I booked Shaban Studio for my wedding and i was very pleased with the work they gave me! The staff was amazing and my pictures were exactly what i wanted. The owner coordinated for me and made sure every thing was on point. My dvd's turned out amazing and great quality. My brother booked them for his wedding and feels the same way i feel. I would defiantly recommend them for any occasion.

They were more than photographers, they kept everything running smoothly, and even helped me get cake off my dress.

Very professional photograpgy and video people. My family used their service for my brother's wedding. I would highly suggest Shaban Studio to anyone in the Mid-West.

Different bride and groom in my video

To start off it took 15 months for me to recieve my wedding video. After recieving it, it literally was not edited at all. Sent it back for them to fix it. When they gave it back to me there was a different bride and grooms video as the highlight in the CD!!! Thankfully if the bride was a hijabi only women saw her!! They take so long to respond and they are very rude/loud when you tey to get to the bottom of why it rakes forever for the Wedding video to be done. Overall I dont recommend especially if you want your wedding video to have another bride and groom on it.

Would not recommend them to anybody. Got them a occasion and the quality of the video was disgusting. Faces really blurry, fuzzy and completely unprofessional.

Do no book them. No creativity, no originality; no attention to detail; ignores specific requests. Ignores complaints and phone calls; over priced; unreasonable delay in turnaround; rude and unprofessional staff

Horrible service, it’s been 2 years and my brother have not received his wedding video. His son one year birthday party is next week and we are still waiting for it. Now they say they lost it. Be aware please do not use.

Please read before hiring. Everyone has very similar bad experiences. If you want to risk it go ahead. When they’re at their best they’re mediocre. When they’re bad they’re bad.

It took us 2 years to get our video. We still are waiting to get our wedding pictures. When we got our wedding video my wife had to take it back because the video was not cut correctly. Also, my wife was very disappointed with the camera angles that were HORRIBLE. It looked very unprofessionally done.

My sister also had shaban for her wedding and got her DVD a year later and she can not watches because it freezes.

It doesn’t stop there. Shaban threatened me that she will not provide services if I put an engagement picture taken by Sunrise studio, which was beautiful, at the entrance of the banquet hall. She said it was ugly, when in fact it was nicer than any of the pictures we got from them. This is not professional at all, I had to tell her to point it out in the contract that it states this. She recanted really quick.

This is the absolute worst photography service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Our wedding was November 8th, 2015, and WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR WEDDING VIDEO! This is almost 3 years later! They claim that our file was corrupted and not retrievable. The owner Sahar Shaban (who absolutely doesn't care about her customers whatsoever) claimed she was sending it out to get fixed and gave us false promises for 3 years. When she couldn't fix our file she was more concerned about the time and money she spent trying to fix it rather than the fact that they ruined the most important day of our lives. The owners refused to give us a full refund. I will be exercising my full rights and hiring an attorney to sue for compensation and damages. So, if you actually want your wedding video, pay a little bit more money and hire a professional and reputable business. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE AT RISK OF NEVER SEEING THE MOST IMPORTANT MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE!

Very disappointed by shaban studio and their level of professionalism .
The owner was a rude lady . I was a potential customer and if I disagreed with her on something she would basically tell me to go else where. I dealt with other studios and they were much nicer and at least wanted my business . She was acting like she's too good for me. That's no way to run a business .

Very unhappy with the service and found them to be very, very unprofessional and unresponsive. See Better Business Bureau for their C- rating. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am definitely not one to complain; however, I thought I should help anyone who was thinking to book Shaban Studio for a future event. Not one person who works there knows exactly what they are doing. Everything from their work to their professionalism stinks. In my opinion they're way too overpriced for the work they give you. The Quality of the video is disgusting, as well as the pictures. You can definitely tell that whoever works on your video/ pictures does all the editing in a couple of hours. Everything is done last minute with this studio. They give you your things literally a year later. I think that if I'm getting my materials a year later, then that "year" worth of work should be shown. No one who works there looks over the video/pictures before giving it to their customers. The employees who work there do not communicate with one another. So you'll definitely be dealing with a lot of back and fourth issues. You constantly have to stay on their butts 24/7. Also, if your things are ready, most likely they won't call to tell you. There are so many other things I can go on and on about as to why you shouldn't book this studio. Basically, just save yourself the headache, and DO NOT book them. I repeat, DO NOT book them.
