I contacted Colorado Party Rentals in Colorado Springs and worked with Vicky. She is a true expert! I made an appointment and met with her at their local showroom. She asked questions about things I hadn't even thought of yet and was super helpful in getting us what we needed for the number of guests we were having. She was also helpful in suggesting items that would match the vibe we were after. The terms of the contract were clearly explained, and it was easy to make modifications to my original order as needed. I ended up adding champagne flutes, adjusted numbers and sizes of plates, chairs and linens. The day before our wedding, delivery to our home went smoothly and the day after the wedding Colorado Party Rentals was there bright and early to pick everything up! I would definitely recommend Colorado Party Rentals!

As a local planner and recent bride, anytime I need a tent, even for my own wedding - Ryan and Warren are the first ones I call. They are flexible, professional and always, always willing to go the extra mile to help vendors and guests!

As a planner, I’ve been working with weather or not accessories for several years. They always keep my clients dry and warm! For my personal wedding, they provided blankets and umbrellas. While we didn’t need umbrellas cause we got lucky with the weather - people used it to block the sun. The blankets were SO KEY to keep everyone warm once the sun went down. I find when you don’t have umbrellas you need them so I wasn’t upset AT ALL about not needing them due to rain. BELIEVE me, better safe than sorry!!! I had a great experience using Vintage Rentals for my engagement photo shoot. Christy was always very quick to respond to my emails, which I loved! When I told her the main item that I was wanting to use (an awesome red sofa), she created a pinterest board with other items that would compliment the sofa, and we ended up using several of her suggestions and they looked great! I do not have a single complaint with the entire process, which is rare these days!

We used Benson Tent Rent for our wedding at Granby Ranch and had a great experience! We rented a tent, tent walls, lighting, tables, chairs, and linens through them. The team did a great job with set up and teardown and working with around our schedule. The tent turned out beautiful and really helped pull our day together!

LaTonya and her husband were amazing! At first, we were unsure if we wanted to put forward the money to upgrade the look of our venue chairs, and after talking to LaTonya, we knew it wouldn’t be as expensive as we thought, and the cost would be worth it. She was so flexible with us being from out of town—she allowed my mother pick up the chair covers and sashes early, and she gave us an extended deadline. LaTonya’s husband even explained how we could put the chair covers on ourselves, and it proved to be really easy! She helped us bring our vision to life, and we couldn’t be happier that we rented the chair covers from LaTonya!

Hooray! pulled some very last minute rentals (hedge bars shown in photo) together for us, and they couldn't have turned out more beautiful. Their customer service, professionalism, and communication was truly unrivaled compared to anyone else i dealt with throughout this wedding planning adventure. No one else would have made TWO trips to our venue to make sure all the logistics were in order. Their style/vision is so clean, beautiful, and modern, and exactly what I had envisioned for our special day.
