Serenity Ridge is truly the perfect wedding venue. It offers everything you could possibly want—exceptional food, beautiful on-site accommodations, a seamless rehearsal dinner experience, an incredible staff, full access to the property for the entire weekend, and absolutely breathtaking views.

Haley was incredible throughout the entire planning process. Every little detail I wanted to adjust or refine was handled flawlessly. She took what could have been a stressful time and made it genuinely enjoyable and worry-free.

The food was phenomenal. We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding here, and out of nearly 100 guests, not a single person had anything less than glowing praise. All night long, people raved about how delicious everything was. The kitchen staff is wonderfully flexible—if you have a vision, they will bring it to life.

The accommodations were also outstanding. Having my close family in the cabins, my bridal party in the hilltop house, and the yurt for ourselves after the wedding—without having to worry about transportation—was an absolute dream.

If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment. I’d choose Serenity Ridge every single time.

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to host our wedding at Serenity Ridge! We chose this venue because we wanted a beautiful mountain setting in NC where our family and friends could stay on property, and Serenity Ridge exceeded all our expectations. One of the things that set it apart is that the property is exclusively yours all weekend, making the experience private and completely focused on your event.

Serenity Ridge is an incredible value. Their pricing is more of an “all-inclusive” model, covering the venue rental, lodging for 30+ guests, catering, bartending, setup & cleanup, rentals... you name it. When you consider everything included, the cost is unbeatable — and it makes planning so much easier!

The team at Serenity Ridge was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. Haley answered all my questions with patience and kindness (and there were a lot!), providing great vendor recommendations and guidance along the way. On the wedding weekend, the staff was flexible, accommodating, and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. From exceptionally clean lodging to early and late check-ins, they truly go above and beyond for their guests.

We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Serenity Ridge, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Our guests are still raving — it’s not just “good wedding food,” it’s incredible restaurant quality.

The staff during the events was also incredible. When rain started just 20 minutes before our ceremony, they quickly moved everything inside and then seamlessly flipped the pavilion from ceremony to reception in no time during cocktail hour without impacting the guest experience. Despite the brief rain, the day went perfectly, and we were rewarded with stunning sunset views later in the evening.

I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Ridge, the location, and the staff. They truly care about their couples and strive to make your vision a reality. Hosting our wedding here was the best decision we made!

There’s not enough positive things to say about the team at Serenity Ridge. From the moment we made contact with Haley, she was so patient and kind and truly helped make us feel valued. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and the team did everything and anything to help relief the stress off us. Anything you would forget, this team had it covered. A lot of my guests raved about their food as well- a couple even said most weddings I’ve been to I don’t remember the food but their food was amazing.

The quality of the venue is unmatched, having all our family and friends stay together with this incredible view made for such a perfect weekend. Thank you Haley and the Serenity Ridge team for making our wedding truly such a dream.

Our time at Serenity Ridge was nothing short of spectacular. Everything went over so smoothly, the entire Serenity Ridge team was there with us every step of the way. Every single one of our guests would not stop raving about how absolutely beautiful the entire venue is. I feel so incredibly blessed that I get to look back on my day and feel nothing but pure happiness with how everything went. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!!! Forever will hold such a special place in our hearts.

I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Ridge!!! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, flexible, and accommodating. Haley was so patient with me as I navigated planning our wedding - we made so many changes and asked SO many questions, and she never seemed annoyed or too busy for us! For example, when two of our guests forgot to reach out to them to extend their cabin stay to one day early, (even though I swear I told them to, I know my brides feel me on this 😂) Haley and her team were so professional and willing to work with us. Not to mention the venue is stunning. If you are debating at all on booking Serenity Ridge, I promise you will not regret it!

Serenity ridge is the absolute best. The food was the best wedding food I’ve had. We even had pizza on site for our rehearsal dinner and it was excellent. The owners are incredibly nice, the property was beautiful. The houses on site were super comfortable. I wouldn’t change a thing about the weekend we all spent there

The team at Serenity Ridge is the absolute best! It is owned by two couples who have worked together for years, and their experience shows in their hospitality, professionalism, and communication. We signed our contract with Serenity Ridge way back in February 2023 before the event pavilion was finished being built because we could see their vision and it matched ours perfectly. We knew that this was where our wedding needed to be. From the start, I mainly spoke with Haley. She was very communicative and easy to get ahold of via text, phone, and email at any time of day. She answered all of my questions and then some. Haley helped me plan so many logistical situations that I would not have been able to figure out on my own. She allowed us to visit the property many times during the planning process and it was so fun being able to see everything progress. We had our wedding on a Thursday, but booked the property from Wednesday - Sunday, so Haley and the team worked with us to come up with the best pricing and food packages that would work for us and our budget. Serenity Ridge has so many services, you really cannot go wrong. All of our guests travelled from out of state, so we were able to have our entire family stay on the property with us for the weekend. The food was absolutely delicious for the rehearsal dinner, reception, and brunch. We were able to use the menu they provided while also being able to come up with our own food choices that they made FABULOUSLY. I was raving about the food even before the tasting. Our guests also loved the food, with many saying it was some of the best they'd had. To explain just how truly wonderful these two couples are at their jobs - Haley and Elliott were having their baby the day of my rehearsal dinner, so they could not be there for the wedding. Was I nervous that the person I had been in contact with for the last year was not going to be there for the wedding? Not at all. Katie and Jordan were taking care of everything for us. Three hours before the rehearsal dinner, the venue was struck by lightning and it knocked everything out, including the backup generator. Everyone there thought I should be freaking out, but I wasn't because I knew we were in the most capable hands. Within an hour, the utility companies had come and gone or were on their way and we were able to have the rehearsal dinner without delay. Our family members who arrived after the strike had no idea it even happened because of how quickly Katie and Jordan got everything fixed, all without raising alarm to Haley and Elliott. All of our family absolutely loved staying on the property and our guests said it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever been to, with some saying it felt like they were at a million-dollar wedding. The team at Serenity Ridge truly is the best and I promise you will have one of the most stress-free experiences if you plan your wedding with them.

Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding than our wedding at Serenity Ridge. They are more inclusive than any other venue we looked at, our rental order was minimal because of everything they have to offer. The property is beautiful with not only onsite accommodations, but plenty of local accommodations for those out of town. The weather was perfect for our wedding but I’m still confident rain or shine, all seasons, Serenity Ridge is the perfect wedding space. The view of the mountains during the day and the stars at the end of the night is unreal. The communication was great, they are very professional and straightforward. You can tell they have years of experience in the wedding business. Their website is SUPER informative and they even have a virtual tour of the entire property! I felt so at ease working with their staff for everything to come together and they exceeded our expectations for our wedding weekend! Everyone loved the American Buffet and my husband still can’t stop talking about the crostini appetizers. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, there was a gift waiting for us in the Yurt the night of our wedding and s'more's kits in every cabin for the fire pit. All of our guests were so impressed with this hidden gem in Mill Spring, you just don’t find places like this so close to home. Serenity Ridge surpassed all our dreams as a wedding venue, and the owners are nothing short of phenomenal! From the very start of our wedding planning journey, they showered us with their friendly and attentive care, ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and thoughtfulness.

Working with Haley was an absolute joy during our pre-wedding preparations. She was incredibly responsive, going the extra mile to provide us with a wide range of options and details while efficiently creating a dream experience that fit seamlessly within our budget.

When our wedding weekend finally arrived, they went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations in every way! Their communication and assistance throughout the weekend remained prompt and attentive, alleviating any potential stress along the way. Everything was flawlessly set up and meticulously cleaned afterward, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in soaking in every moment of our special day and the entire weekend.

The venue itself is a slice of paradise. The awe-inspiring mountain views provided a spectacular backdrop for both our ceremony and reception! Even with a rainy day, the Hilltop house was a perfect and cozy gathering spot for our intimate group of 30 guests. Saturday morning's hike on the property's trails added an extra touch of adventure without ever having to leave the property. A few of the evenings were really chilly mountain nights, and the fire pavilion was a perfect spot to continue the celebrations, complete with good music and endless hours of laughter.

Every corner of Serenity Ridge is impeccably maintained, showcasing its charm and beauty at every turn. And let's not forget about the food! The catered reception dinner was an absolute hit, leaving our guests raving and satisfied with every dish served.

The cherry on top? Serenity Ridge offers short-term stays in their yurt, six cabins, or the Hilltop house, making it the perfect spot for future anniversary celebrations. We cannot sing their praises enough; this venue is an absolute gem, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have celebrated our special day in such a magical and unforgettable place.

This truly is an all inclusive venue. They did our wedding cake which was delicious and our catering which everyone enjoyed so much. Everyone said the food was phenomenal which we agreed! All of our guests said they had a great time and that it was such an enjoyable wedding and beautiful view. We used the cabins, house, and yurt which were all super comfortable and clean. Also, having the fire in the pavilion to hang out with our wedding party before and after the wedding was wonderful. Beyond glad we choose Serenity Ridge! Amazing venue and people!

Serenity Ridge was the most perfect wedding venue. The property, the view, the accommodating staff, the food...simply wonderful in every way. The photo opportunities are plentiful (highly recommend taking photos at sunset). The Hilltop House was so beautiful and plenty spacious for the bridal party to dress and also for entertaining wedding guests after the ceremony. Haley was truly a pleasure to work with and every detail was handled with ease. I cannot recommend Serenity Ridge Weddings and Events enough.

We had an outstanding experience here. We started off just renting a home but it turned into a fabulous find for our wedding with family and friends. We couldn’t have found a better venue, menu and total offering anywhere. Thank you all for making our vows the most amazing weekend. J

I highly recommend Serenity Ridge for your wedding or any other event. The staff was available and responsive. The cabins were fun and very well-equipped. The star of the show is the venue/view. We attended the wedding of a friend in September. The views are stunning; the venue is so cute and well-appointed with rustic, yet modern fixtures and seating. There is plenty to do in the area as well...Lake Lure, restaurants, a brewery. Five stars. We can't wait to go back for a vacation weekend.
