  Spectacular

  If anyone thinks there is someone better than Shane Long, I'd like to see your argument. He is the most phenomenal photographer a bride could ask for! His creativity, his overall confidence in his work, as well as how comfortable he makes you feel puts the icing on the cake. I haven't even looked through all of our wedding photos and we are completely blown away. We cannot say enough great things about Shane! It would be a mistake to not have him part of your day! He is THAT good.

  We can’t say enough good things about Shane long photography! Shane and Anna Long are the most enthusiastic, professional, talented and kind photographers.

  Dynamic duo you can't live without!

  This dynamic husband and wife duo are nothing short of amazing! From engagement photo prep all the way through your wedding day they are organized, responsive, so kind, and genuinely excited for you and your partner. Anna answered every question we had, provided suggestions, and was so timely with responses and getting photos back to us. Shane was the maestro of our day we couldn't have lived without! He kept everything efficient with photos and we were able to get every shot we wanted and more! Our family and wedding party raved about their fun personalities during the day and the calming presence they provided, an absolute must book vendor!

  Highly recommend!

  Shane and Anna are an incredible duo! From day one, Shane was a calming, positive, and professional presence, and he is a big reason why we had such an amazing wedding day. He took the time to get to know us as people and what we valued as a couple, and that authenticity really came through in the photos he was able to capture. We also appreciated how FAST Shane was able to take the photos compared to other photographers (especially great with three flower girls under 5), and we liked how he asked for our input on various shots throughout the day. Anna absolutely nailed the editing and was very communicative with us throughout the process as well. Everybody in our wedding party was asking for his card by the end of the night! Can't recommend Shane highly enough.

  Beyond INCREDIBLE photographer!!

  Shane and Anna Long are the DREAM TEAM!! From beginning to end, your experience with them will be none other than EXCELLENT!
  I first heard of Shane Long Photography from another photographer referral. When I searched to find Shane Long Photography on Instagram, I was amazed by all the lovely photos that were show cased on his page. In his bio, I saw that he lives half of the year in Florida and the other half the year in Minnesota, and I immediately got chills of excitement as I grew up in Florida and was hoping to have our engagement shoot in my hometown. I quickly reached out to see if Shane was available for our wedding date in Minnesota, and thankfully he was!!
  After booking, my (now) husband and I had an opportunity to FaceTime with Shane and share a little bit about our love story and talk about ideas for our engagement shoot coming up in Florida. I also was in communication with Shane’s wife Anna too. Over the past 10 months Anna and I emailed back and forth with each other regarding any questions I had, and she was always super kind and quick to get back to me!
  When we finally met with Shane in Florida for our engagement shoot, in February 2022, we had SO MUCH FUN! Since Florida is where I grew up it was important to us to have photos taken where I was from. We also loved finding a location with the classic palm trees in the background! Shane made us feel relaxed and had us laughing almost the whole time! We received three sneak peek photos that evening from our engagement shoot earlier that day and were blown away by how beautiful they were! After only a week and a half a blog post was made of our Florida engagement session on Shane’s website, and we also received our full digital gallery!
  About one week before our wedding, we had a brief phone call with Shane to finalize the wedding day timeline and to talk about important moments we wanted captured. On the day of our wedding Shane surprised us by showing up earlier than we expected!! Shane arrived and shot some getting ready photos for both the ladies and the gentlemen. He also found time to do some detailed shots of our wedding invitations, my bridal jewelry, and florals. Shane followed us to the church for the ceremony and was ready to go as soon as we arrived. He was wonderful about being respectful during the celebration of our Catholic wedding Mass and afterwards had all the names ready to go for family group photos. Although we had a tight schedule, Shane was able to squeeze in time for my husband and I to go to the exact spot where he asked me to marry him, right on the Mississippi River! Next, we went back to our reception venue for more photos with our wedding party in a nearby park. Shane was super great about making sure everyone was having fun and we all had big smiles on our faces! During cocktail hour, Shane again surprised us with a slide show of photos from our wedding day that were taken earlier in the day!! SO AMAZING!! We had so many guests compliment Shane and say how incredible he was, which we totally agreed with! After dinner, Shane pulled my husband and me away for some sunset photos, and this session was probably one of my favorites of the day! The golden hour was perfect, and it was a great way for the two of us, as husband and wife, to step away and enjoy a private moment alone.
  A couple days after our wedding, Shane posted a few sneak peek photos on his Facebook and Instagram pages! We were again surprised and amazed at how beautifully Shane captured our day! And exactly one week from when we got married, Anna shared a blog post about our wedding day and sent us our full wedding gallery! We were truly amazed at how quickly they were able to deliver the finished product! We loved every one of those photos and we will cherish them for a lifetime!!
  We cannot say enough fanatic things about Shane and Anna! If I could give them a hundred starts, I would! They are so talented and they are such kind and caring people! I highly recommend them for your wedding day! It will be one of the BEST decisions you make for your special day!

  Best photographer!

  Choosing Shane Long Photography to capture our wedding was one of the best choices we made during our wedding planning! Their communication is incredible, and their energy, positivity, and flexibility made our wedding planning experience so great. They are one of the vendors that DECREASE stress rather than add to it. The photographs are incredible as well. You won't regret choosing them!!

  Our wedding was BETTER because we used Shane & Anna

  We could not have been happier to work with Shane & Anna throughout our wedding process. Being a bride during COVID was difficult enough that when we decided to move our wedding date up (more than a month) one of our non-negotiable was whether or not Shane could still shoot our wedding. They both made it so easy, were willing to be flexible, and our entire day was more fun because of our photographer choice.
  
  AND WE LOVE OUR PICTURES! I've never had so many people comment on the beauty of our pictures and all of that credit goes to Shane and Anna. Even my brother and his new fiancé decided they couldn't use anyone else.

  We could not have been happier to work with Shane & Anna throughout our wedding process.   Wonderful experience with Shane Long Photography!

  Shane Long Photography provided the perfect experience for our engagement photos and wedding day! As I was planning my own wedding, I greatly appreciated Anna's quick response times and friendly communications throughout the entire wedding planning process. Shane was a wonderful photographer. He braved single digit temperatures for our February engagement session (after giving us the flexibility to change the date/time last minute if we weren't wanting to brave the cold temps), and he captured all the important moments on the big day. He even got a family photo that included five kids under the age of 4 all looking and smiling at the camera! Our family and friends were really impressed with their interactions with Shane, and we are extremely pleased with our experience and the timeless photos we received.

  Shane and his wife Anna are absolutely amazing. They truly were the best at capturing our special day and the final product is absolutely breath taking. In addition to being amazing at photography, they were such a great resource when we had wedding questions for that were not photography related. Two of the most kind hearted, spectacular people I’ve had the privilege of working with. Can’t wait to have them capture more special moments in our life

  Best Choice you can Make for Photography

  Shane and Anna are amazing to work with and such a professional, skilled team of artists. It was important to me to have beautiful lighting and colors and to capture the emotion of our Wedding day in a natural way for us to remember it forever. They over delivered and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Beyond photography, they are an awesome couple and so kind and helpful through the whole process of wedding planning and finding vendors. If on a budget (like we were), consider spending more on photography and less on another area (food, florals, decor, venue...) the beautiful photos will carry memories for so much longer than many of the other things you can spend on. Well worth the investment.

  Book Shane Long Now!

  My wife and I now have a life long photographer that we want for our most treasured events. THAT is how much we enjoyed working with Shane and Anna for our wedding. Shane takes the most beautiful pictures and his wife Anna was a dream to work with getting them booked and set up prior to the wedding. Seriously, if you’ve read this far in the reviews, book them right now. You won’t regret it.

  My wife and I now have a life long photographer that we want for our most treasured events. THAT is how much we enjoyed working with Shane and Anna for our wedding.   Easy decision

  We're so happy we chose to work with Shane and Anna. The entire experience was great, but I've selected a couple noteworthy points to highlight:
  - Prompt communication. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly. This high level of organization was maintained from first contact all the way through the wedding day.
  - Great energy. Exactly the type of personality you want on your big day. Shane is enthusiastic and orchestrated the group shots very smoothly. I also appreciated the subtle tips and direction when necessary to pose the portraits perfectly.
  - The photos! We had a perfect balance of both posed and candid shots. The digital gallery was shared with us within a week with download access to full resolution photos in both color and B&W. It almost seems like an afterthought to mention the incredible quality of the photos, which were edited to be timeless and not trendy.
  
  Cannot recommend highly enough, 5/5, 10/10, 100/100

  Above and beyond experience with the Long’s!

  We had a wonderful experience with Shane and Anna Long! They went above and beyond in every way! Shane was fun loving, organized, encouraging, and professional. We felt so comfortable during our engagement photos and wedding photos.   Shane and Anna are the best of the best. From our first meeting, through receiving our final images, there was such attention to detail and service. They are truly a talented team! Shane captured our day perfectly, keeping everyone from the parents to the flower girl comfortable and at ease while effortlessly documenting every tender look and showstopping moment. Anna kept us in the loop and made us all look like magazine material before sending us our images less than a week(!!!!) after our wedding. Everyone who has seen our images has raved over them and before my wedding day was even over, I was hearing comments from friends and family about how incredible our photographer was. There's no doubt that we will be turning to Shane and Anna again (and again) whenever the future holds more special moments that need captured!

  Great photographer and even better person!

  Shane was the perfect photographer for us and if we could give him more stars we for sure would. He did both our engagement and wedding photos and we are so happy with how they all turned out. The engagement session was a breeze and Shane had great ideas the whole time. The wedding went so smooth, it was great having Shane there to make sure the timeline was in order and he was a true professional. His wife did an amazing job with the photo edits as well, we constantly are still looking at them even months after our wedding. They were both great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone! We look forward to booking them for future events.

  Spectacular photos!

  Nothing but amazing things to say about Shane and his wife Anna. The attention to detail that these two have is amazing!!! Our wedding photos came out SPECTACULAR!!! They also got them back to us very fast. Our wedding day would not have been the same if it weren't for Shane Long Photography! Needless to say, we knew exactly that's why we wanted Shane, however we couldn't have anticipated the impact that Shane would have on our wedding day from start to finish. He brings an ineffable amount of experience, helping guide us through our big day with ease and excitement. It was more than we bargained for, our wedding day would have been far different had we not had Shane. Especially after driving 5 hours down on the morning of and going strong all the way until late into the night. We are truly grateful!

  Hands down greatest photographer

  Today we are celebrating 1 year of marriage! There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are to have had Shane & Anna help capture our most special day. From my experience as a bride, I would say with 100% confidence that the most important component that went into wedding planning was making sure we found the perfect photographer. From the very beginning, Shane and Anna made the process SO easy and helped ease our minds that all of our needs would be met, and all photos on our checklist would be taken care of! They even helped with timeline planning and answered miscellaneous questions for us. To this day, we continue to get compliments on not only how stunning our photos turned out, but Shane's professionalism and engagement with the guests. He was amazing at capturing posed photos during scheduled photo time, and then the rest of the time he blended in with guests capturing the most amazing candid moments. My bridesmaids appreciated the guidance he provided us with poses and his constant attention to detail to make sure every hair was in place! One bridesmaid loved him so much, she booked him for her wedding too! We also received our photos within TWO weeks! You won't get that from anyone else. Today, on our first wedding anniversary, we plan to watch our wedding video and go through all of our gorgeous photos!
