Settings were professional and helpful in assisting us as we chose our rentals for our wedding. They were flexible in letting us split the rentals over two days, and let us add things a week before when we saw rain in the forecast. They ran a bit behind on drop-off, but were quick on the setup when they arrived. Overall we were really appreciative of the wide selection and full service.
