Strong selection and flexible
Settings were professional and helpful in assisting us as we chose our rentals for our wedding. They were flexible in letting us split the rentals over two days, and let us add things a week before when we saw rain in the forecast. They ran a bit behind on drop-off, but were quick on the setup when they arrived. Overall we were really appreciative of the wide selection and full service. -

Amazing Service!!
Event Settings Rentals near Buena Vista was amazing to work with! Their team made organizing rentals at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort so easy! Betsy worked hands on with me to create a beautiful wedding reception for Dominque & Connor. I can wait to work out there again, just to use Settings again! -

Great company
I hired Settings to provide almost everything for a rehearsal dinner I was holding at the Scout Hut in Salida. They were great to work with, flexible with changes and their prices are fair. I ordered almost everything: chairs, china, silverware, linens, glassware. The result was a lovely room for a special occasion. I highly recommend. -

Excellent vendor
Settings Event Rental were outstanding to work with. They offered suggestions for tent set up to accommodate our event (wedding reception) and went out of their way to meet with us during the short time we were available tin the area to discuss our wishes (wedding was in Colorado but we were in Missouri). They came to the site before hand to make sure everything would work as we had visualized. Any calls or questions via email were promptly answered. Rentals were delivered on time and picked up at time arranged. They were comparable in price with the other vendor in the area (Buena Vista, CO) but with much more selection to choose from. All in all a quality vendor to work with -

Excellent Selection and Service!
I used Settings for a wedding a few weeks ago and they are great. They were incredibly helpful and communicative prior to the event while we were booking all of the rentals. They were prompt, friendly, and quickly got everything set up as well as break down the next day. Settings has a great selection and everything came as advertised and in great condition. They made it easy to put all the linens in bags and dishes/glassware in crates after the wedding. I would definitely recommend them for any events in the area. -

Great to work with!
We hired Settings for a few of our rental needs for our wedding ceremony and reception. We updated our quote a few times ahead of the wedding to accommodate guest count and each time it was quick and easy. We had our ceremony basically in a field at the base of Mt. Princeton and only provided GPS coordinates and a pin on a map, and they were great delivering all 160 chairs and the ceremony looked stunning.
Overall, it was great working with them for our rental needs! -

We used Settings Event Rentals for outdoor wedding and reception in Crested Butte. They provided the tent, farm tables, wooden chairs, dance floor, bose speaker, mic, string lighting, gold cutlery, and tent heater. They were always very quick to respond with questions and provide updated invoices all along the way. The drop off, set up, and pick up went flawlessly. All of their equipment worked perfectly and looked beautiful. They were professional, friendly, and on time with everything. We would highly recommend Settings Event Rentals for any event you are planning.-

Planning an outdoor mountain wedding from afar is no east task. Betsy and Christopher were very helpful and able to provide the rentals we needed to create a beautiful wedding and reception at the foot of Mt. Princeton in Buena Vista, CO. -

As a wedding photographer in Salida, I have worked with Settings Event Rental on many weddings - and I've always been impressed. However, this past summer they worked on MY wedding and I can't say enough good things. Betsy and Christopher were INCREDIBLY accommodating, understanding and helpful in every and all aspects. On the day, it poured for hours, but luckily Settings' equipment held up and in fact SAVED THE DAY. Without their tents, (most of which they smartly suggested) my wedding would have been a disaster. They were super professional and all-knowing throughout the whole process. There are many things I'd change about my wedding, but renting from Settings would NOT be one of them. The quality of their rentals is more superior than anything else I've seen in the industry, from Colorado to Vermont. (Book them now!) :) -

They took care of everything. I planned my wedding from out of town. Settings was great to work with over the phone and via email. They delivered everything to my venue and picked it up as well. I didn't have to do anything which was exactly what I needed. They were great! -

Chris and Betsy were exceptionally professional and helpful with selecting what we needed for our rentals on our wedding day. They placed our initial order and reservation a few months before the wedding, then they allowed us to make adjustments to the order based on RSVPs the month of the wedding. They arranged delivery with the venue and delivered the neatly pressed and high quality linens timely. After the wedding, they came back to the venue and picked everything up. Nothing for us to worry about. Overall, great service and great quality. -

You were just wonderful, you were right there when needed and had the answers for everything. Right down to decorating the Bride & Grooms chairs, which we were going to do but ran out of time and you stepped in and volunteered to do it and did a wonderful job & we really do appreciate it. We hired Betsy and Christopher with Settings Event Rental for our wedding day with the Day of Direction package, photobooth rental and ceremony chairs and we could not possibly have been more satisfied with how everything turned out. Besty's services were absolutely indispensable. She coordinated our wedding rehearsal flawlessly--no small feat with a bridal party of 15, a type-A bride and two large families offering their "opinions" on how things should go. She knew all of the right tricks to help us get things in order so that our ceremony ran perfectly. On our wedding day she was an absolute soldier! She was everywhere around the property coordinating with family, bridal party and vendors and did so with incredible poise. Many of our vendors were running quite late because of an accident on the highway--I NEVER had to worry about it with Betsy handling things. I would have likely been out of my mind with worry if I were handling things myself. She kept us on schedule, informed and sane on our wedding day. I simply cannot say enough. The Day of Direction package was the best money we spent in the entire process. Seriously--if you are considering a coordinator there is no "maybe" -- DO IT! Christopher was excellent at setting up and managing the photobooth! He kept in touch with the DJ and kept the guests coming throughout the entire event and we ended up with so many fun photos! If you are in the process of planning your wedding, you are probably still excited about all of the fun choices you get to make and all of the details.... but on your day you do NOT want to be worrying about those details. The wedding day is the moment for your vendors to shine, the day when you should have the confidence to say to them "I trust your judgment, do what you think is best". If you hire Betsy and Christopher, rest assured that you can trust their judgment and expertise. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word and I would recommend them to anyone. -

First off, we hired Betsy and Chris for our day of planner and for the photo booth they provide. Cannot imagine a more perfect pair and company to make our wedding perfect. Betsy and Chris have everything you would ever need to rent including chairs, tables, linens, photo booth, props, etc. We only rented the chairs for the ceremony and the photo booth, but we did not have to ever worry about anything as everything was set up early and in a professional manner. Chris manned the photo booth until whenever we wanted to quit. There were plenty of props for guests to use to take fun pictures.
As far as the day of planning, I don't think our wedding would have happened without Betsy. She was so great at keeping us calm and collected throughout the whole day, even when vendors were getting delayed for an hour by an accident on the only highway into our venue. Betsy knew how to make sure everything ran as planned despite obstacles constantly being thrown at her. She drove back and forth to different cabins to make sure we weren't running around or having to call and worry about anything. The day was truly perfect with not one flaw and that was mainly due to Betsy's phenomenal planning and execution on the day. -

Hiring event settings rental was the best possible decision we could have made to make our wedding successful. Settings Event Rental was the BEST investment we made for our wedding day. We used Betsy and Christopher's services from renting chairs, chair covers, chair ties and runners, photo booth, as well as utilized their "Day-Of Direction" service. The couple was at the venue early to ensure that all linens were ironed and set up correctly, as well as made sure all other vendors were on time, provided their services to the best quality, and even distributed checks to everyone so my family and I could enjoy the entire day without having to worry about how things were being "ran."
I love Betsy and Christopher and will recommend them to any person I know planning an event. I could not have done all of it without them. -

My husband and I live in Washington, DC but had our wedding in Colorado. Betsy at Event Settings Rental was a godsend in helping to recommend vendors, coordinate the day, and supply some of the materials we needed for the day (linens, chairs, etc.). Betsy and Chris were outstanding in all categories. I would describe us, as customers, as sometimes confused, wishy-washy, not difficult but definitely not easy. They worked with us through the process, not ever showing frustration or impatience with us even when we must have changed our minds 12 times about chair covers. They received conflicting info from the bride, the groom and us the parents of the groom, but somehow got us all on the same page. We rented white resin chairs for the outdoor wedding... all were clean and set up exactly as asked. We also rented the linens and seat covers for the reception, held at the Steam Plant. Everything was clean and set up to perfection. Call Chris and Betsy with any questions and they will be pleasant and extremely helpful. Since this was a "destination" wedding, they also helped us with locating florists, photogs, caterers ... They are truly a one stop shop. Thanks!!! Chris and Betsy for all your help. -

My husband and I cannot thank Settings Event Rental enough for all the help they did for our wedding. Betsy and Christopher are professional, fun loving, and work hard to provide a stress free wedding day. They helped to price and order table coverings, provided great advice for ideas for the reception and suppliers, rented out chaffing dishes, and the photo booth was a big success at the party. There was always a line to get your picture taken and all the guests loved the props.
Their "Day of Service" ensured that I didn't have to worry or stress to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, everything was in place, and I got to enjoy the day.
I would definitely use Settings Event Rental again! -

My sister used Settings for tables, benches, and photo booth for her reception. The tables were amazing. Everybody thought so, especially when we found out that Betsy and Christopher built them themselves.
But hands down, the second best thing to happen that day was the photo booth! Everybody had an awesome time with it! Even our normally reserved father put on a funny hat and boa for more than a dozen pictures. I know my sister and her husband will cherish the pictures from the photo booth forever. -

I have worked with Settings on multiple smaller events and loved them! Everything from their quality and range of rental products to their professionalism to their prices made it a no brainer when we chose to partner with them again for our Wedding. I am a perfectionist with a very type A personality and they brought such a level of comfort to our planning.
Settings provided amazing, unique wooden benches for our outdoor ceremony and all the dining needs for our dinner reception. They are a dream to work with! They work as an event coordinator to ensure your event is perfect without all the stress. I highly recommend them. -

I have never felt so catored to and taken care of , Christopher and Betsy are the best !! Amazing fine dining ware , napkins ,chair covers , wine glasses , flutes, and more to choose from and they even had a photo booth ! Settings was an amazing team to work with for our wedding in August. Settings provided our chairs, silverware, stemware, napkins and tablecloths for our wedding at the Steamplant Event Center. Settings had an amazing selection that was better than other rental options now available in Salida. The tables looked so amazing with thanks to the beautiful chargers and matching flatware. They assisted with the delivery, setup and pickup of all of the renal equipment including the white chairs for the park. The white chairs that we rented for the part were also of great quality and were beautiful in the pictures. Settings was so professional and flexible as we had to change our order dramatically over the course of the last few months. Thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful- down to the forks! We truly appreciate it and were so grateful to work with you over the past few months! -

Betsy and Chris were just wonderful to work with on all of our rental items. We rented chair covers, sashes, table runners, the white resin chairs for the ceremony, cocktail tables, and then a couple table cloths/table toppers for accent tables. It all turned out beautifully, and they did an amazing job setting it up! Betsy also served as our day of coordinator, and I could not have asked for more. She took care of everything on the day of, which allowed us to just be with our bridal party and family. She even took care of the things that I hadn't thought of! Betsy also helped us in located a couple of our vendors that were a little more difficult to find. Overall GREAT experience with both the rentals and wedding planning services! -

Wedding Rentals
We rented pretty much the entire inventory from Settings! We got tables, chairs, pool table, A/V equipment, and the trailer. We appreciated all of their help getting everything we needed, even for the rehearsal dinner, especially since there were multiple weddings that weekend. The only issue we ran into was figuring out how to use the A/V equipment at our rustic, outdoor wedding site. But we got it to work, and Betsy was great to work with! -

Betsy was great to work with and even let me change my mind about what I wanted at least three times. Very patient. The day of the wedding went very smoothly and as a bride I didn't need to worry about a thing. Everything was delivered on time and we were told in advance that whoever delivers everything will need to know in advance where to set up the wine barrels. I would highly recommend this vendor! -

Betsy and Christopher from Settings were really wonderful to work with. They had plenty of choices and were super flexible when we had last minute changes. They delivered everything on time and it was less thing I had to worrry about. Finally, i wasn't sure whether to spend the money on the photobooth but it was a complete hit with all the guests. -

Settings Event Rental provided nice white chairs for our wedding ceremony.
While a bit slow to respond to inquiries (during the height of wedding season), they did respond well with a contract, explanation of services and quote.
The day of the wedding they arrived by the time they said they would (not earlier) and set up our chairs beautifully, coordinating with my sisters who advised them on the number of people needed per row. The chairs were set up in curved rows, perfectly arranged.
While seemingly expensive from initial inquiries in the area, I am very happy that we went with Settings Event Rentals, as we did not find anything better or cheaper. And in the end, I was very happy with the result. -

Overall this was a great company to work with. They were very responsive by phone and by email. I was able to add to our rental just a couple of days before when I started to worry about the weather. The only negative was that in all of the business of the wedding, I didn't communicate to my family that the 8 tables we rented for our small wedding at a private house needed to be broken down. I wasn't there the next day and my husband and I arrived after everyone had left the house and many hours after the original pickup time. There were 3 people there taking down the tent and everything looked great to me but one of the people was very rude about it not being put back to his liking. It was absolutely my mistake, he and I talked about how to have it for pick up, I dropped the ball on making sure my family had the info since I wouldn't be there the next morning. I certainly understand that it was an inconvenience, it was a Saturday, they were running behind, they probably had a schedule and other places to be. I apologized for my mistake repeatedly but continued to get what felt like a lecture that made me feel very uncomfortable because he was clearly angry. Again, I understand the frustration, it felt like this wasn't the first time this had happened and he was taking it out on me. But at that point there was not anything I can do to fix the mistake. I don't think this should be a deterrent from using the company, but I would suggest that you ask about having them set up tables and chairs. It was never offered to me, but I saw online it is an option and that would've solved this unfortunate interaction. -
