Incredible service
Cannot say enough about Seven Springs and attention to details! They take your dreams and visions and make them a reality! Helaina LeGrand was amazing! The Meadowoods is such a beautiful ceremony site and Winterberry reception venue has the bonus of an outdoor patio! Everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly! Our guests were so impressed with it all! We are beyond thrilled with everything! -

I honestly cannot speak more highly of Seven Springs!
We worked closely with Rena & Nicole, who are a few of the sweetest people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting & working with. During all the uncertainty they never made us feel pressured to make a decision. Even when we thought we were cancelling all together, they wished us all the best without hesitation. No detail went unnoticed, If I didn’t remember something they did! Anything we needed, they did it or figured out how to make it happen! They are extremely attentive, made sure our day ran perfectly, and acted like every detail was perfect! Depending on what package you would choose everything is included- table linens, open bar, meals, cake, set up, take down, and a shuttle around the resort for your guests! Not to mention the food and cake was delicious! If you’re looking for a rustic/ modern venue with a gorgeous view and everyone has the ability to stay, definitely look into them! -

Everything you could ever need in IN ONE PLACE!
We worked with Nicole from Seven Springs for three years for our wedding planning. Even with a global pandemic and having to shift our wedding date a whole 13 months later, Nicole was right there every single step of the way. Nicole is more than just an amazing wedding planner and event coordinator, she is a great friend with your best interest always in mind. Nicole organizes every single thing you could ever need and does it all effortlessly. Seven Springs offers every single thing your heart could desire. Your guests will have plenty to do and will want to make a full weekend out of it. There are soo many places to host all of your events. Helen's in the PERFECT spot for a cozy rehearsal dinner and Foggy Brews is a large space and super fun to host friends and family the night before the wedding. Meadowoods is gorgeous year-round, even with 2 inches of snow in November. My guests gasped as they walked into Winterberry in its full glamour and loved the large space for the dance floor and all of the rustic charm. The absolute best part is that the shuttles are amazing so none of your guests ever have to drive anywhere and can just relax. I had the best and most gorgeous weekend of my life and my guests said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. I am so grateful for Nicole and the entire Seven Springs crew for running an absolutely SEAMLESS weekend with 170 of my closest people. If you want an amazing resort weekend, no matter the month, Seven Springs is the place to be. 10/10 recommend. -

Seven Springs
Seven Springs was our dream wedding. We grew up skiing here so we knew that it had a special place in our hearts. The staff was super friendly and professional through the wedding processes. Our ceremony site and wedding reception hall was decorated beautifully and was better than we could have imagined. We are so glad we choose Seven Springs for our special day! -

Due to covid, my wife and I pushed our original September 2020 wedding to September 2021, and have nothing but good things to say about working with the team at 7 Springs! Rena and Nicole were incredible every step of the way and helpful when we needed guidance. We chose 7 Springs because of the beautiful mountain location and because of everything that was included! My wife and I aren't into DIY, and didn't have time to organize and wrangle a million details ahead of time, so we counted on the professionals to help us out! From the food tasting to the check-in calls to nail down details and answer our million questions, everything ran very smoothly leading up to our big day. Wedding weekend we had a family dinner on-site at Helen's Friday, a welcome party in the Matterhorn Lounge Saturday, and the wedding on Sunday. The food was incredible, and our guests had a ton of fun leading up to the big day! And on the day of, Rena and Nicole were there to help with anything we needed, including helping us make a rain call right before our ceremony, and coordinating with our other vendors at Laurel Mountain Photography and Andy Booth DJ productions. We ended up having the ceremony and reception in the Winterberry room and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We received SO MANY compliments on the venue from our guests and knew we made the right decision! -

Expectations were exceed beyond our dreams. The events team is so responsive and flexible. We were a Covid couple and they were so understanding and helped us replan our wedding not once but twice. I worked with Rena and Sarah and both of these women were so reassuring and positive. I remember stepping off the shuttle and my shoe broke. I quietly told them and next thing I knew they were on their hands and knees trying to help me. The venue itself is gorgeous. We had a ceremony at Meadowood and reception in the Alpine Room. Everything was beautiful and all the wait staff and shuttle drivers were amazing. We also got our hair and makeup done by the spa team (Jen) and I was blown away with my hair and makeup. We are so thankful we chose 7springs for our wedding -

I can not say enough about how absolutely incredible Seven Springs was as a venue across the board for our wedding day. From the very first time we toured I was impressed by how beautiful the spaces are. Rena and her team are organized and on top of it all, but have such an easy going attitude no matter the situation. It was just so easy breezy right away and incredibly transparent. Every single detail of the day was put together with care, experience and a sense of fun. There are so many things included in your package and it brings such an ease to a day that can be very stressful. All our guests were truly blown away. If I was beginning this whole process again, I would choose them once more without hesitation. -

Quick, COVID wedding made a reality at 7S
The staff at Seven Springs was incredibly helpful in making our wedding happen. It was planned in 7 weeks, in the middle of COVID, on one of the most popular days of the year (10/10/20). All of the day-of staff members were booked for the day, so we had to be flexible. Since the resort is such a special and sentimental spot for me, I so wanted to make it work out and have my ceremony at the resort. Rena and Sierra offered me a few options, and we ultimately booked a small inlet at the top of the mountain near Tahoe Lodge.
While we did not have day-of staff (which I totally agreed to!) Seven Springs managed to set up the perfect number of chairs. They even left us a rag to wipe the chairs down the day of in case it rained the night before/morning before the ceremony. We had to work around the paddleboards/boats at the lake, but no one was there at the time of our 5 PM ceremony.
I would highly recommend having your wedding here (especially at the top near Lake Tahoe)! I can imagine it would be so much fun without COVID restrictions, too! -

We just recently had our wedding August 17th 2019 in the Winterberry room at Seven Springs. This venue is breath taking. We even had guests telling us they wanted to get married there. Very little is needed to make this venue into your own. Allowing you to use your budget in other areas! With this venue comes the most amazing wedding planner of all time. Rena is the best in the business. In my opinion is priceless when it comes to making your day everything you could want it to be. We enjoyed our experience because of her. We were never stressed and always were kept in the loop when it came to the planning process. Which if you have ever had someone not answer you when you were depending on them you know how great it is to have someone who makes you feel like you are the only wedding they are planning! Our day was flawless. Nothing went wrong and if it did I didn’t know about it! They also make sure that you get the best vendors possible and they communicate with eachother to make sure the day goes well. Letting you just sit back and enjoy the day. Also our photos were something that I didn’t realize I would love so much. They are something out of a magazine. Rena went above and beyond making sure we got the pictures of a life time. Something that we will value and be thankful for. There were also plenty of over night accommodations for our guests that were from out of town. Activities for kids to do and families making a weekend out of it. I could go on and on about all of the special things they did for us. Beyond what I ever expected. If you pick this venue you will Be stress free and guaranteed a wedding of a life time. -

From day one, my fiancé and I knew we wanted to pick Seven Springs. We toured Seven Springs with one of the wedding coordinators there, Rena. We weren’t sure if it was the best choice because it is a little pricey. In the end though, we have no regrets. Rena did everything she possibly could to make our day special and perfect. Words can’t even describe how amazing Seven Springs and their staff are. They truly care about making your day special and they will make your worries fade away. 100% would recommend Rena and her staff as well. She’s one of the reasons everything was so perfect. -

Nicole and her team were beyond amazing! My wedding was more than I ever could have dreamed it could be! We had our wedding in the new Winterberry room and it is breathtaking!! Beyond Amazing!
Jake and I got married at seven springs on January 12th. I had dreamed for a while about getting married here, but never expected it to exceed my expectations the way it did. Rena, the Wedding coordinator was beyond fabulous. She was the most attentive, supportive, responsive, happy person I have ever dealt with. She responded to my countless emails and questions quickly and never got annoyed. She made sure to keep us posted on timelines and even gave us lists of vendors they typically use (all were amazing). She even had a baby halfway through planning and still managed to keep everything together. That’s when Nicole stepped in who was equally as amazing. Every single thing we asked for they made happen. I stress out about everything, but I quickly realized there was no need with the two of them on our side. We had our ceremony and reception in the Alpine room. It was beautiful. Everything was perfect and the guests raved about the food. I could go on and on. We would do it all over again and can’t wait to go back for our first anniversary. My wife and I had an absolutely perfect wedding at Seven Springs. We made it tough by wanting a night wedding outside...in the woods, but Rena, Nicole and Alexis made sure it was easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make my wedding day absolutely PERECT. Rena is simply amazing & truly is the best in the biz! I love her so much & could not have gotten any luckier to have her every step of the way! Our entire day ran so smoothly and I did not have any stress on me AT ALL! I knew everything was in great hands the entire day. I was expecting a few hiccups to happen, (and if they did I didn’t know it) however I can honestly say not one thing went wrong! I cannot reccomend Rena, everyone on staff, and all of 7 springs enough! -

Rena and Nicole do absolutely anything and everything they can do to make your day perfect!! They made the entire process as stress free as possible. We are so glad we chose Seven Springs for our wedding venue! I would highly recommend Seven Springs to any couple!! -

Kelly Sent on 12/12/2017We had our wedding reception at Seven Springs on June 17th, 2017 in the Timberstone room... and it was absolutely beautiful. Rena hands down is AMAZING... any bride looking for their special venue - look no further, especially with Rena walking you through every step of the way. The day of, she worked beside all of the vendors and made sure everything was perfect. As the bride on your big day you don't want to have to worry about any of that. Seven Springs has such beautiful scenery for pictures... and with it being a resort a ton of activities for guests to partake in. The food was fantastic and they offer a lot of options. - I even added a pizza and fry bar to come out at the end of the night. It was perfection! The alcohol selection is amazing too! oo I also have to mention the Wedding Cake.. I'm not a cake person and this cake was the best I have ever had! I would highly recommend having your big day at Seven Springs. *note I did not have my ceremony there, but had it at the local Catholic Church (St. Raymonds)... Seven Springs venues were beautiful but I couldn't imagine being outside in the hot June heat... :)

Tess Sent on 12/07/2017The perfect wedding I always dreamed of happened because we chose Seven Springs as our venue. The moment we toured 7Springs we knew it was where we imagined ourselves getting married. The endless locations for wedding spots and photo options sealed the deal. Every square foot of this resort is beautiful. Rena was our wedding coordinator and I could not have been more pleased. She helped me every step of the way, answering countless emails, providing vendor suggestions, and even measuring the length of the aisle at Meadowoods - And, that was all before the wedding day. We got married in the Timberstone room, which is nestled at the bottom of the ski slopes, windows all around the room, a deck on the perimeter, with beautiful wood and stone pillars inside. On top of that, the staff was incredible. They were prepared for anything, including the torrential downpour that occurred during our ceremony. They provided all of the transportation around the resort shuttling guests to and from the main lodge and the wedding party around the resort to get photos. Also, the saying that wedding food usually sucks did not apply here. Their food was INCREDIBLE! The steak my husband and I had melted in our mouths. Our guests were blown away by the options and still talk about how amazing the food was. The bakeries at 7Springs were also a huge bonus, our cake not only looked stunning, it tasted even better! We went with their famous "Princess cake". Rena and Sierra helped the day of the wedding, and I am so thankful for them. They kept everything on track and made sure no details were missed. If we could do the day over again we would not change a thing! The ceremony space, the reception room, the food, the staff, the wedding coordinators, the views, onsite photo locations - everything was more than perfect!

Nicole Sent on 12/07/2017My husband John and I were married at Seven Springs in February 2017. We were beyond thrilled with how everything went! Rena made the entire planning process and wedding day so smooth and perfect. My family rented a large cabin on the mountain which allowed all my out of town guests to stay together and the cabin was not only gorgeous but super comfy! Everything from the entire resort, to the food, to the servers and chefs, to the activities they had was more than I could have ever asked for. For our rehersal, we did a pizza party in the Alpine room, which gave us more of a relaxed evening. The ceremony and reception also took place in the Alpine room. It was the perfect size for my 75 guest wedding. The room was cozy and gave the perfect mountain feel I was hoping for. We had a pasta station and heavy hors d'vours reception, which I actually got to eat and it was Delicious! The servers kept everything stocked and cleared tables promptly. Rena made sure every finishing touch on the decor and things needed for the ceremony were there and on point and I never once worried that something wasn't right. The transition from ceremony to reception happened while my guests were treated to cocktail hour at the Matterhorn Bar. We also continued the party in the Matterhorn after the reception ended at 11pm. I really cannot say enough good things about Seven Springs. I would do it all over again and not change anything. I highly recommend this for any event, but surely for a wedding. It was worth every single penny (which was actually very reasonable!)

Seven Springs was the perfect choice for our daughter and son-in-law, who wanted a destination wedding, but within reasonable proximity to our homes in Pittsburgh. The Meadowoods outdoor ceremony site and Winterberry reception venue are literally picture perfect sites. The resort offered true onsite "one-stop shopping". Golf outing to start the weekend on Friday morning (Highlands Golf Course at Seven Springs), rehearsal dinner (Helen's) and welcome gathering (Foggy Goggle) on Friday night, dedicated room in conference center for hair and make-up the day of the wedding. Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on Saturday, and finally a private brunch (Matterhorn) on Sunday. Onsite hotel with large two bedroom family suites to serve as "home base" (including a HUGE living room and dining room area!). Extremely efficient shuttle service to get the bridal party and guests from one place to another throughout the entire weekend. Helaina LeGrand was our assigned wedding coordinator, and was very patient and helpful in responding to countless emails from us. Helaina literally coordinated everything for us, down to handing out gift bags to our hotel guests and the storage and arrangement of cookies for the infamous Pittsburgh cookie table. Attention to detail and prompt, friendly customer service were critical factors to us in our vetting process, and Helaina and her staff delivered with flying colors. They offer three tiers of pricing/service for reception, which will accommodate varying budgets. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending. -

We held our wedding at Seven Springs in October. The fall foliage was perfect during our ceremony at Meadowoods. Our guests loved having everything they could ever need (food, entertainment, lodging, parking) right on site! We wanted to have a "destination wedding" right at home and Seven Springs delivered this experience. Our guests staying at the hotel had the best customer service - two were even gifted two pillows because they told the staff they were the most comfortable pillows they ever slept on! It was very easy working with Nicole from sales and Sarah, our wedding service manager, to build the perfect weekend. The Winterberry was the perfect reception space for our 130-guest wedding. In the future, I would love to see Seven Springs have a designated bridal suite with mirrors and sinks for the girls to get ready in. I do feel that this is a pricier venue, but the service and experience we had was completely worth it. Thank you to all of the staff at Seven Springs who made our wedding so perfect! -

Everything was truly amazing! We had the best weekend. Helaina was so helpful and really worked to accommodate everything that we wanted. Our guests still talk about our wedding and it's been 6 months! The only thing I think I should point out to remind people if you are having your rehearsal dinner there is to check who they have working it.... Our staff for the wedding day were absolutely amazing and went above our expectations but for the rehearsal dinner they were grumpy and not the right fit for us at all. That was the one and only thing we would change. Food=amazing venue=beautiful Helaina&Nicole= true gems!!! If you are considering getting married just do it. You will not regret it.
We used Linda browns floral, 2ndtonone dj, and skysight photography and recommend them all! We wouldn't change a thing. -

Meadow Woods / Winterberry Wedding
My fiancé and I knew as soon as we got engaged that we wanted to have our wedding at the beautiful 7Springs Mountain Resort. Unfortunately, our original wedding date was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our 7Springs wedding planner, Nicole Gradler, was AMAZING working with us through restrictions, rescheduling, and every aspect of planning our special day. 7Springs was very accommodating to us through rescheduling to the following year. Finally, we had our dream wedding on October 23, 2021. Every detail of our day was perfectly executed, better than we could have ever imagined. Nicole was very organized, thoughtful, and professional. She truly made our dream come true. As a bride, I appreciated having zero stress on the wedding day. Everything was thought out and planned to a T. I only had to worry about the rainy weather forecast for our outdoor ceremony. Nicole checked in with me throughout the day and we made the final call 2 hours prior to the ceremony time. We got to have our dream outdoor ceremony and everything was set up beautifully, even with a rainy morning. The reception food was amazing, staff were nice and professional, and we received so many compliments from our guests how beautiful everything was. Our ONLY complaint relates to the 7Springs hotel service. Our ceremony was at 4:00 and hotel check in was also at 4:00. We requested an early check in to accommodate our guests but got some push back and uncertainty. At the end of the day things ended up working out, but it would have been much less stressful to have this coordinated from the beginning. I would 100% recommend 7Springs for planning your dream wedding. It was truly the best day of our lives! -

We had our wedding in the Winterberry room on January 11th. The food was AMAZING. I still have guests talking about how great their dinner was ( we had options of filet, salmon, chicken oscar & arancini ravioli). We had about 200 guests and for the food to come out delicious for all guests was amazing to me.
The venue was beautiful and I didn't need to add much decor to it because it has so much to offer on its own.The only thing I wish Winterberry could offer was a separate room for the bridal party to hang out in before getting announced into the reception. We made due with what we had, but it wasn't ideal.
We got amazing photos around the resort & our own shuttle to help transport our bridal party around the property. This was super helpful!
I can not say enough good things about Rena & her team. They were accommodating with every request we had thrown their way and did in their best power to make everything exactly how we wanted. They made sure the day went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! -

Brittany Sent on 12/14/2017Seven Springs was the perfect venue for our wedding. My husband and I were on a time crunch due to an upcoming deployment in our family. Rena and everybody at seven springs were so easy to work with and helped us to plan the perfect wedding in just six months. We settled on the Alpine room for both the ceremony and reception and it was absolutely perfect. Everybody at Seven Springs was so accommodating and it was a beautiful place for a winter wedding with the snow makers going! While my husband and I were waiting to enter the reception, we were having some appetizers and a glass of wine to relax and I actually spilled red wine on my white wedding dress. I sent a quick text to Rena and she immediately dropped what she was doing and ran to the rescue with baking soda and the stain was out! Thank you to the whole seven springs team for making our wedding day perfect, even on a time crunch.

Our guests could not praise the wedding enough and how well all the staff did. The reception venue was gorgeous and what they did with the ceremony after having to move locations cause of rain exceeded our expectations!! We thank you seven springs for a wonderful experience! The only issue was the price of rooms for the bridal party and guest seemed slightly high.
