Delicious!

Hiring Seven Loaves Catering for my daughter’s wedding was a great decision. We did not do a tasting, but trusted the reviews. They were easy to work with and everything was great. We had drop off service as the venue had a kitchen staff. The food was delicious and two weeks later our guests were still talking about it. The venue director liked the food and their professionalism so much, she said she would be calling them and asking for business cards so she could recommend them. I can’t imagine using another caterer.

Fantastic Caterer

Seven Loaves Catering is one of the best in the business. They frequent our two venues. We love them for multiple reasons.
1. This is a family run business and everyone who works with them is treated that way. The owners are outstanding, taking care of every detail and their staff are always helpful, polite and go out of their way to make every event successful.
2. The food is fantastic - everything I've ever eaten has been delicious from tea party to brunch to a lavish dinner!

Delicious Food

Seven Loaves Catering did everything they could to make our special day better. So many guests came up to us to let us know how amazing the food was and I couldn’t agree more. They were great at working with our budget and keeping all the quality and details in mind. Our caterers made sure we were fed first and even sent us home with food at the end of the night. They were so thoughtful and wonderful to work with!

Rehearsal Dinner

We had a rehearsal dinner for 100 people for my daughter‘s wedding. Seven Loaves Catering catered it and it was excellent. The feedback from every guest I talked to said the food was wonderful. They arrived on time, they set everything up, it was very professional! It was simply a very pleasant event and hassle free!

Wonderfully Amazing!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Seven Loaves Catering! I hired Seven Loaves for my wedding on 2/17/18. We didn't do a tasting so I was a little nervous, but the food was amazing! Our guests kept raving about how the food was
one of the best they've had at any wedding, even the vegan selection. Haley was helpful at giving me as accurate of a quote as possible, explaining all of my options, and very patient when I made adjustment after original quotes. The catering staff were phenomenal, so warm and friendly and helpful. They were quick to get us anything we needed, set-up/clean-up was all taken care of and they travel well; my venue was in Denton Texas. Everyone loved it and not one person had one bad thing to say. Can't say enough good things about Seven Loaves! I highly
recommend them!

If I could give Seven Loaves Catering 100 stars, I would. I do not have the words to express how wonderful it was to work with Seven Loaves, Hayley, and the team!

Seven Loaves catered my wedding. All during the reception I was receiving compliments on the food or overhearing guests comment on how great the food was. A week later and I'm still getting texts and comments from my guests about how wonderful the food was. Comments like "I've never had a meal at a wedding as good as this," "I never knew that catered food could taste so good." It was important to me to serve a fantastic meal at the reception and Seven Loaves exceeded my expectations.

In addition to providing an amazing meal, the service was spectacular!

If you are looking for a caterer for any type of event do yourself a favor and hire Seven Loaves. I promise, you will be delighted!

When we began to search for a wedding caterer we knew we'd be facing some difficulties since my husband is a professional chef. Our method was having me handling all initial communication so that the caterers didn't know they were talking to someone in the industry. After contacting a few caterers and not having great experiences, I contacted Seven Loaves Catering because I got a good vibe right off the bat from their website and reviews. We met with Haley, the event coordinator, and we had a great time! We never sampled any food before booking, but that was due to our crazy work schedule on top of my husband having a good gut feeling about the company. Our buffet dinner at our wedding was delicious, and we received many compliments, especially for the appetizers! Our experience from beginning to end with Seven Loaves and their staff was wonderful, and we would highly recommend them!

Seven Loaves allowed me to freely enjoy my son's Rehearsal Dinner. We rented tables and chairs. They came promptly and early, which meant we could decorate and enjoy the moment. They picked them up the next day, promptly and quietly as well. The 2 Servers were polite and very efficient. They took care of all the food, set up and clean up was the BEST. The food, was exceptional. Fajitas are everywhere, but Seven Loaves was delicious. I went back for seconds on rice. Who does that? The sopapilla cheesecake was exceptional. Thank you for making the Rehearsal Dinner a success!!

We used Seven Loaves for our wedding and were extremely pleased! They are fantastic to work with and had amazing food options! Also, they are fantastically priced!! The staff on the wedding day was so great, friendly, and helpful!! The food was absolutely incredible!! Couldn’t have asked for a better caterer!! :)

Seven loaves catered my wedding on 10/07/2017 and they were perfect! We ordered BBQ with mac and cheese, corn casserole, and green beans, and everything was delicious. My food loving friend said it was the best wedding food she had ever had, and she wanted like 5 plates of food. Everyone was so professional and they made the whole experience seamless and stress free. Despite me changing things around a few times, Haley was SO SWEET and helpful! I can't recommend them enough if you want a delicious meal, smooth service, and a stress free evening (as stress free as a wedding can be :).

After many changes to the time schedule of the reception, Seven Loaves made it easy to stay flexible throughout the week leading up to the wedding. My guests loved the food and my family said the staff was ever present when you needed them, but did not distract from the day. "Impressive," was the word they chose to describe the staff. Kimbrah was very helpful in communicating with me about the contract, meeting times, and reassuring me that everything will go smoothly! Thank you, Seven Loaves, for a very positive experience!

Seven Loaves Catering is amazing! They have a lot to offer and really work with you to meet your budget expectations! They are extremely friendly and professional and they are quick to respond! After we booked them they even sent us a thank you package!
We got a lot of compliments from our guests about the food being delicious and the staff being so courteous!
They have so much to offer and I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Seven Loaves! Our custom German/Mexican fusion menu was phenomenal beyond description! We were incredibly impressed from the get go. Phillip came to the our first meeting with some incredible flavor ideas! The Sauerbraten Stuffed Empanadas and Schnitzel with Chorizo Gravy turned out AMAZINGLY!!!

Seven Loaves was THE perfect option for us! Haley was AMAZING to work with - she got our vision and executed it to perfection! We are still getting compliments about how awesome the food was. If you are wavering on deciding about the harvest table it is a MUST! It was not only beautiful but delicious and add a few passed hors devours and you have the perfect food for a cocktail or transition hour.
Not only did they provide our food but they also provided all the rentals as well as set up and clean up!

They provide catering and linens which is awesome to get them all from the save vendor. They offer a tasting that you pay for but it is worth it. You get to try different appetizers and they have whole buffet meal set up to eat. It gives you an idea of the food and set up. When you book with them, the price of the tasting goes to your balance. The food was amazing!! We got the chicken lasagna, mac and cheese, and green beans for the wedding which was my favorite and wish I had seconds. They have lots of different options for appetizers, entrees, etc. They were quick about returning emails and calling near the wedding. They did a walk through of the venue also for set up. They also provide bartender and you just have to provide the alcohol. I needed to pick my linens up early for the florist to decorate the tables and they worked with me to do that.

Seven Loaves catered my daughter's brunch reception, and did a great job. We had specifically requested that the reception have an elegant rustic/vintage feel, and they carried that out perfectly, down to the cast-iron cookware and chalk signs. The setup was attractive, and the food was very good. Everyone especially loved the gouda cheese grits and blueberry french toast. I'm sure I was a worrisome MOB about all the little details throughout the planning, but they were always nice and accommodating. They were very busy and had some staff changes during our planning process that made communication a bit more difficult, but someone was always willing to meet with us and answer questions. The waitstaff did a great job. We were very pleased with the outcome on wedding day, and they completed my daughter's vision perfectly!

Wow. The food was phenomenal. I was on the fence about using a cater (bad experiences in the past) but Phillip and his team blew me away. They are responsive, attentive, and courteous. Ashley (the contact person) responded quickly with any changes, handled our fluctuating guest list without issue, and was the utmost professional. The wait staff at our event were professional, always smiling, and very helpful. When they left, you could hardly tell they had been there. I am thoroughly impressed with Seven Loaves and would absolutely use them again. I recommend to anyone looking for amazing food at an affordable price to give them a call and let them handle your culinary needs.

While this was not a wedding our event was similar in nature. We hosted a Valentine's Sweetheart Ball for our Young Life ministry in Carrollton. Seven Loaves was responsive, attentive and incredibly flexible. The pre-planning was great, the night of service was awesome and the food was delicious.

I serve as a wedding DJ at 50 plus weddings per year and I highly recommend Seven Loaves for your wedding or any special occasion.

Seven Loaves provided catering for our daughters post wedding reception at her home. The staff were extremely helpful in the planning of the event and the servers and bartender were very friendly and professional. The food was outstanding and received numerous compliments from our guests!

Wow!!! We worked with Seven Loaves Catering on the My Refuge House Fundraiser "Fashioned for Freedom". They were amazing. This was our first time for this fundraiser and Ashley and Seven Loaves thought of everything and really helped us navigate through this event. The food was amazing, and they happily reworked the menu to accommodate passing the food instead of having a table to display it on. The staff was so professional and courteous on the day of the event. I highly recommend Seven Loaves for anyone planning an event, I will definitely use them for our next one.

Talk about low maintenance and delicious! We took a risk by not tasting any of their food before the actual wedding, but based on a recommendation from our DJ, we went with Seven Loaves for our wedding. We were so pleased by how everything turned out! We had BBQ with various sides and appetizers, and everyone commented on how great the food was! The staff was awesome- the servers were all so friendly and professional; they were always smiling, and they were hard workers! Seven Loaves was very easy to work with, had GREAT food, and was more affordable than a lot of the other options we were looking at. We’re SO happy we went with them as our wedding caterer, and definitely recommend them to others!

7 Loaves provided a buffet for a wedding in a church gym. We had estimated 125, had 185 RSVP yes, and ended up with 150. They were flexible at every turn of the estimates, which we appreciated. They also helped us with setting up and staffing stations they were not responsible for, like the wedding cake and groom's cake. Thanks, Haley & team!

"Haley was great to work with, and the whole 7 Loaves team was quick, professional, problem-solving, and helpful! As far as the food, the groom and I got to taste all the main course dishes but none of the appetizers. They must have been amazing since they disappeared so fast. My brother, or someone who sneaked down to the gym early, gave rave reviews of the tamales and empanadas. The main courses tasted moist and flavorful, and we appreciate the risk Phillip, et al, took with fresh and relatively new recipes. If it was not him cooking, I congratulate the actual chef (didn't distinguish from the attendants) -- just shook everyone's hand at the end of the night without getting any names / titles."

I recommend 7 Loaves for whatever function you put together that needs perfectly-cooked, well-seasoned, freshly conceived and prepared dishes to feed the masses.

Seven Loaves Catering provided exceptional service. The initial response to my inquiry was expedient; the communication through the weeks prior to the event was consistent; and the personal attendant assigned to the event provided a courtesy call the day before to solicit any questions as well as provided her cell phone. I was totally impressed. Seven Loaves Catering is the best kept secret in Denton County...one thing I do know is that Secrets Manifest. The food was so very good until the guest at the event started using cups to store to go food items...it was hilarious - but "I did too" - and it was well worth it. Everyone loved the food. We will use Seven Loaves Catering again!

Everyone was so amazing! Sarah did a fabulous job walking me through the ordering process and making sure we had everything we needed for our THREE days of catering! That's right, they accommodated us for three days in a row with no questions asked!! Seven Loaves did an incredible job with making the entire so seamless and smooth, it felt like Sarah just read my mind and made everything happen! And the food was absolutely delicious! The fajitas literally melted in your mouth, I had never tasted such tender meat, Phillip really is an artist! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, and kindness I received from Seven Loaves. They truly created an well rounded catering experience from start to finish!

Seven Loaves catered a Christmas Luncheon for our company, not a wedding. We have used Seven Loaves several times and haven't been disappointed in any way. The food is PERFECTION! Truly, everything tastes good. We always receive a lot of compliments on the food. The staff especially, Sarah, are excellent! Everything we asked for or needed was taken care of professionally. Our favorite server is Leslie, very friendly and lots of smiles. We will call Seven Loaves again and again.

Although this review is not for a wedding, I can highly recommend Seven Loaves Catering! I have used SLC for several events, both large and small and received rave reviews from every attendee! The food is delicious, the presentation beautiful and the quality of service is excellent.

I have also attended weddings and other events catered by Seven Loaves Catering and had equally wonderful experiences. Book them today for your wedding or event!

Seven Loaves Catering was recommended to me by a friend. I then got a taste of their delicious food at a graduation party last May. They were so easy to work with and knew exactly what I wanted for an engagement party I hosted in my home. Everything arrived as scheduled- from the tables, linens, food, etc. We had ample food (and several went back for seconds!). They made feeding 60 people in my home seem like a breeze. Would pick them again in a heartbeat to do my next event. Nice to have local folks that can take on big events in the area.

We used the catering service for our staff inservice. Food was yummy. We had the wraps, chips, salad and cookies. Everyone commented on how the food was so delicious and we should do it again. Not only great food but the service was wonderful. Easy to work with and very friendly! I would deifinitely order from these folks again!

Seven Loaves catered our son's wedding a few years ago and we were so pleased, we decided to use them again for our daughter's wedding. One of our biggest concerns was whether they could still provide the quality they did before, but on a much larger scale.
We met with Sarah, who we hadn't previously met, and we immediately liked her. She was professional, as well as, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We changed the menu about five times, going different directions, and she was always accommodating and pleasant to work with and helped us nail down the menu.
There was no need for concern. We finally decided on food stations and everything was amazing, especially the mashed potato martini bar, which was a big hit! We received numerous compliments on the food. In addition to that, the food captain, Haley, and her staff were outstanding and did a great job making sure everything was continually replenished and hot. We cannot say enough about Sarah and Seven Loaves. We were so honored to have them as part of our daughter's wedding and would recommend them to everyone.

Thanks to Sarah Daniels and Seven Loaves Catering, the Nolan Catholic High School Faculty Staff end of year event was a huge success. The food was beautiful, delicious, delivered on time and served warm. The menu options allowed me to provide something a little different for our hardworking teachers and staff without breaking the budget. Sarah was quick to respond and delightful to work with and the follow up after our event was uncommon and impressive. Oh my goodness, how do I even begin to express how beautiful and so divinely delicious the food was for my daughter's wedding. Phillip and his staff went way above and beyond what we ever expected. We had people at the wedding that could not believe how wonderful the food was and how beautiful the presentation was. It's been a week and we are still getting comments on the food. We are so grateful we went with Seven Loaves and we know you will be too. You could not find a more honest and God loving man than Phillip. Sarah his assistant did an amazing job every time she corresponded with us or met with us. She took care of every last detail and it turned out AWESOME. Seven Loaves catered a large non-profit (Chamber) event for us and the experience was seamless. It is rare to host an event with NO complaints-but this was one of them. People were actually commenting on how wonderful the food was days after the event. Bravo!!

We had an event for our church that Seven Loaves catered. This dinner was an appreciation dinner for some of our Leaders within the church. We couldn't have asked for better food or service. We heard a lot of great feedback about how great it was from our Leaders. As the one who helped to coordinate the event, I can say that Seven Loaves made it incredibly easy and we will definitely use them again.

In the past two years, Phillip and Seven Loaves has catered four events for Briarhill Middle School. We have enjoyed a wide variety of selections, from a fajita dinner for 100 people, a taco bar for 80, breakfast for a small group of 25 and a baked potato bar for all of my teachers and staff. Everything has been delicious and presented beautifully. Phillip is willing to work with my limited budget, offering suggestions as to how to get the most with what I am allowed to spend. I've also called him last minute several times and he has been more than happy to accomodate us. My teachers are already looking forward to our next event and Phillip's outstanding food and service!!

I was so excited to have Seven Loaves cater my wedding! Their food is delicious and their staff is so great to work with! They went above and beyond and even helped get me some some fruit items I used in centerpiece decorations as well as taking care of all of my linen, etc rentals. I can not say enough about our experience with Seven Loaves Catering! Not only was the food delicious, the service was equally outstanding. It was such a relief not to have a single worry about anything, the drinks, the food, the service, the night of our wedding. Loved the food! I had rough time trying to find a cater that would actually respond to me! And I found Phil through a friend and I'm glad I did. We just did heavy hour'dorves and they were wonderful. I told him my budget and he gave me a menu, we picked out what sounded good and gave it back to him and he made our menu from that. (with our imput of course) And we got so many compliments about the food. The set up was beautiful and Phil was on time, set plates aside for Cory and I since we weren't going to get food because it was going so fast. People where going back for seconds! He was very personable and got back to me in a timely manner and the food was amazing.

I called up Seven Loaves from out of town so one never knows what kind of experience you're likely to have but I read past reviews and felt comfortable going this route. They did not disappoint! Sarah was fantastic to work with. We emailed back and forth several times over the course of a couple of days, and she was always quick with answers, amendments, and secured delivery times for me and I felt, went above and beyond.

This event was for my mom's 70th birthday party and I wanted her to have a special event and Seven Loaves was instrumental in making that happen.

I would definitely use them again and for any future folks, I would only suggest making sure of what kind of containers, platters and such are expected for the display. They served on white plastic dishware, which was actually pretty nice and everyone enjoyed the presentation.

Thank you all so much for such an easy, professional and very cost effective event for our family!

I appreciated that everyone arrived early and had things ready for the event in advance. And who could have anticipated that having done that, your staff was able to play such a big role in coming to the rescue of a guest? Their actions prevented a terrible accident from becoming even worse. And to top it off, our wonderful meal was served without a hitch and the speakers were able to complete their presentation. Once the event was over, you all had put everything back in order – scarcely a sign that anyone at all had been there!

Again, my sincerest of thanks to you all for everything you did. Without a doubt, Seven Loaves receives the highest of recommendation.

I found Phillip to be very accomodating. I am the mother of the groom and the wedding event for which I hired Seven Loaves Catering was a small home wedding with app. 28 guests. I met initially in person with Phillip to form a "general" plan and from there forward all correspondence was done thru e-mails. Phillip was quick to respond - usually within 24 hours. He worked with me on the menu choices and was able to provide several options for food choices. I finally finalized the menu about 10 days prior to the event. The food was well prepared, served hot, and feedback was positive. The only negative comment was that the dinner rolls were dry and not many were eaten. Phillip came to my home for pickup of the equipment and all being said, my first catering experience was pretty stress free. I would use Phillip again should another occasion arise - he was very knowlegable and I was quite pleased with the wedding reception.

Seven Loaves did a great job catering our wedding. We had a chicken and a beef entrée and got tons of compliments about how great the meal was. They were also great to work with during the planning process and were very accommodating of additional requests. Our contact at Seven Loaves, Kimbrah, was very helpful and responsive and I enjoyed working with her. The Food Was Amazing!!! Great staff and very professional. The tasting was great and the owners are very friendly. They will work with you in any way with food choice and dinner wear. they let us change up the menu and set up however many times we needed until we thought it was perfect. Haley was amazing! She helped us through everything. The food was fantastic and they were very accommodating to our vegetarian guests. We only had one blunder and that was when the catering captain came to my husband around 10 and said they were leaving. Whatever our contract said was fine (I looked back at it said 10:30) but either way, the bride and groom should never be bothered with that on their night. We told all of our vendors if there were any problems to talk to our moms, so that was our only displeasure with them. But the food and everything leading up to 10pm was on point and perfect!

The food was amazing and I am so glad everything worked out in the end as promised. It seemed at first like we were going to have a lot of issues with this caterer as we could not taste specific items on their menu beforehand. It really worried me to pay someone money and not be able to taste the food first. My mom handled the brief issues we had and they were resolved. The day of-everything went off without a hitch. Food and service was amazing

We used Seven Loaves for our wedding reception. We got so many compliments on the food (the brisket was amazing) and couldn't have been happier with the whole thing. The staff was great to let us customize the menu to accommodate dietary restrictions and have just the food we wanted. We also appreciated how many options there were for delivery as we just wanted set-up and not full service. Staff were professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good food and was always available or if not would always return the call promptly.
The only issue we had was when the event was over the most left over food that was remaining was gone. Our plan was to save it for family to eat later. We should have questioned, at the time, what she did with all the left overs but didn't. So, be sure to let them know in advance that you want to keep the left overs, that is if you do.

Seven Loaves has SO many food options to choose from that you can really pick anything you wish to eat for your wedding reception. The staff was friendly and the food was yummy. I was super excited when they brought out appetizers for us that we served during our cocktail hour so that we could enjoy them before our meal. We did plated dinners for our guests and the only complaint I have is that many guests had cold food when it was served to them. The wedding party’s food was hot and delish. Even the guests got got a cold plate still enjoyed their food.

I believe the service was great, the service throughout the entire process was great. I thought the food was ok. My husband and I entered the reception a little later after photos, but our food was cold, so I can't say that I got the best version of it since it had been out for a while. The breadsticks were so hard, they were inedible by our guests. I, nor my husband could eat them and I notified Ashley during the wedding. The green beans were shriveled and a little dry. I also thought the Chicken Marsala could have been better, it tasted less like a caterer/gourmet and more store bought.

As I live out of state, I was unable to have a food tasting and I wish that I had. Prior to our wedding, I had so many friends say that the food is the thing people remember the most. I have to say that I’m a little mortified because I wasn’t happy and I could tell by the plates that they weren’t wowed either. I would like to add again, the service itself was great. Ashley and her assistant, helped clear the tables and pour champagne along with my bridesmaids. I really wish the food matched the service.

The people at Seven Loaves seem very friendly and communicated pretty well with me. However, the food quality was less than satisfactory. The beef tenderloin carving station was mistaken as roast beef by a few guests. I was also promised gluten free rolls and was given regular rolls instead. They even put one on my plate and came by and picked it off when they realized their mistake. Even the tiniest particle of gluten can make me sick, so this was unacceptable. Also, the vegetables were very bland. The food definitely wasn't what I imagined it would be. It wasn't anything like the tasting.

Disappointing bad food bad presentation

I used Seven Loaves for a birthday party. The food was terrible, the presentation of the food was absolutely awful, and the responsiveness from the vendor just as bad. The caterer forgot to deliver one item of food. We had a group of 40 people and they delivered about 10 plates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CATERER. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

My wedding was over a year ago and it has taken me that long to write this review because I am STILL so angry. I found this caterer through my wedding planner, who had never used them before but they were one of the few options available on my wedding date. We attended a tasting that was phenomenal, the food was delicious and everything was great. We chose our packages and although not 'wowed' with the options or service, everything was fine! Fast forward to the day of the event - The appetizers were delicious! We did brisket tacos, and two other options that I honestly can't remember. But the brisket tacos were AWESOME. When it came time for the meal, our wedding planner brought our plates to us and something was missing. Yes, they FORGOT to bring the MEAT to our wedding. So, we had sub-par spaghetti with some pretty pathetic breadsticks for our wedding meal. What bothers me the most about this is there was PLENTY of time between when they arrived and when the meal was served for them to find a remedy for this. There was a awl-mart 10 minutes down the road, buy some rotisserie chicken or SOMETHING instead of just not worrying about it. OH YEAH, and they TOLD NO ONE. Not my wedding planner, not me, not anyone. One of my bridesmaids pointed it out. THEN, we asked if we could possibly bring out some more appetizers, and they had leftover brisket tacos just sitting in the back. Don't you think if you forgot to bring meat to the wedding you would leave the tacos out ?!?! Overall, sub-par food and TERRIBLE customer service. We got a $500 refund and I never got a personal apology(they only called my mom, who paid for our food). If you're looking for someone to go above and beyond, this is NOT the company to choose.
