Katie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive to any last minute changes, had great ideas for details I wasn't sure on, and made our entire day run smoothly. Last minute we even had a mishap with some of our décor and she acted as our backup florist and got a bunch of greenery hung in time for the ceremony! Our wedding looked beautiful and we got so many compliments on how well put together it was, how nicely the night flowed, and everything in between all thanks to Katie! I will attach example photos once I receive them! -

Katie was extremely organized and super sensitive to the brides needs and made sure she met EVERY SINGLE WANT OR “MUST HAVE” that we wanted on my daughters special day . She sat with us on the very first day that we planned the event and listened to us- took notes - and we felt no rushing or pressure to do anything except what WE wanted ! I could tell immediately that she had alot of experience and she put quality and extra sweet touches into her clients wedding day. Katie checked in with us regularly asking if we needed help with anything ! She communicated with the florist , caterer and venue staff and had small things worked out months before the wedding day. Rehearsal night went by so smoothly- she knew exactly what she was doing and had such a fun mannerism and made the wedding party and parents feel so at home and calm! Her beautiful smile and fun personality is so contagious ! That helped make the parents of the bride feel more at ease than we had expected ! The big day came and she was so calm and relaxed. She made sure the bride and attendants were comfortable as well as the groom and groomsmen. I felt so much relief that katie was quietly working behind the scenes and I could enjoy my beautiful daughter the entire day of her wedding! I didn’t have to do anything!!!!! She worked tirelessly the entire day and night to make it a perfect wedding- she was helping the bride , and the groom, assisting in decorating the barn, directing the caterer, communicating with the musician and photographers , pastor, the DJ, and tying up any loose ends! It was a very hot day in the middle of July- and Katie didn’t break a sweat! She truly enjoys what she does and will make sure that every client has the most perfect wedding day ! Very quality service and such a down to earth professional! Her fee is affordable and you will be so happy that you chose Katie to help with your special day ! Highly recommended !!!!!!! -

Day of Coordinator
We met several months out from my wedding and went over all the ideas I had. I was able to use a lot of their rental supplies/decorations. They ran my rehearsal, set up, clean up and of course was there the whole wedding day making sure everything went smooth. Highly recommend! -

Excellent Customer Service
It was a lovely experience renting items from Setting the Wedding. She was very easy to deal with and visiting the home with all her unique items was a great way to visualize all the pieces. She does a great job at helping decide what items will work for your dream wedding. She is easy to work with and helps keep the costs low. Would definitely recommend renting from her. If I could go back in time I would have hired her as my wedding planner as well! -

Was perfect... My only burp that no one realized except my family and I was I had paid large amount for two large barrel top floral arrangements but the barrels never arrived. Would have made a world of difference in my ceremony photos. Wish I had requested them to make it right as I know they would have... outside of that it was BREATHTAKING. Would recommend... -
