Stunning floral designs and arrangements

Shea Hopely Flowers created the most stunning floral designs for our April wedding at TPC Sawgrass. Shea, Caitlin and team provided their guidance and expertise leading up to the wedding and based on my Pinterest board style made some amazing recommendations for rentals to make our vision come to life. Shea and her team created florals that transformed the space and created a clean romantic Ralph Lauren inspired design with the most stunning arrangements that we received countless compliments from guests on. The team was also so great about working with our budget and helped us to maximize our budget. I am still in awe of the stunning head table with lush garland greenery and babies breath draped down the center of the table, accented with pale blue taper candles.

Showstopping!

We hired Shea to provide floral design for both our wedding and our more casual “welcome party”. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out – the floral design for both events was absolutely stunning and far exceeded anything we could have even imagined. Shea, Caitlin and team are such a pleasure to work with – Shea’s is so talented and her work is breathtaking. Importantly, we found the team to be very responsive, incredibly professional and are easy to work with if you have any feedback or requests. Gorgeous and perfectly matched our vision

We used Shea for our flowers and full design services. They helped us put together a backyard wedding from the ground up on a short timeline. We had several specific requests (table centerpieces low enough that people could talk over them; we wanted blue and coral/pink but not a baby shower vibe; a naturally-shaped and colorful bouquet) and they 100% delivered on our vision of a classy, colorful, summery but not too over-the-top flower and decor vibe. they were also very flexible last minute when we wanted to change our rentals plan to cut down on costs after receiving the final bill. Our stunning flowers and flower arch will be in our photos forever and we are so grateful!

Shea Stunning!

Shea Hopely Flowers was wonderful! We were having a destination and wedding and they were in constant communication with us. The arrangements they did were beyond anything I could have imagined. They did everything from petals/baskets/halos for the flower girls-massive floral pieces for the ceremony. They delivered whatever flowers we wanted to us before the wedding and then took the rest to the venue to put everything together. It was like a fairy tale. Thank you Shea Hopely Flowers!

OVERWHELMING pleased with Shea's work!

Words will never describe how overwhelmed I was when I saw the beautiful display of flowers at my daughters wedding. Shea did an AMAZING job. Her talent WAY exceeded my expectations. I can't stop staring at the photos. Breathtaking to say the least. I have posted pictures on facebook and here a just a few of the comments that I have received:

Stunning and fresh!

Shea's flowers made me so happy at my wedding! We received so many compliments from our guests. I love that they are not a tight or stuffy style, but very fresh, with some movement and amazing quality. I would highly recommend Shea Hopely and her team, and feel very lucky that we got to work with them! Loved her assistant Caitlin too! Very professional and responsive.

It was an absolute honor to be a part of a Shea Hopely Wedding. I had a vision that she took and ran with to perfection. Every little detail was perfect and I could not stop looking around at how fabulous my wedding ceremony and reception areas looked. I admittedly know nothing about flowers, so before I had a phone consultation with Shea, I sent her a very thorough picture description of the vibe I was going for on my wedding day. I decided to relinquish all creative control to Shea and her team after speaking with her because her knowledge and total vision is unparalleled- she is amazing. About a week after we spoke, she sent me a quote with a detailed description of her creative vision, and everything blew me away. I repeatedly read the descriptions (they were beautiful) and tried to create a mental image of how everything would look--clearly I am not creative enough because I was completely floored when I saw her floral design on my wedding day. My bouquet was the most exquisite floral arrangement I had ever seen and my sweetheart table was better than anything I had ever stumbled upon on Pinterest. She has such an acute attention to detail that I had never seen before. My wedding was breathtaking and I owe a lot of it to Shea. Thank you for designing the wedding of my dreams!

Shea and her team are incredible! First, she was incredibly flexible and helpful in creating beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and I while still staying within my budget. At first, I had pretty specific ideas of what I wanted, but when I started following on her on Instagram and realized even more so what an incredible talent she is, I told her to just "go crazy" with my bouquet. And the final look took my breath away, it was so gorgeous! Shea is very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Shea to any bride!

Truly look no further for your florist...this is who you want! Shea's skill and talent to deliver the most amazing, beautiful arrangements are breathe taking. Shea is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we spoke the first time I knew I had chosen the right person to make my vision come to life. I sent her a huge Pinterest board and she took that and proposed such beautiful ideas! Flowers I had to look up that were so unique and beautiful and ideas I had never even thought of- like a vintage chalkboard seating chart and dance floor chandelier!

She was honestly like my own personal wedding planner along the way. I would run decor ideas by here and she would suggest her own ideas and offer help when needed. She knows how to take your vision to a level you never even thought of. If you are looking for a STUNNING display of high quality flowers and decor you found it here with Shea. You will not be let down, she went above and beyond on my day and did things I didn't even know she was going to do. Everyone had such amazing things to say from everything to my bouquet all the way to the linens!

Working with Shea was one of the best decisions I made - she did FAR more than expected. She helped me find a wedding planner, Cassie, who was just an absolute blessing to work with as well. Shea literally pulled everything together perfectly and I can honestly say that my wedding day was an absolute dream - not a single thing was out of place... it was absolutely beautiful. I instantly trusted Shea in that she understood my style and knew exactly what we wanted for our day. The flowers, lighting and over all look of the ceremony and reception created a perfect backdrop for a fabulous day for our families and friends to enjoy!

Shea Hopely did an amazing job with our wedding. From a value and creative approach to interpreting what we wanted (even when we weren't able to vocalize it fully), everything turned out better than I had hoped. Shea is definitely skilled at reinventing a space and giving it a new and fresh look beyond the cheesy and cliche wedding ceremonies/receptions. Gorgeous floral arrangements that aren't just your typical roses and baby's breath. Shea really made my vision (inspired by pinterest) for lush floral with lots of texture and romanticism come to life. She was very helpful and everything came out great!

We LOVED working with Shea. She was amazing and full of great ideas. My wedding planner recommended using her and she was right. I had no problem getting my ideas across and she made it happen perfectly. Even when the plans and venue had to change she had new ideas for the new space and made it better than I could have imagined. I was bummed to have to change my venue but once I saw what she had planned I knew there was nothing to worry about.

From the start of the wedding planning process, my daughter felt that the flowers were a very important component. Shea did not disappoint her with her finished product. The flowers were everything my daughter asked for and more. The reception area was absolutely beautiful and Shea's arrangements were in large part the reason for that. Throughout the evening, numerous guests complimented the flowers and table decor. Shea was very easy to work with and she was always responsive to our many emails. I would not hesitate for a minute to work with her again.

I truly believe that gorgeous fresh flowers can take a pretty wedding reception and make it look like it came straight out of a bridal magazine. This is exactly what Shea Hopely does! From the beginning of our planning process, she was very responsive and did everything she could to work within our floral budget. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and she made that vision become a reality. Shea was extremely professional during our initial meeting and was quick with return emails every time I had a question. Our flowers were everything I expected them to be and more, and we received numerous compliments from our wedding guests. She handled the delivery and set-up, checked in with me on wedding day, and ensured that everything looked flawless. If you are considering using Shea Hopely, I would HIGHLY recommend her. As I scoured Pinterest for inspiration, I decided on a rustic vintage theme. There are three Amelia Island florists, but I didn’t find that they could mirror the overall look I wanted. After a site visit to Amelia Island, I picked up the Amelia Island Weddings magazine and saw an ad for Shea Hopely. At first look of her website, I knew immediately she had to be my florist. If I had to break the budget on something, it was going to be the flowers. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I knew after our first phone conversation she would nail the look I was going for. She had excellent ideas and worked within our budget. Words cannot express the feeling I had when I first walked into the venue and saw her work firsthand. It was truly breathtaking!

Shea and her team are simply the BEST. Her work at my wedding was beautiful and she needed little to no guidance, aside from a brief description of my vision for the decor. She is incredibly talented at finding the perfect combination of flowers and decorations to make a setting that is exactly in line with what you envision. My husband and I were so happy we chose Shea Hopely to design the flowers and decor for our wedding in Amelia Island. We met with Shea about 6 months prior to our wedding and from the very first meeting it was clear she understood the vision we were looking to achieve. Shea met with us about two months before the wedding to do a final walk through at our venue to confirm all of the decor she was designing. She was able to listen to our ideas & help us create the most beautiful reception we could have possibly dreamed up.

The day of the wedding she did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as she described it would be and MORE! We were completely blown away when we first walked into our Reception space to see the most beautiful floral chandelier hanging from the center of the dance floor. We had never seen anything like it before! My bouquet was stunning as were all of the bridesmaids bouquets & centerpieces. Shea didn't skimp on anything. All of the flowers were great quality & beautiful.

We highly recommend Shea Hopely to any Bride looking for a a Floral Designer for their wedding!!

Shea Hopely is truly talented and has an exceptional eye to make your wedding vision come true. From the get-go she was willing to work within our budget. Not to mention I have never met or got to have a meeting face to face with her yet she was able to make all of my ideas come to fruition. My bouquet has gotten a ton of compliments and the center pieces were stunning. She even put that final touch on my cake and two large alter pieces we had designed ourselves. If you are getting married in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area she is the florist for you!

Shea customizes your wedding to be exactly what you want. She is very thorough with photos and examples during prep meetings to make sure she is on the same page as you are with your ideas. Her experience shows when she is able to tell you ideas of things that will work and things that won't. Shea is very responsive via email and will always get back with you if you have a question/concern. She was spot on with everything and guests are still talking about how gorgeous the decor was!

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough about Shea! Not just the flowers she arranged, but her as a person. The flowers she put together were spectacular and totally embodied what I had envisioned. She was very kind and easy to work with, provided many photo options and listened to what I really wanted. Her selection of vases and stands was spot on and the flower selection was beyond my imagination. She is a great value for the money and works within a budget very easily, offering several options and adjustments if need-be. Outstanding results from an outstanding woman. Loved every arrangement.

Planning a destination wedding was much more difficult than I thought. Without being able to be close by to see things in person, I really needed to trust my vendors. Shea and Brooke eased my fears from the very first phone call and were incredible to work with - from start to finish! Due to my own oversight I ended up spending a bit more than I had intended on rentals due to needing an upgrade to my venues standard setup, but I am thrilled that I did because Shea picked the most perfect pieces to complement the room. I've never seen such beautiful bouquets or centerpieces, and the arbor was STUNNING! They took the time to get to know Dany and I so that they could add some personal touches, as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Shea Hopely flowers, you will be so glad that you did!!!

If you are looking for a florist in the northern Florida area, I enthusiastically recommend Shea Hopely. She is professional in all her dealings with clients, she responds to emails promptly and is easy to talk with on the phone. She has a great staff-her assistant, Brooke, is wonderful to deal with. BUT the most important element about Shea is her creativity and talent in transforming your venue into "magic." She creates beautiful centerpieces, altar designs, bouquets, etc...Shea can take your vision and create something that is way beyond what you could imagine. I now wish we had used her not just for flowers, but as a wedding planner, also. Thank you, Shea, for your flexibility and down-to-earth attitude. I'd like to start by saying that if you are a bride who is all about making 'the vision' come to life - and the overall atmosphere is a priority - you should look no further! When looking into florists, I had heard countless wonderful things about Shea's work, and now from my own experience, I can truly vouch for that.
Shea and her assistant Brooke were extremely helpful and caught every detail or question I had throughout the planning process. Shea was very easy-going and went so far as to help create the floor plan (literally everything for both Plan A and B, which saved me the stress), gave suggestions on decor and rental pieces, and offered recommendations within our budget. I gave her inspirational photos as we began the planning process - and she and her team went above and beyond! Everything turned out so beautifully - it was a dream day, better than I could have imagined!

Shea did a great job of taking my vision and the overall feel/theme of the wedding and proposing a great floral and decorative design. The quality of her work and the product she used was top notch! I planned from across the country and she was very responsive by phone and email. She was a pleasure to work with. Happy to have her on my wedding vendor team.

Shea Hopely's flowers are gorgeous, and she did an incredible job creating the soft, romantic, vintage look we'd wanted for our wedding at the Ribault Club. The bouquets and table arrangements were even prettier than I could have hoped for. Clearly Shea knows what she is doing, and she has a keen eye for style and current wedding trends. She helped keep our florals generally within our budget, and I think her services are an excellent value for on-trend wedding flowers and decor.

My only slight criticsm is just her responsiveness to my emails. I was planning the wedding from DC, so I may have required a little more communication than most, but--there were just times where I didn't hear back for 1-2 weeks or longer, and it just added a little stress to the wedding planning process. (Granted, I know I was probably not the easiest bride to work with - I definitely changed my mind a lot - mostly as I learned what things cost!) On that vein, it would have been easier had Shea provided a specific list of available rental items and floral options w/in my color scheme, and what they cost, so I could have just reviewed that myself, instead of getting info bit by bit through multiple emails.

However - she totally delivered gorgeous flowers and I would definitely recommend her services. I think there is just a little room for improvement with communications. But overall, I was a very happy customer!

These flowers are gorgeous! Shea is a very talented florist and makes beautiful bouquets. I fell in love with my bouquet. She is so knowledgeable and has great taste. She gave input on the room and tables as well which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, one of the only things that went wrong at our wedding was the flowers. They were not delivered on time. I was told due to a flat tire but I was calling wondering where the flowers were because we were ready to take photos. If I would have known that were stuck in a car with a flat tire----I had several friends and family I know would have helped out to get-- I would have asked for help to go get them. Instead all of my photos by myself and with my bridesmaids have no flowers. Such a disappointment when you spend so much money on the flowers. The pictures look awkward without the flowers. They flowers were so beautiful that it was sad they weren't in most of our photos that were outside in the sunlight. Also, my parents offered vases from my cousins wedding and apparently have not been able to get these vases returned. I feel with all this and our flowers being so late we should have gotten some of our money back. This was the biggest disappointment of the wedding (although small). I'd still recommend Shea as I think they were breathtaking arrangements BUT she needs to have a better back up plan in emergency situations or should have offered us some of our money back.
