are the sweetest couple ❤️

  Great Investment!

  We knew we wanted to invest in a great photographer for our wedding and Shelby was just that. She captured all of our moments perfectly! Her personality is so lively and she works well with large groups, including lots of grandkids!

  Shelby took my maternity photos & they are some of my favorite pictures I've ever gotten! She is SO fun to work with & she does such an amazing job. I got over 200 pictures back (which was awesome) & I loved every single one!! Definitely book with Shelby!

  I always use Shelby as my photographer. She's super accommodating with my schedule and she's fun to have around. She makes it easy to be myself and to let her know exactly what I want in a picture. I also love that she edits by enhancing photos and not changing them so they look very natural but beautiful! Would definitely recommend her for any event or special moment!

  Shelby is INCREDIBLE! We had her take our engagement photos and I was already pleased, but once I received our wedding photos back I was just blown away. She is the sweetest person and her husband is awesome too! She is also super affordable too which is a huge plus too. They were professional, fast, and easy. I am so happy we found her for our wedding day!

  I showed my mom a few pictures that Shelby captured of my husband and I at the Gilbert temple (the pictures were from a distance) and she asked me what magazine did I find those pictures in. She could not believe that the pictures I showed her were from a photographer in Gilbert of my husband and I. Shelby was so great to work with! Seriously such a sweet person and makes you feel totally comfortable! She was so flexible and worked with our schedule. The pictures she took of us looks like it came from a fairytale. I can't wait to go to her for more sessions in the future!

She could not believe that the pictures I showed her were from a photographer in Gilbert of my husband and I. Shelby was so great to work with! Seriously such a sweet person and makes you feel totally comfortable! She was so flexible and worked with our schedule. The pictures she took of us looks like it came from a fairytale. I can't wait to go to her for more sessions in the future!

  So grateful to have Shelby as our wedding photographer!

  Shelby was very well organized and so quick, but thorough, with our wedding day pictures! She made sure to get all the special pictures we wanted. She delivered beautiful bright pictures despite the bright mid day sun and the 100+ degree weather in Gilbert! As I have been to other weddings since then and watched other photographers and how they do things, I am so grateful to have had Shelby on our wedding day, everything went so smoothly! Definitely recommend her!

  Shelby took our engagement and wedding photos in 2015, we continue to use her for our family pictures years later! The pictures are crisp and clean, something that will look good 100 years from now when our great grandkids are looking at family memories!
